This is really frustrating to write my concerns. I have been facing a regular problem from Aircel billing, since last 4 months, i am not receiving my aircel bill even after due date of payment. My monthly cycle ends on 26th of every month & my last date of payment is 11th of the following month. As usual this month also i have not received my bill, i have sent an email to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in, which is more of CARELESS than care. These guys have not even bothered to reply to my email & solve the problem. Your customer care service is even more pathetic, that even after calling, i dont get an opportunity to speak to any executive for long hours. I have not seen such low class service.
I cannot make the bill payment without going through the bill. Request you to kindly solve your standard problem & ensure to send my bill on time
