I tried customer care soon after they are saying it is not possible. call to the phone number it was made wrongly and ask them to recharge for my number.       The aircel's net services has become very poor. Till march 2015 i used to get around 10kbps speed on 2G. But in june i only get around 0.2 kbps speed. Called d complaint helpline. They picked d phone asked me my balance and after finding dat i had sufficient balance simply cut the phone. I have tried calling 20-25 times since then in d period of 5 days. They simply dont respond saying that they are experiencing heavy traffic. Now thats pretty ugly business tactic and a [censored]ty complaint helpline. My Phone no. is [protected].

                My 3G mobile No. [protected]. I have paid Rs. 700 ( slightly more than the actual amount) towards the last bill on 12th at 07:07 hrs. But I got a message at the end of the transaction that 'Transaction Failed'. But SMS from bank says the the payment is made. I have send couple of messages to your office but no reply so far. There was no Receipt from your end. Can you check and come back to me pl.?

When I call to a costomer execute they are all not answering I have to call at least 20-25 times when they attend call they says that to check your settings but the settings is all clear they simply cut my call if any one not know how to complaint what can they do now I want a siviour.                     i did a online recharge of 29rs 3 days before, it is mentioned as a 28 days valid data pack. after 3 days all my balance and data connection was lost i tried calling the customer care and they mentioned it to be 3 days valid pack. which they did not update online which is no way my mistake. when i asked them that it wasnt my mistake they abruptly cut down my call and blocked my number i'm unable to reach 198 after that. i've attached the screenshot of the online portal along. Please help me to get my data balance for 28 days back and my main balance back i tried calling them and faced a great insult cause of them i need a proper compensation for the discomfort they caused me

                      Hi Aircel team i was done online recharge via credit card, amount INR 108, i was use HDFC credit card. online recharge time is 7 a.m. dt. 8th June 2015. transaction was sucessfull means payment gone from bank. but in my mobile recharge is mesage came your side as transaction fail. I call to custmer care they told me its clear within 4 hours. againg i call call customer care after 4 hour. They said within 24 hours you will get, after 24 hours i called to customer care again they said wait 4 hours and then after i continue call customer care they disconnect my call. How do all this things, i dont understand whats the problme of that. Please clear of this issue. i have details of payment from HDFC. i called to HDFC they inform me payment goes out you tri to communicate with aircel customer care. Why this happening.i need clarification of that and please recharge it in my account. And please give me any superior email to i escalate this issue. Details of HDFC card last digit is 8550 credit card last digit. Time 07:03:34 date was 8th june. Total amount deducted Rs. 110.00((108+2)108 as recharge amount and 2 rs. for they company charge) and immdityly mesge came that time from etopup on 8th june (your request to recharge 108 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is MUR[protected], time 7.03 a.m. on 8th june. please check in your system(CELL NO. [protected])

                        I made 2 complains on aircel complain no, 198 regarding non working of aircel internet They are as follows 1.SR#1-[protected] of Type:WAP_Internet Links is Open and closure date is[protected] 2.SR# 1-[protected] of Type: Indoor Coverage Issue is Open and closure date is[protected] of Type:{1} is {2} and closure date is {3} Even then issue is not resolved and i am facing same problem as earlier. But suddenly my free calling stops from last 5 days. I try lot of time to call customer care on no. 198, 121 but they cant help me even cut my calls without any talking. Lastly i register my compliant on aircel website case no 1-[protected] but still my problem not solved. I m using aircel card from 7 years. and till last months i get nice service from u but from now which i experience about ur customer care service, i feel shameful to use aircel card. I[censored] cant help customer through care no. Then why u not close ur customer care department? plz understand my problem n solve this issue.                             Dear Aircel officer, My problem Still not solved. i have still facing problem. i think aircel's senior officer also not capable to solve customers’ complaints.
                            From 7 days i am facing this problems even its not my mistakes. Its too much time to face problem and wait for solution.
                            i made recharge for unlimited calling. You offer only aircel-aircel 48000s. i have compromise n agreed for that. after that u said recharge min.10rs Top up. I did that recharge after that u said recharge 20rs top up. This time also i recharge of 20rs. but still facing problem.
                            All i experienced its looks like aircel only wants customer money but not to provide good service.
                            so its enough now. Please stop my aircel service my mob no. are [protected] and [protected]. I will never use and recommend aircel service to friends or anybody.

I[censored] cant help customer through care no. Then why u not close ur customer care department? plz understand my problem n solve this issue.                                 My name is Farhan from Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. I've been using Aircel connection for more than 10 years. They're charging 30₹ for subscribing VAS services often which I not activate. Always they're saying I activated the service from third party websites. I don't know how the third party website can deduct my mobile balance!. I don't know what to do in this situation. They have worst customer care I've ever seen. I've been charged 90₹ and the complaint number is 1-[protected] and 30₹ complaint number 1-[protected] and today I charged another 30₹, i called customer care and they told, due to some system problem they can't provide the complaint number, so, they said call them after 2 hrs.

                                  I need my PUK code for the number [protected] and for that I have called to customer care but their executives have disconnected my call without giving resolution and I have gone to their store as well even there they did not provide me.I am very disappointed with the service and I want my PUK code as soon as possible.

                                    I had been charged Rs. 30 for a service named "Video Talkies" on 10th June 2015 which I didn't subscribed myself. Customer Care Executive stopped the service after calling him but couldn't refund the money back. On top of that, I got 2 messages that another service named "TINY TV" has been subscribed in my number. To activate the service I must click the given link in the message. I want my Rs. 30 back at least this time. This incident has happened numerous times in the past. The Customer Care Executives used to sat the money will be refunded within 72 hours and now they just say that money will not be refunded.

                                      Sir I m samson. I m an aircel cuatomer. In recent days they are charging money unwantedly Tiny Tv- this is what the reason they are saying. As we are surfing internet their adds are in a website. If we go to the page they are charging money. But we don t even click those adds... A message will be sent by that add company stating " To complete the request click on the below link" I came back after seeing that message. (As i didnot click that link) . But even after that they are charging money.. And to stop that VAS they are sending another message to stop that service. If i respond to that. It states " there is no vas service activated to this no." As this is a auto renewal pack they will charge after 7 days. They charged Rs 30 and this is the second time... Last time also they did the same and i stopped the service after losing my 30 rs. And if i call to the customer care they are not responding correctly... Kindly help me to solve this issue... I have been facing a regular problem from Aircel billing, since last 4 months, i am not receiving my aircel bill even after due date of payment. My monthly cycle ends on 26th of every month & my last date of payment is 11th of the following month. As usual this month also i have not received my bill, i have sent an email to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in, which is more of CARELESS than care. These guys have not even bothered to reply to my email & solve the problem. Your customer care service is even more pathetic, that even after calling, i dont get an opportunity to speak to any executive for long hours. I have not seen such low class service. I cannot make the bill payment without going through the bill.                                         Hello,

                                        All these months there has not been any response from your side. Please improve your services. It is very disappointing to see that after 3 months also the problem has remained the same. Also today i got another shocker from your company (Aircel). My standard bill is Rs 499 + tax which is approximately Rs 562. Today one of Aircel's executive called me and told me that my bill amount is Rs 850/-. He said the additional Rs 300 is VAS charges. All these years i never had a bill for more that Rs 562, today was another shocker from aircel.

                                        First of all you dont send the bill on time & moreover you are putting VAS & other hidden charges. Please stop all this nonsense.
