Complain regarding uninformed subscription and deduction of balance

From last almost 3 months my Rs 5 is deducting due to subscription of Sweet Dreams Alert. I don’t understand if I didn’t subscribe this pack then how come my balance is deducting. I tried 4-5 times to unsubscribe it by sending SMS Stop to 155223. My Rs 3 got deducted every time but I was unable to unsubscribe it, I was getting error msg reply all time. On 24th Dec 2014 I got a msg says, Thank you for choosing Video Talkies 50 at Rs 5....

I did a recharge of Rs 60 (Full talktime) on 27th Dec but it has been 2 days and I am yet to receive my balance. I was asked to wait for 2 hours on 27th dec but it has been 40 hours that I am to get my balance. I would now like to get my money refunded and not recharged. I would like to lodge a complaint based on my bad experience with Aircel. My credit limit is 1500 but my bill is 3071(double of my credit limit). In the bill I see that 2000+ was charged only for data usage @rate of 10Rs/MB after the free limit of 200MB. Meaning I've used 400 MB+ of data. repeated deduction of balance

Hi, there has been repeated balance deduction from my account. For that i call to customer care. He said some vas service is activated but that was without my intimation. Then he told h is deactivating it. But again rs 60 is cut. And now again rs 50 is cut off as i opened net from my mobile instead of the fact that i have net balance.
