I recharges for Rs140 on Jan 19th 2016 and a 2G recharge for Rs129. Today on Jan 20th my balance is showing Rs.0. When ask about it, the customer service says I have used 3G data and for that they have deducted my balance. The truth is, that my cellphone does not have the provision to select whether to use 3G or 2G and since its the company providing me with the service, it is in the company's hands to control the speed. Secondly, the meter on my phone shows that i have used on 28MB of data since yesterday. How can they deduct my balance to zero. This is not the first time i am facing this illegal deduction on balance, it has happened multiple times with me. This is a scam run my telecom operators across the country. I would appreciate swift action against this malpractice.
