Aircel is the bad network were they deduct our balace for no reason and now they have unabled to connect it to aircel customer exclusively for my number its too bad... never seen such cheaters... if you wan charity to run ua business ask us will transfer... unnecessary deducting balance by cheating... you fools

                My aircel number was working well since the beginning but from last two months every time i recharge my number they cut the balance and no reason is being provided. this has cost me around rs. 400 in last 2 months, when i go to aircel offices they tell me that services are down and they are not getting how the balances are being cut. i am frustrated from all these, please help me out.

                    I am using aircel network number ([protected]). Last month (Jan 6th 2016) I received a message from DK-60006. It says as follows:

                    Dear Customer Special Offer Only for U! Recharge with RC35 & make all Local Aircel calls @ 10p/min for full 60days.

                    After i received the message i should make recharge for Rs.35 and then i receive a message from DD-Aircel. It shows as follows:

                    Congrats, Extra validity on RC35 is credited. Happy talking.

                    But when i make a call to some aircel numbers, it may charged as normal as 1p/sec. How it could be possible. When i try to contact aircel customer care they block my number.

                            My mobile number is [protected]. On Feb 8, 2016 Rs 50 was debited from my balance towards video talkies VAS subscription without my knowledge. I called up the customer care and asked for a refund and they provided me the docket number 1-[protected]. On Feb 9, 2016 I received a message saying my issue is resolved. However I did not get a refund still

                            And on Feb 10, 2016 @ 4.10 PM, another 50 rupees was debited from my balance for the same video talkies VAS subscription without my knowledge. Please cancel both these subscription and refund Rs 100 in my account at the earliest.

                              Aircel is good service provider but sometimes they can't fulfill his customer needs.

                                    My name is Balachandar, my no is [protected]. Last at 10.02.2016. Deducted my balance RS 31 from my aircel mobile without my knowledge. So that day I was contacted aircel 198 no. And told that problem, t([protected]).Please refund my balance RS 31.

                                      I deactivated video talkies 50 on[protected] by morning.But at 1.07pm i have been charged again and got a msg tat talkies is activated. All my balance are getting lost. if i send a msg to 155223 typing STOP, i getting reply that nothing is activated. Pls kindly deactivate it orelse change my operator to airtel.

                                        Rs30 &Rs35 deducted respectivly on 29-jan-2016&on 6th feb 2016 for vas which I have not subscribed atall.I request my money back.Stop this type of chiting to aircel customer.
