Im using aircel from 5 years but sometime i had face many problems but i ignore but today i loose my 50 rs. I recharge with 120 FTT and then i call customer care to verify is their any service activated and they said no, No services is activated in your number. However in evening i got msg that 50 rs is detucted from your account, service name "store 99" i didnt activate it from my self and few days ago i wrote email to aircle for deactivating my all services but they did'n deactivate it. But now i will not tollerate this i want my full refund 50 rs. I want my money back within 3 days. Its my money i earn from my job u dont have rights to looting my money. I want action ASAP for detuction and for that agent who make fake promise. Nd i dnt want any applozy i want my money Thanks your valuable and decent customer Vineet bisht [protected]

    My Name is Rajendra Kumar, and my aircel prepaid mobile no. [protected]. The aircel company has deduct my prepaid a/c balance of Rs. 17, when i call the customer care they said that i used unknown code and activate any service but i can't. because today i whole day busy in meeting(from 10am to 3pm) with my seniors.

      Dear Sir/Mam I am parth singh facing balance deduction problem 90 rs got deducted from my aircel number [protected], i dont know the reason because there is no vas service activated, but i gor message that you have been renewed for tiny video .you charge 30rs days and still am suffering form same problem when i call customer care and asked about it, but they are saying that we can't do anything its internet problem and you have been charged for that, also they behave such bad manner with me and i another msg that thanks for your request to subscribe to tiny tv. what wrong with this network i have not even subscribe any of this service, so pls i[censored] help me to get my balance back i ll remain thankful to you.           From last almost 3 months my Rs 5 is deducting due to subscription of Sweet Dreams Alert. I don’t understand if I didn’t subscribe this pack then how come my balance is deducting. I tried 4-5 times to unsubscribe it by sending SMS Stop to 155223. My Rs 3 got deducted every time but I was unable to unsubscribe it, I was getting error msg reply all time. On 24th Dec 2014 I got a msg says, Thank you for choosing Video Talkies 50 at Rs 5. You have been charged Rs 5 for 1 day. Now I want an explanation that without my knowledge how come these so called facilities are getting subscribed on my number. I want an immediate action and my balance back.             I did a recharge of Rs 60 (Full talktime) on 27th Dec but it has been 2 days and I am yet to receive my balance. I was asked to wait for 2 hours on 27th dec but it has been 40 hours that I am to get my balance. I would now like to get my money refunded and not recharged. Also I would like to complain against the Kolkata Aircel Customer Care for providing false information and blocking my number to get connected to them. I want my money back to my account ASAP.

            I hope that I will be refunded my balance but I think you too know that sharing details of Debit Card is against the Policy. I got a cal from Aircel asking my Debit Card No, Expiry Date, CVV No and I hope that you know that CVV No cant be shared.

            So, please stop the stupidity of asking for the crendentials and refund my balance to the Account directly.

                  Dear Colleague, I am Gopalakrishna from hyderabad, I have been using an Aircel sim from the past couple of months for internet purpose using Aircel modem. As the same sim card was used in my mobile earlier, I have been getting some incoming calls when I use it on my lappy for only internet. I don't want any incoming call further because I want to use it only for internet purpose. Can I avail any such service which barrs all my incoming calls without approaching any AIRCEL outlet, because I am really busy these days. I am even ready for any kind of subscriptions.                     Till 24th of Dec I have received SMS on that number from various sources. Why any SMS was not sent to me before deactivating. I called your customer care and she said that if you recharge from base location(Pune) the it will be activated. I did Rs250 recharge from Pune that but still its not activated. Please activate asap.

                    I am having bad customer experience here.

Since 2 months i m facing problem of bal deduction without any reason . whenever i tried to talk to the customer care executives they just says that i have subscribed anything or downloaded something . That i havent done even i m having net pack 24×3 . I asked them to refund they said that within 48 hrs it would be refunded but nothing happens . i m very much disappointed with its customer Care service ...                       at about the rest money ... my bal was Rs 50 and u all have deducted it one by one 5- 10 times and made it 1 .I hvnt downloaded any song any wallpaper . Not a single messege was sent from your company . And you are telling that i have downloaded song . I am having net pack with me and knows very well how to download songs and wallpapers . Then why i will spent my balance on downloading . Plzz refund my all balances .
                      Again now my balance deducted 10 rs without any reason before 1 hour ... What should I do now .. U all are troubling me from 2 month. Why this problem is going on . Refund my 50 rupees total as early as possible...

