They have done fraud with me by providing me only Rs.350 as security deposit.I have the original receipt with me. When I contacted the store and their customer care, rude response is being given. For deduction of balance.

Aircel company is deduct balance from customers by activating there services. They activate services automatically and deduct balance from customers. And when we complain by calling 198 they didn't take call and show bussy.but when we call from other they ake call.after 24hr when they answer call then they 24hr is over and we can't refund your balance.plz take steps against the aircel company....

In case u r not satisfied with the resolution you may raise an appeal withinn 30 days through email/facsimile/post/callcenter.' so please refund me my 25 rs asap.....

Pathetic services of aircel

I have paid my postpaid bill on the last day but the staff was not at all supporting they did not processed my bill and just because of there untidy behaviour my sim is blocked. I am working professional who has to update with the calls. I am very angry with the staff and the overall system of aircel on how they treat their customers. This is very pathetic that in this era of Internet I am least unable to pay my bill through Internet...
