My name is Omar sajeed khan and my mobile no is [protected].I want to complaint against Aircel regarding my balance deduction on 09-06-15 for an service called movie talkies. i already talked with customer care of Aircel on 198 but they are not doing any thing they are telling that i will get my complaint number after 48 hours.i saw a message by Aircel on 10:30 am that i got subscribe on movie talkies and they deducted my 25/- rupees from my account and at the time of activation of that service my phone was switch off i got message from Aircel at 7:37 am and when i complaint against it they simply deactivate that service, similarly when i recharged one pocket internet smart 3G+2G pact on 30-05-15 on there *121# portal they told that on PI155 they will give 1.5 GB of 3G data but they just gave me only 1GB till now also i didn't received my remaining 500MB data and i complain Aircel about it they give me a complain number and my complaint no is 1-[protected] and they told me that they will revert it by 03-06-15 and till now no updates availble.i simply want what is my rights i want my 25/- balance and 500mb 3G+2G data.

They are repeating this so many times with me and also with my friends. I am sure they are spoiling your reputation and well being. My question is why you deducted that amount of Rs.35 dated on 09th Jun 2015 and also check my previously account details, deducted amount in the name of VAS Service, can you have a look over it. Then you will come to know, how much i lost. Any how you are not going to return the money. Please take as a fund from my side to you.

      Hello Aircel, I am prashanth very sorry to tell you that You provide the worst services. I am fed up using Aircel and thinking of changing to other network. My aircel number :[protected] Recharge with: 46 sms offer on 27r 28 th of may 2015 which usually have a validity of 1 month but all of suddenly on 7th june the sms offer stopped and started charging rs 1 per SMS like that almost my 14 rs deducted and I called up to CUST service officers r just listings the complaint and disconnecting the calls till yet I didn't get any. Resolution plz do check their is one request ( SR#1-[protected]) is also placed on 7th June 2015 at 3:20 pm but till now no status of it

      You have completed usage of 500 Aircel to Other SMS, and hence was charged for A2M messages on 07th Jun'15.

        Hi Aircel, I'm very much disappointed with your customer service. My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I'm using aircel about 5 years. The problem is without my knowledge you keep on activating services. Last week this was happened and I got refund after a big war. Now It is happening again. Rs.100 was deducted. I can't be patience anymore. If it continues I'll take some severe action. I need my cash back and i don't need any such service in future. Take some good decision.

