    Hi, I have lost my Main account balance so I raised a complaint on 8.12.15 complaint number 1-[protected]. On 09.12.15. I received a message from customer service stating that. ”Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 9.12.2015. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call center” But I didn’t receive any call for solving the issues. They just simply sent the message without solving it.. After my continues follow-up they said still the complaint is open and forwarded to concern team. It was happen due to Chennai Flood Aircel got network issues they said. Still now no response for it. Again I topped up my account for Rs60/- and star using it made 3 calls which is totally about 4min. But I lost my total balance. While I called the customer care they said “due to Aircel network problem your mobile is connected with Reliance network during that time u used internet so your main account balance is detected. As I am using my Internet pack, I asked them to check my internet balance they confirmed that I am having 565mb expiry dt. 25 dec2015. During that time. At that time I am in Chennai only so there is no point of telling its because of Roaming cost. For this they registered a complaint #[protected] dt 10/12/2015. . I received a message from customer service stating that. ”Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number #[protected] dt 10/12/2015 has been resolved on 11.12.2015. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30days through email/facsimile/post/call center” They just simply sent it without solving. So far I have last 96+26 rs. I am keep on calling customer care but every time I am getting different, different stories from them. I requested concern team to Solve this issues immediately. For these issues presently I have stop using Aircel sim which I used more than 8yrs

      My aircel balance was deducted Rs 99 and i got a message saying i subscribe to GAMES club on 14/12/2015 at 8.16pm which i have no idea about it.I am really upset with your customer support, they try to bluff customers.Instead of solving the grievance, they tend to make it a very small issue and ignore the complaints. I have never subscribe any such clubs.This is not the very first time when i have been charged with these WAP services without my initiation.It's totally wrong.Inspite of TRAI Strict On Activation of VAS Without Subscriber Consent, Aircel is charging the way it wants.         I activated a rate cutter of rs. 53 one month ago. I neither set it to auto renewal nor it showed me that the pack will be auto renewed. Yesterday my rs. 53 was deducted from my account balance and the pack was auto renewed. I don't know why aircel tries every methods to deduct balance. If someone wants the pack again, he will activate it again. Who gave u the right to renew the pack without even notifying me about it or without asking whether I would like to continue or not. None of the other network companies do this cheap activity. I want my balance back. my no. is [protected]. Otherwise I'll port my no. this is not the first time I've experienced balance deduction on packs not activated by me. Pls help.

          When I was taken this sim, I haven given my documents and now I went to store, they are telling you are not the owner. I am using near about 5 years.. This mobile no already listed in all records like banks. I have given calls customer support, appelate desk and nodel officer also. They did not pick my call from friday. My no is : [protected]

          I have given already all details... I went to your store. They said your number not in ur name... Then you have to submit same documents. What about my given documents and near about 5 years over from sim has taken... Nodel officer and customer support.there is no reposnse.arrange the call history. Why are you taking these much time... One week over...
          There is no reply..why are you doing like this...
          Why are you cheating with us.
          Today I have recharged with 100/- then after i have activated 48/- magic internet pack only. After 30 mins i have received, you have activated this services, so we have deducted ... your from your balance. I am asking you seriously Are you working or sleeping?. Till time my problem not resolved.. Again You are created problem?, What purpose did you recharging your Balance?... I have given call to 198 they are not given proper answer for my balance and they held my call for 9 mins then disconnected my call. Are you eating the food or ...If you are eating the food, then you are taken the responsibility...?

            Hello, I received a Call from Aircel and the number was[protected] they told me that Sir you have won 250000 than He gave me another number to contact with his manager called Vijay and his number was[protected] and he asked me my account number and unfortunately i told that and than he asked me to pay a government Tax of rupees 21, 500 than again they called me asking sir have you reaced to the bank or not.i told i reached tell me what to do than i told i do not have enough money do one thing please take 1 lakh from my account and refund me 24 lakh rupees if you really want to give me than he cut the call. is it fake or not i do not know but if i feel something wrong I will complain to the Police and take an action on Aircel too

              My nuber is [protected], Nov 15th 2015, you have deducted 76 rupees from my main balance. I called customer service through online and phone, First you told that WAP usage is the reason for deduction, second you told amount had been refunded, third you told I made a call some other number is the reason. But all the three response is untrue. You are cheating and looting your customers money and investing those money in share market. If you want to improve your revenue just provide decent service dont loot.

