Sir I am a aircel SIM user past 2 days I am active a service in aircel that's name Is tiny tv . But I am not satisfied for this service and I got deactivation for this service . And today has 30 rupees renewed in my account And I will call the customer care and he is said your tiny tv service has been activated and not chance for return your money . My second case, , iam using internet on my mobile and end my mobile data but no warning message send on aircel and my 135 rupees has renewed

    Company did not fullfilled there offered regarding internet pack of Rs.67, company offered Rs.67 internet pack with1gb data 28 days valadity, but company gave Rs.67 with 500 mb 3 days valadity. I also call customer care no.that is [protected], but customer didnt respose, they only say that they resisterd complain but they didnt do, very sad to say that customer care sevice are very bad.     very sad so say that, the sevice of aircel communication is very bad, because before ten days (25/06/2015) i registered a complain regarding net pack of Rs.67, but comapany did not solved my problem, i also called the customer care service more then 15 times but they did not solved.
    i request u that please... solved the problem as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir, I am Peter from chennai like to file a Complaint against Aircel Company due to, they are activated pocket internet pack without any information for which they had deducted Rs.99/. when I called to customer care they accepted and send a complaint number 1-[protected].       Post check validation regarding your Aircel no.[protected]. We have found deduction Rs 99 on 21/06/2015 for VAS STORE99 (Activation) through WAP. On 24/06/2015 amount already has been credited in your A/C on the basis of Sr1-[protected].

        I have bought a new number ([protected]) with a proper packet with exact similar number printed on it and it did not got activated in 3-4 days so I started to try figuring out whats wrong and I figured out that the number is already activated on someone else's Identification now all I have is a damn packet with a sim which says "registration failed" whenever I switches it in. How in the world a company can produce the same number in two different packets. Worst service you are a company which should not be trusted at any point now. Provide me with a solution at - [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

          I have just now received a message from Aircel on my number [protected] "Thank You for your request to subscribe to Model Video Club. To complete your subscription please click on http://202.148.207.245:9093/API/CCG?refId=[protected]" . every time when I activate the net pack this happens twice or thrice and also my balance gets deducted every. I want a one time solution for this. I am very disappointed because of this things every time. This is the worst thing of Aircel & it this happens even once again then I will surely close my sim or port it...

            On 24/05/15 aircel company activate VAS services one by one in a single day and i also recharged with rs- 50 two times and my account became nil..two days before i also recharged with 51 net pack in which company gives me 1GB data but 30 days validity didn't get.when i call to comapny for data pack validity, company reply that please relax your validity what have you promised you will shortly received but i didn't get..and i again call 198 for automaticaly activated services i found that my 198 is wind up. So call from another number but company nothing help me.Please help me..my mobile number is [protected]. i can't sent all screen shots. This is just for an example.

            How you resolved my problem. While i am neither received my 100 rs back to my account nor 1GB data with 30 days validity. Always aircel cheats us..
            when you refund my money and stops all service...all time Aircel u cheats your customer..i hate Aircel company.

              I had 50 MB balance on existing data and when I was watching a video, while completing it they deducted 180rs from balance as 3G pack got over. This time when I had around 40MB, I reacharged for 453rs. So I got 3GB 3G Data and 353 as talk time. With old balance, it addded up to 570rs. I continued browsing and when session was over I found all my balance gone. When asked customer care they had no idea, so I called them up everyday for the past 6 days and on the 6th day one guy says, your balance is gone because of browsing as you recharged another data pack with existing having mere 40MB. So according to their law, the new pack should override old one. Instead they deducted my balance though I had 3GB 3G data. Frustrated by calling them everyday the whole week. Got 4 complaint numbers, all closed without providing me any resolution. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] Besides, I tried sending email to [protected]@aircel.co.in and abs.[protected]@aircel.co.in both bounced back saying account over quota.

                a) For certain Top-up and special recharge packs (e.g., 449 - Rs 349 Talk Time + 3 GB Data + 399 Local & STD SMS. Data & SMS Validity 60 Days OR 69 - Rs 69 TT | 69 MB 2G/3G Data | 69 A2A minutes etc.), the talktime is credited to a dedicated account and can be used only for making calls. However, there is no way for the subscribers to know whether the talktime will be credited to Dedicated Account (DA) or Main Account (MA), until the recharge is done and money is paid irreversibly. Nowhere it is mentioned on the website/IVR. Due to this, the subscribers are always being taken for a surprise and a lot of times they are stuck with useless talktime in DA which can not be used effectively. As per the TRAI regulations, completely transparency is desired from the service providers, so that subscribers can take an informed decision. However, the above practice by Aircel clearly violates the same. Customer Care Executives (with all their helpful attitude and good intentions) too seem to be helpless and respond by saying/writing that the issue has been escalated to the concerned team and they will get back when they hear back from those teams. b) Some information on the website and IVR are obsolete. E.g., PI 128 is supposed to have 28 days validity as per website and IVR. However, in reality, one gets a validity of only 21 days after recharge. I do not believe this is fair to the subscribers again. c) There are also some very silly mistakes on the website which, given the reputation and brand of Aircel, should have been avoided with some basic QC. E.g., 697 - Unlimited Data Transfer; Speeds upto 8.6 kbps for 6 GB browsing on 2G/3G, thereafter speeds will be reduced to 64 kbps. Hope it does not take a genius to spot the error :)

                I do not mind sharing my complaint number and contact details (in fact I have contacted Aircel Customer Care as well as social media team multiple times, only to receive copy-paste replies). However, can you please help me understand how the issues mentioned in my complaint are specific to any certain number or complaint? I guess it is equally applicable to all Aircel subscribers across India and in that case if you post the resolution here on public forum it will help all the subscribers.

