I have purchased 2 aircel sim no. [protected] & [protected] but they are not getting activated. Network is being shown but no outgoing facility. When I called customer care they asked me to call on 59059. But when I called it says it is wrong no. Tell me solution for this problem ASAP

    Dear sir, I'm S.Ajaz Ali and I'm from Chennai, last month 1st week I have recharged Rs 45, From my nearest dealer, I saw the offer suggested for me by dialling *121#, It showed 200mb data and 20 Rs talktime, But nothing came, I asked the shop keeper did u Recharge or not? Said yes and showed me the number, I dialled customer service @198 and after 4 codes only it connected, for first time a person said that will check the issue and revert in 24 hrs, but no one called, I again called him and said I have called twice from the morning and the guy replied the same, still called in the evening and asked about the complaint, an other guy said sorry sir offer is expired, I asked him then why you showed it in my phone, said syst m problem, I said its OK, please Recharge the amount at least for 43 itself, he said will confirm with superior and call, but no one called again 3rd day I called them and said no one called me, the person openly said, I DONT KNOW WE CANNOT REFUND, ITS YOUR MISTAKE, I yelled at him and said will complain to the superior and hunged the phone, i left them as it is but TODAY i was watching some movie trailers through you tube, after closing the mobile a msg came written you have charged for jyotish shastra, the name I never heard, said it is apart of Vas service and charged Rs 35, and was written i[censored] wish to stop unsubscribe to the number, as I typed the msg STOP and msg the number but the return msg came as I have not been added to any Vas service, but still I have been charged an amount of 35 from my account, please consider this complaint in severe and do the needful I have a recorder attached to call so that each and every call is recorded, still now I can't able to forgive them, please take action against the company under the law

        Mine 69 rs. karecharge 31 aug 2015 ko kraya jisme 69 ka talk time 69 a2a local min or 69 mb data milna tha. pr mujhe koi balance nahi mila or na data mila. ab custumer care ka no bhi nahi lg rha hai. jb bhi balance kata jata hai us k bad customer care ka no. nahi lgta jisse apni shikayat bhi nahi keh pate.

          Time and again I have been illustrating the lack of customer support from Aircel. Yesterday I posted a big post in their fb timeline to no avail. The next issue is, eventhough so much of data balance exists, i just recieved a message from Aircel that I have exhausted 100% of my data balance. I am not sure whom they are playing with!!! Can you please take a look at the screenshot below and let me know your comments. Totally frustrated.

          As per the below screen shot provided by naveen who can use more than 600 mb till sep 8th then how come he utilized 100% of his quota ( other SS) . This is not at all fair . I am sure that he is one of the best customer who is perfect in plans and the payments... Could you please get it solved as soon as possible..

          I recharged for 993 yesterday night at 21:42. I have not yet got my data balance.


          I called the customer care. The team leader promised that it will be resolved in 1 hour. Still not getting any call from him.

            I hate aircel line, per day 2rupees 7rupees cut my balance, i complain customer care but he/she are not support me.he tell that no service active this number, but still now cut my balance every day.. i use docomo number but some problem i port airecl number...plz help mee... sir

                    Aircel - Amount deducted without my knowledge I am aircel user my self Mr.Ravindra Singh my prepaid no [protected] yesterday my recharge my no full talktime 130rs date on 29/08/2015 Saturday evening time but today is chech my balance in my mobile it's showing 30Rs rupees only then I am calling customercate Mis.Arushi she is saying me you are call two time 3 minutes one time or 5 minutes one total 8 minutes but previous day Rakshabandan so call rate very costly 1.5paisa but I am sayings my balance how can detected .
                    She is saying again and again call rate 1.5 paisa but my 100Rs how can detected without my knowledge
                    Kindly help me and action immediately

                      I did a recharge of Rs155 plan of 1GB 2G/3G, I barely used only only whatsapp and did browsing, on 25th of august i tried my whatsapp n fb but failed, so i checked the net balance by dialing *143*0# it showed 0.00(zero), i thought that it would be my fault fault so 26th august I did another recharge of Rs155 plan but this time aircel (fraud) company was faster than previous to deduct my balance.Again on 27th of august i checked the balance it showed 0.00(zero) . This time i called the customer support first a man picked the phone i narrated the whole story he then transferred to his senior then again I narrated the same to the senior she gave me the info about my usage as follow: first recharge on 23rd august: 137MB second recharge on 26th august: did'nt gave info, they told that they cant give so much info!! i requested them to transfer my balance back in my account as they have deducted it wrongly, but they said that "it's not possible" then again i recharged Rs23 plan on 29th august . Guess what?? Frauds are fraud . Is this the way aircel is running the company ??

