I am using aircel from last 2 years, I have recharged 24rs in aircel online it shows 30 days validity but I got only 4 days validity. I tried to call customer care they not at all responding. So pathetic service provided by them.

    One of our family member of aircel number of [protected] went to mumbai yesterday before that we called to help line and ask about the roaming charges for call and also for internet then the representative said that at mumbai we are having our aircel network so its enough that u may can recharge with rc25 for roaming charges for call by this incoming cells are free and for out going call charges with 1.5 paisa per call and also said that for usage of internet no extra recharge is needed the same plan what on our number is eligible and surely no detection done from main balance. Bt even on rc25 recharge also on usage of net on last night 200rupees and on morning 120 rupees where detected from Main balance and also per call 1.50 rupees it is charging. Hence we are willing you to respond soon for the complaint and refund the balance

    When i call to care, they are not giving me correct information. I want refund my balance.

      I have recharged my no [protected] for rupees 148 internet pack and 300 rupees talktime..then today I got a msg that Your RC 148 is renewed and my balance is around 150 rupees.but I didn't activate any auto renewal packs..so I need refund and reason for this issue..

              I had a bill pending for the phone number [protected] with relationship no: 1-[protected], a due amount of Rs.202 and the last date to pay the bill is 12th Dec 2015. I got a call from No.[protected] saying himself as person from Consumer Court and asked me to call No.[protected] and if I don’t pay the bill within 30 min they will forward the case against me. Even though I told him I will pay by tomorrow he was shouting saying that he don’t have time for this and I need to pay bill within 30 min. He tried to call me every 5 min to find the status. It made me to go the aircel store and pay the bill since online option is not working (which cost me half day leave to the office). Later I found from the aircel store that the parsons called me are also from Aircel. I didn’t expected such an incident from Aircel and the language that they are using is not acceptable. I am planning to go file case against Aircel team in the real Consumer Court.

                Balance from my mobile number [protected] has got deducted without any prior notification. I had around ₹137 on Main account & ₹642 on dedicated (promotional) balance, not the amount is showing 0 now. As checked with customer care they said that both the balance got deducted due to internet usage. But I have kept my mobile data off since yesterday night, also the customer care person is not providing proper information about data usage. Also how dedicated account balance got deducted due to usage of internet ? Why was the browsing not stopped while the data was consumed and also ₹137 from my main balance is deducted ? Why do the operator sucks all the balances ?

                    From my mobile the aircel company deducted 83 rupees when I called they said that money will be refunded in 24 hours but it is more than 24 hours and when I m calling first they suit there is problem in customer care service and said that call again at 1.00 Am night. We are Indians and we do not awake at late night. And from morning they are saying that mobile is busy. Please I want my 83 rupees back.

