It's happened for a number of times, while I'm browsing, suddenly a pop up comes and I get subscribed to a package and without my approval the money is deducted from my prepaid account, this is ridiculous, when I called the customer care say, "it's you that selected the certain pack while browsing", if so first they need to take my confirmation, but thats not happened. And it's not the first time happened for me.
