Hi i have an aircel no [protected] from last 3years and 6 month... i am not able to call or msg anywhere ... can you please make it activate as every time we try calling a msg receievd call barred... i called on 198 but every time they told me to wait for 4hrs from last 36months... we are not doing any promotional sms ... if you check this is informational sms as some of our relative has expired ... so requesting you to please make it activate asap...

    Sir... my number [protected] (aircel prepaid) i was recharge 103rs in Thursday (13.8.2015) through aircel online website... i got 103 in main account and offer of 103mb (vaild for 30 days ... hence Saturday (15.8.2015) i was using internet 3 mins alone . on that time suddenly all of my main account and data account and secondary all got zero... i cal more 3 times 121 .till they said your account was not updated...please recover my balance.. please check give me a feed back without fail... regards sivaprakash.p

      Iam newly Using Aircel network [protected]..When iam use internet suddenly a link went to Aircel popcorn TV page, but I dnt activate any subscribe option..soon a message came from DT Airel-that i have been subscribing to all channel tv week pack and i have been charged RS 15 and will be auto renewed after 3days..Now i would like to inform you that the service(Aircel popcorn TV service) deactivate my number[protected] and refund my balance Rs15.This is my first bad experience., So take action my complaint as soon as possible. Now iam Waiting for your Replay .. Thank You

      As per our system records you have been charged Rs.15 for activating the VAS pack. The pack has been activated through WAP on 16/8/2015. The pack has been deactivated now.As a service gesture an amount of Rs.15/- will be credited to your account within 48hrs.

        Please solve mu issue I have recharged my number [protected] yesterday at m.aircel.com with amount rs 145 as special combo pack which provides 145 talktime with 145 mb data and sms. All other bebefit credited to my account except talktime. Customer care team pretending as system is not working please call after 2 hrs. Please provide the talktime Details are as follows Transacon status Success AIRCEL Transacon ID UE[protected] Transacon Date & Time[protected]:10:39 Mobile Number [protected] Amount (Rs) 145 I have not got any talktime which will be 145 according to statement given. Please provide it. Complained many times but no solution!

          Two days back, rs 130 was cut saying some new vas was started . It has become a regular feature that they have been deducting the amount from my account. Last time through you we have recovered the money. This time KINDLY make them stop deducting the amount from my account.

            Dear sir, My name is Aayush Shukla.from Lucknow. 3 days ago I recived a Message "You are subscribed to TINY Tv" and suddenly 37 rupees were deduced from my account. i contected to Custmer care for my issue. they told me that the service will be deactivated and my money will be Refunded in 24hours. But it's been 3 days and i have no support from custmer care. they have blocked my number Preventing me to call for support...my no is:[protected]. Again Today's morning i Recharged to Rs.30 and got rs.25 as main Balance. again i recived the same message and Rs.5 was deduced.now i have no support from Custmer care.after being Irritated i contect To you... Please help Me to Get justice and Refund my money..

              These cheaters always betray the customers previously they were automatically activating the VAS services even after registering for DND but now it has crossed its limit.yesterday I wanted to recharge for Rs 155 for 1gb 3g data, the offer was for me on the sim so I recharged online for adding balance to main balance so that I can deduct money from main balance and get recharge of Aircel data .I recharged for rs135 and rs 10 online from aircel website.in rs 135 they were giving rs 150 balance with 150 mb data for 1 month.the company gave rs 8 for rs 10 in main balance but on the other hand gave rs 150 for rs 135 in promo balance. Already I have called and asked to the customer care before recharging they have told that the money will go in main balance but it went into promo balance after recharge and after recharge when I called the customer care they tells that the offer is that the money will go in promo balance. Due to the cheaters I had to waste rs 155 again for recharge please be beware of this cheating company.

                My phone number is [protected] and netpack is active in my number. The amount of 35 rupees is deducted from my account for some unknown services in night of 15&16 August 2015. In morning of 16 August i see a msg saying "Thanks for using Aircel Service." Till now I did not call on198 bcoz 8am rule. Refund the money immediately and see that this doesn't happen again

                  I was using Google search just then a message came saying^thanks for using Aircel service^ i called 198 and query about message they said your balance will not be deducted I check my balance it was there but after 10 min it deducted from 56 to 0.01 after then i again called customer care they said its not their fault ...whats it

