I launched a complaint regarding unnecessary deduction by aircel and before it is resolved, Now the same thing aircel repeated again. I opened watsapp for just 1 minute and my whole balance was deducted which was 6.50₹. Even though I recharged with ₹14unlimited Facebook watsapp packpack, I am being charged heavily for opening these sites. The. Charges are more than tthe usual charges applied. What are you upto.?I want all my balance back...

I have never subscribed for any services, but for the past 2 weeks getting messages saying "Thanks for subscribing Sparsh, and Rs. 7 deducted for it. Next deduction after 7 days". Lost rs.14 even though after replying them back to stop it. Really do not know what this Sparsh service is and how it is beneficial too. Please do some needful to avoid all such services and wastage of our money....

Very bad customer serivice

Hi, I have post paid connection for [protected] number listed in the subject. I used it only for 15 to 20 days and got transferred to Bangalore. So I contacted ur show room in kolathur to get the number disconnected. The rep told that I have be in a lock in period for minimum three months. So I stopped using it and got transferred.. few days back I received a call stating that my number as been deactivated and I need to pay around 800...

Deducts money stating that we have subscribed for a service when we haven't

date of incident - 27/07/2015 at 13:32 hrs i got a message from airce that i have subscribed for their missed call alerts. whereas i never asked for that service. this is not the first time that it has happened. This happens atleast 4-5 times a year when my balance is deducted for any random reasons. i want my refund back and i hope this is the last time....

Unnecessary deduction of balance

Aircel is deducting balance for no reason. I recharged my Aircel no. [protected] with Rs 60 on wednesday. And till saturday, my Balance was 0. I did not made call costing more than Rs. 15 and even not much net surfing costing 60 rs. as I have wifi. even after that I recharged with rs.14 for unlimited facebook and whatsapp and then RS.50 and got 40 rs balance on[protected]. I made only a single call for 1 min 28 sec and nothing else. still...

Sir, i inform you that last 3.07.2015 i have received a message from air cell sim company their written 1 gb data for 21 days and additional 1 gb data next 20 days. So, their instruction i was recharge pi 47 internet pack and given me 21 days data, their after they have not given me additional data, i was call their customer center and talk to staff miss barnali she was saying me my additional pack will be activate 25.07.2015 before 4.00...

Message received for deactivating mobile number

My aircel number is [protected], today I received a message, it says my number will be deactivated due to non usage and says me to start the number before 30th july. I regularly use net park but I don't use top up for calling because my main balance automatically deducted by aircel activating VAS. Please solve my problem....

Worst customer service

Sabse ghatiya customer service lack of professionalism. Maine 3g activate krne ko kaha unko khud nhi pta 3g kaise activate krte h ya gurgaon mai 3g hai bhi nhi unko khud nhi pta. . . I call 10 customer care for activating my 3g. Service but all are 10 fools hve dont know how to activate it. And last i change my sim bad experience of aircel....

Network Problem

I had complaint many times on customer care but the executive didn't provide me any good solution. Some one said your sim is still 2G but my sim is 3G. My mobile number is not working
