10 days before I called aircel costume care to activate dialer tune, but the costumer care does not know how to activate he disconnected the line, I called again another costumer care activated and said it will work within 2 hours, aircel deducted 30 Rs from my main balance since than day I have been trying to resolve the problem but no one is taking serious.. kindly refund my money else activate the dialer tune.. Thank you

    Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Vanathi Devi. my mobile number is [protected]. I activated DND- TRAI service on April 11, 2015. But now also aircel took my money in the name of aircel service. whenever i unlocked my mobile immediately i received a message that " thanks for using aircel service". All the time i received the same sms only. No other messages (which type of service, how many amount took etc., ) i recieved. I want to know the reason that why the aircel took my money after activating DND without prior information. Iam highly disappointed, mentally and economically aircel tortured me. Details: DND activation- 11.04.2015, Amount took by aircel on- 20.04.2015- Rs. 50 05.05.2015- Rs. 20 04.06.2015- Rs. 15 07.06.2015- Rs. 30 13.06.2015- Rs. 10 18.06.2015- Rs. 50 Will you accept my complaint and refund my money.. I'll change my network soon sir... hereafter i have no strength to continue with aircel network. But as a customer i want to know the reason that why aircel took my money after activating DND service. Moreover i want to stop aircel joy ads and also to remove my mobile number from aircel store pocketinternet.in. How to stop it. Plz tell the details. With Thanks and Regards P. P. I have immediately complained to the customer care. he will promice to refund my balance within 24 hrs but right now no balance has been refunded. plz make sure to refund my balance. thanking u.         I have been charged Rs. 30 for sports package on 16th june 2015, I immediately called customer care and filed a complaint on this and the agent informed me the she will refund Rs.30 to my account with in 48 hours and would deactivate the sports package, but its still not done. I did not get the money back and the package is not yet deactivated, I called the customer service again and this time this agent said that the previous agent did not add any notes regarding this complaint and she transferred the call to the supervisor and put me on hold for more than 30 minutes.. can you give me time back? why should i waste my time on something I have not done. Dont you guys get salary to work? why dont you deactivate the sports package and add the money back..im wasting my time and money on being hold. i would like to speak to the manager or the higher level of support. I again called cx care and this time the agent said he would file a complaint and sent me a reference number, and he said he can refund the money only if possible. I m totally dissatisfied with Aircel.

          Dear Sir/Madam, Aircel.no: [protected], Mysore, Karnataka I have recharged for Rs.75 on 16, June, 2015. After few minutes I got a message that "Thank you for Subscribing to Non-Stop Music Station plus" even though I have not Subscribed for it and after few time my balance of rs.60 deducted when I checked my balance. I had called to Aircel customer care also in this regard, but they did not respond properly and disconnected the call by saying that we are unsubscribing the option. Also I have recharged last month for Rs.447 3G data pack for 3G for 1.8gb x 3 months and 2G unlimited after 1.8gb and it is also not credited for this month. I am sure that I have not subscribed to any of the above option and simply they have deducted the balance. Also get the 3G data for this month. I request you to don't trouble the customers in this way. Please do the needful and consider my complaint and get my Rs.60 balance back without fail if not I may think of cancel the connection.               I am complaining because I have been charged INR 16467. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Gowtham(aircel representative present in infosys mahindra city campus) andthen he told that data is chargeable on roaming .No such catches were mentioned during acquiring the sim. I would like to know how fair it is to charge Internet on roaming without notice and specially while other competitor companies charge nothing. and that too an amount of 16k.However on further asking I was told that If I donot wish to pay the bill I could switch it off and no action would be taken. Also I would like to highlight the maximum credit allowable on my sim is 600 then how did the bill rise upto 16000? I also contacted the customer care and no proper answer was given .However I received a legal notice for the payment following which I have payed the amount. I am a customer and deserve a proper response from the company.This could have been avoided if proper measures and clarifications could have been made at the right time.I want a explanation for this. I also request you to train your employees to clearly state all the chargeable and non chargeable services clearly while procuring the card. I assume that your company feed on the hard earned money of its customers with no service. phone number : [protected]

                my phone number is [protected].i have bought it 1months ago.before somedays, some video30 pack was activated on my number and i was charged 1 rupee.immediately i contacted with your customer representative and informed him about the incident.she assured me that my money would be returned and the service would be deactivated.but today 8 rupees are reduced from my balance without any reason and more surprise to it your customer representatives are not receiving my phone when i tried to contact them.this was happened to my previous number also, due to which i rejected the number. its my last attempt to solve the thing peacefully, otherwise i will lodge a complaint against your company in right place.

