[protected], is my mobile number, I recharged with Rs. 50 i had balance of about Rs. 45 and now my balance was deducted and its zero this has happened with me many times I request u take a necessary action and stop unnecessary deduction of balance. Please refund my entire amount as soon as possible

    I am Nancy singh and my number is [protected] my balance Rs. 45 had been deducted without any reason when I called customer care they said that u had charged for services even I haven't requested for any service ant it held so many times I got just irritated of all these things please help me.

      I am tapan kumar nayak from bhubaneswar and my aircel mobile no is [protected].On 04/09/2015 Rs.50 have been deducted from my account.Before that i have only opened my facebook account as always by aircel mobile data and still i have 220mb of internet data left in my account .We all know that facebook is a free site but I have internet data also in my account so there is no question about data charges.After that I have called the aircel customer support and they told me that because of a chargeable link click Rs.50 have been deducted from my account.i have never clicked any such type of links.As TRAI is strict on these auto-deduct charges how aircel violating TRAI rules.please take necessary action against them and refund my money as soon as possible.

      We have verified your account details and found that on dated 04th Sep 2015 a content “VPACK" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs 50/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.

        I got a pop up message saying recharge for 255 and get unlimited 2g/3g. But when I recharged I saw only 1075mb I.e 1gb. And after 5 days my 1gb got over and my net was not working anymore. So I called customer care and they first told me to turn off 3g nd use, wen it didn't work dey asked me to recharge but my main balance got they told me to do it twice. And then the gprs department told me that there is no special recharge activated and that I was normally recharged so I will only get normal benefit that is 1.75gb whereas I got only 1gb so they told me to call 198 once again and raise a complain. But when I called again they transferred my call to a senior. I talked to him for 41mins where he misbehaved and totally refused to take my complaint. He kept saying that I don't know how to check balance and that there is net balance in my account. And when is said why my net is not working he just kept saying I can't give you any information it's against the rule. He kept saying no ma'am there is no problem. And then he disconnected the call. I am yet to get my 700mb let alone my unlimited Internet. What kind of a customer care is Aircel running. Very dissapointing. Please see to it.

          I am Anarghya Sarkar. My mobile number is [protected]. on 5th september 2015 at 3:21PM I recieved a call from [protected]. Somebody asked me if the above number is my number? I said yes and then the call has been dropped. After that I recieve a SMS saying that "THANKS FOR SUBSCRIBING TO MUSIC CONNECT AT RS.30 FOR 30 DAYS VALIDITY.YOU WILL BE RENEWED AFTER 30 DAYS."

              I had made an online recharge in the category Top ups for Rs 135 on 4 Sept, 2015.The transaction number was MHR[protected].It was mentioned on the site that a TT of 150 and 150 MB data will be credited if this recharge is done.However it was not specified that this 150 will be credited as PROMO Balanace.I called the customer care multiple times and everyone seemed confused as to how this balance is to be used.I am currently in Delhi which is a roaming area for me.Today when my main balance got exhausted and i was unable to make calls, i redialed customer care and the operator told me that it was obvious that this was a Promo recharge, and said i could raise a complaint with consumer forum.I have the screen shot for the information available on Aircel site.Plesae can you help me with the same.

                I Mrs. Mandakini B Khamkar ([protected]), want filed complaint against aircel mobile because last time i filed complaint against that i am not received paper bill in time and promise mr sachin shinde future i am sending in before time but now august 2015 bill till date i not received so aircel collection boys harrsing me for payment but when i am not receiving paper bill i will not pay bill amount this happen from last eight months then i pay regurlarly but this time i am not paying. Every time i spend my time and for this purpose I spend Rs. 50/ and west of time Rs.500/ company suppose to pay me or adjust my bill because every months same problem. pl help me

                  Dear Aircel, This is for your kind information that i "Md Nasim" have a aircel no [protected]. it is my number. yesterday at 10:54 PM night. i got a text from Aircel that i have been charged Rs 35 for jotish shastra service and 10 rs for another service. I didnt activated any such service. when i called c care they told me, sir we cant refund your balance coz without your permission we dont activate this service. they take complaint for 10rs but they donot take complant for 35rs. we are looking fool, suppose that i activate jotish shastra but who activate other 10rs service, tell me who? we are not chutya which i activate any service at 11 pm night. I want that this type of rubbish should be stopped and the company has to refund my balance. In case they dont do so, i will port my number...

