I called customer service department to stop promotional ads beforr calling ...but customer service executive jst hung up ma call thrice... which is very bad...such a bad service to customer...very disappointed with such a treatment. ...

    In phone no No- [protected] of Aircel telecom provider tacitly indulge in unfair trade practices resulting in depletion of Balance from the account. None of the value added services has been registered in this mobile phone however without our consent, money is getting debited from the account. An enquiry at the level of Retired judge of Honourable High Court / Supreme court is required to investigate the matter and the truth will surface automatically. Such unfair trade practices tantamount to criminal act under section 420 of IPC. A last chance is given to desist from doing such unfair trade practices in future.     We check & found amount charge for vas deduction & download
    content, Now all service has been deactivate & Rs 50 credit within
    24 hours as goodwill gesture.
    WHY SUCH TYPE O[censored]NFAIR TRADE PRACTICES RESORTED TO FOOL THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. I FEEL IT IS A REGULAR PHENOMENON HAPPENING IN AIRCEL TELECOM.

    THERE ARE MANY VILLAGE PEOPLE WHO DOESNT EVEN KNOW THAT THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ARE BEING DEBITED AND WHY IT SHOULD NOT BE REPORTED TO HIGHEST AUTHORITY THAT SUCH UNFAIR PRACTICES ARE BEING ADOPTED BY AIRCEL TELECOM TO INCREASE THE REVENUE.NOW I AM FORCED TO DISCONNECT THE AIRCEL MOBILE NUMBER.

      Daily aircel customer service center people call me and activate VAS services on my no. and then the deduct the balance. Today i got a call from this no. [protected] at 10:30AM and he said "thank you for conforming, we will activate your service soon regarding data pack". I really got fed up from this kind of Aircel sevices.

          I am a customer of aircel mobile services for last 5 or 6 years.(mobile no.[protected]) But from 25th of may, 2015(at about 10:11 pm) night my aircel sim card is not working, i.e. when i insert the sim card in any mobile it shows that "REGISTRATION FAILED".i used the sim regularly, and nothing was wrong before that day. Even i didn't receive any call or sms for having unsuficient balance or not using the sim card. So I called the customer care 5times(from several no.s, such as [protected], [protected])at last they told me that i have to submit my ID proof in aircel store to re-activate the sim and also the executive said that it was not only with me..but many more customers have facing the problem.so i have nothing to worry about.I told the executive that the company should notify a customer if any problem occurred regarding documents.He, the executive said after that he has nothing to do, and told me to disconnect the call! It seems a great punishment for me, because it is a linked mobile no.to my LPG gas company.So, It is my humble request to the company to re-activate the sim as soon as possible, and please be careful in future that such unwanted problems should not arise in our mobile services.

            I have an Aircel Prepaid connection ( [protected] ) from 5 years ago, I regular recharge it with Rs.200-300 monthly, and recently recharged on 12/05/2015 with Rs.103, But suddenly Aircel disconnect my mobile no. on 25/05/2015 without any notice or call. Regarding this problem, when I call to Aircel customer care on 01/06/2015 at 08:42, Mr. Rahul Sharma (customer care executive) told me that your connection is disconnected and You go to our Aircel Outlet, and not register my complaint. When i asked them to transfer my call to senior executive they cut my call without transfer.then I called them again at 08:59 then Mr. Mukesh another customer care executive do the same, and not register my complaint. In the Afternoon at 15:09 and 15:11 I called to customer care again and again they dont give any response to my problem. My All business is going down with this problem and my customers also laps.                 My mobile no. [protected].. Ive recharged for 25rs and 200mb 2g was credited on my account and i recharged again for 101 rs and a msg came dat 101rs was credited on my account and 1gb was valid on my number.. But wenever am disconnecting my data it was showing oly d 200mb which i recharged for 25rs and it is not showing 1gb data and the speed was only on 2g even if i changed my settings to 3g...and wen i called customer care they were disconnecting the call without any reason... Poor customer service... I need reply for this problem

