Sir I am from Chennai region. I have been using Aircel cellular services. I have 3 such mobile connections from Aircel. Few years back, I created my profile and used to login to the aircel.co.in to look at my bills, pay bills, request services etc. In the past 1 year, the web site does not function properly and I am not able to login to my account at all. I tried with browsers like IE and Chrome, the message I get is that the web site does not exist.
I am getting certification and authentication errors. I am unable to perform consumer related activities on their website. Please resolve this through your coordination. Thanks.

    On Jan 15th. I recharged for Rs. 279 and I got Rs. 149 balance and 2 gb data in my account. After using web for few hours, my balance was totally washed out and some data was too deducted. Asked customer care about it they said that I was having double data pack so Wat i was charged they stated. This inst logical at all. This is insane. As my data was about to end I recharged for another time and was using it. Then I escalated this issue, they stated that I was using before the date was added to my account with was not true. After I recharged for Rs.279 only I got the balance Rs. 149. However the data too was deducted. This was an Aircel glitch. This is also a fraudulent. It is my hard earned money, I will go to next step if Aircel does not respond and solve this issue here.

    Also note I have escalated 4 times for this issue. Still no solution.

          You have deducted
          1. Rs.35/- for Jothish shasthra on 24.12 15
          2. Rs.23/- for Cricket monthly on 30.12.15
          3. Rs.9/- for games club on 23.01.16.

          The above services are activated without my concern and deducted from my balance. I dont want any ads like this in future. Kindly stop all these advertisements to my number and kindly refund all the amount deducted. I am not happy with your services. I will be forced to switch over to any other mobile service other than aircel as I cannot afford such waste amounts which will be only a profit for only your organisation. Kindly try to earn money in a true way.

                I'm using aircel network for nearly ten years but for past few months I have problem in network coverage and my outgoing call facility is not working properly. whenever I'm trying to make a call it shows emergency calls only though the network is available. Regarding this i had made many complaints to the aircel customer services and even changed the sim card but the problem is still not resolved.

                      I received a Sms on[protected] at 04.22pm and again a t 04.23 that UPE3G67 has been activated on your phone and deduction has been done.
                      I have never subscribed this plan or any plan. Kindly cancel the plan and refund my money.
                      I tried on 121 for 15 mts to complain but was not able to do the same.on[protected] than I wrote to you on 17.01-2016 .I got the autoreply but no one has contacted me.
                      My account has been debited twice with an interval of 2 seconds.
                      Kindly credit atleast one amount of Rs 65 to my account.

On january 17 i had complained you about that aircel had automatically deducted my balance of rupees 35 from my main account balance saying that i had activated jyotish shastra. But I didnt do so. If your company want to earn money like this then this is very sameful thing that you are doing. Dont do such cheap things with your customer. God is always watching everyone. You can make us fool . But sir you cant make fool god

                            I am using aircel for more then 5 years, i faced a worst part of the network 2 days ago(26.1.2016) . the network haven't informed me or intimated me about my auto renewal data pack that it has been expired .i recharged for 746 rupees. and had 1000 talktime and 746 mb data. because of no knowledge on my data balance i overused it and lost all my balance of around 700, my number is [protected].please let the operator consider it for the account that to provide the informations about the promo data balances too. and if possible do some refunds as i lost a huge some amount. thanking you

                              में एयरसेल का पोस्टपेड कस्टमर हु।
                              में वोडाफोन से पोर्ट होके एयरसेल में आया हु कुछ दिन मेरा नंबर ठीक से चला फिर 23 जनवरी 2016 को मेरी आउटगोइंग बंद कर दी गई। जिससे परेशान होकर मेने कस्टमर केअर को कॉल किया। 121 पे। उन्होंने बोला आपका नंबर सिम लॉस्ट की कम्प्लेन पे बंद हुआ है। और आप चहाते है तो 4 घंटे में फिर से एक्टिवेट हो जायेगा। उसके बाद मेरा नंबर 4 घंटे बाद भी एक्टिवेट नही हुआ। मेने फिर कॉल किया। केअर पे तो बोपते है हमने 4 घण्टे वर्किंग टाइम माँगा था जोकि सन्डे एंड शनिवार नही होते हमारी बेक एन्ड टीम वर्क नही करती। फिर मंडे को कॉल किया तब भी कहा गया आज 4 घंटे में हो जायेगा। जब भी नही हुआ। फिर में एयरसेल के ऑफिस गया उनसे पूछा ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है तो बोलते है हमने सिम बंद करी है आपकी और आप सिक्यूरिटी जमा करवाइए 250 रुपए। यह सुन के में हैरान हो गया। जबकि मेने सिक्योरटी के 250 सिम लेने के टाइम जमा करवा दिए थे जिसकी मेरे पास रिसिप्ट भी है।
                              और आज 5 दिन बीत गए । मेरा एयरसेल नंबर की आउटगोइंग अभी तक स्टार्ट नही हुई।

                                  I am an Aircel customer with mobile number [protected]. Today I received a message that "Thank you for subscribing to namma namitha . You have been charged Rs. 35.0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges". I have not subscribed to any such service and I found that Rs. 35 has been deducted from my main balance. I request you to refund my balance and stop such services.

                                      I am Ramya subramanian, a 12 years old customer having 2 CUG postpaid connections at AIRCEL.

                                      When tried changing my SIM to MICRO SIM today evening, really frustrated because of your call centre guys and perungudi AIRCEL stores guys. AIRCEL store guy said it will be activated with in 2 hrs . But that doesn't happen. When contacted call centre guys they said it will take 48 hours. But they have done it previously within 3hrs, in last month for my another number. AIRCEL stores is telling they are not working tomorrow due to Republic day. But customer care is telling tomorrow stores will be open, you can go in person and check with them.No consistent information across AIRCEL. Call centre guys shuttled me five times telling false reasons. In the Final call they behaved rudely and when I asked for service request number, they dodged me and acted as if they could not hear me and cut the call rudely. Very worst behaviour, I ever experienced. Even then I tried calling once again and just asked the guy to create a service request and give it to me.He also disconnected the call in the middle while giving the number. Again for the 8th time I called and the same guy picked it and gave the number which I am not sure if a real one.

                                      The service request number given by the last guy is 1-[protected].

                                      I would like trace the call recordings and take appropriate action on these guys. Now a days aircel customer care makes customer frustrated and move out of your service. I am literally held up in my business activities due to inefficient service of AIRCEL.

                                        Sir.my no.is [protected] .mere ac se 50 rs kaat liye gye the 22/1/16 ko jiske bare me maine customer care ko 5 baar 72 hr. me complain v ki viz.22/23/24/.sab mere bal.ko 24 me return ho hayega kar k bole the lekin mere bal. nhi aaya. aaj jab 25/01/16 fir maine call kiya bata rhe h aapka koi complain nhi aur ab jyada late ho gya h so return nhi ho sakte.
                                        sir aap bataiye main kya karun ...agar return nhi honge to main fir aapke company ki service lena band kar dunga.
                                        aur aapke customercare me kitna care hota h main jaan hi gya hun..
