    I have never ever subscribe the above said service but why did the company deduct a sum of Rs.35 without my knowledge on 9december 2015. I had already complained it last month about the tiny tv service . Hope it wouldn't happen again in the future.

      Yesterday i recharged with rs.100 and i had a very short call and my available bal 96 and today morning but all my balance in my account shows 66 and even i tried to call costumer care service for a compliant but it dosen’t have costumer care executive to whom i can tell my problem…now i am regretting having this aircel……worst service no hope my mobile num : [protected]

                Aircel 3g speed can beat airtel 2g speed if they can implant more towers in tamilnadu. With this aircel 3g speed i can only surf and am not able to download anything oh please aircel if you wanna become a top 1 service provider you must improve your network.tats what i request you .this is the only thing i can do.Inner part of cities there is no problems but in outer area 😣😣.recently in Chennai floods i lost your network for 2 days but in godsake airtel helped me.

                  Dear sir, I had bought an AIRCEL SIM from a shop on 6/12/2015, which was activated today i.e on 8/12/2015. As I was asked to call 59059 for SIM verification, I promptly did so, but to my dismay I kept receiving the same response from the other end, which is " The number you are trying to reach does not exist, please check the number and dial again. " My AIRCEL number is [protected] IMSI: [protected] ICCID:[protected] Kindly do have a look into this matter and inform me of anything that I might need to do from my end.                     I'm Sujit from Siliguri, I'm using aircell connection &rs.97 (2 or 3times)every month where I get aircell to aircell 400 mints & aircell to others 200 mints.After calling I can not see my remaining balance (aircell to others).I complained & they advised to type *128#call.I've tried but no result.Several time I have contacted with customers care but they are avoiding me & Given excuses like link failure.I talked with Mr.Imtiaz from customer care & he 2 times given excuses of link failure...So I request u please do the needful in this matter. .Thanks

                          Hello, I have a complain about the service provided by AIRCEL. But before that I want to give you full description of the case. On the date 04/12/15, I recharged my account with Rs.30/- and got Rs.23.90/- on my balance. I was having a credit of Rs.6/- and so just after the recharge they had cut that 6 rupees from my balance. After sometime they returned my 6 rupees (May be as a gift). Then I subscribed for the '10MB 3G Data daily pack for 2 rupees'(for 1 Day and can be renewed later), as I needed it frequently to check my emails(Though I am not a heavy user). They don't have any system to show the daily pack data balance, but still, each time you turn off your data, there comes a Pop-Up/Flash message showing you how much data you have consumed(But, not how much is remaining). Because of that, I noted down the consumed data, each time the pop-up comes. After surfing for sometime, there came a pop-up showing my account balance 0.08 INR, then I calculated the overall data consumption and it was just 2401 KB, whereas the deal was of 10240 KB(10 MB). The same thing happened on 05/12/15. That day I recharged my account with Rs.40/- and then subscribed for the 10MB 3G data daily pack, but after the consumption of not more than 25% of the data, they had cut all of my balance. This is a big injustice and now I want refundment of my money: Rs.52/- (Thereafter they may cut the credit of Rs.12, that I have right now, from my balance). My name: Dhruba Jyoti Saikia.                           On 08/12/2015 I got a message from AIRCEL, and it was like this : "Dear Customer we acknowkedge your concern and the reference number is 1-[protected]. We shall revert to you by 10/12/2015. Now download the mobile App". But as you see, today is 10/12/2015 but there is no action from their side!

                          As per system check you have been charged for activation of recharge pack Rs.2, Rs.3 & Rs.5 on 4th & 5th Dec'15. Apart from that no other deduction is found on your number. Also no Value Added Service is active on your number.

                              Hi, I am using Aircel Prepaid SIM service my number is [protected]. I got a message today that says that i am subscribed for Model Video Club which I am unaware of.I dont have main balance in my account, so the next message I have received from the same number says that please recharge your account to continue the service. Now I am afraid that my balance will be deducted whenever I recharge my account.

