I have purchased the New Aircel number ( [protected]) connection with facility of 30 paise/Minute on Local and STD for Six months . On 6th Feb i called Landline STD and it charged me Approx 22 Rs for 710 Sec.

When i called customer care for the same, they updated that call charges are different for Landline STD and that is 3 Paise /second.

There is nothing mentioned in the Posters or their displays which shows that call charges are different of STD landline.

I have taken the pictures of their promotional logs which states that Local and STD are 30 paise for 6 months.

Kindly investigate because i think Aircel is making fool of customers and charging the heavy amount on std call rates. There is noting mentioned in the 6month scheme that Landline STD is of 3 paise per second.

I have no information as i only called customer care and they updated that call charges are different for STD landline numbers. My concern is that if call charges are different for STD Landline numbers then why Aircel had not mentioned in their logs or posters

But my no chrged rs 0.45 paise /m . i am calling to customer care many times but my component not solved. Please sir solve my complaint . thank you.

              I faced many times this problem regarding balance Deduction. This time time I had call to customer service executive. And she was tell me ur balance will be refunded with in 2-3 days. But I received this msg today but no bal recredited in my account.

                Hi Aircel Team,

                I went aircel show room tambaram a month back to convert this [protected] to prepaid.

                @ showroom - person name called chandra told NO REQUEST placed ...I called aircel customer care and emailed many times to do that..

                ' email not allowed to convert post paid to prepaid...'

                BUT THE NUMBER I converted from prepaid to postpaid done by GOWTHAM in few mins...NO SHOW ROOM NOTHHING...

                and requested me to come after 3 days to vist show room.

                How many times do I need to go to showroom to convert a post paid to prepaid.

                Converting a postpaid to prepaid is very simple and will take just few mins ..


                Due to this worst situation faced waited for 2 hrs ... Still not converted to prepaid

                Now telling me No request placed to convert to prepaid.

                I have received BILL with out any usage...

                  Hello,
                  I've noticed that Aircel do not confirm any value added service request that automatically gets sent through pop up windows when browsing the internet. They should confirm the subscription from user before directly deducting the amount from customer.
                  Yesterday I was surfing the net and suddenly a pop up came up. I closed that within a second but still I got an sms saying thank you for subscribing Games Club. Did I really wanted to do that? What the ****! And guess what when I SMS stop to 155223 it says you have no VAS activated. Thanks to myself that I had no balance. Today I thought to recharge with 10 rupees. Within 10 minutes my balance become 0. Got an SMS saying you've been charged for Games Club.

                  Please tell them to stop this [censored]. I am sure there are many more customers like me faced this problem from Aircel.

                        My Mobile No. is [protected]. I found 90 Rs. talk time on recharge of Rs.90 at *121# special offer on 26.01.2016 to my number. I have recharged the same amount at retailer on 26.01.2016. But, I got only about 74 Rs. talktime. I called to 198 where i have been asked to wait for 24 hours. But I never get the rest amount till now.
                        So, Aadarniya sammanit aircel authority mahodaya PLEASE PLEASE request you to after how much time i'll get my rest amount.
                        Today I have received a call from aircel that I have use wrong method of recharging. I just want to say where is your method of recharging mentioned:
                        I get written there "abi recharge karen Rs. 90=TT 90
                        Rs. 130=TT 130
                        etc.
                        No where mentioned how to recharge.
                        PLEASE request you to send me my rest amount.

                          I have never registered to any Vas ( Aircel Deals, Airceljoy, Model Video Club, Juice up Weekly, Mplayboy, Aircel NexGTV etc)

                          But still I keep getting these SMSs saying that

                          “ Thank you for your request to subscribe to ….”

                          And also I have been charged for these.

                          Are these some kind of cheap tricks….

                                  I am sukumar and my no is [protected]. Aircel is deducting charges for the services which i am not using and that too without my knowledge. This is not first time. I have sent lot of mails and calls but no proper response from their end. Below items are activated with out my request and deducted charges. This is not first time i am sending mail or calling your call center. But i am not getting permanent solution.

                                  1. On 30th Dec Mobile Academy Monthly Product has been activated and charged Rs.75
                                  2. On 4th Jan Video talkies has been activated and deducted Rs.50
                                  3. On 9th Jan Jyotish Shashtra has been activated and deducted Rs.35
                                  4. On 19th Jan Video talkies got auto-renewed and deducted Rs.50
                                  5. Again on 29th Jan Rs.75 has been deducted for Mobile Academy.
                                  6. Again on 3rd Feb Rs.50 has been deducted for auto renewal for video talkies.


                                  Total amount deducted is Rs.335. I think through this forum i will get permanent solution.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have ported my number and discontinued from Aircel on Jun2016.
                                    I called many times to customer care and there is no proper response.
                                    I visited the Aircel agency from where the connection was taken, they have no proper response.

                                    Agency Name :
                                    COCO R.S Puram, coimbatore.

                                    I visited to that agency last on 8/12/2015 and they said that the deposit refund cheque has returned back.I asked for the cheque details.They have not provided any details and said that the cheque expired and it will take 3 months for reissue.
                                    Is it acceptable that cheque reissue will take 3 months ?
                                    I have given my permanent address for cheque reissue and i have not received a single call about the cheque.They fakely tell that the cheque returned.
                                    Also they said one line that only Rs.1000 is eligible for refund.I paid excess of 300 Rs for the last bill before porting, how come the Rs 1500 deposit amount will be reduced to Rs1000.

                                    It is clear that they are making fake details and refusing to pay back the refund amount.

                                    Please assist me further in this .

                                      This is to inform u that I am activated 18 rs SMS pack. And I did not kept that offer as auto renewal. But suddenly today its reneved and deducted 18 rs. So I checked with stop service in ussd in NY mobile its not showing there. So kindly cancel that offer and reverse that 18 rs to my account...

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am using post paid Air Cell mobile no. [protected] in Rajasthan area. On 02 Feb 16, I got two SMS (1) congrats aap ka SMS pack activate ho gaya hai (2) . Your pack RJSMS40N has been activated and there after company deducted Rs 40/- from my recharge amount without my call to activate or Interactive Voice Response to activate. I contacted customer care executive frequently for the said deduction but finally I got the answer that you have activated your SMS package and you can, t get back your money.
                                        I want to raise my concern that the services provided by Air cell company are the final authority to decide what they want .
                                        I request to refund my amount by cancellation of SMS package.