          Respected Sir Aircel network has charged Rs30 unnecessarly from my number [protected]. On 07th June 2015 while searching the unreaded sms i noticed there is one sms from DT-Aircel "Dear subscriber, you have been renewed for UTV Megatainment at Rs.30 for 30days." The sms was received at morning 11.05AM. But i noticed the sms at the evening then I called to the customer complaint number 198. I talked to the customer care executive (Antony) about the balance deduction. He did not give me the proper answer. I pleased him sir with out the activation of the service or any pack how this renewal will happened. he said you have already activated the pack. I asked him can i know the pack which i have activated he said its a 'TALK' service. I replied him sir i have received the sms is like UTV. But he did not gave any proper answer and he himself ended the call without responding my problem. And the second time i redailled the complaint helpline 198 from the same number the calls will not get connected. After a some time i redailled to the 198 customer care and i got the connection to a customer executive (Devadhasan). I reexplained my problem to him he said the pack is 'UTV' only not 'TALK' servce. I asked him sir i need the refund amount. He said you have activated this pack from the May month. I asked him sir i have not activated and i did not know what this service is. Then he replied this is activated through the IVR service. i asked him if i activated the service means the activation confirmation sms should receive is it. he replied yes its received on that day and Rs.30/- also charged on that day. I said no balance amount is reduced and no conformation sms is given to me please give me the correct details.he said i have taken the problem as complaint and you will receive the complaint sms but not yet i have received the complaint sms. he planed to end the call. i said to the executive that i have put the mobile in record so please do not try to end the call. the first executive Antony have done the call ending before giving the proper response to me. And I got pain in my mind about the balance deduction i asked him to refund the amount please. but he said he have no rights to refund the money. i said him to transfer the call to the higher authority but he have not connected he said that the officer is unavailable at the time call back. I said i am not satisfied with your words connect to the higher authority . he connected but none of the officer have piucked the call i waited for a long time and i ended the call. And the third time i called to 198 customer complaint the customer executive (Udaya kumar) he attended the call and i said my problems. He next replied sorry there is an problem so you can contact the complaint care tomorrow morning. I asked about the complaint registered confirmation sms also not yet received. he said try tomarrow morning. And i called more and more times from my number today morning 08th June 2015 to the complaint customer executive. But the number will disconnect automatically. i tried more times to the complaint executive 198 from the same number but it is not connecting and i use my another aircel number to contact 198 service and i got connection and i said the every things and also the previous call i have done to the Executives. The madam who attended the call replied that the same which is said by the executives. i said i have not received the activation of the service then how the pack will be renewed. Once at last year September there is a problem in activation for that they have miss understandingly charged and i called more customer support none helped but by sending the mail i got the refund amount. After to that there is no problem in deduction but the same problem occurred please refund my money. She connected to the higher authority she responds the same i pleased and expressed my thng but she dos not give a correct respond i think her name is bhanu. I feel i am a Mendel man. I donot know what to ask to you please don't kill the customers like this. I am pain hearted. Even i know i have not done any mistakes but i have charged.Please refund the money if i have said the above is true. Some of the customer care executives are not properly replying to the customers they cut the calls before solving the problem. After the complaint mostly the problem not solved numbers will not be next connect to the complaint number (198) this also happened for me. For complaints they are not guiding to solve it. Charging for unsubscribed services is done in this network only. Dont kill the customers by charging unsubscribed services. if the customer likes he will use but dont charge for the unusers. i am more times fedup with the AIRCEL network.Please help me to REFUND my amount Rs.30/-.               Dear, On 02.06.15 i recharged a Rs.27 data pack of 500 MB in my Aircel no-[protected] yumawhich was being informed by Aircel as offer and a message also received by me in this regard.But after recharge i get a message that revealed 180 MB balance for 5 days.I asked the retailer about balance of message he advice me it will be credited within one day.But after 5 days remaining 320 MB data balance was not credited on my account by this time my main balance would be charged as data charges for net surfing. Despite of my assignments on 08.06.15 i contact with customer care and one of Aircel customer care executive has told that your senior executive will call me back within 1 hour. but till now no feedback has given from your end.After that several time i try to contact with Aircel executive.now it seems to me that intentionally my number temporally blocked with IVR so that i can not contact with you for my grievance.                 Dear Sir, WHAT A SOPHISTICATED HARASSMENT FROM AIRCEL It is strange to get the message “SIM REGISTRATION FAILED” on 31st May 2015 after making a recharge of Rs.32 on the same day with a balance of Rs.561.36 My harassment started. Tried, Contacted your intelligent customer care through mail (Not the unprofessional Telesupport). One responded with Number can not be given to you as it is permanently disconnected and another to which I am replying give some mercy to contact your centre. In one of your center, system problem and assured to contact head office for my grievance. Well, with increasing harassment went to the office and assured that number will be activated but the balance will be forfeited (But the balance and Facilities prevailing will be restored in my account as assured by tele support) . Anyway I have submitted the required docs and photgraphs and signed the CAF. Today with your appreciable prompt service the new sim has been verified by me through tele customer call. But as a unfortunate customer your tele support tell me to do the FRC for activation of the SIM…. ALASHHHH… I AM A NEW CUSTOMER ??? What a service ??? Kindly Answer these questions? Why document verification after such a long time of more than 6 month? If document verification is for security and TRAI guidelines is it the right period for verification to avoid any misuse ? Number has sufficient balance of Rs. 561.36 and in use also on 29th may 2015 ur android application was activated and then why it is deactivated on 31st may 2015 after a recharge of Rs.32. Who made the verification call ? Number confirmed on my name and all documents are given as per requirement then what is the cause of failure. Why should I do the FRC as the number is in my name and only sim has been changed. My number has to be activated with the Balance Rs. 561.36 and with the facility for my recharge of Rs.32. If FRC is mandatory then who will reimburse me for the expenditure of the amount of FRC which is around Rs75. Rest is my mental torcher and harassment I think it comes free in INDIA with every customer. If any TRAI procedure for the forfeiture of the balance is their let me know or I will write to TRAI and grievances cell for it. Expecting a quick solution to my problem. S R SAHOO [protected]

                Your answer is quite confusing. As per customer care, your office Siliguri and as per previous mail the number was disconnected due to documnent verification failure and now a new story. the number was in use and was recharged on 5th May and 30 th may 2015. How u say it is unused For 90 days.

                Very bad experience with aircel.

                A Company will not grow with this attitude.

                Really dissapointing.
                There is no answer to my question . Aircel people are silent. TRAI mail id not working mail bounces. For reactivation they are not refunding my balance of rs 562.36.

                BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS
                Dont keep high amount in Your AIRCEL prepaid account. they can anytime deactivate without notice and forFeit yOur balance. they have deactivated my number [protected], reactivated with FRC but not refunding my bAlance of 562.36.

