    Dear aircel, I live in manipur, imphal. I purchased 1Gb data for 3g pack. But I cannot get any network even for 2g also mostly at night. If you can't provide internet service then what is the use of this sim card. Without internet smart phone is no more smart phone. You should invest on quality service not on advertising. People will automatically come to you.

      Hi Aircel, I am using the aircel postpaid number for the last three month. I was ported my number from airtel to airclel. While I was using the aircel I was charged many hidden charges for VAS usages. I have raised many complaints none of them are useless. Now I have decided to change my network from aircel to vodafone. I have raised to port request on starting of september(not sure about the date) but the port was unsuccessful. I have contacted the vodafone executive as they said the port request was rejected from aircel. I tried to contact the customer care but I am not getting the proper reply from them. Now again I raised a new request to port my number from aircel to vodafone. But this time if it was not successful. I will file a complaint against the company. Make sure that the port request should not deny. If any thing needs to be address from my side do let me know. My mobile num : [protected] My port ID :DT818315 Regards, Ram

        Sir, I want to tell you that I recieve a message suddenly in my aircel number and deducted my account balance at today at 5.03pm of Rs28 for pack RAJSMS28 without my permission .And when I asked them why they have deducted my money they are giving an excuse that I was subscribed a sms pack and moreover the giving several type excuse. But I can't use my mobile number after calling at 11.05am.when i asked them for any proof against me then they transferred call for their senior officer but call automatically ended. I also called them but ended again. sir i am a student i hardely get money to recharge so please look after this matter sir and help me for refund.           Mob no [protected] Recharge on 9 september 2015 with rs.48..customer care assured me for 1 gb data for 28 days validity before the recharge but it (data pACK) stopped working from very next day... rs.4 balance deducted. Then rs.10 Of loan amount deducted. And now customer care not responding to my call.

            Dear Sir This is to inform you that the Aircel is fraud company, cheating its customer charging extra amount & forcefully saying if you will not paid, services will be stopped. Kindly look into this matter & arrange to cancelled the licence of aircel. I have taken the post paid connection ( mobile no. [protected] ) since last six month. but the aircel is charging me at his own without my consent. instead if several request & follow ups the aircel company is not listing & saying to stop the services.

There is no discrepancy has observed on the scheme benefits.

                  Myself soumyajit My aircel mobile number [protected] For past 2months my mobile service provider is charging rupees 30 every month for vas services and miss call alert. I have cancelled and they promised refund but in vain. I want immediate refund of rupees 60 for past 2months deductions and assurance that this type of actions to be stopped completely. Waiting for a serious actions to be taken by consumer forum.

                    Hi My contact number [protected] today I got recharge of rs 64 data pack which gives 1 GB data for 15 days. The same information is given online also. But I got only 500 MB data. Your executive said its 500 MB now onwards. But its not mention online and local executives are also unaware its completely cheating with customers. I want my 1gb data for 15 days.

                              Call drops/network problems. Area: Central Excise Layout, RMV 2nd Stage Extension. I am staying at the above mentioned area for the last 3 years. Since the time we have moved in here, there is huge amount of network issue and call drop. I have spoken regarding the same at the Aircel R.T Nagar store and since last 3 years they are still installing the booster. I have been a Aircel customer since 2010. Recently i have been facing a lot of call drop issues and my money is getting wasted for no reason of mine. Hoping the issue will be resolved. Regards, Loyal Customer.

                                    Last few days it is observed that a hobnobbing is recurred for deduction.In pite of rate cutter recharged deduction made normally but on 05.09.2015 I, called to [protected]at about 14.40 and to [protected] on 06.09.15 at about and the balance was Rs. 53.12.And there is no further outgoing call till Monday, 07.09.15 but Aircel machinery vanishes/consumes the whole balance and awarded me as Rs.0.00. So take necessary action for crediting he balance immediately, and suffered a lot.

                                    We would like to inform you that you have recharged RC 61 on 08.08.2015 at 15.58 in which you got Local A2A @1p/3sec, A2O @1p/2sec & STD 1.5p/sec, Landline calls STD/Local @ 3p/sec, First 60 Secs of the 1st Local Mobile call for the day @ 1p/Sec, 100 MB data for 28 days. Daily 1st two SMS Charged then 50 SMS/day -30 days, tariff validity for 90 days.As per system, total balance Rs1.12 (before balance 53.12 after balance 37.50) was deducted to calling this number 98367##### & 98303##### from 9/5/2015 at 2:40:23 PM to 9/6/2015 at 10:41:48 AM for total 223 seconds & call rate charged as per RC 61 & concerned team have recharged Rs0.01 on 22.08.2015 at 18.26 which you got 20.48 MB 3G/2G data validity for 15 days.As per syatem, total balance Rs51.40 (before balance 51.40 after balance 0.00) was deducted to using GPRS surfing from 9/6/2015 at 3:01:45 AM to 9/6/2015 at 11:39:18 AM in 3G/2G network for total 3.3663 MB data & Rs0.01 pack validity expired on 05.09.2015 at 23.59 after that GPRS surfing charged as per v15p/10kb.So charging found is correct.

                                      Hi..I hope from here I should get justice. I am using aircel from last 7 months. Phone no:- [protected] My concern is, from last two months I am facing problem like balance deduction without doing anything. They activated services like TINY TV for 30 RS. on regular interval without involving me. When I called to customer care, they told it's our fault..we"ll give you refund.Not am issue. But all time I ve call them and after scolding them they agreed to give refund. Yesterday, I faced same issue..customer care executive told will give you refund by today evevning. But still I didn't get? What should I do? Should I give mercy to myself..because now I am fed up.

Being a valued customer, we have refunded this amount as a goodwill gesture to your Aircel number and these packs are already deactivated. Request you to take care in future while accessing internet and avoid using/downloading chargeable links/services.

                                        Today morning i check that message in our mobile no. [protected]. Thanks for subscribing to midnight fantasies at Rs.30 for 45 days validity.you will be renewed after 45 days. to unsubscribe SMS stop to 155223. I didn't subscribed that pack and without intimation of alert message to subscriber that pack. I kindly request to you to refund of rs. 30 This is kind information and please do this needful.

                                        Why can't consumer file a motion against these illegal scamming services. If we can file class action lawsuit I would like to know how. I know at least 16 people I know are willing help me to file motion against MIDNIGHTF the most Scammed aircel VAS service. Please let me know if anyone has legal expertise to take down these scamming services.
