This is Gajendra Shrimal having aircel prepaid with mob no. [protected]. sir my balance was suddenly reached to 2paise, the causes of i did not understand. i ahve also talked to your customer care several times, they always say the same thing "wen could not say anything because of technical fault". Now u only say, what should i do. my balance was approx 150rs, just in a single day it reached to 2paise, how it is possible. if such type of fraud exists in such a International mobile Company ("I thought it is, correct me if i am wrong"), where will customer go. it has more then 24 hrs have called ur customer care, no one has responded till yet, neither my complaint has been registered nor any appropriate reason has been given to me for this reason. Either you dont consider your customers or you have more customers as your expectation. You dont have any right to misuse the hard earned money of customer.

    I puchsed a no. from retailer, he offered if you expend 120 then your call rate cut only 15 p/m A2A till one month, but this is wrong information according to customer care. cce suggest RC 71 this coupan is not available in aircell website. aircell website have 57 for A2A 15p/m, finally richarged this but no effect in my call rate. i am so disappointete Aircell. my contact no. is :- [protected]

      My Complaint Num is 1-[protected], (My num is [protected]) I received messages in the Month of July and August that on recharge of 275 ill get 2 GB data as well as Rs 40(July) and 55(August) additional talk time, I received the data part, however additional talk time is not provided both the month, the customer care is just to Deviate us and make fool o[censored]s Rediculous Customer Service, I mailed to the Nodal Officers along with the Appellate of WB and Bihar but they are also the same as there customer care guys. Rediculous . i need my balance back, please help.

        I was a complain raised to Aircel Customer care & Aircel appellate for solve the problem on 1st Jul 15 to 26th Aug15 continuously 10 to 15time's but there no any response to us. And I telling you that I can't browsing any website when I present at home. and there 2G & 3G both network is very very slow and they are not solve the problem even I raised the complained. So, I request you please do the needful as soon as possible.

          1. I have recharged online 53 internet offer. Rs 56 was on my account after accepting the offer only rs. 3 left in my account. Without any call or sms usage my account become nil after two days how rs. 3 has reduced to nil balance ??

          2. Same day i recharged online top up of rs. 195. The activation message came to confirm recharged. But amount has not added to my balance.

          Still amount is rs. 00 and not getting internet connection this is disgusting. If this your functioning they i have compelled to change the service provider and choose portability

            I had purchased a new data SIM of Aircel with activation of data plan for Rs. 599 offering 2GB unlimited for three consecutive months. From day one of activation of connection I have been facing problems in net connectivity with issues ranging from fluctuation in data browsing speed, frequent disconnections and prologed delay in loading of web pages. It may be brought to your notice that post usage of 2GB limit when the speed reduces to 2G speed, no webpage opens at all which is the main problem occurring now.

              This is to inform the officials in regarding to Aricel Post Paid connection used quite a years ago. I admit to tell you that I took connection from Aircel, where the plan looks to be interesting and economical to our middle class persons… later day I got my connection enabled which looks to be a different package and intimated the same to executive who has provided me the connection in order to disconnected. But due to executive negligence it was carried out to till date which in turn became 2000rs outstanding… based on this fact Aircel lodged a complaint to the great legal ADVOCATE Yashwanth Rana who was not even listening to customers concerns and using UNPARLIAMENTARY language. I will try speaking to Aircel executives to resolve the issue and do a needful help. I also urge to take an action on Yashwanth ([protected]) who is very rude in behaving with clients.               This is Srikanth here from Sion-Mumbai. I'm also facing the same kind of problem with the legal notice even after cancelling my Aircel number few months ago. I just want to know if your problem got resolved after complaining here.

              Or do we have to pay that entire amount which is not fair for us???

                I am using aircel for past 4 years. My sim card is not getting detected or it is shown as only emergency calls since 25th of august I did, nt pay my bill. I paid my bill which is 2000 and this month bill is yet to be generated. You people block the service if the bill is not paid, at the same time why can't you people resume the service once the payment is made. It has been more than 10 days and I have sent so many mails regarding this. I sent the mail from [protected]@gmail.com. MY number is [protected] AND THIS IS THE NUMBER WHICH IS REGISTERED WITH THE BANK. I receive the one time password for this number. How will I receive the messages, if my sim is barred and you people even add fines to the bill incase of late payment. I want a solution to this complaint. I am fed up sending so many mails to the customer care. I really want to change the network and pissed off with the service provided with your network.                   Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is V Praveen Kumar.Recently i have purchased Aircel sim.From past 5 days these people are automatically activating one by one service and deducting my balance.customer care person said that by balance would get back in 24 hours till now 3 days have passed but no balance.When i am trying to call them, the electronic receiver says "there is heavy traffic please try again later". I am having the messages proof and call records of their customer care person.Hence i kindly request you to take some action on this kind of thieves and help public.

                      Inspite of complaining again and again aircel are deducting money for their use less vas service. day before yesterday I got the msg that thank u for subscribing jyotish Shasta u have been charged 15 rs to stop the service sms STOP to 155223 I had made the msg immediately I also had the conformation msg that u had successfully unsubscribed from the service but later after half an hour I got the same msg that thank u for subscribing jyotish Shastra u have been charged 15 rs I am got wondered and not getting what to do one more thing now once again I am sending msg to stop the service but it showing that u have no active vas service.. plz help me and close such type of companies...