                    Rs 20/ has been deduction towards gem playing by my kids.that kid is not aware of charges of charges, he never played that gem.you are requested to please remit the same Rs 20/-once a time, no any further request for remit of any amount shall be sent to you in future .                       Sir my mobile no. is [protected] postpaid on 27th May 2015 when Ileft Jammu for my onward journey to Delhi and Mumbai my phone stopped working soon i crossed Kathua and on 30th May when i contacted reprensative of Aircel Jammu at evening and requested him to activate my mobile and i will pay the extra charges if any but the representative dropped the phone I am totally handicapped and cut of with my contacts please help me and activate my number Thanks

                        on number [protected], from last 1month aircel is deducting balance without any reasons. net balance is there then also deducting balance sometimes, activate VAS services automatically n for dat deduct 15rs at a instance. from last some days deducting 1rs or 50paise as whenever they want. on calling on121 and 198 always your all customer care ppl are busy!.more than 50rs balnce is been deducted from all these nonsense activites. if you cant stop this all than i have option of portability.

                          From yesterday night my aircel sim card is not working. I called the customer care 5times, they said me they have taken complain and will be alright within an hour.but it didnt work the whole day I found no network.tried in different phones.searched network.went to aircel store, replaced my sim card, but still same problem.store and customer care both are not giving any response.this is my very important number, please help me.my aircel number is [protected].my name Akash Chowdhury from Kolkata alternative number [protected]

                              Yesterday suddenly Rs. 30 got deducted from my account without my knowledge. And then when I called the customer care services they said I have downloaded something which I didn't. They behaved so rudely with me like they are my boss. I have never seen such a third class and cheap company and services as well as. I want my money back..

                                From last few days the balance from my aircel no. [protected] is being deducted automatically with 'R' symbol being shown in with network signals. It means it connects to roaming frequently while I am at my home and deducts balance on its own. The mobile data is completely switched off and there are no VAS activated on my no. as per aircel customer care. I found out that I am not the only one to face this issue in my area, my 3 cousins and a friend of mine who lives in the same locality are facing the exact same issue with their aircel no. So the problem is really on Aircel networks side. Please provide us with a solution ASAP or else porting the no. to some other operator will be the last option for us.

On 24th May, I got msg that you are successfully subscribe for miss call alert & Rs.5 deducted from my account, that day I tried so many times to customer care but it wasn't connect. Next day I called from other Aircel cell no. & informed that above same, she replied me that it will be solved & you will get refund. But I didn't got. On 26th May, again I got msg that your subscribe to Daimler tune & deducted Rs.15, again I call to customer care from my Aircel no. But it wasn't connect, then I called from other Aircel no. from Mumbai but there are giving excuse to me that we can't help you, because your mobile no. Is from Maharshtra, so you have talk from them, after requesting him, he gave me case/complaint no. 1-[protected]. You will be renewed after 30 days. To unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223. Notified within 24 hours(Y): Yes Plz stop activating services without my knowledge, do not Waste my time and money this is probably the 6-7 time I had been charged for unwanted vas service. Plz update your system to give option to never activate any vas service I do not need any vas service nor I will need it in future plz refund my balance and give an explanation for this.

                                        Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this email because I am very much frustrated with Aircel. I wanted to port out from Aircel network but I am not able to do so. I haven’t had problem with Aircel for the past 7 or 8 years however in my current location I don’t get aircel signal so I am forced to change my network operator. But when I sent my port out request it was rejected stating ‘Letter of Authorization is invalid’. My number is in company name PRINTELIT; although I gave NOC letter from my company to port out my number, the customer care says that they will be able to port only individual number and not the company owned numbers. They suggest me to change to individual name and then to port out to some other network. They have asked to me to come directly to give request in the aircel showroom rather than resolving it online. I really feel very bad about this, I am not somewhere close to aircel showroom I need to travel 110 kms to reach aircel office. Can’t it be done online? So outdated I regret of having aircel connection. I am missing lot of important calls, messages and emails. It is very difficult to change my number after using it for so many years. I want to port out of Aircel network, please let me what should I do? Regards, Vimal Hari
