My no is [protected]. Today at 3:00 pm Rs. 30 deducted from my main balance. Then i call on 198 to solve this prblm n give my balance back in my account. The customer care executive firstly cut my phone 2 times n after then they blocked my number. Now when i m calling then i hear a voice plzz call after sometime and my call disconnected automaticaly

I will suggest Aircel To Improve Their Customer Care Service. Because They Behave Very Rudely and They do only one thing blocking the number. By which we can't Make a call to Customer Care. Regards Ankit Agraj

Plzzz take actions quickly. First of all unblock my number on 121/198. I m getting msgs only for stop vas service call on 155223 but i want my balance back in my account.
What are you doing. You have not solved my any problems. Still i can't talk to customer care on 198 /121. Also i have not got my balance back in my account.

Ohho one min dear. U r saying that i have been charged for wap service then what about the message i have got n also send the screenshot to u that i have been charged for tiny tv(which is not subscribed by me). One more thing if h have called me n i have not answered your call then for your kind of information i want to tell u that i m a student and it's not sure that i will pick up the call any time.
Finally i want to say that i want my balance back. Tell me clearly r u giving me or not??
Ohkk i m waiting but i will wait only for maximum 24 hours. After that i will take other action.

      Dear Sir,

      One week back I recharged 3g on my aircel no: [protected] but still unable to get access on the internet whereas incoming & outgoing calls are happening smoothly. Even while I am trying check my 3g balance, typing *143*0# its giving error like "connection problem or so" Whenever I tried to call aircel support it has been refused from your side, I tried alternate but no luck. I went to local aircel dealer but they also could not help me out. My all official works get badly impacted for the same & I have been never experienced such kind of worst service like this from any service provider. Even I sent mail to aircel support but still have not received any respond from their side.
      Request you help & resolve this issue asap.
      Looking forward to your kind cooperation in this regards.

          Hi Yesterday Night I have received 1 sms from Aircel for Masti Mall serices activated for [protected] number . But I did not activate any kind of services . please deactivate Masti mall services and I tried through VAS to stop that services . but I am not able to deactivate .             Myself N. Islam my phone number is [protected] Since last two month Aircel operator continuously deducted balance from my main account balance for nonsense VAS service activation but I couldn't activate all that vas services or Aircel never ask for my confirmation.When I call to the customer care representative for resolution they first time told me that " there have some problem in system so they can't see anything in system so call them letter"..after some hours later I called them again but they said same things.. then I called them again for some hours later but after that they blocked my number, so I can't connect the call to the customer care number...I tried soo many times to connect the call but the same things happened. After that I have no option soo I called them from another phone number. They received the call but they can't resolve my problem and behaved very rudely & uncultured person.after that I told to the representative to transfer the call to the senior but the representative still shouting on me & behave like a dog..they have no sense how to speak with the customer & hanged up the call on my face..they deducted above 150 rupees from my account balance. I got only 25 rupees. I want my money back to my phone..soo plzzz help me out.. Also on dated 27/07/15 I have recharge rupees 10 through Net banking, still I haven't receive any recharge confirmation SMS nor balance from Aircel, but rupees 10 has been deducted from my bank A/C. Why????????????????????????????? snapshot enclosed. I am your customer since 2008 & I am recharging above Rupees 500 per month and also my family member have another two Aircel number they are also recharging above Rs. 200 per month. This is your quality!!! We are don't accept your representative attitude... I think your Customer representative holding Government high ranking position & we are their poor needy servant..this is very very bad for your brand. Current I am feel insecure to do high amount recharge.

              My aircel mobile no [protected]. Incident happened between 25th july to 30th july 2015.. An amount of Rs 50 deducted in the name of VAS services without my knowledge and without my consent.. I have reported the matter to the consumer forum too.. Because this is the second time that this kind o[censored]nfair deduction happened with me.. In my mobile no [protected] the same happened for the amount of Rs 30 and still not refunded.. Customer care executives are mere puppets without any intension to help with very rude behaviour.. I am sorry to say but aircel has become famous for unauthorised balance deduction company for its genuine customers harassing all o[censored]s.. Someone please look into this issue and do the needful.. I want refund of both the deduction.. SHAME ON YOU AIRCEL.

