Today, I feel I am fooled not because I lot lost my Money
but more than that I am ignored and left helpless.
Being a Postpaid user for the Past 5-6 Years I am less
exposed to Prepaid night mare.
I have been a genuine AIRCEL Postpaid
End User and felt AIRCEL to be
Very Good in Customer Service and Ported My another Vodafone Postpaid to AIRCEL Prepaid, as I came
to know that AIRCEL 3G is good and Economical.
Thus I started using AIRCEL PREPAID on my Ported Number from
October 2014 and from the Day I Have been charged for Several VAS(Value Added Service) which is activated
via. WAP Links(Popups& Spams)
Thus Expecting the Same Customer Support as in AIRCEL POSTPAID I called 198 and
launched a complaint and nothing worked out, I asked for explanations and after
Call Transfer to the Team Lead(StroreManager in Aircel) I tried to Explain the
issue and Now they asked me to stay on “HOLD” and was left so for Next 20mins.
Here I realized that Prepaid Customers are ignored and treated
like Beggars. As When same issue occurred on AIRCEL Postpaid they Rectified and
Blocked that spam for EVER till Date…
So started Writing Mails to [protected]@aircel.com & appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in and for my surprise I got back the money deducted
and was feeling Good & proud user of AIRCEL.
But then Everything changed the same VAS services got
activated again &again while using Internet on mobile and taking it simple as usual I wrote a mail
to appellate and got a different reply that the charges are as applicable and
NO REFUND will be Granted by Ms.KALPANA of AIRCEL !!!
I was Shocked!!!
I wrote again and requested to Block everything and she
replied that VAS DND was activated on 26th of NOV.But no wavering and
still activation of VAS continued .
Again a mail was pinged asking for call back from the team
to explain me the reason and a Different
person came into picture called Mr.Benzar and then got a call back I explained the full
issue and he said he that they cannot Block this SPAM on PREPAID as on POSTPAID, when I questioned IS AIRCEL PREPAID UNSECURED !!! he replied that he will call
back with solution and disconnected .Now surprisingly the next mail was from Mr.Kalpan
rejecting my request irrelevant to the conversation and cont. refusing and
ignoring the topic of mine asking for proof of acknowledgment from me to
activate services.
All together I have Lost Rs700 till today for these types of
VAS Services activated on AIRCEL Prepaid
and Now I have no replies from appellant too..
So Now I had no options and was with 1 or 2 Re Balance all
the day and recharged for Rs 10 today and a different VAS was activated for Rs
7 per Day.:(
I really don’t know how to handle this !!!
Called Customer care on 198 and explained my issue---à transfered the call to
Team Lead who was not even able to understand
the issue and keep on telling that they cannot do anything and it was activated
by me on WAP and hence charges are applicable.
Now I said “its fine leave the past tell me HOW TO ACTIVATE
THE VAS Service active in my mobile again in another mobile.” !!!
She paused !! She said it cant be activated and they don’t know
that and I should only know how to activate it !!!Now I insisted again she
said she will transfer to anotherà
Technical team and he said I DON’T KNOW and Transferred to -à IVR again and DISCONNECTED!!!(Same
thing happened twice with Each conversation accounting to 30 to 40 mins)
NOW I DON’T KNOW EITHER TO RECHARGE OR NOT Please advice
!!!
