Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Vanathi Devi. my mobile number is [protected]. I activated DND- TRAI service on April 11, 2015. But now also aircel took my money in the name of aircel service. whenever i unlocked my mobile immediately i received a message that " thanks for using aircel service". All the time i received the same sms only. No other messages (which type of service, how many amount took etc., ) i recieved.
I want to know the reason that why the aircel took my money after activating DND without prior information. Iam highly disappointed, mentally and economically aircel tortured me.

DND activation- 11.04.2015,
Amount took by aircel on-
20.04.2015- Rs. 50
05.05.2015- Rs. 20
04.06.2015- Rs. 15
07.06.2015- Rs. 30
13.06.2015- Rs. 10
18.06.2015- Rs. 50
Will you accept my complaint and refund my money.. I'll change my network soon sir... hereafter i have no strength to continue with aircel network. But as a customer i want to know the reason that why aircel took my money after activating DND service.
Moreover i want to stop aircel joy ads and also to remove my mobile number from aircel store pocketinternet.in. How to stop it. Plz tell the details.
