Dear Sir/Madam, today(2 Sept 2015) i received a call offering me dialer tunes for 30 days at the cost of Rs 30 per month. I did not press any number but still the ultimate result was deduction of Rs 30 for that dialer tune and Rs 15 for that again with a message " Dear User, Rs 15 for 90 days has been charged for DT song..." I CALLED 198 AND THAT SERVICE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK YET... THE SERVICE PROVIDERS...
