Maine customer care se baat ki to wo bole ki tumhara number kisi ne band karwa diya hai call karke tab mai customer care se baat kiya to wo bole ki tumhara number mai 3 hour me chalu kardenge magar customer care ne mujhse jhut bola ki tumhara seva chalu kardenga magar seva chalu nahi hua aaj 1 week hoga magar mera seva abhi tk chalu nahi hua. Sir m aapse nivn karta hun ki mera number ka seva chalu karw de mai aapka bahut aabhari rahunga.

    I recharged my no. [protected] at 12:34 PM on 24-July'15 with Rs.109 for which I also received a message stating "207:Txn No. DLR[protected] to recharge MRP 109 is successful". This recharge gives Promo Talktime of Rs.109 + 109 MG 2G Data + 109 Aircel to Aircel minutes but even after receiving this message no benefit was credited to my no. I called customer care at 12:37 PM, they said wait for 5 minutes your benefit will be transferred then I called at 1:08 PM then they requested me to call after 1 hour but since then all customer care executive are busy and I am unable to check the status of my recharge. Please look into the issue.

      I'm using 'Aircel India' mobile number [protected] (UP East) and DND is activated on my number, but unnecessary amount are debited (Rs. 37) three times in the month June & July. When I tried to complain every time they did not file complain & the response of company was not proper. Today it happen again but customer support executive told to call after 2 hours. I'm very frustrated by this, so please take appropriate action.

        I am getting this flash message min 10 to 20 times in a minute. Once I replied with 9 n Rs.3 are deducted from my number. But those messages are not yet stopped. Being frustrated. Customer care are not responding. They aaid they will take care n not yet my problem is solved. What am I supposed to do? ?? Please help me I am very much frustrated

          On 23/7/2015 Aircel subscribed me to a data pack service of Rs 155 which was deducted from my main balance talk time without my authorisation or subscription to the service. My phone number [protected]. This is a very serious matter, please look into it as this company seems to do such things on regular basis.

          Aircel, please provide proof of what you are saying because I DO NOT REMEMBER activating such service, you can`t simply dismiss a costumer simply saying it`s their fault. I provided you with my recorded proof of your doing now show me yours. I repeat to you, I did not want or activated the data pack trough USSD.

                I Purchased an Aircel SIM (Mobile.No: [protected]) (SIM.No:[protected]) by paying Rs.60/- from V M Mobiles, Vadakkencherry, Palakkad- 678683, on Friday, 26th June 2015. I have also submitted my address proof and a photo on the same day Itself.As the sim has not activated even after 3 working Days, I contacted the shop and the Aircel Distributor Mr. Ajmal ([protected]).But he always assure me that the sim will be activated on the next day evening. But the Deadlines are changing in each days. when i call at customer service center, they say they didn't get updated on my address proof. That is the reason as my aircel number is not activated. When i contact the SIM dealer(V M Mobiles) he said he submitt my id proof and photos. Now (23rd July 2015) Its after around 1 MONTH h my AIRCEL SIM is not yet activated. Even It doesn't show the Airtel Signal Range on home screen! though my place has AIrcel signal Strength!

                  Aircel has deducted a talktime balance of Rs. 147 from my mobile phone account. My mobile no. is [protected]. The customer support is executive is telling from last 3 days that there is a problem in their system so they cannot check my account. Also they are telling me to do whatever I want to do but he wont help me. I want to sue the company for the inconvenience caused to me. Please help.

                    I've been provided free 2g data till 12th July 2015 and on the same day they've got all my money rupees 200 in main account. Contacted customer care which is worse. All the representatives are such a dumb asses don't even know how to respond to customers. These kind of crappy companies has to be closed by taking proper action against them. Hope someone somewhere will take necessary action regarding this. I have all the proofs to show. Aircel is one stupid stealing company. Gonna change my number to a different network. I suggest you not to join this cheap network. Get the off Aircel.

                                Dear sir, I am a customer of aircel and on may 21st 2015 i had recharged with an amount of 800 and on that month, without my activation started the aircel service in my no.[protected]..and deducted the amount of 75 from my mobile after this deduction i spoke to custmer service they were telling that the deduction is due to the activation from your side and didnt put the deducted amount...after some days again the same service got activated and deducted the same amount i tried several times to call between 8am to 12am but was always saying all routs are busy...i tried several days and after that i left that... After that on june 22nd i recharged with amount 500 on the same month they started deduction from my balance...they deducted on june29, july 7, 9, 10 two times(aircel service)+another (pleasent babes 75rs), 11th, & 12th (aircell service) at last they deducted and made my balance 0 .. I tried several times and spoke to custmer care on saturday11th of july and tell the matter the executive promised me and said that within 48hrs they will refund the deducted amount back to your mobile..reference no. is 1-[protected].but what happend was the vary next day they again deducted amount of 75 through the aircel service pack... So around total 600rs deduction totaly they have done in this month without my activation and on previous month it was 150 ...i lost around 750... The thing is that every time while i was recharging with a higher amount the soon started deduction...so from this i think all these things are doing with their knowledge.. Only thing i want to know is whether i will get the deducted amount because the amount is very big for me...still activation msgs are comming in my no. pls stop this. I recharged for an amount 10 that also deducted by activating services like Glam diva pack.. Hope will soon refund my deducted amount to MY no.[protected] And if not ready to refund then i will have no more option just quit from aircel and go for some good service through portabillity..                                         On 20/07/15 there was an unexpected deduction of Rs 80(approx) from my phone balance ( mobile no: [protected]) & it became Rs 0.00. Then on the same day I recharged my account with Rs 100. On 22nd morning it was about Rs 90. All on a sudden in the evening it became Rs 0.0, although no VAS or any internet usage or call was made.
