Came to know how it is possible? it is not only my mental harassment bur also violence of consumer rights. Are you totally money making company I never registered for any service.         Over a year now the company has been auto subscribing consumers to random nonsense service and has been deducting balance without the consumers approval or authorization. Customer care is useless . Please see to it that the company gets shut down as they are running this huge scam. Thank you goverment!.

            I have recharged Rs.39/- for ratecutter on 20-7-15. i have checked my offer the validity period is 28 days. wrongly we have done through *121*39# Rs.39/- deducted from main balance. kindly extended the rate cutter period My aircel no.[protected]

            I furnished my Bank card details, instead of crediting Rs.39, you have debited Rs.5000 from my account. kindly credit the same in the same account.

            I have received call from this no.[protected] from Aircel. They have asked card details and debited Rs.5000 from account. Again they called and apologized and asked the details to credit 5000+39=50039 as whole. But again they have debited Rs.34, 157.00.

            Now, Rs.39157 amount has been deducted.

            Same amount should be credited as soon as possible withn 24hours to my account.

            It looks like you have been the victim of a fraud. I presume the person who called you is not related to AirCel.

            From the screen shot of the transactions you have posted above,
            (1) 5, 000 was used to pay the bill of some AirTel number.
            (2) 34, 157 was used to order some item from pepperfry.com (Trend Sutra is the company that owns pepperfry.com).

            Please do *NOT*

            1. Give your card details to anybody calling from any number, no matter who the person claims to be. Any *legitimate* company (even your bank) never asks for your card number and other details.
            2. You might want to remove the screen shot above. It shows your account number, name, branch and bank name - which can be used by somebody else for illegitimate purposes such as to commit fraud.

            Resolving the Issue:
            ---
            1. Please lodge a police complaint at the nearest police station's cyber crime cell.
            2. Since you have the phone number of the person who cheated you, it could be used by the police to track who the person registered with that phone number is and track him/her down.

            I'm sorry for your loss of money and hope you will recover them soon. But please be careful next time in giving out your details - whether in person, online or over the phone.

                  Dear concern, Name Abhilash mob num [protected] I have received the msg that i have subscribed cricket pack at exact 12.26 pm ( i'm not subscribed it) The 2nd msg ireceived to unsubscribe dial 5800031 sms stop to 155223 i called the number and send msg to unsubscribe the service . i received the msg " you are not subscribed to any Vas sevice" After all the issues, I called customer care NCPR NU "[protected]" service req num 1-[protected] " They said it become technical problem from our side will stop the service, will refund the amount, The next day It happen on same way again I called custmer care REQ num 1-[protected]. cannot refund the amount, need to go aircell office . For these kind of issues if the customer need to approch office is it possible. if the customer care person cannot here our problem then why YOU ARE PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE . HAVING GOOD REPUTATION IN THE SOUTH INDIA AND DOING ILLEGAL WAY OF MAKING MONEY . I REQUEST SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM .

                    Dear Sir/ Mam My self Inderjeet. I am Aircel user from last one year my Mob. Number [protected] & Sim No.[protected]. I did not use this sim for a week. My Aircel sim apear Unregistered. I tolk with aircel costomer care they said to me your sim now inactive and allot to other person. I also went to nearest Aircel store for reissue same number they said you cant reissue because your sim allotted another person. As far as i know in case non use mobile number within 45 days after that sim gone inactive. Sir i want this number again so what have to do for it..