                        Firstly, Aircel Store near me refused to swap my SIM. I lost my mobile with Aircel SIM [protected]. When I submitted the police report along with the documents to the Aircel Store near me they denied the activation of my old number on new SIM ( SIM SWAP). The concerned person at the Aircel Store Aurangabad said that the name on the document matches but the address doesn't. We shifted from our old address to the new one and we had to submit the old address proof to the concerned authority. Now, we are living at the new address. So how can I provide the old address proof? Is that legal? This is really frustrating for me as I have lost my original educational documents with my mobile. The number for contact on my documents was this number. Even if someone finds my documents and are willing to return them to me they won't be able to contact me. Since 5-6 days the Aircel store is harrasing me.

                        The documents that I have submitted earlier was of my previous address. I have already tried submitting the documents with the same name and other details as on the previous documents that I submitted earlier. But currently I have submitted a copy of Police report and the documents with same name registered but with current address.

I already mentioned that the Aircel Store in Aurangabad is not activating my new SIM even after submitting documents with the name of the consumer and the police report.                             I recharged my phone with 135 rupees on 21st August, 2015 and got 150 rupees mobile balance. But after some time all the balance was lost. Then I contacted to customer care but they said to wait for 4 hours as the server was down. When I tried to call them after 4 hours the call was not connecting as they had blocked my number. Then I called them from my another aircel number, they said the same 4 hour thing and blocked my number afterwards. I tried to contact them again on 23rd August, 2015 with my third Aircel number, they again said the same 4hour and server down thing and no complaint was filed. It's been 9 days now, no relevant action has been taken till today and they blocked my numbers as well.

                              I use [protected] number for more than 6 yrs bt contiuous problems with aircel network.121 rupees taken from my account on 20-08-15 and if I call executives they say due to continuous browsing it was taken. But last time too I used same 283 pack then how could they say for continuous browsing they charged? And when I recharged from aircel website they gave additionally 50mb data, with out my prior knowledge how can they add data aditionally in the name of offer.because of tat it caused vontinuous browsing problem. I need my amount back. I spoke with sumathi, nithya, vinoth particular higher officials but they just take 36hr and replies me with the attached reply.please help me.

                                I have a sim of Aircel I made a recharge of 69 twice different dates but when my first rechage validity date expire it deduct all my money from my promo account. I register a complain I got reference I'd [protected] company executive said your money will transfer in your account but next day company send resolve msg but no amount refund till now. So pls help me if anyone can do.

                                      I am an Aircel customer[protected] for the last 16-17 years since erstwhile RPG, 1.I stay & work from Annanagar in chennai the connectivity is so bad that there are a lot of call drops, it shows fully connectivity & in a few seconds it changes to no connectivity & very little connectivity, had complained about this by mails & over phone for the last 4-5 months but till today no action has been taken to resolve the situation, the engineer had visited once and after checking he said it would be resolved in a couple of days but there has been no improvement till date . 2.I am in a plan of 1000 minutes Outgoing & roaming Incoming & out going etc but while travelling out of chennai, I had manually chosen Aircel Network & though the screen shows Aircel calls are routed thru other operators & I am charged with Roaming charges for the last 1 year Raised a complaint by mail many times but this has not yet been resolved nor has the company resolved the same, on customer care the customer care executive agrees that it is wrong but say we are helpless & will escalate the matter . 3.Today when i called the customer care number, i had to call atleast 6 times to speak to a customer care person & while discussing about the plans, i was suddenly informed that Data plan o[censored]nlimited Net connectivity @ Rs 128/- has been discontinued & the compay has changed the plan to chargeable arbitrarily which is totally unfair without any intimation to me, I request that people from Aircel Read this complaint & resolve the issues pending unresolved .

                                      Very surprising that you have mentioned that the issue has been resolved by speaking to me, which is totally false .
                                      I had received a call from some lady asking me where is the problem in getting connectivity & she then had informed that a technical person would be coming to check but till today no body has visited or resolved issue of connectivity nor have the excess billing issue & change of plan been resolved, this is totally false & wrong from Aircell, they are just trying to close the issue by mentioning false this, Request the issues raised may resolved immediately .
