i am a aircel customer from assam i would like to inform you that aircel assam is cheating costomers by automatically activating many services and deduct balance without customer knowledge, i have approx. 100 rs balance in my mobile num- [protected] on 27/06/2015 morning. And with in 4 hours many services was activated without my knowledge, And this was not for first time. I complaint about the issue to customer care bt they did not respond in correct way.

However we have processed for the refund of the deducted amount on Good will Gesture and the same will be credited in your mobile number main account within 48 hrs. Please ignore those website or web link which are chargeable, to stop this type of charging.

    Dear Sir, is there any process for customer to know whether the documents related to the activation of Mobile number is verified or not? It will help a lots of customer like me whose Aircel number ([protected]) has been deactivated after using more than 6 months with silly reason that document verification failure and now refusing to carry forward the balance of 561.36 after reactivation of the number in my name.

      My number is [protected]. They are deducting balance unauthorized and as per they wish on the name of VAS activation. They never send any information about the VAS service activation. Just deduct the balance like thieves. I noticed this fraud suddenly. This fraud is like pick pocketing in a metro or bus without our knowledge. Please see the scenario how I noticed this. I always thought where my balance is going but every time I ignored it, I thought may be I have used it. In very 2-3 days I used to recharge my number. Today on 27-April around 12:30 AM. I was talking with someone when I cut the call, I saw the balance was around Rs 2.5/- then I thought may be my roaming pack is expired. Before top up the number I have decided to recharge the roaming pack again Rs 61. I logged in to m.aircel.com on my laptop and recharged it online. Used the promo code AIRCEL10 to get 10 rs recharge free which I got informed by a sms sent by Aircel to my number. Within 2-3 minutes I got the SMS of free recharge of rs 10 the balance I got from that is 7.77 and the total balance in my account was 10.41. Just after 5 minutes I have sent a sms to someone which cost me around 35-40 paisa but when I saw the balance was socking. It was 5.03. Immediately I call on 121 and inform them on the issue but they told me there is a " HUNGAMA "service is activated by me and that is why the money is deducted. My questions are:- 1- How I have activated the service, whether I called any number to activate this or sms to activate the service or on web portal. ----- They didn't reply. 2- If I had requested this service then I should be replied by a confirmation sms about the service and the deduction. Why that is not followed in this case. ------They didn't reply. 3- If you are doing it on your end then deactivate this and give me my money back. -----They rejected my request out-rightly and very rudely cut the call. The costumer service is below standard. They are talking like as such I am getting paid from their mobile service. They cut my call three times. Then I got a number of Customer Grievance from aircel website. The number is [protected]. I was just started to explain on the issue to her she understand it within 4-5 seconds and replied me to cal on 121 and just cut the call, Which is very irritating and harassing. I think this fraudulent activity got noticed because this time my balance was low. Otherwise it could not been traced. These thieves are making money like this. I want to request you to please verify my account of last 6 months. I would like all refund which has been deducted due to VAS activation. This number is belonging to Odisha circle and currently I am at Delhi. Thanks

      We have verified your account details and found that on dated 27th Jun 2015 a content “HUNGAMA" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.5/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.

      For your kind information I have not used wap service in that entire day in my mobile. I have recharged my mobile through laptop. There should be a limit of lie. You liars and thieves are always think the people are fools. You have already taken to granted whatever you do people will not react. For your kind information I am in roaming and my mobile data is off from last 2 monts. This is a dual sim android mobile and not possible to on mobile by mistake. So don't bulling me.

        HI... this is rajith from Bangalore .day before yesterday i lost my moto g mobile when iam going to duty ofter that i went jigani police station and given a complaint about this ...its [protected] number so ofter i called to aircel customer care to block my number but they told not possible to do block this number also they r not given duplicate sim also if i ask sim so please look into this issue as soon as possible.

              My Name srinivasan. I'm living chennai Tamil Nadu. My aircel postpaid number-[protected] Any Android browser using aircel internet automatically activated vas service aircel side. This month my bill vas service amount 263rupees. It's very cheated network. Aircel is very very cheating network. Please cancel aircel license. Guys please don't use aircel network. Aircel customer care speaks very rude and arrogance. Vodafone is best network in my experience. TRAI. Please ban aircel network all over india.

                  I didn't subscribe to Asstrology but automatically it deducted 30 rupees from my main balance, And i also havent receive any message from aircel. I myself check Then i saw my No. is [protected] This is not the first time, due to your network I have lost about 50to 100 rupees on this unnecessary services. Aircel do take care the Custumer not the money. I already raise the same complain before but no help. Kindly do something.

                    Sir i got a sms from aircel containing the matter (Activation charging done successfully for the service ) even not requesting for any service and Rs 11/- were deducted from my account.                           My phone number is [protected] and my name is vikash kumar. I have made a recharge of 128 rs internet 2G pack.but internet is not working in my ipad.also all my balance deducted. I think that this is due to zero balance so I charge with 10rs top up. But its not still working. I buy a new sim and I am using in ipad. When its 3g its working good but now its not working.if internet is not working in sim then its a matter of fool to use in ipad. Also they activated tiny tv without asking me. Aircel is now fooling people .. I want tht stern step to be taken against aircel... aircel pls dont try to call me.. as I am using in ipad call facility is not there..

                            Moreover, as per system validation you have already consumed the limited high speed data hence you were receiving slow speed while browsing. We request you to kindly recharge with a new 3G pack to avail the benefit again.

                              Hi, mob no: [protected] I am getting 3g speed only for 10-20mins and then speed is getting reduced to 2g (even gogle page is taking 5mins to load). This is happening for last 4-5days. Most of the time speed is very low.Pls resolve asap. And for ur info: customer care has blocked my number. This is ridiculous.

                                Sir my number s [protected]. I had a balance of rupees 160 in my main balance and didn't use it for past two weeks...from yesterday my call was blocked and i thought its some network issue .today mornin i checked the balance and its showin nil .i tried to convey my prob wit them and none of executive have replied me properly . i must wanna my balance back.

                                  i have two aircel number one is [protected] and the other is [protected] many vas packs automatically activated and balance is deducted many times so kindly check the details and refund those amounts soon.the ussd code stuck at a same data balance and i am unable to check my remaining data balance hence i dont know how much data balance is left and i observe that data balance vanish too early it is a cheating on the part of aircel assam with the people of assam.the toll free customer care number is always remain busy and even agents donot provide any solution may b lack of technical knowledge is the reason.the 3g in assam is very poor many parts of assam even donot have aircel 3g service while they cheat customers by deducting balance without there knowledge .i would like to request you to kindly talk to aircel people to better their services in assam and northeast which they always neglect as inferior to rest of india .

                                      Sir I am using a aircel mobile no [protected] in Jammu. On 24 June 2015 at 8.30 pm 5 rs leps from my no. On 25 June 2015 I have a called castumar care of aircel service for regarding this problem. They told me u are downloading a link so balanced cut from company side but I am using a basic phone no internet facility available in my phone.but they are Not refund my balance so plz action against company..

                                        three days before i recharged for rs 100, then i called to customer care one guy SIVA took the phone i asked for 10 paisa booster but he puts the 35 paisa booster, after that i checked more money gone, then i called for customer care these guys took the phone PAVITHRA, VAITHESWARI they not even took the complaint totally irritating, no response, waste of time and waste of money totally waste, waste employees and waste company . date of incident :three days before client name : SIVA, VAITHEESWARI, PAVITTHRA. want my money back
