    My Aircel Mobile Number is [protected] & I am using this number only from 13-14 days ago. My balance suddenly got deducted on 22/08/2015 for around Rs. 7.50/-, because at around 6 p.m. my balance was around Rs. 7./- & at around 8 p.m. when I checked the balance, I got astonished to check that it was Rs. 7./- & I made only 3-4 calls for very small periods between 1 and 8 p.m. & my plan is only 30 p/min. Now the customer care, which is always unreachable & busy, when gets reachable after calling continuously for 3-4 days tells that I clicked a link & that's why the balance for Rs. 7.00/- has been deducted. The behavior of them towards a customer(new) is not at all satisfactory & they even were not willing to lodge my complaint seriously. They believe that all of their customers are very foolish & only they are very smart. In this era, a child also knows that money will be deducted after clicking any bad link & in their opinion, I, who is using mobiles since 12 years don't know that. I use my mobile self & no other does use it. The company if anytime deducts balance for any unknown reason, the call centre always try to prove their customers by saying these kind of bogus things which actually cannot be proved by only a phone call between the customers and the call center that they are saying true or false.       Sir my self rajni kant and my aircel number is [protected]. i had purched in last month july 2015 but i am facing many problem in this number in this last week cut my balance and i had complaint.and now again cut my balance amount is 72 rupees my balance was 93 rupees but today cut rupees 72 and i have not got any massage. so please return my balance.

        I ask ur cce for msg offera ctivation through ussd but he gav information for data pack as *121*1400#. My bal 14 rs has gone.And bal deducted of rs4.50.cce are not giving appoximate infirmation while caling to them and disconnets my cal. After that i am unable to contact u. I hav ever experience this type of worst service which u r providing. Plz solve the problem as early as possible.

Yesterday I checked for the validity of Internet packs before activating and it showed (and still shows) 30 days validity of 2G/3G pack of Rs. 697 via *121# but when I recharged. I only got 28 days of validity. Guys please provide what you say! Been a happy data user of Aircel but these type of practises should be totally provided. Please sort the issue. Snaps attached.

              My mobile was on charging then message came from aircel your 30 rs dedicated for vas and didn't do anything quickly I unsacribed the the pack and I done this sucsefully but my money was not refunded so I called on customer care and they Say's we cannot refund your money so this is how Aircel stole my money and activated pack without my permission if my money will not refunded then I am going to flash my Aircel sim in toilet there are many new sims offering in great price and talktime

                My balance has been deducted without any reason.customer care represantatives are also not responding to my request.i have called many times.perhaps they have blocked my number..this is not the way they cut my 65 rs without any reason.they should be punished for this.

                  Hi! Sir, i am a customer of aircel bearing number "[protected]" in the region of Assam since very beginning and since then i have been using the aircel number continuously but since six months i have been getting some problem with the aircel operator. It goes like, deducting balance unnecessarily and when complained for it in the toll free number i.e. 198 they delay in refunding the deducted balance and give some bogus reply. Recently on 21-08-15 at 12:38 Noon i received a message from aircel saying "Yhank you for using aircel services" and soon after i checked my aircel balance and i found an amount of Rs. 5 was deducted from my main balance. So now i would kindly like to request you to resolve my problem and refund my deducted amount within a short time.

                    Hi sir myself Anuj kumar My no is - [protected] I have recharge rs. 2 on my aircel at 21st August with 2 days validity within 10 mb data balance. After recharge I didn't use Internet service due to inferior network quality. I closed data connection after 5 minutes use. When I saw in the night for my balance 5 rs deducted from my account so pls sir you check and make refund my balance to my account because I have not use Internet due to network problem and nor again started data connection

                      But it was not used by me and again yesterday on 25 aug, another Rs25 has been deducted from my accout. Every time its happen and i does nothing. So looks it in detail and then tell how i used that unsense ppacks. Go in very detail, and also tell me i have not got any type of massage. Its aircel fault, i thing wanted say that if it will not solve here then again i will go to the consumer court.
                      Ok now i am going to the consumer court for further action.

                      We are already replied that on dated 25th Aug 2015 a content “VPACK" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.25/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.

