Myself Vinoth, am being using Aircel connection since 2006 and my number is [protected]. My outgoing has been barred due non-payment of bill and I am very much frustrated. I unable to make some important calls today and I may face a financial losses due to this. The reason for not paying the bill amount is, i am having a issue with my billing for last 2 months and I indicated the same to the Aircel executive Mr Chinnadurai ([protected]) (the person whom I contacted to get migrate from prepaid to post paid). I didn’t get any response from him and even he is not ready to pick my call but he picks the call once when I tried from a different number. I use to indicate him frequently that my due date is getting near and he told that there is problem from their side, they wrongly generate the bill with excess amount. Also he said that he will take care of Jan month bill amount and from Feb’16 I will be charging the exact amount. But suddenly he come to me on Friday (22nd of Jan’16 were my due date 21st of Jan’16) and told me the break ups of excess charge and ask me to make the payment. How could I make the payment with the excess amount, also I already made a excess payment for last couple of months. Plan which I opted to:

600 Local Min + 100 L/N Min + 300 SMS + 500 MB 2G data – RS 199.00/-PM (this is what mentioned in the pamphlet)

My Dec'15 charge:

@Local Min, when I have 700 local min (11.67 hrs) in my plan, why Rs. 13.74 been charged when I only consumed 3.40 hrs.

@SMS Local, when I have 300 free SMS and I only consumed 55, why Rs 3.78 been charged?

@SMS Internations, i am sure I didn’t send any of the interantions SMS as I didn’t have any one’s contact outside India, why Rs 5.73 has been charged? Also please share the international number that I sent.

@VAS – Other, please let me know the nature of this charge and why Rs 10.31 has been charged?

My Jan Charges;

@Local Min, when I have 700 local min (11.67 hrs) in my plan, why Rs. 1.15 been charged when I only consumed 5.42 hrs.

@SMS Local, when I have 300 free SMS and I only consumed 57, why Rs 3.78 been charged?

@SMS Internations, i am sure I didn’t send any of the internationals SMS as I didn’t have any one’s contact outside India, why Rs 5.73 has been charged? Is there any policy to Aircel to charge atleast a international SMS to all the postpaid users???

@VAS – SMS/MMS, I don’t know what the hell is this and why this Rs. 32.06 has been charged?

@VAS – Other, please let me know the nature of this charge and why Rs 5.73 has been charged?

@VAS – Subscription, don’t how a service got subscribed when nothing has been initiated from my end, confirm why Rs. 34.35 has been charged?

Once i submit this complaint i received a call from a guy and he told that he is from Aircel, (this is his number [protected]) and he told me that he will return the excess money and he informed that he will provide some recharge coupons and asked my bank details. when i tried to get his details he replied that "ok sir if you dont want the coupons leave" and he cut the call... Any idea about that guy ???

      From last one week unnecessarily my balance is deducting, i will get the some msg, to activate and confirm 1. i didn't confirmed anything. automatically is activating. i called to customer care. but no use for refund. i request to refund the deducted amount within EOD without fail.         With due respect, I want to inform you that I have been a problem of call drop in Aircel Mobile service Providers since 9 days.My cell show full network though I am not able to hear voice from the other side.After the same the phone automatically cut and charge me as one minute charges.I have not face such type of problem before.So I have lodged a complaint in aircel West Bengal circle number [protected].Till now the problem has not been solved.My number is from Kolkata circle but presently I am in WestBengal circle so I lodge the complaint in West Bengal they have assured me to solve this but I have not get any positive result.My number is [protected].

        Please eradicate this problem as soon as possible because it is continuously from 9 days and till now.

          I am Nitin kumar, subscriber of aircel mobile no. [protected], Andhra pradesh circle, would like to bring the following for your kind judgment and action. On 30th jan. I recarge for INR 24 on my aircel number, there was a 125 + 375 MB extra data offer ( extra data in 24 hour ). But that 375 MB data not received till 3nd feb, i called at aircel customer care 3 times, or they are repeatedly saying there is a technical problem your data will come in next 2 hours, in next 48 hours ...