                              Kindly look into the issue, an deactivate the same so that my balance don't get deducted when ever I recharge

                                  My balance in the number [protected] was ₹65 which came down to ₹ 12 now without any activation of services.there was already data pack activated so no deductions can be there for internet usage.On calling customer care they didn't response since 48 hrs.stating their executives are busy.Aircel is a biggest cheater company with worst service providers.

                                    Respected sir, my Aircel mobile no. is [protected]. I often recharge with rate cutter 65/- and I get promo balance 120 Local & STD Mobile Minutes. But whenever I recharge with Top UP or whenever I have main balance in my account, I got a message that I have subscribed a service and I have been charged Rs. 30/- for 10 day. When I contact the customer care executive and tell him about my problem, he tell me "Sorry sir we can not help you this time, please contact after 4 hrs." But whenever after 4 hrs or 6 hrs or even in the morning I call them, I get reply "All the customer care executive are busy because of too many call, please send HELP to 121." I am trying to contact them for 3 day. It happened so many time with me. It seems like after identifying the complainers mobile number the leave this reply message. However each time I deactivate the service even I have not activated this, but still after recharging, they definitely do like that. How people do like that with their own customer. Please help me whatever possible.

                                    We regret the inconvenience cause to you. We would like to inform you that the vas service has been subscribed on your number through OBD mode on 29th November 2015 at 06:23PM post double consent from your end so this is renewal charge. The charges are found correct hence no waiver is applicable for the same. The vas service has been deactivated from your number.

                                    What do you mean by OBD mode? I have all the calls and sms record still in my cell phone. I got a call from [protected] at 10:41 AM, but I end that call in 7 second, I didn't get any call at the time you have mentioned. I have not done any mistake then how is it possible. By the way Its not the problem of getting money back. Keep the money! However all these thing are happening for money. The problem is whether customer have started any services or not. If they have subscribed any VAS then they should know that they have activated a service with own choice. But these thing are not happening here. After all the call centre department of Aircel is not helping the customers. We get reply only one thing "Sorry sir, we are unable to solve your problem this time please call after some time." Do you believe I am still trying to call them, but I get the reply "All the customer care executive are busy because of too many call, please call later, thanks for calling Aircel". I hope all many customers have known the fact that communication companies makes the special department for this type of robbery in customers account.

Its really horrible to explain few days back I have complained that aircel have duducte money 75 rs which they have refunded back but again they have dudected 66 rs for stating you have subscribed the 66 game zone.its difficult to again and again same thing is happening.                                       Tried calling to you but your number is not reachable however as per your query with regards to balance deduction, please note that first Rs 75/- was deducted towards VAS services on 2nd Dec'15 post which your balance was Rs 15.92/- and we refunded Rs 150/- instead of Rs 75/- on 4th Dec'15 however Rs 66/- again got deducted from your account on 6th dec hence you are not eligible for refund since extra Rs 75/- was credited on 4th. We have deactivated the Service to avoid further deduction.

                                      As per my Information and balance check only 75 Rs is credited.

                                      But I am not getting this behavior of crediting extra 75 rs ie 150 rs.Why will you refund me 150 rs.

                                      That also you are explaining that we have deducted 66 rs providing some horrible reason of crediting 75 rs extra.

                                      This shows Aircel attitude towards costumers.

                                      Plz its special request to refund 66 RS.

                                      We would like to inform you that As updated earlier refund is not applicable since Rs 75/- was credited twice towards which only Rs 66/- was deducted rest Rs 9/- we didn't debited as service gesture.

                                        I have done 3G plan on 10Nov-2015.After activation my call charges become 40p/min on any no. But actually those were 35p/min for other and 15p/min for aircel to aircel. Now they say if you need older rate that you have too stop 3g service and your call rate become same like older 35p and 15 p. Becoz of this 3g i have done another recharge of 94 Rs for minimize the call rate but still it is not working as i need. there is loss for me of Rs 155+94 and higher call rate. Please do something.
