Balence deduction without my concern

hello, I have to complain for balance deduced it occurs always when I recharge my Account. it is so frustrating for all together me. all times message came from the company is that you have been subscribed a vas service even after deactivation of all vas services and balance deduced all time in this way aircel deduced about 100 rupees from my account balance. I get to much angered from this nonsense acting ., so please return my all deduced...

Stop the subscribtion rs.5/-

I have received a sms daily since last three days at 7-30am stating that "you have been renewed for full songs download pack. You have been charged rs.5.0 for 1 days" but i unable to understand how and why dd-aircel done this offer.I did not ask any request to dd-aircel for this offer. non payment regarding

Dear sir, my mobile no.[protected] i was paid the april-may bill amount of rs.682/- by my friend mr.p.sethuraman in his hdfc credit card on 21.05.2015.But The aircel co., they send reapeatly not paid this amount of rs.682/-.i also received the last two month bill status they send web bill paid.I give a complant ay aircel taylors road, chennai office on 23.06.2015.still iam not receiving any message from them. Fraudulent Charges and Unauthorized Value Added Services Charges

Respected Officer I am using dongle internet services with Aircel vide number [protected] for the past 4 months. During these period, I noticed that there were unauthorized VAS charged to my account. The same has been brought into the attention of Aircel customer service and after a long battle, Aircel has reversed the fraudulent charges. Deduction of mony Rs.5/SMS without my request and concent

Balance deduction for miss call alert.

Hi, My no. is [protected]. When I do recharge my no.then every time my balance had been deducted for miss call alert though it is not require for me even I never wanted to subscribe it. The same thing I told customer care so that it should not repeat in future. But it is happening every time. If I contact to CC then they tell me server is busy plz call later. No incoming calls or GPRS service available

after recharge not giving the internet data

i am a aircel customer from assam i would like to inform you that aircel assam is cheating costomers by automatically activating many services and deduct balance without customer knowledge, i have approx. 100 rs balance in my mobile num- [protected] on 27/06/2015 morning. Unauthorized balance deducted on the name of service activation

My number is [protected]. They are deducting balance unauthorized and as per they wish on the name of VAS activation. They never send any information about the VAS service activation. Just deduct the balance like thieves. I noticed this fraud suddenly. This fraud is like pick pocketing in a metro or bus without our knowledge. Please see the scenario how I noticed this. about losing my sim card

HI... this is rajith from Bangalore .day before yesterday i lost my moto g mobile when iam going to duty ofter that i went jigani police station and given a complaint about this ...its [protected] number so ofter i called to aircel customer care to block my number but they told not possible to do block this number also they r not given duplicate sim also if i ask sim so please look into this issue as soon as possible....