                            I had used postpaid number four months before. I had used for 5 months. In July i had given a request letter for coversion from POSTPAID to PREPAID.More than five times I had visited the office. But they did not take any step for conversion. After the request given I had used for three months, Paid bills properly. Whenever I called them they said only one answer, that was within fifteen days we will convert from postpaid to prepaid. After three months I had stopped using that SIM. Then they called me and I said I will Pay if you convert from postpaid to prepaid. After two months the bill was increased with fine 500. The total Bill value was Rs.1000 now. Who made a mistake?. The agency did not responding me. That is why I stopped using that number. So many times I had informed to Coimbatore Head office. There also not responding. Today one guy ( [protected] ) ( i dont know whether he called from customer care or from agency) called me about of this issue. He is scolded me with very bad bad words and he threatening me. I am really ashemed of Aircel service . Whatever it happened I will never pay the bill . If problem rise again I will go to court .

                              We are receiving abuse calls and harassment calls from Aircel Hyderabad branch for the past 30 days daily and continuously for not paying the bill to number [protected] as we are our busy night shifts in office. Even though we are responding in a polite manner they criticised me, my husband and my elders who ever is attending the call. They are even calling from their personal numbers other than company numbers with different names abusing all the time and playing tricks during my office time. We the cleared the bill today reference number AP88010080201419580334981 but still they are using harsh language saying that better i[censored] cleared the bill before.

                                MY AIRCEL NUMBER IS [protected]I HAVE RECHARGED RS 199, I AM HAVING 1 GB DATA, I HAVE RS 174.35 IN MY MAIN ACCOUNT. BUT THEY DEDUCTED THE MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE RS 174.35 FOR DATA USAGE, EVEN IF I AM DATA OF 1GB. KINDLY REFUND THE AMOUNT TO MY MOBILE.

                                  MY SIM [protected] AND DONGLE IS BEETEL. MY DATA PACKAGE OF RS. 198/- FOR 3 G IS ALWAYS EXHAUSTED WITHIN 48 HOURS INSPITE OF VERY LIMITED USE. I HAVE TO RECHARGE AGAIN . IT IS AWFULLY CUMBERSOME TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED NO FACILITY FROM AIRCEL SIM SO FAR . AGAIN, THE CONNECTIVITY IS VERY SLOW AND THERE IS OFTEN SERVER PROBLEM. I WANT TO KNOW WHY I HAVE NOT ENJOYED THE FULL DATA PACKAGE AND WHY IT IS ALWAYS EXHAUSTED VERY QUICKLY WITHOUT FULL USE.

                                    I have MNP my number RIM to AIRCEL Post paid 3 month back, I was just trying to convert AIRCEL post paid to prepaid for the same inquiry mail i have given to aircel, they reply i will take 3 month i said ok, other once week I got message that your will Rs.700 pls pay otherwise your number will disconnect from outgoing service, how this possible if my credit limit is 500 rs than why they are sending rs.700 bill & during this days i rarely i called from this number because i was using my other post paid number, I mail to aircel to explain this but justify that you may be used Internet, i have data usage system in my smart phone where mentioned that i have used only 60MB, now my number blocked with all services (closed) Guys I suggest don't buy Aircel... very worst service, very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service.very worst service..                                         Sir, 1. On 22/12/14 Aircel service was activated on my phone. (5 Rs. deducted from balance) 2. On 23/12/14 Missed call alert service was activated on my phone. (5 Rs. deducted from balance) 3. On 24/12/14 Dialer tune service is activated on my phone. (8 Rs. deducted from balance) when ever i do complain they say your account will be refunded within 24hr., and this won't happen again. But i havn't got any refund yet and also various VAS services are continuously activating on my Number please help me to get my balance back and to get over this problem. Thank you
