Please refer that mail that has been send on 29/08/2015 to appellate Authority but no response till today.So it cleared that how smart Aircel for deducting from main balance.
I request you kindly refund the at the earliest.

It is regret to inform you that you are unable to refund or adjust the deducted amount. But it should be informed through SMS after deducting so that one can able to know why it has been debited & the remaining balance in the account. But Aircel is debiting the amount without knowledge of the customer. Could you justify is it a genuine way of service by Aircel??
You have mentioned that Rs.25.00 & Rs.5.00 (two times) has been debited for downloading, but as I have activated the Data pack how it has been debited from main balance.
I have recharged Rs.40.00 on 21/08/2015 at 8.45 am & received the SMS after recharge successful as follows:
Txn No. ORR[protected] to Recharge MRP 40 is successful.TT=40 INR.
But I received Rs.36.00 in main balance. But you have mentioned in your earlier mail that the full talk time offer was over on that day. If that is so how I received the above SMS. Is it not from Aircel???
On 24/08/2015 I have recharged Rs.84.00 for getting the benefit of outgoing calls 1p/2sec but instead of getting the benefit of rate cutter immediately I availed it after 4 days i.e. on 27/08/2015 after lodging the complaint several times. So it is proved that because of negligence of your services how customers loose money. So why should I pay more for making calls during this period???
I have checked my VAS activation by dialing 155223 which says I have no such services active. I got a message on 28/08/2015 at 1.45 A.M. “Your ORIRS1 renewal has failed due to insufficient balance. Please top up today for your ORIRS1 to be successfully renewed to enjoy the service on your Mobile”. I have tried to call the 198 service like 50 -60 times but every time it kept me in hold and then disconnects. Is this the service provided by Aircel to all its MNP users?
Observing above cases it is proved that all the deductions has been made intentionally so, you are requested to refund all the amounts that have been debited so far to avoid further legal proceedings.
NCPR is activated in my no.[protected] from 26/08/2015, but still I am receiving the unwanted SMS/Calls regularly from following sources:-
