Automatically balance was deducted & when I called for customer care help they told some base less stories that didn't happned at all & when I was checking my phn call list by holding the line they abruptly hang down the phone.After that I tried a lot to call again but my line to customer care was intentionally blocked on some excuse of congestion

[protected] 14 aug ko maine apna no 130/- se recharge karwaya kuchh der bad mujhe ek sms aya free 2 deal par day send msg maine msg kiya koi confirmation naya thodi der bad maine fir kya same koi confirmation nahi aya mere sath esa 4 bar hua . sham ko achanak hi inhone mere 120 rs kat liye mujhe samajh me nahi aya ek hi service ke liye yeh log 4 bar paise kyo kat sakte hai to maine costomercare me bat ki to inka server down hai esa kaha inke oprater ne.kaha kal bat karna darashal inki chall thi mujhe talne ki kyoki yeh kahte hai koi bhi service 24 hour me free band karai ja sakti hai mujhe pata nahi tha koi bat nahi luckly mane subha hi costomer care me call kar di to ek madan se maine bat ki uasne kaha apki yeh servicr band kar di hai aor apka bal 3 day me refund ho jayega 3 day ke bad inhone mujhe 30 rs refund kiye 90 rs nahi kiye maine fir costomercare par bat ki pahle to mujhse kaha ki sir apka bal refund nahi hoga kyoki uske liye 24 hour me call karni padti hai to maine kaha ki maine apke yaha 24 hour me 2 bar pahle hi call ki hai aor usme 120 mese 30 rs wapas bhi aye hai to usne dubara chek kiya fir apne sr se bat karayi usne kaha ki hsmare oprater ki galti hai usne ek hi refund karaya 3 day me apka 90 rs refund ho jayega .par jab kai dino me mera bal nahi aya to maine dubara call ki to ek serfire ne call uthaya aor theek se bat na karte huye kaha apka bal wapas nahi hoga .uske bad maine bahut bar costomercare me call milayi par call jati hai aor mera call kat jata hai, jaise hamlog kisi no blocklist me dal dete hai waise . mere pas inse huyi batcheet ki puri recording hai .aor ab main yeh dekhna chahta hu ki yeh log mera bal direct refund karte hai ya mujhe consumer cort ka sahara lena padega .mujhe samajh me nahi ata yeh mobile oprater companiya ese paise kyo hasil karna chahti hai

    प्यारे दोस्तो मेरी इस कंप्लेंट को डालते ही मेरे पास एक call आयी no [protected] ऐसने मुझे कहा की मैं aircell H o से बोल रहा हूँ आपकी कंप्लेंट पर आपका paisa आपको वापिस किय जाता है इसने कहा आपका ac no दो मैने देदिया फ़िर इसने कहा अब apkaa atm no दो मुझे इसपर शक हुआ मैने कहा आप मेरा ifc कोड लो, atm no क्यों माँग रहे हो आप मेरे खाते मे neft कर दो तो बहाने बनाने लगा नयी नयी बाते बताने लगा तब मैने सोचा का H O से call कर रहा है और mobile n. से call कर रहा है हो सकता है येह कोई चोर हो तो मैने इसे कहा मेरे ac मे neft कर दो मैं atm no नही दे सकता क्योंकि ऐसे ही कई लोगो के ac से पैसे चोरी हुये है तो उसने मुझे मना कर दिया तो मुझे लगा शक हुआ की येह कोई चोर है आप सभी ऐसी froud काल se सतर्क रहे ac की जानकारी किसी को न दे thanks to all

      Extremly bad network for internet users. few months ago also i complained regarding this matter but till now no solution came out. i m sorry to say that from next time i will not use any internet packs of Aircel. Currently i m using 3 months internet pack-Rs 545 but due its bad network all the money wasted and my efficient time also wasted. seriously it was a total wastage of money and time. I regret the time when i bought this sim only for internet. And also i will suggest my all friends not to use internet pack of aircel. this is wat all i had to say. my no.which i was using for internet is [protected]