                        Mobile Number: [protected] Name: Bhavani On 19th of this month, i got a call from customer care, he told me that i got monthly bill as 7500/-. I was in shock. Because i didn't use my free calls even for this month. He told me that i got this much charge because of GPRS. I asked him that, i have 198 3G plan and also i don't use 3G data, i only use 2G data that too for browsing. He said still it is charged for GPRS only. I don't understand. He asked me stay online. After that, without intimation, they have barred my outgoing calls. For 2 days, i was trying to talk to them to know the actual reason for this much bill. No one is responding properly, when i tried to reach from my other number. When i called to postpaid people (complaint), they told me that it is not postpaid. But i have followed instructions of dialer tone. For 5 times i have called and contacted both prepaid and postpaid Dept.s. Every one is telling this is not postpaid. Finally after 2 days i fed up and i was about to reach Aircel store. I got a call from them and they told me that plan got deactivated by my request. So that i charged this much. I didn't get any confirmation message from customercare about my plan deactivation. I explained him everything. He told me that, madam u don't worry, you will get waiver. I will explain everything to my Incharge and he will contact u. But i didn't get any call from them. When i tried to reach them, they are directly cutdown the call. Please tell me the solution.

                        Thank you for your kind information. I have gone to Aircel head office and talked to them. They have asked me 2 days time to resolve this issue. But now i have few questions.The person in store is telling that, my credit limit is 750/- and the people, who are calling me from customer care are telling that my credit limit is 1150/-. Ofcourse let it be. But i have a question here.
                        -> If i crossed my credit limit, why can't you inform me?
                        -> If i am using beyond my credit limit, it is your minimum responsibility to inform me or stop my services, Am i wrong?
                        -> How you people haved barred my outgoing services without intimating me?

                        Today i got a call from a customer care representative, and he informed me that, we have gone through your call recordings and we are decided to give you the waiver. We will deduct that amount from your bill and send it to you again. And also he told me that, they have released my outgoing calls. At that moment, i was able to do outgoing calls. But i didn't get any messages or mails regarding my waiver. After few minutes again my outgoing is barred and i'm getting different messages stated pay 7453/-, pay 7, 483/-. I don't understand, why you people are playing with me. If you do like this, how can i continue with your network?
                        Since 19th afternoon, my outgoing services are barred. Today is 26th. Just think about it once. Why are you making me to get frustrated. It is really disgusting :(

                                I had Postpaid connection of this Aircel Network, Every month they used to impose me extra charge of 100 to 250 Rupees stating VAS, after several complaints to stop this service.they have been saying these service have been Bared for your number, after monthly bill comes, they give me a statement, where stating a VAS Charges and they used to charge me. please if you can have a look. this is my email id: jafferahmed [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  Dera Sir, Today (20/8/2015) I got a message from DD-622033 (AIRCEL) @ 9:53 AM that, Top up 65 me 80 ka TT + 10 LA2A mins..., Hence i recharge today @7.56 Pm. But i got no balance and when i called to customer care, they reply me plan has been changed i, e local aircel to aircel free and cut the phone immediately. After complaining to the aircel customer care they told me that the deducted amount will be refunded to me but that was not refunded. It hapends today also. My complain no is[protected] DTD 20.8.15. The executive also misbehave with me without solving my problem. Please help me.

                                    Balance deducted again and again. Is there any permanent solution. Otherwise I'll port my number to another company.

                                      I dont know what is this happening again and again. First, 17 Rs. deducted from my account then 9 Rs for some sms charges which I have never requested for. Today[protected] again Aircel executives deducted Rs. 70. Today my account balance is Rs. 19.23 what the hell why Aircel have deducted ? This is rely enough that Aircel executives are activating these services again and again to achieve their targets. I need to get credited my balance back immediately within 12 hours. Very very 3rd class company Aircel is, very third class. Again and again deducting my account balance without any service request from mine side.

                                      This is to inform you that 35 Rs. Again deducted yesterday from my Aircel Account.

                                      Even I have recharged with Rs. 8 For 3G data pack and got 50 MB and started using Internet after checking the data balance it was 50 MB. But after consuming 6-7 MB I got message that my 35 rs is deducted. And balance of data i.e.. 44 MB Approx was also deducted.

                                      I think its AIRCEL's internal strategies to deduct balance of their customers as I faced the issue again and again.
                                      To be very frank I am afraid of retaining balance in my Aircel Account.

                                      Please do the needful ASAP.

                                      I am really tired due to AIRCEL BAD Services...
