      My name is MARIMUTHU A & Phone Number is [protected], Saturday Night ( 26.09.2015) I have balance Near Rs.80/- But next day is not sowing and outgoing also death, I spoke may times with customer care and they advised me wait for 36 hour, Now more then 36 DAYS i have not balance what i do for calling ? Unnecessary they deducted without any informing but we want wait 36 hour if I asked refund !!! we can’t understanding what is going on aircel company ... ? so I trust you kindly refund me how much I lost with loss of pay for my tension & loss of time

        Have recharge rs. 60 at night. And in the morning the balance was till. Had a talk with of the coustomer care executive. They sai u will get bank the money within 8 hours.. but i not yet got. Its already 34 hrs.

          On[protected], i made an online recharge through "epayment.Aircel.com/online-recharge" for rs. 15 against an offer of 24 local/national minutes (Txn no. Dlr[protected].

          But, on making calls, i found, amounts were being deducted from may main account balance. Immediately (At 12.02 noon) i made a complaint (Docket number 1-[protected]).

          At 16.00 pm, it was intimated that, "your concern has been resolved". Still, i found, amounts were still being deducted from may main account balance. The same has been going on now also.

          Shall i get back the recharged amount, or the scheduled offer? Or, the amount has gone for ever?
          However, i found some data has been 'gifted' to me, whereas, i have already recharged with a 6.00 gb data out of which, i have only used appx100 mb. Can't follow what game is going on.

                Any time aircel then they want they activate any VAS service in any aircel no, when I call on complain no. 198 a person say that your account money will be refund in 4 hours but after 4 hours there are no money we get then we try to call on complain no. 198 We found no. Is always busy and next days the no. Will available then we call and complain then they said sorry sir we can't refund any balance

                      Hi this is Murali. i had a bad experience with customer care executive .i called up for an issue regarding that am getting pop msg of my deduction of my data bal. before i use to get the pop msg once i closed my data connection but today frm morning 14 Feb 2016 am getting every second so that i was not able to use my phone properly. for this i called up customer care i spoke with a agent later he was not able to understand my issue. I call customer care he/she didnt understand my situation they are not solving the issue they are telling this is not out fault its your fault this is worst experience..my number : [protected] nd il port out frm ur network...i[censored] not done any need full within 48hours...

                            Hi this is Kannan.Recently 3 weeks back I have ordered for a microsim for my existing Aircel number #[protected] in Aircel store, Avadi. A staff over there took this request and asked us to pay an amount of 200 for the same and informed us that postpaid plan will be activated for 1st 2 months.why the hell we need to change our plan?Such a big robbery it is.. Till date we didn't receive the sim and s yet to b activated. though we reached the office nearly 10 times, we were asked to come on another day.Getting frequent crosstalk is another big issue with Aircel.overall my experience with Aircel is very horrible.Hope at least by now the concerned ppl will respond to this and take necessary action.

                              I am GNANAVEL, Working in Central Government of India (HVF, Avadi) in till 2004 onwards.

                              I had purchased two sims ([protected] & [protected]) in Aircel network seven years back (Neyum Nanum type). Now a days my sim has become very old and i am not able to contact properly. So i went Ambattur Aircel Office on 05/02/2016 and met Aircel office staff to change new sims, he informed me to change your plan Pre-paid to Post paid for better service and ask all necessary address proof details. I gave my Aadhar Card details & copies and also informed him please send your verification staff before 8am or after 8pm, because my self and my spouse are working. 08/02/2016, verification staffs from Aircel were came and verified one person whom came and verified my no. [protected] is clear and another person for [protected] is not clear. i can't understand i submit same address proof for two sims ([protected] & [protected]) one is cleared and another is not clear. regarding this issue i am very disappointed. and also i informed whom came for verification for [protected], "please wait or please come after 6 pm, " but the person was not co-operate for good customer. Hence, i request you to kindly clear this issue and please re-activate my two sims ([protected] & [protected]).

                                    On 29-12-15 the balance was in my mobile no: [protected] Rs 43/-. On 30-12-15 again check in the morning the balance was Rs 1.28/- i am shocked. I am calling for customer care for the reason, the customer care says u will use the data that's why main a/c balance was cut. I did'n use data i am using always my office wifi. The aircel customer care was not responding / resolved the reason. Please add Rs 42/- as a talk time in my mobile no [protected]. I am write a letter to PM's tribunal also. The aircel co says the customer's fault. Please send me a details of Rs 42/- cutting money.

                                      मैं अशोक aircel No. [protected] मैने sms pack डलवाया कूछ दिन तो sms गये पर उसके बाद sms जने बँद हो गयी costomercare पर कोई काल नही उठाता बहूत बार फोन किया परेशान हूँ यहाँ भी दुबारा शिकायत डाल रहा हूँ.कूछ दिनो बाद sms की date निकल जयेगी मुझे समज नही आता की यह कम्पनी क्या ऐसे ही अपना परिवार पालती है चोरी कर करके, सोचता हूँ इस न. को बँद कर दूँ

                                      My number is [protected].i did not request for any subscription pack on Aircel.But u people without asking the customer as of your wish you are activating the packs from our main balance.how is this good for you?.THis is not the 1st time I faced the problem .as this is the 3rd time iam facing.now nearly 60rs now I lost my balance with your unnecessary packs.I want refund my money.

                                        We are very difficult to make a call or receive a call in this aircel number for past two months.We don't have any due amount & we don't know what is the problem. We taken 10 cug numbers. Whether this problem is not rectified as soon we change to other network immediately. Please take immediate action as early.