        In dated of 20.07.2015 i have lost my sim card(no-[protected]).Those person who find the sim card is don't agree to return my sim card.But doing phone calls to my relatives with according my number contacts in bad behaviour .So please block my sim card and pleasing me.             I have been trying to recharge my mobile [protected], but repeatedly all my recharges have proved to be unsuccessful. on 24/8/15 i tried Rs199/ - and Rs 193/- and today Rs.109/- and Rs.27/-. While the amounts have been debited to the card account the status is 'failed' on all the four occasions.               Hi Gyes, Mera naam nitish hai or galti se maine Aircel ka no. [protected] liya tha, kya batau boss itni ghatiya company hai ki bs company ko sirf apne profit se matlab hai baki Customer jaye bhad me. shayad yahi is company ka vesion hai. Inke customer care main call kro to sirf time waist hota hai resoluation nahi milta. baki kya bolu aircel ke sabhi customers jante honge ki real main aircel kya hai, fir bhi upcoming customers ko bata du ki airel ek sasti call rates dene wali company hai, baki sab bekar hai, na to network accha hai home network main bhi roaming show karta hai or jab roaming show krega aap free data use nahi kar sakte baki ye problem din ke 24 hours main se min 10 hours roaming show krega lakin acchi baat ye hai ki roaming charge nahi lagta bs aap free data use nahi kar sakte, or saath hi aapko n/w problem me voice issue bhi aata hai, or yadi aap iske liye inke customer care main call karoge to whan bethe log apki help ke alawa baki sari formilti puri karte ha. inke customer suport associates bade hi productive hai customer ko soulation mile ya na mile likin call 2 min main kudh se hi rakh dete hai or inke senior sir to inke bhi guru hai, to bahi aircel main apka swagat hai, lets exprience it.

                This complaint is regarding to my aircel poatpaid mobile number [protected] . the company unnecessarily activate the vas subscription and charges 353 rs extra in july month and deactivate my outgoing and then incoming.i talked to aircel authorities but they never take a favour of me and said u subscribed this.and at last they compromise to 150 Rs adjustment and then they cant do even 150.Now they sent me a bill of august also with 401 rs extra charged with also 140 rs vas subscription charges total bill become 1238 from 917 .

She is forcing me to pay a whole bill and said to me that if you want to stop the aircel service, we dont give u a rebate and after a long conversation...she said that 'dimag kha rha h'. I have a recording of this call.
                So aircel please said to ur employes to stay calm otherwise dont call.

                Sorrryyy but after reduction in july my bill is 738 rs and my limit is 800 .but my incoming and outgoin was stopped so why i make a payment of august bill. Pls give solution of dis problem. I am only able to give u 738 rs of my july bill. So pls solve dis matter as soon as possible

                As checked your number details you are not paying your last month bill which amount is 737 and your number outgoing barred due to non payment and your number temporarily suspend on dated 31-July-15 hence you charged your bill plan rental on pro- rata basis and you are not deactivate vas services hence charged Rs 140 for vas services.

                Hence you are not eligible for any kind of waiver.

                      Dear Sir, My Aircel prepaid No.[protected].I have ported this no from BSNL to Aircel on 04/08/2015.As per the Aircel’s offer the retailer has been activated rate cutter for the benefit of outgoing calls to 1P/2Sec plan for 90 days validity & 2 months Data pack. But it is surprised that Rs.65.00 has been debited from main balance on 19/08/2015 for activation of benefits of outgoing calls as Loca l+STD A2A @ 15 P/min, Local [protected]@25P min for 45 days. I have communicated to customer care executive but they replied me that it was done by me & no refund is possible. As the same benefit was activated during the activation of SIM so why should I do so??So you can justify the reality of their response. Again I have recharged a top up of Rs.40.00 on 21/08/2015 through e- recharge & received the recharge successful SMS with T.T of Rs.40.00 but Rs.36.00 has been credited to main balance. Last 7 days back Rs. 5.00 has been debited without any information or SMS from my account & the reason explained by Aircel was it is due to activation miscall alerts. Furthermore Rs. 5.00 has been debited two times during 2 weeks but reason is not mentioned or informed. On 23/08/2015 Rs. 30.00 has been debited from my account without any information. On 24/08/2015 I made recharge of Rs.84.00 for activation of benefit of rate cutter @ 1p/2 sec for 180 days through e-recharge. But still it is not yet activated .Referring the above experience by Aircel I got harassed with Aircel's worst services. So I request you take the necessary action to refund back the debited amount.                       Dear Sir,

                      It is regret to inform you that you are unable to refund or adjust the deducted amount. But it should be informed through SMS after deducting so that one can able to know why it has been debited & the remaining balance in the account. But Aircel is debiting the amount without knowledge of the customer. Could you justify is it a genuine way of service by Aircel??

                      You have mentioned that Rs.25.00 & Rs.5.00 (two times) has been debited for downloading, but as I have activated the Data pack how it has been debited from main balance.

                      I have recharged Rs.40.00 on 21/08/2015 at 8.45 am & received the SMS after recharge successful as follows:


                      Txn No. ORR[protected] to Recharge MRP 40 is successful.TT=40 INR.

                      But I received Rs.36.00 in main balance. But you have mentioned in your earlier mail that the full talk time offer was over on that day. If that is so how I received the above SMS. Is it not from Aircel???

