poor customer service costs me 16k

I am complaining because I have been charged INR 16467. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Gowtham(aircel representative present in infosys mahindra city campus) andthen he told that data is chargeable on roaming .No such catches were mentioned during acquiring the sim. I would like to know how fair it is to charge Internet on roaming without notice and specially while other competitor companies charge nothing. and that too...

Balance Deduction+ service not activated+ unwanted Subscriptions

being a customer from past 2-3 years. this is not the first time i see the balance deduction problem. but till now it was just in 10-20 rs which i had in my account. but these days i - my all balance gets deducted within 2 days of my recharge. reasons would be- unwanted auto subscription. when i filed a complaint email to customer care i just got half of the money back. remove all main balance without pre information

Very Very Poor Net services- jus gives 0.2kbps speed.
