My name is Mr. Nanda Lall Ghosh, Age 65 years.My Mobile No.[protected] which was earlier with Airtel n nw it is with Aircel wef 18 Jul 2015.Since then till 13 Aug 2015 i was using the same.Suddenly it is stoped with behind any reasons which is known to me. When Icontacted the customer care they informed that from their saide there is no problem and asked to visit Aircel store. Accordingly yesterday i visited the store but for my surprise it is informed to me that the sim card is stopped due non varification of doc.My question is that almost using for 1 month nw they informed me that fell in varification.Secondly I have received messages from Aircel that my portable is approved n the sim will function from 2359 hrs on 17 Jul 2015.SAt this age it is not possible to run door to door for the same.please sort out my problem at the earlies.     I recharged my aircel no [protected] for INR 108 on July 31ST.But at the time recharge was not succesful, afterthat i was asked to the customer care they gave 7 days for refunding, but still now i didnt receive the INR 108.now they told go and ask with your bank, we are helpless.I kindly request you to credit my amount to my bank account.

      I'm using Aircel Postpaid since mid June 2015. I have activated 3G net pack. But, from the day one I couldn't browse anything. Even when signal shows H or H+, I couldn't even open google site. I have called customer care some 7 times regarding this issue. Everyone, tells me to add Manual APN - Select Aircel Network Manually - Clear the browser cache and Restart the phone. I did the same so many times, but though the problem persists. I asked them to transfer my call to senior officials for escalation, they ask'd me to wait on line as they will transfer my call. But my call was put on hold for about 10 mins, and no one was responding. I'm really frustrated with this, as I'm paying the bill for net pack which I'm not using at all. And the Aircel signal strength is also so poor. How to get it resolved??

        Aircel is activating ridiculous services Tiny TV, Namma Namitha and few more before on their own. Initially I ignored it but now they are deducting Rs. 15-20 on daily basis. I've lost about Rs. 200 due to these services. My Number is: [protected] When I contacted customer care one week before, he lied to me that the services were stopped but they never did. This is really ridiculous activity of Aircel. They activate anything they want on their own or by using spams or flash messages. Normal person who doesn't know these things can easily be fooled by this. This is simply very wrong. I am definitely going for Mobile Number Portability along with other Aircel users in my family. I want full refund for this otherwise I'll contact on the higher level until I get my full refund.

          Hi, My Aircel number is [protected]. I called *121# from my number, then in Voice Products- STD I got RC 103 saying "All Local [protected]@25p/min; all STD Aircel [protected]@10p/min; other STD [protected]@30p/min. 84days". But now when I called a STD Aircel number call rate has been charged @30p/min. Why this? They are not also accepting my call when I call Complaint Helpline 198. Thanks

            Hello, My Aircel mobile number is [protected]. I am having a problem with aircel as aircel is activating various services for example : Wynk music without my consent and action and charging me for the same. Everytime I have to call customer care and ask them to refund. And as soon as I get the refund, aircel again deducts the money. In spite of this being a DND number I have to go through this problem. I request to look into the problem and resolve this asap.

            We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 13th Aug 2015 a content service "TINYTV30" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs 30 was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs 30 which will be credited to your account within next 24hrs.

            Hi Aircel Social Care Team,
            This is not the first time that you have activated a service automatically and deducted charges for that. Your customer care has also refunded the money. But this is becoming regular once my balance is high enough. Please see to that you refund that money and this doesn't occur in future.

              Dear Sod, This is to inform you that self is facing problem regarding balance deduction from my Aircel account no i.e [protected] again and again. Earlier also self lodged complaint regarding these issues in customer care. Again this time after recharging on my no approx 100 rs was deducted from my account. I am having very pathetic experiences from past with aircel in-spite of being a regular customer of yours. Already had conversation with customer care and the balance has to be refunded within 24 hrs but it has not came till yet. So, requesting you to do the needful as soon as possible and if then also i will not get the solution i will opt for consumer forum. Waiting for your fruitful reply and full refund.

                  My Aircel Mobile Number is [protected] & I am using this number only from 13-14 days ago. My balance suddenly got deducted on 07/08/2015 for around Rs. 50/-, because at around 1 p.m. my balance was around Rs. 60/- & at around 8 p.m. when I checked the balance, I got astonished to check that it was Rs. 6/- & I made only 3-4 calls for very small periods between 1 and 8 p.m. & my plan is only 35 p/min. Now the customer care, which is always unreachable & busy, when gets reachable after calling continuously for 3-4 days tells that I clicked a link & that's why the balance for Rs. 50/- has been deducted. The behavior of them towards a customer(new) is not at all satisfactory & they even were not willing to lodge my complaint seriously. They believe that all of their customers are very foolish & only they are very smart. In this era, a child also knows that money will be deducted after clicking any bad link & in their opinion, I, who is using mobiles since 12 years don't know that. I use my mobile self & no other does use it. The company if anytime deducts balance for any unknown reason, the call centre always try to prove their customers by saying these kind of bogus things which actually cannot be proved by only a phone call between the customers and the call center that they are saying true or false.                   I have been using the aircel no for past one year, but suddenly for no reason they are ducting my balance, and it is keep on going.


                  Last week it had happend two times one time 100Rs. and 30 and now i have net validity until 21st, but it deducted 6.50 rs. for no reason.