                Still my problem remain unsolved and unable to my refund of balance money.
                After Telephonic conversation also my problem remain unsolved and waiting for my refund of Rs. 561.36
                If Aircel keeps the record of its subscriber, can they share with me on which name the number was activated, if it was activated in my name which was confirmed from customer care then why the number is deactivated ? If it is reactivated on my name why they are not carry forward my balance?


                Pl Clarify it . It will clarify the problem with numerous customers and they will be benefited and take necessary precaution before using Aircel.


                Even it is also quite necessary to be known by all the customer that their document is verified and the number is safe to use.


                Aircel unable to give nay satisfactory reply that my number [protected] is activated with all the document verified.

                  It has been around 5 yrs that I have purchased an Aircel sim(no.[protected]) and was using.I got the sim from a retailer with definite genuine and valid documents and photo.But after using around 5 yrs. suddenly aircel has deactivated my sim without showing any reason a week ago.while enquired about the reason at aircel customer care(from another aircel sim of someone), I am informed that they find my documents invalid and I have to take new sim after submitting fresh documents and Rs.30.aircel discovered my docs invalid after long 5 yrs!This is ridiculous and inappropriate activity on the part of aircel.Why should I pay Rs.30 and re-submit docs when I had submitted genuine documents at the first time and was kept accepted by aircel all these years?I would urge to immediate reactivation of my existing sim otherwise aircel should compensate my business losses due to inappropriate deactivation of my connection by them. my sim no.[protected] pkt.date 04/10

                    3-4 days back I purchased aircel 20 GB Internet pack for 1697. I used around 5 GB and still 15941 Mb is remaining. And the expiry date is 03/07/2015. And now when I use the internet my main balance is being deducted rather than internet balance. Yesterday I had more than 100 rs in my phone balance, and when I saw in the morning it was 0.00 Rs. And again I recharged 40 and 21 is remaining. When I called customer care they are telling me that I dont have any internet pack. But when I check the balance It shows 15941 MB remaining.                         I'm tapan kumar nayak from Bhubaneswar, Odisha and my mobile number is [protected].On 26th May i have got a message from AIRCEL that i will get 1gb internet on recharge of Rs.78 (250 mb instant and additional 774 mb within 72hrs).then after this message i have recharged Rs. 78 on my number and got 250mb instantly but the additional 774 mb has not been credited to my mobile number yet.i then called so many times to Aircel customer service and they told me that I will get this within 24 hours every time;but already 12 days has been passed and no additional data has been credited yet.Now Aircel customer care not responding to my calls.please take necessary action against them.always i face such things with Aircel after recharge.

                            Hello Aircel, I am very sorry to tell you that You provide the worst services. I am fed up using Aircel and thinking of changing to other network. My aircel number :[protected] Recharge on : June 6, 2015 for Rs. 26 This is the recharge for 120 MB 3G data as told by freecharge.in, I made this recharge at 14:19 on June 6, 2015 and did not get the internet pack. when i called the customer care executive, he denies it is for roaming pack. 26 rs is not a big deal for anybody but the Network service that you provide has already taken away my patience and i dont feel like wasting even 27paise for Aircel anymore

                                  Hi, My name is Abhijeet Saha with mob# [protected]. I have been using this connection for almost 9 long years. I recently came to mumbai for couple of days and the number is in roaming. I tried checking for option for free incoming when I found a service for free incoming within aircel network at the price of rs.5 a day. I subscribed for a day and there was no t&c stating it will continue as I thought it was only for a day. there is no ways to deactivate it and everyday rs.5 is getting deducted from my a/c early morning after receiving a message that "your ASMA2A5 service has been activated". Who asked it to get activated? rs.5 a day while on roaming! do you understand that? I had a chat with aircel rep named Rana via the chat support service. He asked me to call 155223 to deactivate the service. I tried then and there and informed him that the call never gets through but he just replied that its a tech error and can try later. Its been more than 24 hours and still call doesn't go through. I have send message "STOP" to 155223 and got a reply that "you are not subscribed to any vas service" an hour post which i again received the message that "your ASMA2A5 service has been activated" with a deduction of Rs.5. aircel website says call 198 for complaints. The call never get through 198 ever. I am truly pissed with this service and i want refund of the days I have not subscribed as well as I want the service to be deactivated on an immediate basis.                                     the aircel cellular is deducting my balance without any information. I am a aircel consumer of rajasthan.. when i called to complaint no.(198) always get answer that call after 2 hour. in this process i didn't get my balance due to late of 24 hour.
