Hello, I have purchased an Aircel Micro Sim one and half month back on July-2016. And upto one week back i was using this network without any difficulty. But from the last one week my SIM was showing full network but all the services was completely of (Incoming, Outgoing, Internet, Messages). After this i have contact nearest Aircel Office, and they told me that Aircel has stopped services of the users who have not submitted the ID& Address Proof documents and Aircel has also given the users a prior notice. But while purchasing the sim i have submitted the copy of my UID with my Passport size photograph and also i have not received any prior notice from Aircel to stop my services. Two days later of my complain my sim gets started only for that evening. And in the morning my sim was not showing any network, and from that morning to as on date means from the last three days my sim is not working. It will only take one day to purchase a new sim of any other network. But this is your responsibility to keep your customers connected with your network.     With due respect, I want to state that for the past one year I have been a customer of Aircel. At first i used my aircel sim in both Moblile and dongle. Later I have applied for a different 3G SIM of Aircel which is solely intended to be used for internet connection in my Laptop. But now a days I find that the opening one page of any website consumes about 500 MB of data. How is that possible. I havenot even activated or updated any softwares. So I want a brief enquiry about Aircel 3G services.

      I am buy a aircel pocket Internet card.write give to 1GB data for 15days at 47rupees. But when I recharge data card only give 350MB. When I talk to customer care but not solve my problem. I am also talk to senior customer executive but it is reply the plan is change. But I am ask without any information and without data paper is change we can sell the data card.

        I have recharge with rs 36 as getting knowledge from aircel toll free no 1288, according to offer in 36 a2a std call @10 paise but I didn't get the benefit it gives me some other type of benefit, the customer care is denying about this recharge. and saying non of this offer is available. plz help

          Rs 35 had been deducted from my Aircel prepaid account for Masti mall pack which I had never subscribed for. When I called the customer care they unsubscribed it but didnot refund the amount. I want refund for the unwanted deduction from my account. ASAP.

            This is regarding the balance deduction problem that I m facing since I took aircel connection.
            My mobile number is +91 [protected].I got the sim I am having horrible experience.
            Rs 25.00 has been deducted from my account .
            I m trying to call up the customer care the line is busy. No response at all. not getting a solution.

            PLEASE HELP ME.

              I deposited a security deposit of Rs.500.00 while conversion of my sim [protected] from prepaid to postpaid in Aircel xpress store Rehari Colony, (near Boys high school), Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir - 180005. They have done fraud with me by providing me only Rs.350 as security deposit.I have the original receipt with me. When I contacted the store and their customer care, rude response is being given. Should FIR be lodged against the company now for doing fraud.

                Sir, Last few month I faced network problem of Aircel number, [protected]. I live at bira ballav para, p.s-ashoknagar, north 24 pgs, west Bengal, 743234. So I complained at aircel customer care 198. But they could not take proper action against it network pproblem.

                    My Aircel no is [protected]. Today morning I got a message from ‘DD-AIRCEL’ saying that ‘Thank you for subscribing to Video Talkies3………………………’. And my account deducted by Rs10 without doing anything. What kind of deduction is this? Is this a new procedure to cheat customer? I want my money back into my account immediately. And in future, to activate any pack first they should get a confirmation from me. Stop cheating the customer. Stop deducting any amount from customer in unfair way. Waiting for a positive solution.

                      This is the most pathetic company Aircel. I have used Airtel and Vodafone before but due to Aircel's cheap internet pack i took the connection. The experience I faced was horrible customer service and occasional deduction of balance of no reason, at times I would complain and they would give back the money deducted but then this mischievous company deducted balance and whenever I tried to call their customer care it says heavy trafiic and my calls gets dropped. Do u think Aircel I am your slave to call your customer care number all the time, don't i have any work. How come your customer care faces heavy traffic all the time morning till night, dont u have money to keep customer care agents or they sit and warm tge chair and toggle their cisco or avaya huh!!! This is it I am changing this Aircel for good.

Since i never like this bluddy things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account.                         Post system validation it was found that the you was charged Rs.35/- as re-activation fee for FUNTV from TECHZONE on16/09/2015 at 22:34:10 activation mode: WAP and Consent ID:CG1172150706230144104467 for the same was generated on 07/07/2015 at 12:42:36. As per your request the same has been deactivated on 18/09/2015 at 18:33:02. As you had called within 24hrs of balance deduction waiver has been posted and will reflect in your account within the next 24 working hours.

                            Undue deduction from main balance due to false accusation of downloading NAMMA NAMITA subscription which surprisingly I haven't. It isn't surprising as the same unnecessary deduction was done quite a number of times. My aircel number is mentioned as below [protected] Downloading timing given is around 1300 hrs

                              Aircel company is deduct balance from customers by activating there services. They activate services automatically and deduct balance from customers. And when we complain by calling 198 they didn't take call and show bussy.but when we call from other they ake call.after 24hr when they answer call then they 24hr is over and we can't refund your balance.plz take steps against the aircel company.

                                I raised a complaint in Aircel on 13/9/15 for balance deduction from [protected]. they messaged me reference no. 1-[protected] and we will revert you by 15/9/15. but on 14/9/15 i got message that ' reference no. 1-[protected] has been resolved on 14/9/15. In case u r not satisfied with the resolution you may raise an appeal withinn 30 days through email/facsimile/post/callcenter.' so please refund me my 25 rs asap..

My mobile number is +91 [protected].I got the sim I am having horrible experience. Rs 30.00 has been deducted from my account . I m trying to call up the customer care the line is busy. No response at all. not getting a solution. PLEASE HELP ME. On 11/sep/ 2015 at 3.16 p.m have received msg from aircel service recharge rs 198 & get 2 Gb data, after that i recharge at 5. P.M, , but i received only 1.25 G.B data. Then i regeister complain 4 to 5 times but still not received my remaining data. I have record msg from aircel service
