    This is Vishwa Vijay Singh hving mob. No. [protected] of east U.P. .Unwanted services are getting activeted without my knowledge. When I am sending STOP sms on 155223, I am getting the reply that No VAS Services are activated. Here I would like to warn you that if deducted amount is not returned immediately, I am going to lodge the complain with TRAI. Enough is enough now.Do actimmediately so as not to loose your one customer.

      Hi Sir/Madam, I am Atul using Aircel Mobile [protected]. From Last 6 months I am facing network issue so I tried to port my number in Idea. I applied for MNP service 15 days ago from aircel to idea but my mobile number not get ported to idea. I tried to contact with idea customer care they says Aircel service provider not letting me change the service provider, and I tried to contact with Aircel customer care but I did not get proper response from Aircel customer care. Then again I tried to call to Aircel customer care my call get disconnecting automatically. I am not getting support from Aircel Service provider side. So I kindly requesting you to help me to port my number in idea. Regards, Atul Bhalerao

      My mobile number [protected].i pay my bill 600 on 09/06/2015 and i generate upc code on 10/06/2015 and my outstanding bill amount is -252. And my outstanding amount is till 23/06/2015 is 247 rupees i call and ask your customer care they told me your outstanding bill is not cleared.How i accept it.
      i got message on 17/06/2015 your port out is rejected i called customer care thery told me don't care about that message you will port out on 22/06/215.
      but not changed then i called 22/06/2015 then they told wait for two days.but no responce till 24/01/2015

        I am your regular customer yesterday at night while I was surfing there appear some advertisement I clicked not now but still you have deducted 30rs and message me as your tiny tv has been activated. It's second time this thing happen when I contacted customers care they reply whatever you have to do you do but your money will not be refund Now you say me is it good to pay for something that you have not used if it will not resolve I will be not using ur service further Thanxx

          This is Jammu & Kashmir's Aircel no ([protected]). After almost 47 days I was out of J& K. So my Sim was not in service & also there was not main balance in this sim. Now I recharged trice for Rs 154, Rs 135 & Rs 25 but still my sim is not working for incoming & outgoing calls.

            FIRST OF ALL YOU NEED TO GIVE 3G TO ENTIRE CIRCLE THEN YOU MAY GO TO 4G, ALREADY 3G IS IN ONLY FEW CIRCLE AROUND CITY IF YOU GIVE 4G MEANS IT DOESN'T COVER CITY LIMIT, SO PLEASE SATISFY THE COSTUMER FROM EACH AND EVERY SMALL TOWNS AND VILLAGES THEN YOU GIVE 4G TO US

              I am shankha from wb my Aircel no [protected] From this no I can't send any SMS including 121or, 1909 for port...I call many time customer care but not solving the problem...not only that, whenever I activate night pack 8( unlimited 2g night) in a right manner instead of this pack, it activate common pack 8-40mb3g/2g I tri many night but, have still prob I also, say this prob care but no solution...only loss of money. Prob seence 1 month

                u can call me from 0900hrs to 1100hrs but any time till 7 in the evening anytime will be ok for me ...just in case if i do not answer once due to any reason u can always call me back again and again(sometimes u don''t get to know that ph is ringing due to xyz reasons...)...but u can always try calling me again bcoz i want to get in touch with someone who can really help me in this issue..or can leave a call back number if possible...

                        i lingaraju recharged amount of Rs.225 to my aircel prepaid [protected] on 13/05/2015. immediately i received an sms from aircel that a talktime of Rs.240 (unltd val) has been credited to my account. but on 12/06/2015, there was a balance of about Rs.130+ in my account was been deducted, as i approached aircel through mail. they are giving irresponsible and negligent reply that the vailidity of the recharge was only for 30 days. then I asked them to explain me about that sms which states (unltd val). they are not at all answarable for this. this type of companies should be, noticed under black list. and their license should be cancelled. this is for your futher and necessary action thank u