                        Hello... On the number [protected], I had recharged with an internet pack of 39 oj offer . The offer was said to give 480mb data with a validity of 15 days. The regular pack credits 180mb for 5 days . It's been 3 days and I haven't received the extra credit. On 198, a customer representative said a complaint had been taken but the reference number is not yet sent . I have doubt that the complaint was taken properly. Kindly solve the issue and extra amount be credited swift . What the hell is happening to Aircel . It seems they are interested only in hiking the price . Swift resolution is expected.

                          I am having with an Aircel mobile connection bearing No [protected]. Initially when I purchased the SIM and recharged an amount of Rs 30/- was deducted without any reason. One contract with customer care they assured that in future no money will be deducted. Again on 25 Aug while I recharged with Rs. 60/-, Rs 30/- deducted from my balance. In spite repeated reminder and request to customer care the amount still not refunded to me by the company. In each time they given assurance that the same will be refunded within 48 hrs / upto next day seven O clock. Last on 05 Sep 15 they assured that the it will be refunded within two hours.                             I am amit, I have purchased Aircel postpaid plans. I have been using postpaid number last 3 years, but still company not taking my willingness seriously. I have using 299 corporate plan last 2 years, but some days ago I have changed my plan for using 3G services, but several times I have called at customer care no of aircel, but nobody have solve this problem seriously, inspite of that theris representative behaviour was not good. I personally feel that this company are unable to provide good 3G services. Company's representative always tell me in such a way that I am uneducated person, and unable to use smartphone, that a rebbish tandency. I am using 3G services of Vodafone in same handset very effectively and services of Vodafone is quite good. My request that Aircel should be punished for their fake commetment/ promises. Regards Amit

                              Hello, This is to inform you that I am facing lot of problem due to Network Failure, Every time while making Calls Call-drops and Voice Breaking Causes Problem and Internet Speed is also very-very poor. We have a five Aircel Numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] But No Network in Moula Ali.                                 Aircel is giving pop up messages as shown below, unlimited 3g/2g for 255rs but when I recharged I got 1075mb which is 1gb. Even for normal recharge I should have got 1.75gb which I didn't get. When I called the customer care they refused to take my complaint and said there is no such offer and they didn't even refused to give the 700mb which I should have got. My no is [protected].

                                I tried sending that message it's showing MRP not available as you can see in the ss I have attached below. And as for getting the offer I only got 1gb and I have already used that 1gb and now my net is not connecting. If I had indeed got the unlimited offer why is my net not working. But it's working fine now that I have recharged again.

                                That is just false information. I got only 1gb whereas I was supposed to get unlimited 3g /2g for 1 month. How can I use unlimited internet in 5 days??? Are you retarded??? And even if I got normal benefit I should have got 1.75gb which I didn't. I have enclosed my data usage below till 5th September as that I when I raised the complain. Maybe it will knock some sense into you guys and you will stop saying things so stupid. Don't think that the customers are dumb. Money doesn't grow in trees. I recharged for 255rs and I should get what I am promised.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam This is to inform you that I am facing lot of problem due to Network Failure, Every time while making Calls Call-drops and Voice Breaking Causes Problem and Internet Speed is also very-very poor. We have a three Aircel Numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] But No Network Signal Show on our Mobile during the 2 weeks at home. In our area Radhey Shyam Park Extension, Krishna Nagar (Delhi-110051) all Aircel Numbers are Not Working Properly. I am tried to contact with Customer Care Number But No Response so we send a mails to appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in But aircel Customer Care not response properly they always mention in mail - Kindly allow us to respond to your concern within next two working days . Still appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in (Customer Care ) not resolve the Network Failure issue .                                     On 6th august, 2015, i did online recharge of rs 94, a rate cutter having std facility of 15paisaper minute. Later on i did recharge of rs 50. Afterwards i made aircel std calls. The rate charged was supposed to be 15 paisa per minute. Insteasd rs 1 per minute was deducted from my account. Please roll back the necessary amout to my number.

                                      Hello.on my number [protected], 5₹ was deducted a week ago. I have been searching for the service which the amount was deducted for. I received no message informing me about the deduction or activation of any service. Kindly solve the issue. Refund the amount. Is it some kind of joke ? 5 rupees was deducted for no reason.

                                        I have registered an complaint regarding Network Connectivity at my work place i.e, Compugain Solutions, Tower 2.1 (2nd Floor), TSI Business Parks (Hyd) Pvt. Ltd SEZ Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 500081, (INDIA) with complaint no. 1-[protected] and got the response that this problem is there from last 1 year but no action has been taken in this can and mist of my colleagues are having the same problem when they enter into the building the network is fine when we are in the open place with in the same campus and Some times it is getting disconnected while talking on the phone and at my work place at tone end i am getting the network and on the other end not the distance is not even 15 steps from the one end i dont know why it has been happening please look into this...
