    I have complained many times to consumer complaints and aircel also. But nobody responds to my compliant. I am facing so many problems on stress and business oriented problem also. I am facing this problem for one month but nobody answered my problem. The Aircel company is not respond to my compliant. what can i do for this problem? please clear my problem quickly because of the all my inconvenience. Thank you.

    what about my complaint? no body take action for my complaint. what a response for my complaint. i am very very upseted. say what can i do? what a network very very good network. NO response to customers, no actions to customer service. First clear my request. thanks
    How many days updating to just one complaints. Just 10 minutes work you are doing more than one month. Always saying this story only but no actions. what action taken to my complaints tell me. Please Take action at list from this time. Thank you.

      Some one stole my Lenovo P780 phone + Aircel postpaid sim bearing No: [protected] in New delhi Metro station on 27/07/2015 around 7:30 am. i want to block the sim card. police complaint will be done today or tommorrow as im having a very schedule.

        My name is ranjan and my mobile n is [protected] Your services are very unsatisfied...me since a long time you have no any solution for your own services like a service which is activated by any your customers by mistake then your have no solution of it ...I have activated your services hangama by mistakes... But you charged me 5 at many time so I have join your care service 198 to deactivate it but you always say deactivate it to call 155223 but this service is so fraud and say you have no activated any value added services instead you charged me 5 every time... Resolve it as soon as possible...

          I launched a complaint regarding unnecessary deduction by aircel and before it is resolved, Now the same thing aircel repeated again. I opened watsapp for just 1 minute and my whole balance was deducted which was 6.50₹. Even though I recharged with ₹14unlimited Facebook watsapp packpack, I am being charged heavily for opening these sites. The. Charges are more than tthe usual charges applied. What are you upto.?I want all my balance back which was deducted for surfing watsapp and also refund the recharge amount of rs 14 which was never applied by you on my no.

            I have never subscribed for any services, but for the past 2 weeks getting messages saying "Thanks for subscribing Sparsh, and Rs. 7 deducted for it. Next deduction after 7 days". Lost rs.14 even though after replying them back to stop it. Really do not know what this Sparsh service is and how it is beneficial too. Please do some needful to avoid all such services and wastage of our money.

              Hi, I have post paid connection for [protected] number listed in the subject. I used it only for 15 to 20 days and got transferred to Bangalore. So I contacted ur show room in kolathur to get the number disconnected. The rep told that I have be in a lock in period for minimum three months. So I stopped using it and got transferred.. few days back I received a call stating that my number as been deactivated and I need to pay around 800 rs . I said I will make the payment soon and don't want that number to be activated. Meanwhile got into serious personal problem that my father is hospitalized and couldn't make the payment. Today I received a call from person named arumugam [protected] and he is using very bad words. I never expected such a thing from a company like aircel. This is really disgusting and embarrassing. Is this the way you deal with customers? How do u recruit such .

                date of incident - 27/07/2015 at 13:32 hrs i got a message from airce that i have subscribed for their missed call alerts. whereas i never asked for that service. this is not the first time that it has happened. This happens atleast 4-5 times a year when my balance is deducted for any random reasons. i want my refund back and i hope this is the last time.

                  Aircel is deducting balance for no reason. I recharged my Aircel no. [protected] with Rs 60 on wednesday. And till saturday, my Balance was 0. I did not made call costing more than Rs. 15 and even not much net surfing costing 60 rs. as I have wifi. even after that I recharged with rs.14 for unlimited facebook and whatsapp and then RS.50 and got 40 rs balance on[protected]. I made only a single call for 1 min 28 sec and nothing else. still my balance today on[protected] I.e within 24 hours is rs. 12. Even though I am having net pack for unlimited facebook and watsapp, I got message for net surfing charges of rs 11 for running watsapp for 3 minuts or so.I want my balance back which was deducted for no reason and I want the reason why my balance for net surfing is being deducted even after recharge for net balance. Please help me get my balance back and I expect Aircel to control this cheap thing of deducting balance now n then for no reasons. this has happened many times and we cannot ignore it each time.

                    Sir, i inform you that last 3.07.2015 i have received a message from air cell sim company their written 1 gb data for 21 days and additional 1 gb data next 20 days. So, their instruction i was recharge pi 47 internet pack and given me 21 days data, their after they have not given me additional data, i was call their customer center and talk to staff miss barnali she was saying me my additional pack will be activate 25.07.2015 before 4.00 p.M . To day still now my have not activate.Customer care has refused me for this matter. Last time i was support from you so, i have mail. Sir kindly see this matter.                         My aircel number is [protected], today I received a message, it says my number will be deactivated due to non usage and says me to start the number before 30th july. I regularly use net park but I don't use top up for calling because my main balance automatically deducted by aircel activating VAS. Please solve my problem.

                          Sabse ghatiya customer service lack of professionalism. Maine 3g activate krne ko kaha unko khud nhi pta 3g kaise activate krte h ya gurgaon mai 3g hai bhi nhi unko khud nhi pta. . . I call 10 customer care for activating my 3g. Service but all are 10 fools hve dont know how to activate it. And last i change my sim bad experience of aircel.

                            I am Er. Alok Kumar. My aircel mobile number is [protected]. Sir I recharged my no. with 3G pack but I got only 2G speed. I had complaint many times on customer care but the executive didn't provide me any good solution. Some one said your sim is still 2G but my sim is 3G. Every executive gives me worst solution every time. So I am requesting you plz short out my problem as soon as possible and take a sufficient action against the customer care executive. The number is activated but not recharging, no outgoing, no sms reviving and outgoing. I have complained many times in aircel company and customer care and consumer complaints also. But nobodies response to me. I have disturbed in mentally and business sector also. The consumer complaints also no response. So what happened to my complaint. Reply me. Thank you

                                    I have recently ported to Aircel n since then i have been facing unnecessarily balance deduction by aircel due to unwanted activation of random services. My 30rs got deducted for which i called the customer care they said it will be taken care within 48hrs, but no action has been taken yet.. Now again another services has been activated n 30rs got deducted, n when i am trying to call customer care. i am not able to reach, maybe they have blocked my no.. They even sell 3G plans, while they dont even provide 2G speed.. Really bad experience.. This is harassment, i want my 60rs back into my balance account. My no is [protected].

                                      Without my knowledge aircel has activated some
                                      Astrobuddy nyassa service.
                                      And whenever i send sms to 155223 to unsubscribe the service / stop service. I get reply as : you are not subscribed to any vas service. But still daily they are deducting rs 5. & i get sms as
                                      Your astrobuddy nyassa service is renewed with rs. 5. 0 @ 1 days. Visit http: / / 220. 226. 188. 56 / astrovideo / arc. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223.
                                      I tried to call complain @ this to customer care but unable to do.
                                      Please do the needful.
                                      I got fed up with aircel services

                                        My name is ranjan and my mobile n is [protected] Your services are very unsatisfied...me since a long time you have no any solution for your own services like a service which is activated by any your customers by mistake then your have no solution of it ...I have activated your services hangama by mistakes... But you charged me 5 at many time so I have join your care service 198 to deactivate it but you always say deactivate it to call 155223 but this service is so fraud and say you have no activated any value added services instead you charged me 5 every time... Resolve it as soon as possible...