            I had requested aircel to cancel my postpaid connection in first week October. The aircel custoemr care person had not given me an ID at that point. He said that call back will be happening in 2 days. I had paid all my bills due and request them to against the five or six days I need to be charged from my deposit and refund me the remaining amount. My plan was dongle 699 plan. I stopped using the aircel connection before requesting cancellation. So for 5-6 days it would have come less than Rs300 which was the deposit amount. There was no communication from aircel for a week, I tried to contact customer care but calls were getting repeatedly forwarded to persons who could not help me. After one week I was asked to get to the nearest aircel store. I was busy at that time and said that it would not be possible for me to do so. I could do that only after a month. Aircel couldnt help me to resolve the issue and apparently they dint place it on hold either. I received lots of calls from aircel asking me to pay bill and I explained to every person patiently my issue (about 100 people). Meanwhile they sent me bills for every month adding the monthly amount and a late fee. Now the amount reached 1844. I received sms from them saying legal action will be taken and tried to contact the person in charge. He took the call today morning (after about 10 tries earlier) and said he can check only after half an hour. He neither called me back nor responded to my calls post that. I received a call from [protected] number telling me they were from delhi consumer court and will take a complaint if I dont pay my bill within half an hour. They asked me to contact [protected], a lawyer named Jaswant Rana, who also claimed to be from the consumer court. They terrorised me saying that I will be jailed and fined Rs. 25000 for fraud if I dont pay my bill in half hour. I tried to reach the customer care and the contacts i was given from aircel. The customer care routed me everywhere and the contact person was not reachable as usual. If perhaps I had not been sick already I would have acted more wisely, however, I was already unwell and repeatedly badgered and threatened, so was forced to pay the amount to aircel. I assume aircel extorts postpaid customers like me (who wish to cancel their number) as much as possible before finishing with them. I request the real officials to take immediate action and prosecute these fraudulent people who pose as officials of the consumer forum and extort people. This caused me a half a day leave at work along with the most dreadful spate of threatening calls I received in my life. I later discovered later today that aircel has done this earlier. This kind of behaviour is pure uncouth and I will never again take any aircel connection if this is how aircel wants to treat a long time customer. I have been aircel's customer for more than 3 years inspite of its 3g connection being totally awful, and this is what they do, charge you wrongfully, dont take your request, force you to pay fraudulent claims and to top it all harass and even threaten you.

            P.S. I am a respectable software engineer and has paid all former aircel charges before this time (nearly 3 years that will be a min of Rs 30000 put together).

            Response from aircel after 15 days is that my amount is due and I need to pay. I am still being billed and charged for an account I requested cancellation, they have not even placed it under temporary suspension.

              It's been a problem since 20 days... I am being over charged daily for the 1st call that I make to a local no. Repeated complaints have brought no relief. Despite solving the issue they have started charging me at an even more higher rate. It charged me about 13 Rs and some paise for about 700+ seconds. Even after making complaints to the appellate authority no action were taken. I have recharged for a rate cutter of 89 rs under which I shud get a benefit of half paise call per second for 90 days.. But dis has made my life hell. Daily I call dem once to check y the same has not been resolved.
              It will be a great help if I can get a solution as well as the refund for the excess amount charged.

                I am really facing big issue with pocket internet and other internet subscribe features from Aircel. It is automatically getting activated whenever I browse some other website. If I try to call the customer care, they have block me and I am not getting connect to the customer care person. Even I am not able to recharge my mobile. If I recharge, aircel takes the money without my permission.

                I made recharge today(31/01/2016), And Immediately when I open google.com, I got a message that following has been subscribe and took Rs. 56 totally from my balance

                1. Glamour Zone 75 - Rs. 35
                2, Namma Namitha - Rs. 20
                3. Model Video - Rs. 1

                Looking for a quick response from Aircel, otherwise I have to drop this number and change the network.I want all my money back and stop all the services immediately.