                      On 24/08/2015 I have recharged Rs.84.00 for getting the benefit of outgoing calls 1p/2sec but instead of getting the benefit of rate cutter immediately I availed it after 4 days i.e. on 27/08/2015 after lodging the complaint several times. So it is proved that because of negligence of your services how customers loose money. So why should I pay more for making calls during this period???

                      I have checked my VAS activation by dialing 155223 which says I have no such services active. I got a message on 28/08/2015 at 1.45 A.M. “Your ORIRS1 renewal has failed due to insufficient balance. Please top up today for your ORIRS1 to be successfully renewed to enjoy the service on your Mobile”. I have tried to call the 198 service like 50 -60 times but every time it kept me in hold and then disconnects. Is this the service provided by Aircel to all its MNP users?

                      Observing above cases it is proved that all the deductions has been made intentionally so, you are requested to refund all the amounts that have been debited so far to avoid further legal proceedings.

                      NCPR is activated in my no.[protected] from 26/08/2015, but still I am receiving the unwanted SMS/Calls regularly from following sources:-

                        साहब मेरा नम्बर [protected] हैँ जो की ऐरसेल कम्पनी सर्विस से है दिनांक[protected] को 40 रुपये का कुपन से रिचार्ज किया था और हमे बहुत जरूरी बात करनी लेकिन जैसे ही हमने रिचार्ज की उसके 2 घंटे बाद मेरे सारा बैलेंस कट गया और मैं बहुत ही साहब परेसान हो गया और coustmer care मे बात की तो उन्हों ने कहा की आपका बेलेंस 24 घण्टे मे बापस आ जायेगा बापस तो नही मिला फिर मैंने[protected] को फिर रिचार्ज किया 40 रुपये का जिसमे मैंने दस रुपये की बात कर ली उसके वाद[protected] फिर बैलेन्स कट गया साहब जबसे हमने रिचार्ज करना बंद कर दिया है इस कम्पनी की 4 महीने से हर समय इसी बहुत ही कस्ट का सामना

On 21st August they took above 580 rs in my account. They simply told you should switch off and on after recharge. I have recharged before data low, then why deduct my money, i want my money, pls give it back money. For days so much of worries, simply irritating ...

                            Closure request number: 1-[protected] I have used AIRCEL postpaid datacard for past 5 years and I've closed the connection by May 2015. I have deposit amount of more than 7500/-. During the closure of connection, Aircel management mentioned that they will send the cheque to claim the refund amount within 45 days. But I dint get any communication from Aircel about my cheque since 90 days. I have raised a complaint against this, they have replied that the cheque got deliverd by July-07-2015 and I need to check in nearest post office. I've given my office address for cheque delivery, but they are mentioning to check with post office. The cheque is not recieved at my office despatch. And post office incharge are not providing me any details without the respective Tracking ID. I've mentioned all these challenges to Aircelsocialmedia via mail. But there is no proper response from them. They have asked me to raise another new complaint and they will provide new cheque, but it will take another one month. What is the assurance that I'll get my amount even after one month. Still they are giving same reasons. I've some commintments and plans with this amount and I'm not able to fullfil my commitments.

                              I bought a 3G Dongle from Aircel shop at jammu on 21 Apr 15 with an FRC of Rs299 to get a 2GB/!GB/1GB download for 1st, 2nd and 3rd month. I was told that the dongle will be activated within 24 Hrs. The complaints are written as under 1. The FRC needs to be activated at the earliest. 2. The Dongle provided is of an old model and needs to be replaced. 3. A delay by the company in activating the dongle has caused problems to the customer and needs to be compensated.

Extra TT of Rs.15 valid for 10 Days --- When I recharged with 65 I got no balance in my account only received a message telling recharge successful.give my recharge immediately ...because of this I am afraid of further recharging my account. Also 2 days before 15 rupees was deducted from my account for tiny TV for which I never told to company or received any message...I want you to return my balance otherwise I have to replace this company...because my friend s are already telling me that this is not trusted company.also 198 is not working.                                     My balance was around 480₹ approx., but when I checked my balance is shows 90₹ less. I complained this to customer care they told me I have downloaded NDTV news channel app worth 90₹ .but I just want to know how AIRCEL UP EAST can deduct my baalnce when I haven't used this service. 2 days before they have also charged me for fraud MASTI MALL plan for which I have got refund 35₹ .now the major problem is that I am trying to make contact with customer care (121) and complaint helpline (198) it says that all the operaters are busy then it cuts the call. Guys how can I contact them. And how I will get my money back as this is not my fault.plzz help me, I have also made an complaint to head Aircel up east by email-care.[protected]@aorcel.co.in which I got frm aTRAI site.plzz solve my problem as soon as possible .my number is [protected]
