I am complaining because I have been charged INR 16467. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Gowtham(aircel representative present in infosys mahindra city campus) andthen he told that data is chargeable on roaming .No such catches were mentioned during acquiring the sim. I would like to know how fair it is to charge Internet on roaming without notice and specially while other competitor companies charge nothing. and that too...

Wrongly deduction of my balance of ₹30 on my no [protected]. Regarding this i made a complain through customer care complain line no with comlain no. 1-[protected]. The aircel's net services has become very poor. Till march 2015 i used to get around 10kbps speed on 2G. But in june i only get around 0.2 kbps speed. Called d complaint helpline.
