On 24th May, I got msg that you are successfully subscribe for miss call alert & Rs.5 deducted from my account, that day I tried so many times to customer care but it wasn't connect. Next day I called from other Aircel cell no. & informed that above same, she replied me that it will be solved & you will get refund. But I didn't got. On 26th May, again I got msg that your subscribe to Daimler tune & deducted Rs.15, again I call to customer care from my Aircel no. But it wasn't connect, then I called from other Aircel no. from Mumbai but there are giving excuse to me that we can't help you, because your mobile no. Is from Maharshtra, so you have talk from them, after requesting him, he gave me case/complaint no. 1-[protected].