                    Hello Sir, I Shubham user of aircel no.[protected] in past months I m continuously complaining about the problem I m facing problem regarding the network.I had recently shifted to my new house 4 months ago, And when I m indoor in my house it shows "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY". And when I come on terrace it shows full network my various call dropped during this period.I m complaining continuously regarding this problem to the customer care but they are fooling me by just making a complaint only and doing nothing.My address is- 6-A new Shubham city Pandit khera, Sadhrauna road Krishna nagar Lucknow 226008.I am complaining about this since a long tym and I m tired of all this.My last service request detail is given below- 1.SR# 1-[protected] of Type: Other Status is Closed and closure date is[protected] of Type:{1} is {2} and closure date is {3} 2.SR#{4} of Type:{5} is {6} and closure date is {7} Kindly make an action on my problem otherwise sadly I have to switch on to any other netwrk.                     Hello sir, I have complained about the network prblm there is nothing such steps have been taken by them.2-3week ago two workers of Aircel have visited by area and said nothing can happen they were telling to install a tower but nothing is done to resolve my problem except fooling us.
                    After my complaint network to this area is now almost jammed don't know Why ...

                      My Aircel Mobile Number is [protected] & I am using this number only from 15-16 days ago. The balance for Rs. 50/- that has been deducted for unknown reason from my number on 07/08/15 has been refunded on 13/08/15 after lodging a complaint in your site. But again the same problem persists. Once again Rs. 17/- has been deducted from my account (Mobile Number:-[protected]) as SMS charge yesterday(14/08/15) whereas I never did any SMS to any number during that period. The customer care boy, named Sanju Ghosh told me at around 10:30 am on 15/08/15 that this was charged for a SMS pack, which actually I never wanted to have in my number, will be refunded. But when again I called the Customer Care at around 3:30 pm, a lady, named Varsha (she said that she has no surname) said that there will be no any refund registered against my number. How funny & how false story is stated by Aircel Customer Care boy (Sanju Ghosh). But now the lady told me that she was lodging complaint for refund against my number & a confirmation SMS will be sent by them after cutting the phone call. But till now at 7:30 pm, no SMS is sent by them. Again the Customer Care girl misguided me (Varsha). After that period the Customer Care team is unreachable & fully busy. I tried for at least 50 times from then. How a company (Aircel) making us foolish by their activities & behaviour towards their customers. I need my money back which they have charged me for unknown reason. Please help me to get my money back(Rs. 17/-) & I don't want any kind of pack forcefully activated or installed by them in my number without my confirmation in future which is chargeable, please also ensure that.                       Many Many Thanks for your great service. Yesterday again 4-5 Rs. was deducted from my main balance. Although your staff member (Mr. Sanju Ghosh) at customer care team agreed on 15/08/15 that a SMS Pack was loaded (which I never did) in my number on 14/08/15 & for that Rs. 17/-(approx.) had been deducted from my balance & he was making an arrangement to refund the money within 2 days (which had not actually been done), but now you are now telling that no deduction has been made from my balance on that day. So who is telling the truth I don't know- you or your customer care boy? Otherwise I am telling lies and doing these kind of complaints only for Rs. 17/-. And yesterday again Rs. 4 to 5 (approx.) was deducted again. I don't know why are you doing these with a new customer? I really don't want to be cheated day by day by you. Many many thanks by your support. I am leaving your connection very soon along with a case in Consumer Forum for what you have done with my number & then you have to show me every proof against the deduction that you have made.

                        The offer is eligible only for some recharge which you get by dialing *121# and the benefit could only be avail if recharge done from the retailer end by *150# procedure.

                          On 13-08-15 I called Complaint Helpline 198. One customer support executive transferred my call to his/her senior Mr. Saroj Nayek. He assured me to activate the previous offer of STD Aircel call @10p/min only for my number within 48 hours. But now its 48 hours over and the call rate is not changed till now. I am not getting one thing, why this Consumer Complaint Forum is made, if they do nothing. Today is third day since I launched this complaint, but no solution is till allotted to me.                             I think the wrist network of tamilnadu is aircel.Because there is improvement in this company for the network field. In this where we go we are not getting the tower properly and there is no improvement. So don't buy a new sim and old user please change u r network

                              I am Shailesh aircel customer mobile no [protected].Whenever i keep balance in my sim above rupees 50 they always auto subscribe me to some or the other pack and deduct money from the account.when i complain they say you have subscribed.even now about at 2:40 am on 15th aug 2015 they again auto subscribed me when i was surfing net(facebook) on my browser with internet pack.I am tired of complaining it to aircel customer care they never refund the money.who needs to subscribe for value pack download rs30 for 20 days when you have internet.aircel is looting me.now i am afraid of recharging above 50 rupees or even surfing the net.they always plan some way or the other to deduct money.please take a strong action against this.i never subscribe to these waste value packs they auto subscribe always.i want my refund.please help me.for this i would always be grateful to you