                        This is Anand from Chennai, I am using aircel network for past 12 years. The number is [protected]. Last November 9 ‘2015 I recharged data pack Rs198 plan and Rs.20 EC for main balance account. I used my accounts balance only two r three days. When I using the facilities every time I check my balance for both data and main balance frequently. On 12th November night I would not able connect the internet and then I check my balance it will show nil balance that means 0(zero) for both data pack (0-zero MB) and Main balance (0-zero). Morning I immediately contact customer care and explain my quires.The customer care executive told you have data and main balance is there, due to server down it will deduct automatically in your account, we will credit same within 48 hrs into your account and also i register my complaint ref.no: 1) 1-[protected] and 2) 1-[protected]. But 15th November I get SMS from aircel, In that your reference no has been resolved. Immediately I called customer care and said without sort-out my problem I have message from you like this and the executive told me your reference no is not closed it still on process due to heavy rain network problem not cleared .I waited for three days, but there is no response from the aircel network side. Again I called on 19 November to customer care, they connect my call to higher official I speak to Ms. Maha from Pondicherry circle (my call not connected to Chennai circle). She reputedly same thing due to server down your request is on process we will surely credit your data and main balance within 24 hrs pleas wait. In between I check my balance it will show zero balance I did not connect the net as well as my outgoing calls. After two days again I called customer care on 22/11/15 with my reference no, I said my problem was not sort-out, but the customer care executive told you have not register any complaints till day, tell your problem now we register your complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. I am quarrel with them, they connect my call to higher official Mr.Vignesh. He also told samething you have not register any complaint again this, I told him my complaint no to him, he say simply its take by wrongly reference number again I quarrel with them and he say sorry for the mistake happen that now we can take new complaint no: 1-[protected] and also forwarded to our technical item they will revert to you by 24/11/15. I can received same SMS last time received your reference no:1-[protected] is resolved dated 23/11/15. Again I called when I received SMS like this to customer care they told me please wait till today night it will credit you sir. So I waited one night, but it will not happen and I checked my balance its also Zero. Next day that means 24th November I called and say my account was not credited still, they reply me we did not deduct any necessary amount or data or balance from your account sir. Whatever amount deducted from your account it will only usage for you used it. I am totally disappointment when they said like this and I ask him to give details of my usage, they told please hold on line we will contact you to our higher official they will give sir, I waited on line 20 mins but not to connect higher official and the call also cut. I know very well about my balance. They are totally cheated me, I am so depressed from aircel for worst service. The above conversation all recorded voice what I am spoken and what they told me and also received all complaints raised from me to my inbox. I can take him to human right s to get my rights.

                            उसके बाद मेनें नयाupc कोड .4-12-15 को निकाला वापस नया porting का request. डाला

                            तकलिफ दे रही है
                            नही तो मुझे tri मे complent करने पडेगी

                                  I have been charged in my bill for this services, which was activated without my permission, so i want refund/settlement of this charges.

                                  I am still facing same issue from past 10 days, once again one more Video Talkies service got activated automatically.
                                  and i have been charged for Rs 50 for same.

                                    Sir my aircel prepaid number is [protected] I'm using this since 3years they say they offer 2G Internet at a speed of 64kbps but my downloading speed is less that 1kbps please resolve this as soon as possible I've wasted about 2thousand this year but the the post 3G speed is less than 1kbps

                                      My phone no is [protected]. in had around rs.20 in my main balance. On dec 1st 2015, suddenly dropped to minus 30 rs...I had an active data pack too. but to confirm it i again recharged with rs.150. so rs.30 was deducted and i got rs.120. but with in 5min it again went down to minus 30. controlling myself, to make hundred percent sure that issue is not on myside, I switched off my data and again recharged with rs.50. this time also rs.30 was deducted and remaining balance i had was rs.10.but again within 5min all i had was minus 30 rs. So kindly give back my 150+40+what so ever money i had before.

                                      No message received upon deduction.
                                      my current balance is minus 30.
                                      Today I had a chance to speak with Aircel executive...they provided me a reference number (1-[protected]) to my complaint..Kindly resolve it soon as i am not able to make any calls with negative balance and I am not taking any more risk of re-topup again to lose my money again.

                                        I bought a postpaid sim [protected] on august...i used only for 10 days .due to slow internet i kept the sim away... i didnt recieved any post for bill.. after 2 months i got many calls from aircel and finaly a lady from this no. [protected] she said pay 400 and balance amount 481 will be weavered. Within 1 hour a man came from "vamanan business solutions" got the money and gave a bill and he said that your connection will be disconnected withing 2 days. After 1 month again i satrted to recieve calls from aircel. And yesterday a man called from delhi [protected] he said i have fined for 5000 in delhi court and he scholded me in vulger words. So i gone to aircel showroom they said that they do no about these things. They also do no about there legal team adress... i went to that vamanan business solution conpany adress ... and the incharge said that the company had been closed before 4 years. What this aircel thinking about me... i have al the recordings. Iam going to file a complaint on aircel...

                                        Hello aircel, iam still now getting unwanted calls from your side...
                                        Today i got a call from this no. [protected].. he ordering me pay the bill... what you are thinking... if you are not stopping this non sense... iam gonna file a case on you...