                          Hi, This is go inform you that Rs 40 has been deducted from my account balance 3 August 2015 around 2:30 PM. I immediately called Customer Care team and the deduction was not updated in the system. Hence I was asked to call back later. This not the first time, it has happened. I the received two messages confirming that I have used some Aircel service however I did not as I have internet and SMS pack both active in my number. I have been trying to contact the Customer Care team since 6 PM yesterday however can't get through due to the high call volume. This has not happened for the first and that is the reason, I had to activate DND to ensure it does not happen again however same experience once again. I send an email at [protected]@aircel.co.in on 4 August 2015 & 5 August 2015 looking for an update however I am yet to get a reply from their end. I have almost tried to contact the Customer Care team more than 50 times since 3 August 2015 to get the matter resolved however not once I was able to get through to the Customer Care Representative due to the high call volume. I tried at 8:00 AM and also at 11:00 PM but I could not speak to the Customer Care team. I even received message from Aircel providing self-serve options as I was unable to connect to the Customer Care team however that was of no use. The same incident happened again today morning where Rs 40 was deducted once again at 1:00 PM where I received a message confirming that I have activated All Channel TV Week Pack for 7 days and then it will be auto renewed. I cannot contact anyone to resolve the matter. I then got the toll free number of [protected] which was the first level complain team and they asked to dial 198. I have also dialed 198 more than 10 times with no progress. I will try to contact the Customer Care team again and if I get connected to them, they will not refund the money by saying that it has already crossed 24-48 hrs. Is there anyone who can let me know how do I get the matter resolved or switching from Aircel to a different provider is the only solution? Regards, Abhijeet Gupta Ph no:[protected]

                            I am mahesh from sandai pudukuppam, puducherry, for the last one year i am using aircel network, also i my arer there are lot o[censored]sers using aircel network, but what is our quries means we got poor network for using internet, so we request you to improve the network coverage area also increase the speed of signal from 2g to 3g, even we putting 3g datacard, till we got 2g signal only.

                              Dear sir, Relation No. 1-[protected] Mobile No. [protected] I have got bill by Arcel where they have mention Pocket Internet 98. When I asked the company customer care they are saying the service is activated by your request. But I have not sent any kind of request. And they are saying that you had requested two times but it is really false why I request sent them. WHEN I SAY THEM THAT I WILL COMPLAINT ON TRAI & CONSUMER COURT THEY SAYING RUDELY YOU GO ANY WHERE WE DONT CARE. It is realy shame on company is doing such kind of cheating... Don't ever try to opt Aircel sim...I am the victim of this seriously every time I Recharge they automatically cuts the TT without any subscriptions n today ""Thank you for choosing Model Video Club at 50.0. You have been charged INR 50.0 for 15. To STOP SMS STOP to 155223"" I never subscribed for this service but they charged 50₹... Seriously Aircel are very smart betrayers shame on you...

                                    Respected Sir, I am using aircel from last 9 years, from 5 days their is no network at Rayagada, Odisha .For the same I am facing a lot of problem no one can contact me, I cant able to do any money transaction please do something about this matter urgently .

                                    aircel customer support are also very bad. they have not responding our complaint. only an auto message has been acknowledge our complaint. after 10 days you have not rectify the problem of aircel at whole rayagada. very shameful of you. you should shut down your company.

                                      On forums they will just act as if they will help you. But trust me I also get ads of around 5-7 seconds. They don't ever listen. They are cheap liars.                                       Seems like aircel is insulting and irritating customers yaar. It is too much. Those who calling to aircel also have to listen this x..x..xxxxx..x bledy adds.
                                      Telling lies like you are not able to stop that thing. Customer care people are telling simply that customers have to suffer this.

                                      Once i asked customer care person that i need to port this to some other networks. They were very happy to give me the instructions about how to port to another networks. Then what the hell yaar. Shut down your networks and go to hell. Then verybody will change their networks.

                                      i am from chennai. few years back this happened. There is no way to get hold of a aircel customer care executive on phone, 121 is a joke. emailed many times with no result. then went in person to customer care and made a complaint. it stopped after few days.
                                      It has started again now. this time early morning my aunt had low sugar and went into shock, called 108 and this stupid #%$^# aircel promotion song is coming up. this is the highest form of intrusive advertising strategy. I am gonna sue them this time if its not pulled off for everyone, not just me.

                                      Ive informed Aircel Team, also sent multiple emails regarding the same, adds playing before each and every calls, they asked me to send email to [protected]@aircel.co.in, which I already did. I got a call from the team and they said they cannot remove the same. So i've ported my 2 aircel numbers.

                                      Will not at all recommend this Aircel service to any other.