                                9 aug 2015 : I had 93.20 rs main balance. i recharged data pack of 2 rs. and after it exceed the limit to extra 750kb i stopped using internet.. but they charged me [11 rs instead of 7.50 rs]... but they actually reduced my balance from [93.20rs to 68.80 rs]... so they actually deducted {25 rs} from my main balance. which was 17.50rs more i called call center(198) but they ignore it and said they dont have such info... and blocked my number so after the first call whenever i tried to call from my no it was automatically rejected and said all people are busy... but my dads aircel no had no problem with the calling to the customer care. the person with whom i spoke was SUCHISMITA DAS (i asked her name).. my MOBILE NO : [protected] .. i want my balance (17.50rs) back sir. please take some necessary steps

                                      Dear Sir / Madam, Sub:-Complaint / Grievances from Parth ( Student of ISM Dhanbaad having Mobile No.[protected] regarding arbitrary and illegal deduction of ( Rs 40/ + Rs 40/- + Rs 7/- + Rs 2. 50 + Rs 11/- + Rs 40/- ) by AIRCELL ----- Complaint of improper, unfair and arbitrary implementation of terms and conditions of 2 G / 3 G DATA PLAN OF AIRCELL -- Intimation o[censored]se o[censored]nethical practices by AIRCELL . FACTS RELATED TO COMPLAINT :- ( 1 ) That my name is Parth Sharma ( a student from ISM, Dhanbaad ) . Presently, I am AIRCELL user and my Mobile No. is[protected] . ( 2 ) That on 9th Aug 2015, some message was delivered on my Mobile No.[protected] in which I was asked to opt / choose for ALL CHANNELS package . It seems that I have just opened the message and it has activated automatically ( merely by opening it ), ALTHOUGH I have not confirmed or messaged regarding the confirmation of the services for ALL CHANNELS package. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT CHOOSE / SUBSCRIBE, still with in next few seconds another message was delivered on my mobile intimating deduction of nearly Rs 40/- by ARCELL . ----- I was shocked and surprised to see this . How it is justified to deduct a money by AIRCELL for just viewing the message ( and activating the same by yourself ) and deduct the money from customer ? HENCE, Please refund RS 40/- back to me ( BECAUSE I did not subscribe / opt to choose for ALL CHANNELS package or any other scheme of ARCELL ) . ( 3 ) That similarly, on 12th Aug 2015, Rs 40/- was deducted again by ARCELL from my balance without any intimation . I came to know about this deduction through MY MOTHER ( who got this informaton from AIRCELL Complaint telephone no. [protected] ) . After this deduction of Rs 40, the remaining net balance on 12th Aug 2015 was shown Rs 69 + some paisa .----- This amount of RS 40/- is also to be refunded back to me ( because I did not use any service of ARCELL for this amount ) . ( 4 ) That on 13th Aug 2015, the balance before using INTERNET was Rs 68/- . I used internet for nearly 3 or 4 minutes only . After this use, 1536 MB balance was shown, but balance of Rs 61/- was shown on 13th Aug 2015 for this use . --- Since, I have taken 2 G / 3 G DATA PLAN OF ARCELL, hence, there must not be any deduction for internet use till my entire free GB exhausted . ( 5 ) That on 13th Aug 2015, I narrated these facts to my mother who dialled AIRCELL Complaint No. [protected] at 4-40 PM and narrated all above said facts telephonically and she requested the concerned executive to LOOK INTO THE MATTER . Customer care executive first kept on avoiding to give complaint no. . After lot of discussion, he had given complaint no. 1 –[protected] . ( 6 ) That on 13th Aug 2015, I checked at around 5-30 PM and found that again Rs 69/- was shown as balance --- WHICH MEANS THAT AIRCELL returned internet use charge of Rs 7/- ( which was deducted as reported above in Para 4 ) . ( 7 ) That on 13th Aug 2015, when I USED internet again three times in evening, THEN Rs 2. 50 was deducted first, THEN, Rs 11/- was deducted on second time and then Rs 40/- was deducted at third time, although at each of the above three times it was showing FREE MB’s in balance ( those free MB’s which are allotted in case of 2 G / 3 G DATA PLAN OF ARCELL . ---- The point is – IF FREE MBs were available as balance THEN, there must be no deduction for use of INTERNET ( as per terms and conditions of 2 G / 3 G DATA PLAN OF ARCELL ) . ---- Hence, all these deductions are arbitrary and illegal ( because these are in GROSS violation of terms and conditions of of 2 G / 3 G DATA PLAN OF ARCELL ) . REQUEST :- In view of the above said facts, it is requested to return back to me all my money ( Rs 40/ + Rs 40/- + Rs 7/- + Rs 2. 50 + Rs 11/- + Rs 40/- ) which was illegally deducted by AIRCELL and further requested not to repeat similar unfair trade practice in future as it brings bad name to AIRCELL. KINDLY communicate reasons to me in writing in case of rejection of any of the above said requests .
