On 23/7/2015 Aircel subscribed me to a data pack service of Rs 155 which was deducted from my main balance talk time without my authorisation or subscription to the service. My phone number [protected]. This is a very serious matter, please look into it as this company seems to do such things on regular basis....

Deduction of Talktime Balance

Aircel has deducted a talktime balance of Rs. 147 from my mobile phone account. My mobile no. is [protected]. The customer support is executive is telling from last 3 days that there is a problem in their system so they cannot check my account. Also they are telling me to do whatever I want to do but he wont help me. I want to sue the company for the inconvenience caused to me. Please help....

Worst company and stealing customer money. Customer service is worse.

I've been provided free 2g data till 12th July 2015 and on the same day they've got all my money rupees 200 in main account. Contacted customer care which is worse. All the representatives are such a dumb asses don't even know how to respond to customers. These kind of crappy companies has to be closed by taking proper action against them. Hope someone somewhere will take necessary action regarding this. I have all the proofs...

Unnecessary balance deduction without activation

Dear sir, I am a customer of aircel and on may 21st 2015 i had recharged with an amount of 800 and on that month, without my activation started the aircel service in my no.[protected]..and deducted the amount of 75 from my mobile after this deduction i spoke to custmer service they were telling that the deduction is due to the activation from your side and didnt put the deducted amount...after some days again the same service got activated...

Deducted balance

I have purchase new sim card of Aircel with rs.175, they give me bal of 60 rs., but out of it, they deducted 30 rs. from my balance without my knowledge.I continuously trying to contact them on 198 and 121 no. but since last fast days they are busy....

Recharge on[protected] Rs matter and did not balance yet I have often spoken to customer care even if no response was not clear what discripstation your service is written in the Recharge, who offer 109 Rs.
You provide 109 mb data, Aircel- Aircel local 109 minutes and 109 Rs Balance
that service you provided but u could not do this

Unwanted VAS Activation

My number is [protected]. I didn't request for any services but I received an SMS mentioning that 'FUN TV service has been activated on your mobile' and Rs. 35 had been deducted from main balance. When I called 155223 to unsubscribe the service I had been informed that there are no VAS on my mobile. I want you to look into the matter and refund my Rs. 35 as soon as possible....

Unexpected deduction of balance

On 20/07/15 there was an unexpected deduction of Rs 80(approx) from my phone balance ( mobile no: [protected]) & it became Rs 0.00. Then on the same day I recharged my account with Rs 100. On 22nd morning it was about Rs 90. All on a sudden in the evening it became Rs 0.0, although no VAS or any internet usage or call was made. I am using two number from more than 3.5 years now these day facing the all balance reduce from Both Number:

[protected]: I have recharge multiple time from last six month but aircel doing the reduction from mobile balance, I called many time in customer care to close all unnecessary application .
I have recharge with 150 and 100 than again 110 but aircel detect the all amount from this...

Unusual balance deduction

This is to share my typical bad experience regarding unusual balance deduction made by aircel.

My number is [protected], a west bengal connection from district dakshin dinajpur. Just a few days back i recharged with 150. And after that i have been charged with 30 rupees back to back just after 3 days 2 times.

I never requested for any kind of service but surprisingly i have received messages acknowledging that....

I paid my bill in june, store person didn’t tell me about the status of my no or whatever????, he just take the Amt Rs 1965/- and ensure me to start my no services in 24 Hrs.And when I contact him again he regular make me fool. After that I again visit AIRCEL store, this time he issued a duplicate Sim for my no.please help me, services not started....