                    I was having Rs 166 in my Aircel mobile account number [protected] and I subscribed a net pack 50 Mb data pack for Rs 11 on the night of 22 june 2015 but to my surprise 23 morning my balance was showing as 0.8 paise. And during this period i havent made any call . where is my balance gone ??? when I am trying to call 121 their customer care number they are not allowing the call to mature by saying all executive busy I THINK THE COMPANY HAD MADE EXECUTIVES BUSY IN CHEATING CUSTOMER RATHER THAN HELPING THEM.

                      today at 8:30(approx.) i got a sms from aircel containing the matter (Activation charging done successfully for the service UPE3G8) even not requesting for any service and Rs 8/- were deducted from my account. I talked to customer care also for this but no positive feedback. I therefore want to get my deducted balance back to me.

                        I have bought an Aircel number ([protected]) two days back they told me that it will get activated in maximum 24 hours but my number is still not activated in more than 72 hours I tried to mail them the issue on provided E-Mail adresses on there website but it keeps saying that "The recipient Inbox is full please try again" kindly look into it.

                        Yes the retailer told me that now don't you think that how nonsensical service you are providing how can you give similar numbers to two people I mean this is the first time in my life that I have seen such a dumb company to release the same numbers in two different packets of sim the retailer I bought sim called his sources when I asked to and told me that this number can not be activated because the sim is already active on someone else's identification now I don't know if the retailer is lying or you are stupid enough to commit this mistake all I know is that I had the packet with that number and I am just suffering since sunday now you guys are the worst mobile network providers and I mean it. Call me at [protected] if you have a solution otherwise it was just 120 rupees and the emergency because of which I was trying to get it activated fast has now been passed so to hell with this service.

                            I had a postpaid connection from Aircel - for Donglee purpose- Number - [protected] - I had closed the account and submitted the sim card at Aircel office at Cantonment. Near Vestry School on 13.6.2015 after payment of all the bills. I did not receive any receipt for having submitted the sim card. I receive calls from Aircel - Karur to make payments till today. Kindly help me in this matter,

                              Kindly tell us why those people deduct such a big amt with in a matter of seconds now a days, i need a answer. well i just on and off the internet pact just in a matter of seconds my currency got over, is this the way aircel provide service. if this is the case aircel will definitly fall.

                                I recharged my (mobile nbr: [protected]) twice today with rc 225 ( trnx nbrs: KAR[protected] & KAR[protected] and I got promo balance of 480 rs/- instead of main balance. I am unable to use this balance for 3G inter activations .This time only I am facing this problem. Earlier I was doing same and 3G activation was happening.This time I don't know why promo balance is added and activation not happening. Almost 450 rs are getting wasted. Requesting Aircel to convert promo balance to main balance or activate RC 447 using promo balance on my Aircel number. Regards Rajesh

                                  hellow i recharged topup on my aircel sim, and ratcutter also. But two days after automatically deducted full amount in my main balance. Like so many time done by aircel company, therafter you will do same, i will go to cunsumer court. No negotiation. thanks anand.b [protected]

                                    I have not opted for any auto renewal packages like fun tv and cricket pack. Please do stop all those and refund my balance which was deducted without my consent. I am not interested in any such packs and am highly dissatisfied with the services. My mobile number is [protected]. My balance is continuously deducted in the name of packs which i never opted for.

                                      today(22/06/2015) when i was travelling in bus from Lothukunta to Neredmet, i kept my Phone in pocket, while travelling there are many passanger also travelling with me, suddenly bus had breakdown and we all are waiting for another bus.the second bus arrived and all the passangers where harry on going inside the bus .After that i have to call to my mother but when i looked for my mobile i did not find it, i searched every where but i cant find it and i also made a call to my phone but it says "number is not reachable" My mobile brand is Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus IMEI no is [protected], [protected]

                                        I have raised a complaint to aircel regarding wrong calls. For god sake, i didn't get any response. Their service is not suitable for the people who wants to live a decent life by earning money honestly.

                                        Here is the thread of my complaint that yielded nothing:

                                        "i have raised my complaint months ago. But your customer care didn't even respond to any of my queries.

                                        I have got numerous calls from your agents about non - payment, but not about my complaint.

                                        My final email about the complaint once again for you because i'm tired of explain this over and over to every useless person who calls me regarding the payment.

                                        I don't want to retain the so called number (A total scam number) or as your customer if you foot care about my complaint and continue your third class support.

                                        Below is the copy of my complaint in red and the so called response from your so called customer care.

                                        Infact, you lost a customer!!! (And i know you don't care about it, but then just want to keep you posted. .)

                                        This is an email of the grievance happening to me because of this new number.

                                        I keep getting calls from few people asking for itis may be spelt wrong, asking for some payment and other inquiries. I'm not sure about what they are talking about.

                                        I took this new number one and half months ago by an aircel agent offering corporate connection. But this situation is really annoying.

                                        I strongly ask you to change my number immediately or else take back my connection. I don't want to go through this headach. If this issue persists, i will surrender this sim card in the court and let my friends know about your poor and irresponsible management