                      Hi..I hope from here I should get justice. I am using aircel from last 7 months. Phone no:- [protected] My concern is, from last two months I am facing problem like balance deduction without doing anything. They activated services like TINY TV for 30 RS. on regular interval without involving me. When I called to customer care, they told it's our fault..we"ll give you refund.Not am issue. But all time I ve call them and after scolding them they agreed to give refund. for all process I lost my 30 mins. But all Indians have no time to call them. so like this they are cheat Indians and making profit. So I want to do RTI(Right to Info) against Aircel. I wish our Central Government do some step for further and cancel all licences of Aircel. Because they are playing with Indians ... Cheaters.. Not providing facility to customer... Today morning, instead of getting "Good Morning" wish, I got SMS from aircel like "30 Rs Deduction due to TINY TV subscription" I was very disturb. I was unable to connect with my family, friends in such critical situation. How should I get help from others also, if I don't have sufficient balance to asking help. Let's go further if this happen with any Indian woman in critical situation what she will do..she can't even call to asking help .. :( So Please, take some action with this query. Save Indian people from cheaters. Help them.

I want that this type of rubbish should be stopped and the company has to refund my balance. In case they dont do so, i will port my number.

                          I am balaji. my no is [protected]. i recharged this for rs. 453 on september 2nd, 2015. 453 plan was talktime for 353rs.3 GB Data and 399 sms for 60 days. everything was credited in no. afterthat i used internet. i checked my balance later.my balance was 182 only. total of my previous balannce and new balance is 398rs. aircel deducted my main balance 218 rs from 398rs for data network.. even i am having 3GB Data balance. then i caled to customer care and complained twice on the same day. but they said problem in system updation. call back after 4 hrs. they r repeating the same thing. kindly help me to reveal my main balance 218rs in my number

                            Dear Aircel, This is for your kind information that i "om prakash" have a MNP (airtel to aircel) aircel no. [protected] from which 2nd sep, 22:33 pm, Rs.about 47 has been deducted without my concern, i have never activated any Dazzling Queen subscription, beauty tips or midnight fantasies. Previously also my balance about 50-60 rs was deducted for couple of times for the same but when ever i try to contact the customer care of yours it does not get connected ever or whenever it connected then dont a satisfaction answer from ther and also behaviour is so disgraceful or like abusive from that side. Please do the needful and request you to stop that unwanted subscription and return my deducted balance. thanks. om prakash [protected]

                              Aircel - Deduction of net balance Durga on sep02, 2015 I mr durga no [protected] did a recharge of Rs128 plan of 1GB 2G I barely used only only whatsapp and did browsing, on 1st of sep i tried my whatsapp n fb but failed, so o i checked the net balance by dialing *128# it showed somthing heppened we can not complete your request, from this tine i trying to contect custoner care but they blocked my number .. they can't rcv my call .. plz solve my problem as soon as possible .

                                R/Sir, Myself Rajiv Kumar Mishra bought a new Aircel no [protected] by the name of my wife Sarita Kumari Mishra. I can't recharge my no online, except Aircel site, and whenever I try to recharge by other online sites or other mobile apps it shows the mob no is incorrect.Perhaps Aircel has limited my recharge facility and their customer care has not responded to my call and email. Sir, please try to help me. Thanks

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, today(2 Sept 2015) i received a call offering me dialer tunes for 30 days at the cost of Rs 30 per month. I did not press any number but still the ultimate result was deduction of Rs 30 for that dialer tune and Rs 15 for that again with a message " Dear User, Rs 15 for 90 days has been charged for DT song..." I CALLED 198 AND THAT SERVICE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK YET... THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE TELLING ME TO CALL BACK AFTER 8 HOURS OR TOMORROW MORNING.. IF THERE IS NO* AMONG THE SERVICE PROVIDERS WHEN TO CALL BACK(8 HOURS LATER OR TOMORROW MORNING) HOW CAN I BE ASSURED THAT MY MONEY WILL BE RETURNED?? (THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH ME BEFORE WHEN 45 RUPEES WAS DEDUCTED REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE AND NO ONE RECEIVED MY CALL) MY COMPLAIN NUMBER IS [protected] my email address is [protected]@gmail.com

You have been renewed for Missed Call Alert at Rs.30 for 30 days.To unsubscribe dial 155223.Then am ask to customercare above issue they said we refund the amount and take complaints.Given below ref no. Dear Customer, we acknowledge your concern and the reference number is 1-[protected]. We shall revert to you by 31/8/2015. There after send the one msg issue resolved. Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 28/8/2015.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre.But yet not to be receive my refund amount.Here with I try to contact customercare they not connected to my calls to agent.So I need your help. Thank you!

From this no. your co. barred access to 198, and from other no. i put on hold for long time, then i disconnected, 2nd time i req for bal, cce said u have downloaded, truely i didnt download, plz refund my bal.                                         [protected] each and every time I call customer care no response is being given. a message is repeated that all of our representatives are busy on another calls. if you don't have time to serve all customers then shut those no. and if you can't handle company stop selling sim. I am fed up of your bad services no network no internet speed more over no responses to customers problems