                    Myself apurba chatterjee using aircel connection, today aircel has deducted my balance without showing any reason and their customer care said that balance deducted can'nt be refunded. Previously they have did the same. They provided me a complain no[protected] and executive name - sanjay. The most worthless company i had seen before. Need to be punished for this type of problem

                            mein kuch time pehle aircel se jadu hu MNP ke through to mujhe plan mila tha A2A 5am to 5pm free but A2O par call rates jyada lag rahi thi to mene customer care par call karke pucha ki meri call rate kafi jyada lag rahi hai to unhone mujhe kafi rate cutter plans ke bare mein bataya phir mene unse pucha ki mere pehle ye plan activate hai 5am to 5pm free to agar me phir dusra koi plan activate karwata hu to ye deactivate to nahi hoga na. to unhone bola nahi hoga or mene unse 2 baar confirmation liya or uske baad 79 rs. Wala recharge karwa liya or phir mene check kiya to mere new plan activate ho gaya tha but purana wala deactivate ho gaya. Phir meine wapas customer care ko call kiya par mera phone nahi lag paya. To mene apne friend ke phone sr call kiya to unhonr bola ki sir aap chahe to pehle wala plan phir se activate ho jayega par aapko money refund nahi hoga.

                              Aircel always cuts 10 to 20rs of balance fr no reason...this time it was heights...they did cut 78rs of my balance ...nd whenever i call customer care no 1 is there to ans..always the call is busy always...if by miatake they pick up the cal no 1 answers frm tht end...this is goin reallly bad now...m fed up of this company i wnt to chng the sim but i wnt my money back

                                Everyday from my balancw Rs. 5 get deducted stating an sms "thank you for using aircel service". I have no VAS activated neither i use aircel gprs.Earlier i Didn't noticed but now its height . I tried speaking customer care executive but cracking IVR to reach a human voice is like a task to climb mount everest. So I have send sms multiple time to deactivate if any Vas activated for which i get sms no Vas activated. Seems aircel penalising customer for using their sim and services. Enough of my money cheated. I want satisfactory reply and reimbursement else i would prefer to go for number portability instead of sticking with cheater brand as similar thing is happening with my cousin aircel number also.

                                  I am totally fed off with this connection. Any time balance from main account deducted. I have lost 200 rs from last 2 month. Now today again my balance got deducted rs 50. And yesterday only i hve reacharge my account,. I don;t have so money to recharge all the time. If i called customer service they do not respond properly. They said that u have only done by yourself. But if i done by myself why i will call them. I have done then it must me beneficial to me. I request to return my balance asap. I have the mobile connection of aircel. My no is [protected]. Plz i request u to help in this matter.

                                    Aircel walo ne hamara account se[protected] ko 67 rupees kaat liya hai internet pack activate bole kar jo humne nahi kiya hai aur refund ni kar rahe hai customer care wale koi responce nahi de rahe hai aur to aur aircel pe nodal officer ka jo number hai wo v galat bata ra hai

                                      My number is [protected].In July 25, I received a message that thankyou for subscribing the fun TV and charged Rs.15. But i didnt subscribe any service. Again they renewed it without my notice and charged Rs.10 I want deactivate that service. Need my money back.

                                        Sir, I havSir, My mobile no is [protected] . I have bought new samsung galaxy J1 on 13th june having offer of 500mb data each month up to six month on using new aircel sim as first sim . I have followed all the rules that i have got on net and that was told by that shopperson. My aircel sim was activated on 16th june and till now i have not got that offer. I had send a message to 121 by writting PRIME . I have complend to aircel about this alot off time and they had called me on 8th jully and said that my IMEI no is not loaded on network so i will get offer within 7 days but it last about a month and it is not startd till now. Ihave tried alot on 198 but no one is responding to my call every time they are busy. No- [protected] is also not responding . So sir i am hoping that you will resond to my email . I thik this is last aircel consumer hope, so please help me..and on the mobile box cover it was written that this offer is valid till june, butijully is on last date i have't got any trustfull responce fron them.. so sir please help me
