Deduction of money without reason

I am having with an Aircel mobile connection bearing No [protected]. Initially when I purchased the SIM and recharged an amount of Rs 30/- was deducted without any reason. Company is not serious about customer willingness regarding postpaid plans

Fraud offers

Aircel is giving pop up messages as shown below, unlimited 3g/2g for 255rs but when I recharged I got 1075mb which is 1gb. Even for normal recharge I should have got 1.75gb which I didn't get. Extra rate deducted

Recharged but net pack not given
