Hi, this is pramod nagaram, Aircel is still calling about their plans to subscribe, but currently i am in Vodafone network . the number ported 1 month back but still i am receiving the calls from aircel. i raised many complaints through the mail but they are not responding properly. every time i want to discuss about the issue they are raising new bug but they are not following the current chain of mails . it looks like i am raising the complaint newly every time, simply they are saying that number's did not found in their data base to remove . so what i did is i tryied to subscribe, since my network is Vodafone so it got failed to subscribe the plan and got a message from Aircel saying that subscription failed (this is the proof that aircel is calling ). Please do the needful this is irritating.

Hi Aircel,

Complaint number : 2981342

I am not getting proper resolution from the [protected]@aircel.co.in, instead of tracing out the exact issue and resolving the problem, they are requesting me to contact my operator to activate the DND on my mobile. currently i am not having any problems to activate the DND on my mobile except with the aircel calls. please look into this. please arrange a call back to resolve the issue or give me escalation mail id.

          It has been around 5 yrs that I have purchased an Aircel sim(no.[protected]) and was using.I got the sim from a retailer with definite genuine and valid documents and photo.But after using around 5 yrs. suddenly aircel has deactivated my sim without showing any reason a week ago.while enquired about the reason at aircel customer care(from another aircel sim of someone), I am informed that they find my documents invalid and I have to take new sim after submitting fresh documents and Rs.30.aircel discovered my docs invalid after long 5 yrs!This is ridiculous and inappropriate activity on the part of aircel.Why should I pay Rs.30 and re-submit docs when I had submitted genuine documents at the first time and was kept accepted by aircel all these years?I would urge to immediate reactivation of my existing sim otherwise aircel should compensate my business losses due to inappropriate deactivation of my connection by them. my sim no.[protected] pkt.date 04/10

Both the times, aircel representative said that it will be solved in 3 days, but no action has been taken yet. And now they are not responding even to my call. Using aircel is like a hell.                         Mobile connection no- [protected] Dear Sir, I am subscriber of above mentioned mobile connection. Aircel has deducted two times Rs 30/- each on account of value added subscription which were never subscribed by me. I have called at 198 on 31st May, June 03 and June 04 to the Company. on 31ST May I was informed that there is technical problem and advised to call at 155223 and money will be refunded within 24 hours and we have done the same but no refund received. I have noticed again on 02/06/2015 that balance has been deducted again. I called the company they again told there is technical problem and advised to call in morning. I called twice today in the morning but persons in their office were not ready to listen me and refused to give credit. they have refused to give proof of my subscription application and to check telephonic conversation on 31/05/2015. This is the case of harassment of customer. Please look into the matter and direct the concerned office to give credit the balance so deducted and warn them for future mistake.                           Before this many times my balance got deducted & today again it happened in the morning I have received message thanks for using Aircel services. And once again I received a message thank you for subscribing Aircel services. I tried calling the customer care but my calls were unanswered & disconnected... Today also me balance if around 10 ₹ got deducted by automatically activating such stupid services... I just want my balance to be refunded & I don't want this to happen again... Please consider my request for the same... My Aircel number is [protected]...

                              Hi Team, I am soumyranjan Pradhan, social worker of Odisha .I took postpaid in the month of Jan 2015 and next week after getting the service I informed to the customer care to disconnect the service and move to Prepaid. So, they asked me to deposit the amount Rs.- 200/- and 34 /- in the customer care office Satya nagar bhubaneswar.I deposited those amount there only. Few days after they disconnected my services. Even before going to Satya nagar office I sent one mail to Appellate authority of Aircel. But did not get proper answer from them. Now the month is June 2nd 2015.. So far my number is inactive. They are forcing me to deposite Rs.700/- and Putting pressure on me and giving mental tension. My questions is if they could not provide proper service to customer then why should care the customer to service provider. I need one proper investigation and culprit should get punished soon..                                 I am just trying to figure out the problem of aircel with me.Last time Rs.5 balance had been deducted.customers care told me it's related with internet and now today Rs.20 has been deducted for dialer tone just after a day when I recharged my account. I asked the Cust Care before recharging my account that is there any VAS activated on my no. or not.They answered me negative about that. so, I recharged my account and now again same problem. When I called customer care today with two different no., they disconnected my call 3 times. I know if there is any VAS Service activated then within 24 hours the balance is refundable. I want my balance back urgently. Please help me please.

                                    A balance of Rs 30/ deducded from main a/c yesterday(02/06/2015) by activating value added service queen dazzing without my consent.I have already contact Aircel customer care but they give no response about balance refund.Please look into the matter so that they refund the balance.                                       my no is-[protected]. i have recharged with Rs 69/- txn no-ORR[protected] ON 31.05.2015.on next morning when i see my balance it was Rs 25/- WHY THIS NUISANCE OF DEDUCTION BALANCE AT NIGHT. YOU HAD DONE IT WHY YOU ARE NOT GIVING DETAIL SMS OF THIS DEDUCTION. Your night shift people are involved in this work of eating balance.REVERSE IT QUICKLY otherwise we will close all AIRCEL CONNECTIONS in our offices, house, colleague circles, friends. MIND IT.

                                      We check & found On Dt 31-May-15 a content service "NDLTNWS" has
                                      been subscribed from your number [protected]through transaction mode
                                      SMSand an amount of Rs 30 was deducted from your account towards
                                      service subscription charges. However as per your request the
                                      service has been deactivated from his number to avoid further renewal of
                                      the service. Further considering your request and as a service
                                      gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an
                                      adjustment of Rs 30 which will be credited to your account within
                                      next 24hrs.Also we found on the same date acontent “MP3 FULL
                                      SONG" was downloaded from your number [protected]through transaction
                                      mode WAP and Rs.15/- was deducted from your account towards content
                                      download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong
                                      deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform your that
                                      we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.

                                        I generally recharge with RC455 3G data plan. This month i did the same on 08/05/15 for my # [protected] and with in 2 weeks my net completely slowed down. I cant even open Google page. I called customer care and they say i utilized my data. Where as i have used only 1.7GB of data out of 4.5GB for 3 months. Attaching the screenshot of data usage.
