I am a customer of vodafone and as the charges and less and got tied up with reliance i have moved to aircel. There is no network when i go to native eventhough reliance network is shown while searching for networks it registers only for vodafone .
My bill generation date is 19th and bill amount limit was 750 as i reached 730 by 19th i have still 20 but as 20 rupees got accumulated in current bill they barred the calls but withing 2 days my current unbilled amount reached to 300. when all the calls are barred and no internet how the charges are gettting accumulated to my bill.

When i call to customer care and ask they say i need to wait till bill generation date and they kept my call in wait and it was going on for 30 min and no response. what the hell aircell maintains.

    I applied Mobile Number Portability (Port Out from AIRCEL) for above mentioned mobile number([protected]). It is an aircel number and by applying MNP the number got switched to airtel on[protected]. I am receiving airtel signal on my new airtel sim, but still the aircel network has not been disconnected yet.

    Now my number([protected]) is active on both aircel and airtel sim. I am able to do outgoing from both aircel and airtel sim with the same number ([protected]). But the incoming calls/msgs are received only in aircel sim.

    I request aircel to take action as soon as possible to disconnect my aircel sim/network.

      I had recharged with 135... which became a total waste... I didnot expect this from aircel as iam using it for a long time.. Nothing came to my main account balance... I called to the customer care several times but they themselves are confused.. they dont know what is P.F balance... instead they just waste ur time and money sending nonsense texts... plz look into this matter...             I was recharged my aircel number [protected] through online by using debit card but the same was not done but the balance got deducted from my A/C after 1/2 Hr i have recharged again through online by debit card it was done successfully, when i was called aircel customer care to get information regarding first recharge i was unable to contact the customer care and they have unnecessarily deducted Rs.4 from main balance.

I have sent SMS to 155223 STOP to deactivate the service, but it shows 'There is no VAS activated in your number'. But still I get SMS regarding STORE 99. Please deactivate the service from my number.

                    With due regards.I stoped using your aircel sim after 12th December.the last amount of rs.1300 was paid vide eps30786915 at that time I informed to u rep at vijaynagar service center to convert it into prepaid.the request was registered and they advised me not to use the sim anymore and we will get a confirmation call that the request has been fullfilled.after few wyeeks we got a msg that bill has been generated for the month.i again went to the service center to close the account and return the sim they informed me that last bill has been paid and sim is not returnable so they adviced me to break the sim.now after one month am getting a call again that bill has been generated again. look into the matter and please relieve us from the grevience.

                          Hi sir, from recharge code got a message as 148 rs full talktime but after recharge Idint get currency n iI mailed to your mail but dint get any response. There is loss of 148rs which is not small amount... Very bad service.. This is not first time many times problem has occurred... I want my 148rs recharge now or else give me back my money...
                          I have mailed the attachment also but received as saying mail box is full... I tell all the users that this s very bad service... Many times I have lost money... I want my money...

                            I recharges for Rs140 on Jan 19th 2016 and a 2G recharge for Rs129. Today on Jan 20th my balance is showing Rs.0. When ask about it, the customer service says I have used 3G data and for that they have deducted my balance. The truth is, that my cellphone does not have the provision to select whether to use 3G or 2G and since its the company providing me with the service, it is in the company's hands to control the speed. Secondly, the meter on my phone shows that i have used on 28MB of data since yesterday. How can they deduct my balance to zero. This is not the first time i am facing this illegal deduction on balance, it has happened multiple times with me. This is a scam run my telecom operators across the country. I would appreciate swift action against this malpractice.

                                Dear I am elite client of Aircel but there are many
                                problems from Aircel but this time all limits crosses...
                                [protected] before 1 hour 63 rupees deduct in my nmbr... and when I call to 198 they not pick call i call to customer care different 6 numbers but they cant solve this problem and 1 executive using bad language. i recived a sms by aircel i[censored] recharged with 31 then u get all std call [protected]@min.and another offer was 52 get 1gb for 28 days but nothing credit in my mobile account, .

                                  I am raja from madurai, i am using aircel number i like to migrate postpaid to prepaid the customer care person says its only available on every month 10 to 15 only. i never hear this kind of rule.

                                  also it will take 45days to change postpaid to prepaid in that period i receive 2 bills. still that problem not resolved also says particular aircel show room only can convert this no to prepaid.

                                  Very worst reply. its easy to change network but difficult to change prepaid.

                                    Hi, I am shaine from chennai. My number is [protected]. This is to inform you that my talk time have deducted by activating MPLAYBOY pack.. I have raised a complaint calling 198 and they agreed to it and given a docket no 1-[protected]. They mentioned that you will get the refund by 12th Jan 8pm. On 12th I got a message mentioning your complaint has been resolved. again i made a complaint and they have refunded the money. After 2 days yesterday again they have deducted Rs.35 from my talktime. Kindly check on this...