                  Hello, this is Anupam Das, Aircel mobile number [protected]. STORE 99 has been activated in my number and I was unable to deactivate the service by sending SMS to 155223 STOP to deactivate the service, as it showed 'There is no VAS activated in your number'. Thats why I have complained here in this portal on 20 Jan 2016 and got a reply on 21 Jan 2016 stating that the service will be deactivated. But the service was still active and my 57 RS/- balance was deducted from account on 25 Jan 2016. After that I have again updated my complain on 26 Jan 2016 but did not get any reply. So this is my request to you to kindly deactivate the service and refund my money.

                        I had done a recharge of 194Rs. And did not got a penny into my phone i am outside now where i need to make an urgent call and i was having only 200rs cash in my wallet not after doing a recharge. There is only 6 rs. Left, there is no ATM nearby i follow up with you customer service as well the answer which i got was you have to wait for 3 hrs. Plz help

                            Unreasonable balance deduction of aprox 90 Rs. without receiveing any msg from your side. before 2 days. trying to get in touch with you from 3 days, but as usual you guys are unavailable. Kindly get it solved as soon as possible.

                                I recharged my aircel no [protected] with rs 60 in the morning of 30/01/2016. At night when i was calling my friend the balance was nil for no reason. The customer care call never connects saying executives are busy. What should i do. Looks like a pre planned fraud. Never expected such thing from aircel. Please do take necessary action

                                  I went to retail shop Rs 61 easy recharge and then after only Rs 61 tt comes to my mobile no. Where is extra Rs 5/-. Kindly add Rs 5.

                                      On 30th dec, I noticed that approximately 100 Rs talktime was vanished from my Aircel mobile account (Karnataka zone) . I called to the customer care to complain and was told that it was deducted for some subscription which I have never opted for . So I asked for refund and deactivation .

                                      Later in my sms inbox, I noticed a sms saying :
                                      Thank you for your request to subscribe to STORE 99 . To complete your subscription please click on .
                                      Earlier, at times I have received similar sudden random messages (generally from 59061, including STORE 99 as well) . If I receive such messages, I always make sure not to click the link and the pack does not get activated . As usual I did not click on that address this time also . I understand that this message was related to the same subscription pack that I mentioned above .

                                      But I do not see any msg about WHEN the subscription got ACTIVATED, WHEN and HOW much amount was DEDUCTED . No msg for deactivation also even if I requested for deactivation .

                                      As I didnt get my refund, I emailed the customer care (care.[protected]@aircel.co.in) next day i.e. on 31st dec, 2015 .
                                      They didnt even bother to reply back . So again on 12th jan, 2016 I sent a follow up mail . This time they replied and after that there were several mail exchange between me and them but still they are not ready to give me my money back .

                                      In the mail, this was the Reference number : 1-[protected]
                                      and these numbers (ERN[protected]QJ1MS8) (ERN[protected]HVQ) were there (not sure what they are..possibly auto generated acknowledgemnt number)
                                      If required, I can share my mobile number separately via email .

                                      I can assure from my side .. neither I requested for such service, nor I confirmed any subscription, nor I have used any, nor I intend to . I do not authorize aircel to activate that pack on my number or deduct talk time for the same . Here I request again to give me complete refund of my talktime .

                                        Hello,

                                        I am writing this after speaking with various customer care executives from Aircel.


                                        The response they gave me is ridiculous.

                                        I raised a complaint on 23rd Jan 2016 and the executive told me that I will be refunded on 27th Jan. But I have not received the refund.

                                        So I called customer care again, the executive told that there is a network issue at their end and he asked me to wait for 4 hours for the refund.

                                        This time also I never received my refund.

                                        I called again on Jan 28, and this time the call was transferred to another section, the lady asked me to wait for 24 hours.

                                        I have not received the refund on Jan 29(today), so I called the Customer care again, this the response was "Amazing". This time I spoke with a lady named UMA.

                                        This is the sentence which she told

                                        UMA : "We are working 8 hours a day, so you have to wait for 3 working days".

                                        This was not mentioned in any of the previous calls. Are they playing with me ?

                                        Please consider.