                  I am really frustrated using this and in complaint screen, i type and submit it is every time saying invallid code, I really cant understand that screen still it is like that.

                    This is 3rd time my balance is getting deducted...My mobile number is [protected]. Today when I am in office i got message that Rs.50 deducted for activation of Games club. Are we sitting Idle and to activate all this nonsense. All times my balance and service activation will be in office hours. I called to CC and informed to deactivate the service. CC associate informed that he deactivated and amount will be refunded. [protected] complaint number for the same. I am a professional cant check this kind of deduction always. If again this happen i should probably look out for porting to other network. Hope you guys will understand...

                        I am having a aircel number above 5 years. I have already activated DND service. june 2015 without my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Since then the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account. My cell number is [protected]. The money which is aircel taken is more than 100.

                          My aircel prepaid no is [protected]. I have recharged on 4th August, 2015(txn no:[protected] rs 60 and i have received rs 59 instantly. from 4/08/2015 i have not used my phone for any call or sending any message till 11/08/2015 at 11pm.When on 11/08/2015 at 11:30 pm checked my balance it shows rs 8.11.I was shocked to see the balance and checked my phones message box for any message for deduction and i did not find any message for deduction but there was no message for deduction. Then i have called customer care for clarification for the deduction and the customer care executive Mr. Tanmoy told me that i have downloaded a song from internet and for this reason balance deducted. From his conversation it is clear that he has no other reason to give me for deducting balance and he was repeatedly said that deducted balance could not be refunded. I have explained him that the phone is a very basic phone and not used for any internet and there is no internet connection in this phone and it is used by a 65 years old citizen my mother who only knows how to receive a call and don’t know how to make a call. Mr. Tanmoy said to me in wrong tone that you can do anything but aircel will not refund the balance. What kind of behavior from aircel customer care???? he has no right to talk with customers like this. I have all related prove that she did not used her phone for downloading any song. I think it is a very big joke that Mr Tanmoy said to me. You people are provide wrong information to customer. Please sort out my problem and refund my deducted amount in main balance. Please take immediate action. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                            I have Nokia 1280 mobile in which I use my Aircel sim. The problem is that I always got messages that I have subscribed various sites and the deduction made. From last 3 months I already loses Rs. 1350/-. I always complaint this to customer care but they are saying that I have subscribed various sites. I want to know in my mobile I dont have any internet connection then how can I subscribed to sites. This not only happens to me, but my friends also. I now 100% crtify that the Aircel company is the wrost, bad and selfish oriented company ever in all over the world.

                              Abhishek Anand is harrasing me with calls and inappropriate messages and requests.I have stopped receiving his calls as he is providing me immense mental pain and fatigue. I have warned him previously about the same.But he disrespects woman and thinks they cant hurt him in any way.[protected]-is his number.

                                99 rupees were deducted from my balance (mob no [protected]) on 9th august at around 7 pm just as I noticed the deduction I called the customer care the call was recieved by a customer care executive who said that the servers are down please call after 2 hours which I did but since then all I get to hear that the our executives are busy and we are experiencing heavy traffic and the call automatically ends I have tried to talk to the executive at least 70 time and every time I get to hear the same recorded message and the call ends please help me get my money back as soon as possible

                                  I am using aircel number [protected] from last 1 year. I am mostly using it in a dongle and in roaming (in Bangalore). I recharge the number for 993 (12 GB 3G)on 12th July 2015 and around 29 july it was not bale to connect to internet so i again recharge it for 993 on 30 th july 2015 . It work for one day and stop after that . I was not able to check any balance, or call customer or through [protected] . I again recharge for 55 on 31 JULY, i got success on online but no message. I am getting signal in my SIM but no internet connection and even i cannot call 198 or 121 . I raised the issue with Bihar customer and got this no ERN[protected]F39ML, but there has been no update on this Please make my SIM work or refund the money

                                    I wanted to pay my bill BT no proper service is available for payment.oxygen site is also not accepting my payment. My bill payment due date is 11th of August 2015 nd I recived my bill on 10th of August and they have blocked my account from 8th of august, no network available . no proper services, I called customer care BT they never answered my ans, they ended d conversation without any proper information...

                                      Aircel is deducting money from my account falsely saying I downloaded this or that but I didnt do so .. They deducted 10 rs on 5th too saying that I downloaded something from Internet but I didnt use internet at all on that day and neither did I use my phone during that hours of deduction !! They arent refunding my money and cheating the customers and his hard earned money Phone number- [protected] amount deducted last- 10 rs deduction date and time- 7.10 pm on 5th aug Customer care executive I spoke to was Abhishek Kindly help me get back my money from these cheaters !!

                                      My balance after that 10 rs false deduction was rs 29 and number was switched off since 5 days and after which I switched on today to find my balance as rs 3.9 !! Again balance deducted without reasons .. So one cant wven switch off cell since u cheats will loot us like Hell !! Dont you understand the value of hard earned money !!

                                      I am even filing a fresh complaint for silent but false balance deduction and even will forward this to National Consumer Helpline !!

                                        Sir I bought an aircel recharge voucher of rs 10/. but while scratching for the 16 digit pin it was damaged and the nos are not visible. the serial no of the voucher is [protected]. i m still having the voucher with me. plz help me getting back the voucher.
