It's happened for a number of times, while I'm browsing, suddenly a pop up comes and I get subscribed to a package and without my approval the money is deducted from my prepaid account, this is ridiculous, when I called the customer care say, "it's you that selected the certain pack while browsing", if so first they need to take my confirmation, but thats not happened. And it's not the first time happened for me.

        I have got a msg that 25 % cash back on Internet pack 37. I recharged bt cash back not credited so I called customer service they said cashback is not eligible for u.we won"t send such a msg but i received from DK-600003(aircel) (reference number1-[protected] talked with harikaran aircel customer care)

          I recharged for 198rs(3G data for 28 days validity) but with in 1 day it got over and got a message from aircel customer care that you have consumed 100% of your free quota.dial *121# and activate data pack immediately to avoid charging from main account. It happened twice for the continuous days. I used only watts app for message and not even downloaded files or any other app.

            Last night i got a call from +92 no and its was a 12 digit no surprisingly i googled and got to know that these are fake calls from pakistan fraud ppl everywhere. asking for bank details and saying i won lottery .. i want these numbers to be blocked asap +[protected] [protected] [protected]

                Hai, i am Nandakumar. Mobile # [protected]. I was in 3G limited Plan where i can use 500kb 3GB and unlimited 2G. Last month i received the statement and understand that i have been charged an additional amount of Rs 250+. When i enquired with customer care, understand that the 2G is chargeable and i can use only 3G. I am really surprised y this was not communicated clearly in message and emails.. If they have charged even Rs 100 + for a single customer just imagine about the cost which will robbed from their total customers.. I called customer service and requested for change of plan.. I called last thursday and received a confirmation that the plan will be changed on Saturday but till today (Tuesday) i am not able to access internet and people are just extending their timeline for solving my issue. I want my extra charges (Rs 250+) and rent from Thursday to Tuesday to be waived off.. Expecting a postive reply..

                  Sir! My cousin has lost his Aircel SIM Card 3 months ago. He asked me how to block the Aircel mobile number. But, I was unable to find out the solution. Inorder to solve his problem and to prevent the fraudulent, misuse of the number by anyone. Please block or deactivate the number as soon as possible. I complaint this on behalf of my cousin who stays in Virudhunagar, TAMIL NADU. My cousin's mobile number is [protected]. Please block this Aircel mobile prepaid number very soon.

                    My aircel no. Is [protected], and i have not subscribed any bluddy service like this on my number but a message received you have subscribed aircel fun tv. When i send a msg STOP to 155223 It say you have not subscribed any vas. But today deducted my money Rs 20/-.for aircel fun tv services. Why ??? Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and refund...Refund should have be... You are just cheating us... You can deduct as much as you want by sending just a message of activation. Your all services are fraud... Your services are not believal like others...

                      Sir, my balance reduction by aircel company and when i call to cutomer care they deactivated my all services and insure me that your balance must be refundable a few hours but my balance not refund and now customer care emploees say sorry this type of irrespontial behaviour is rediuculus and aircel grivence box not work, it only for just show off kindly take and action on of this company which cheat public and stop this type dectatersip behaviour of aircel company my mob. no. is [protected]

                        Hi Sir, They made a call on 21st of July about the offer, Rc - 39 has been recharged then per call 30p per minute. Again the next day the same offer call has came to me. I told it has been already done, but then the customer care person has again recharged. So, double time recharged has done for me instead of single time. So my amount has been wasted also I get hurt from this incident. Kindly, do return my money as soon as possible. Already I had given a complaint in the Aircel center on 23rd of July.                               Post system validation it was found that there is no deduction of balance recorded in the system. The last deduction was on 27/07/2015 at 23:47 for a download fee of VIDEO from techzone web portal where you was charged Rs 5.Since it is a downloaded VAS the same is not required for deactivation. Kindly take caution while surfing internet as to avoid clicking the 3rd Party campaign links which are embedded in the web pages to avoid unwanted deduction in future and also dial155223 (toll free) or send sms as STOP to 155223 (toll free) to check the VAS status and to deactivate it or send sms as L5VAS to 121 (toll free) to know the last 5 deduction related to VAS from your Aircel number.

                                Respected Sir/Madam, This is regarding my airecl mobile ( [protected]) bill, pervious months my mobile plan was rs 599/- . that time my monthly bill comes below Rs. 1000/- and my credit limit was about RS 1700 which was easy for me to pay. Last to last month I loose my Job, that why I called at there customer care to change my plan Rs.249 because I want to reduce my bill below But no body call me from there side that credit limit is 3000/-. This is not fare and also mail them to many times because they cut my phone connection and also give them my alternate no. but no body bother to any kind response So I request you to please change my bill around rs 500/- because I am not able to pay this much amount.                                   I received a message from aircel this morning: Thank you for choosing TINY TV at Rs 30.0. You have been charged Rs 30.0 for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223 Whereas i have not subscribed to any service. I have logged a complaint in their customer service complaint no.[protected]. They charged me ₹30 for no reason. This is the main reason i had ported out of aircel and now after porting in again its just been a day and all this have started again. I want to log a complaint against the company for this fraudulent activity.

                                    Dear Sir, I am Peter from chennai like to file a Complaint against Aircel Company due to, they are activated pocket internet pack without any information for which they had deducted Rs.48(30+15+3)/-. when I called to customer care they accepted and send a complaint number 1-(screenshot attached).                                       My number is [protected] and each and every time amount deducting and when I called on customer care they say sever is down every time same excuse. How can I show you my problem proof if you have better suggestion then please tell me then I will follow your instruction right now I dont have any proof(screenshot etc.). Aircel is continusly diducting some random amount after each and every 10 to 15 days.

                                      We would like to inform you that we have checked your account details and have found that the Vpack Service was activated in your account after due consent from your end in lieu of which the services were activated via WAP on 31/07/2015 and charged Rs.25 for same.

                                        There is no value of consumer complaints for this type of company like aircel... They were cheated... And will be cheat... I was complaint just two days ago for a fraud service... And now today... My aircel no. Is [protected], and i have not subscribed any bluddy service like this on my number but a message received you have subscribed aircel fun tv. When i send a msg STOP to 155223 It say you have not subscribed any vas. But today deducted my money Rs 20/-.for aircel fun tv services. Why ??? Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and refund...
