I have MNP my number RIM to AIRCEL Post paid 3 month back, I was just trying to convert AIRCEL post paid to prepaid for the same inquiry mail i have given to aircel, they reply i will take 3 month i said ok, other once week I got message that your will Rs.700 pls pay otherwise your number will disconnect from outgoing service, how this possible if my credit limit is 500 rs than why they are sending rs.700 bill & during this days i rarely i called from this number because i was using my other post paid number, I mail to aircel to explain this but justify that you may be used Internet, i have data usage system in my smart phone where mentioned that i have used only 60MB, now my number blocked with all services (closed)