                          i have recharged a night pack of 44rs at 12:30am on date 20th june . Before that i have main balance of 348rs . although i have a net pack my net charges deducted from my main balance. so please help me to refund of my main balance. mob no. - [protected]

                            Recently i took 3 New mob connections from aircell

                            and one number that ported from another service provider in my friend

                            The first incident is that are Rs 5 deducted for miscall alert the this complaint was raised at your gallery an the girl who attended the was not able to resolve it. since the amount was small going to your gallery is more expensive than the deduction i ignored it

                            This is happened in all the four connections

                            and once i recharged Rs 100. on my [protected] tel no the next day there was a deduction for rs for cricket. the complaint was made with in an hour time at your gallery. under your ncpr no [protected] with a ref crf no[protected]

                            but the alert is not canceled and also the n money is not refunded and now there is an sms that service will get activated again

                            so far my loss is 30+ 5*4 = Rs 50

                            I am afraid of that recharging the mobiles since the unwanted deductions are happening

                            now my request is that
                            1 I dont want nay of your alerts chargeable and free services
                            2 My purpose of mob is exclusively for my personal use respect my privacy
                            3 Refund my money which is deducted by you with out any reason ( refund the respective numbers)
                            4 once in a way i accept that your offer announcement but announcing it before each call is a nuisance
                            you need to stop it

                            Also tried to contact on your 198 failed to get connected

                            now refund my money or else for get about the costumer and expect a complaint appropriate austerity and also in social media

                              I recharged my aircel no [protected] with rupees 53, i had checked about it on *121#. It stated benefit of 1gb 2g net for 10 day, but after recharge i received validity of 2 days only & every time i call customer care it gets disconnected saying we are experiencing heavy traffic

                              Tried calling you but didn't got any response however as per your concern regards to PI-53 recharge, you have checked the offer from *121# menu under Offer and the offer displayed there is applicable only if you activate the pack from there however in your case you had recharged from retailer hence got only 3 days validity. If you activate the pack from *121# offer for you option then you will get the validity as shown there.

                                I am lose lot of money in your network. When i recharge above 20rs you take full amount of my balance.i called customer care they said you activate some packs so your balance taken but i am not activate any pack.And you are cheating also in data packs you are not give full speed of data suddenly you reduce the speed i am already complaint about your network in TRAI.

                                  Hello, A lady called me just a few min back from +[protected] and asking me for subscribing some music service. I clealy said that I dont need and disconnected the call. But very next minute I got the following message – “Thanks for subscribing to Music Connect at Rs.35.0 for 30 days validity. You will be renewed after 30 days. To unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223.” I am totally shocked. This is how Aircel treat customers. What kind of employee are theyappointing?                                     Dear Sir, I had purchased an aircel sim in my documents for about a year. The sim was blocked by Aircel stating the reason that TRAI had blocked the number and they had nothing to do with it. On requesting that being issued a new sim with existing balance and packs, they said that I would not be getting any such benefits. Instead I had to pay Rs.100 for getting the sim with the existing number. It's quite disheartning to know the sim where I had a data pack of Rs.393 and a minutes pack of Rs.126 was just robbed from me by aircel with no proper reason. Also they said that they won't be able to provide any solution or compensation regarding the matter and I could make complaint wherever I liked they din't care. The number for my sim was [protected]. They had not even given a warning or any such message as to whether the sim documents or to be verified or anything.                                       I got call from customer care for activating some application. I said i dont want but they still activated by themselves and took money from my balance. Like this its happening for so many times. I dont think that its fair on your part to behave like this. If money is being taken all the times how i can use this network.

                                        i have taken aircel postpaid plan, and as per there customer care and manager that in nallasopara there is no roaming charges. so i took the aircel sim card on the request of there sales executive, but with in 15 days customer care call me for bill which was around 500 hundred . and my plan was only 200 hundred. so after that my mobile service was stop and aircel continue to call me to pay bill . i told that as per my plan that i will pay only 200rs . but still they call me, and now they ask me to pay 1000rs .