                Post system check it has been found that your balance of Rs. 7/- got deducted dated- 13/6/2015, 17/6/2015, due to Download of VAS - TECHTEXT, HUNGAMA- TECHZONE, HUNGAMA through WAP . Credit of 7/- have been posted in your A/C from our end dated -19/6/2015 .

                    Wrongly deduction of my balance of ₹30 on my no [protected]. Regarding this i made a complain through customer care complain line no with comlain no. 1-[protected]. Ur customer care personel has assured me to refund the balance with in 24 hours. but up to yet it didn't. I wamt refund of my wrongly deducted balance.

                      being a customer from past 2-3 years. this is not the first time i see the balance deduction problem. but till now it was just in 10-20 rs which i had in my account. but these days i - my all balance gets deducted within 2 days of my recharge. reasons would be- unwanted auto subscription. when i filed a complaint email to customer care i just got half of the money back. Now, for Data packs. when i recharged my mobile online thru aircel online recharge this monday 15th of June 2015- with pack of Rs 77., amount got deducted from my Debit card. . being got the message of deduction i was in assumption of recharge done successfully. when i started using Mobile data i was shocked to see my 120 rs getting deducted in 2 mins. for just around 5334KB == just 5MB. so crap service.but the recharge was not done. when i called customer care, lady said she would file a complaint and gave me the complaint ID #[protected]. and still there is no refund done for 77 recharge. i want my 120RS+77RS. back not just 77RS. after some Hours i did a recharge of 14RS data pack for 3 days limited MB's. for even that, my amount from Debit card got deducted . same story continued again i started mobile data- within no time after some 5mb of data use my balance 48RS got deducted.and "service dint get activated" was the response from customer care. and silly lady again asked me to go to a shop and make a recharge don't go for online. i bounced back on her - whats so different in doing a recharge from Retail shop?? no answer. why did u provide the service online to make the recharge? if not working properly. Even this money i need a refund- 14RS + 46RS i expect this to be refunded Asap. now Aircel has to refund me - round of Rupees- 120+77+14+46 =257RS :( Get this amount refunded in my Debit/ balance. else i would get that to the Escalation in concerned Authorities. pehle aisa nahi tha aircel service sadly.

                        What the hell my balance has been deducting from 7th june 2015, my mobile number is [protected] and i am getting stupid jokes and beauty tips without subscribing any thing, regarding this i have complaint many times to customer care bt they are bloddy hell, they are always telling that it has been deactivated but no body is taking care...all aircel staffs are dumb and always lie, now m going to file an FIR against this company, i am very much disturbed due this bloddy company.take this as serious other wise i ll make u serious now.

                            I've recharged with 199 through online recharge after two days i balance was rapidly deducting from main account balance however, i've only made few calls thereafter i been trying to customer care but, i did'nt get the proper response from them they are simply saying that i've subscribed an offer but the reality is i never subscibed any offer give since the day that am using Aircel Network i tried reaching customer care at last i heard that the balance will be refunded within 24hrs of time but, that never happended till today as of today my main balance is 2.Rs/- my humble request is to take the neccessary action on this and do needful. Thank You.

                              I have informed by exe. of Aircel for 3G recharge of Rs 27/- .Then i brought same recharge after the confirmation from company I start use this data plan after 2 mints i got alert from com. that I dosn't have sufficient balance ie.90/- lumpsum which I had in my account before.                                       hi this is varun, using aircel from last 5 years i didn'h had any complaint with ur network till the time i moved to basrurkar market, moti bagh, new delhi... i am facing looot of trouble in getting networks so had to get another connection as i have lot of important work over the phone ..but still want to continue with aircel vodafone contact number: [protected] as i am not getting verrrry bad nework on aircel number...please suggest thankyou

                                        HI ALL, AIRCEL network is poor with Customer care services. When I recharged Rs.103 through Online, the added only 400 MB of Data for 28 days. But the plan, they have given is as below. 103 Full Talk Time + 103 MB Data + 103 Local & STD SMS. Data & SMS Validity 30days DONT TRUST AIRCEL!!!

                                        This is not Fair by AIRCEL...

                                        Aircel has not and never noted this in the ONLINE RECHARGE PAGE.

                                        The Customer Service executive ends the Call while speaking with them. I was simply wasting my time(Nearly called for five times that day and still they dint gave proper complaint ID) and money with AIRCEL.

                                        FOLKS,

                                        Dont Trust AIRCEL.