              Are you kidding with your customers?

              Check my complaint conversation history.

              First you told that I have used VAS from WAP mode. (We would like to inform you that you had used VAS services through WAP mode hence we are unable to process the reversal.)

              Next you told that the issue has been re-escalating. (We are re-escalating your issue and will update you soon.)

              Then you told amount had been refunded. (We would like to inform you that the amount had been refunded from our end.)

              Now you told that I made a call to some other number. (We would like to inform you that you had made o/g call to the number 89732*** on 15/11/2015 hence the charges of Rs. 76/- had been deducted as per the tariff.)

              Check my call usage history, in I didn’t make any unwanted long calls from this number ([protected]).

              Are you seriously working or telling just like that answers?

              Don’t play with your customers.

              Very very worst service from AIRCEL.

              Feeling very shameful to have your (AIRCEL) network for more than 10 years.

              Please let me know if you don't want to return my money.

              Because I raised this issue ten days before still no result it's really very shameful of AIRCEL that I have to complaint again and again for my own money.

              Is this a new way of AIRCEL for raising your revenue?

              Please let me know clearly you want to return my money back or not instead of playing this game.

              Thank you. Finally I have received my amount.
              But for your kind information, I didnt activate any VAS service. This number is being used by a senior citizen, and the mobile is a very basic model. If you can able to check my details, please check my past few years history, you cannot find any single VAS activation on this number.

                  Aircel detucts rs 75 from my balance and send a message of activating social book for 15 days, as the above service are not activated by my side, aircel are cheaters they always detucts balance, by activating these type of faltu and bakwaas services 3-4 times a month Please do not do these type of incorrect activities and kindly refund the balance.                     I think it is about 5 months but still PORT messaging service is not working to me, i send a PORT to 1900, it deducts 0.50Rs and does not reply with any porting code. Aircel Service seems to be very worst in assisting customers requests, i don't recommend any one to choose this network. And last time when i did porting a person called me and told that " I will reduce your call rates and stay with our aircel only" but What a worst nothing happened and i gave a call to customer-care they didn't care at all. Simply worst customer-care i say. So ppl don't think of aircel, once you are in aircel, then you can't come out of it. Location : Bangalore.

                        We have verified your account details and found that on dated 12th Dec 2015 a content service "QUIZ, VIPG7" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs.35/- was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs.35/- which will be credited to your account as soon as possible.

                          Post system validation it was found that the you was charged Rs. 99 as subscription fee for MODVEDCM from NAZARA activated through WAP on13/12/2015. As per your request the same has been deactivated on 13/12/2015 at 13:23:00. As you had called within 24hrs of balance deduction waiver has been posted and will reflect in your account as soon as possible.

                                I'm using airtel 16mbps speed broadband .if i go to aircel.com homepage first time it is going afterwards if i click anything eg:"prepaid, postaid or anything" the page is not going to the required page.if i close it the page and again open aircel.com i didnt get homepage also.But i can reach any other website except this.

                                  I am Santhosh from coimbatore. [protected]. This is my number I bought in global communications periyanaicken palayam branch. Past 2 weeks data not connected in my phone. I was told global communications about this problem but very poor response and worst customer handling. They treat me as a trespasser. It will happen again means surely I will my change network.

                                    I am Rahul, mobile no:[protected](Aircel), I have been getting message for the renewal of the dialer tune service as below: Dear Customer! You will be renewed for Dialer tune at Rs.30 for 30 days in next 2 days.Set Songs Call 5300001(TF).To unsubscribe dial 155223. I have tried reaching out to the above customer care no 15523, the call is not going through saying number does not exist. For the last 3 months, my mobile balance has been deducted thrice with 30 Rs each. I have already dropped emails to customer care before, however i did not get any response from it.                                       I am using aircel number [protected]. I am facing this problem when i have activated internet. I have recieved message from aircel saying thank you for using aircel services. when i checked balance 35 Ruppes was deducted. message says " to stop servise send message "STOP" to 155332" i sent message to 155332 it says " there is no service active on your mobile" I have activated addblock in my browser so i did not click on the adds. without reason they are deducting the balance. I want my 35 Ruppes back or else i will port my number
