Data pack not working

Mob no [protected] Recharge on 9 september 2015 with rs.48..customer care assured me for 1 gb data for 28 days validity before the recharge but it (data pACK) stopped working from very next day... rs.4 balance deducted. Then rs.10 Of loan amount deducted. And now customer care not responding to my call....

Unfair deduction of balance amount without my consent

Myself soumyajit My aircel mobile number [protected] For past 2months my mobile service provider is charging rupees 30 every month for vas services and miss call alert. I have cancelled and they promised refund but in vain. I want immediate refund of rupees 60 for past 2months deductions and assurance that this type of actions to be stopped completely. Waiting for a serious actions to be taken by consumer forum....

Cheating in Data Recharge

Hi My contact number [protected] today I got recharge of rs 64 data pack which gives 1 GB data for 15 days. The same information is given online also. But I got only 500 MB data. Your executive said its 500 MB now onwards. But its not mention online and local executives are also unaware its completely cheating with customers. I want my 1gb data for 15 days....

Amount deducted without recharge benefit

Call rate and wrong information by website
