Dear
Sir,
Please note that we have not consume after free volume,
while you can check your record that our billing cycle was 19/05/15 to
18/06/15. Beyond this we have not used any internet service, so the amount
charged by you is incorrect. Even you have not send the
statement for using GPRS for that period, and you charged 1, 100/- which is not
justified. So we request you once again to correct the said bill and send the
actual bill, so that we can deposit and stay with Aircel. We also don't want to
loose the relationship
with Aircel.
Otherwise we don't have any other option to choose another operator service.
Kindly reply soon.

Dear Sir,
Please note that I have not used internet after 18/06/2015 as my billing cycle
is from 19/05/2015 to 18/06/2015. So the charges you have charged is totally
wrong. Secondly 1, 100/- amount is not justified. So you reverse this amount as
soon as possible. Whatever
the actual amount I am ready to pay. While you have disconnected on 17/06/15
then how it was activate again on 18/06/15 without any information or permission
or request.
Kindly sort out this matter soon, and send me the correct bill so that I can
pay. I have attached my last two month statement for your kind consideration.
Thanks
