Today when I use Internet from my mobile (Mobile no - [protected]), after disconnect it i saw a flash message that my balance was reduce of amount of Rs. 15 . I call customer care to conform that why my balance way reduce, after calling them they give a me a fake reason that I download a video file for that i have to pay a charge of Rs. 15. But now this a question when i use whatsapp from my mobile how can i download any chargeable video from this ? This is my hopeful request to you please look into this matter and return my reduce amount

    Hello, Today, on this following number [protected], A VAS was activated without my consent . for the service 5 rupees was deducted . This has happened twice before, on the days Dec 2 and Dec 5, Total amount of 8 rupees was deducted . I want full refund as I have not used any of the services the balance was deducted for, I want full refund . I would hope for a swift resolution of the issue . Thank You

I have activate a 49 rs call rate cutter palne on my number [protected] on 03\12\2014 but my amount is deducted but plane is not activate I have complain many times in customer care but not any good reference received I really disappointed your customer care your customer service is very bad and i[censored] don't activate my plane my number so I take a legally action . so plz check and activate plan in my number and kindly refund my extra balance so kindly do process fast ...             I am using aircel prepaid no [protected] since may 2014 and due to network problem i want to port out to other operator, but aircel rejects port out request each time without informing me and also aircel website dones not have feedback option when area is selected bihar or jharkhand. the first service request to port out was - 1-[protected] which is closed on 18-Oct-2014 and the current service request no is - 1-[protected]

              Respected Sir, We had lodged complaint on the unjustified amount deducted from our main account, being a house wife we are not aware on the 2G & 3G connectivity. Since huge amount had got deducted from my account we continuously called the customer care. But every representative had given different reasons for the deduction. Yesterday at last the customer care representative from some other number had connected to her superior and she cleared our doubts. Whether it is convincing or not that is different issue. Today I had recharge for one more plan I need some clarification on the plan for which I contact customer care but my number is blocked and it is not getting transferred to the representative. But when I tried from other number immediately it is getting connected. Just because we launched complaint why the number was blocked to get clarification from other number. Really this is not fair on any service network. First time we recharged for 2G but the amount got deducted for 3G usage. Today we recharged for 3G but we are not getting connected to 3G. Kindly look into it. We are the continuous customer for Aircel for the past 6 years. We have 3 connections with us.Please help.

                I wish to bring to your kind attention that I was a Mobile Services BPL ----> Hutch ------> Vodafone for the past 12 years. Never in my life I had my number [[protected]] barred. I and 2 others in my family members went for a portal change couple of months back and changed from Vodafone to Aircel. Initially while availing the connection the In charge at the Ooty Office, YAGHU and another lady staff gave so many fake promises regarding the 3 post paid connections. Little did we know that they were lying. Once we got the connections YAGHU never responded to our calls or mails. To make things worse were the billing amount charged to us. No matter what we tried to reach YAGHU regarding this he wouldn't respond. Our bills as never before came in 1000's as against Rs. 99/- / Rs. 225/- for our plans. At least 3 - 4 times my number was barred in couple of months time for errorneous billing by YAGHU and the lady staff. Finally I gave up on this connection 3rd of this month [December]. In spite of writing mail to the Customer Care and the Grievance Cell we have not received any prompt action or response till date. Finally we decided we are going to bar all 3 numbers of ours and go for some other services who stick on to their committment. When I surfed online I came across another gentleman named Mr. Rao who had recently [October 2014] lodged complaint against the same person. But he too seem to be upset with no action been taking. How many more mails does the Customer Care, Aircel expect to take a prompt response against a irresponsible staff like YAGHU? - Anjali.

                Same response I have seen on Mr. Rao's complaint too. But I see that his complaint done couple of months back is yet to be resolved.

                The same is going to be repeated again???

                  My Aircel prepaid no. Is [protected]. I have recharged my no with 1GB data pack. But when ever I am using the net, balance from my main account gets deducted. I have spoken to customer care representative 3 times. I was told some VAS Service has been activated and for the same I have to call or msg on 155223. I did the same. And I was prompted that My no. Is not subscribed for any such service. Now I am helpless. As still my account is being charged when ever I use net. Kindly do the needful. Thanks, Sutikshan.

                      Today, I feel I am fooled not because I lot lost my Money but more than that I am ignored and left helpless. Being a Postpaid user for the Past 5-6 Years I am less exposed to Prepaid night mare. I have been a genuine AIRCEL Postpaid End User and felt AIRCEL to be Very Good in Customer Service and Ported My another Vodafone Postpaid to AIRCEL Prepaid, as I came to know that AIRCEL 3G is good and Economical. Thus I started using AIRCEL PREPAID on my Ported Number from October 2014 and from the Day I Have been charged for Several VAS(Value Added Service) which is activated via. WAP Links(Popups& Spams) Thus Expecting the Same Customer Support as in AIRCEL POSTPAID I called 198 and launched a complaint and nothing worked out, I asked for explanations and after Call Transfer to the Team Lead(StroreManager in Aircel) I tried to Explain the issue and Now they asked me to stay on “HOLD” and was left so for Next 20mins. Here I realized that Prepaid Customers are ignored and treated like Beggars. As When same issue occurred on AIRCEL Postpaid they Rectified and Blocked that spam for EVER till Date… So started Writing Mails to [protected]@aircel.com & appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in and for my surprise I got back the money deducted and was feeling Good & proud user of AIRCEL. But then Everything changed the same VAS services got activated again &again while using Internet on mobile and taking it simple as usual I wrote a mail to appellate and got a different reply that the charges are as applicable and NO REFUND will be Granted by Ms.KALPANA of AIRCEL !!! I was Shocked!!! I wrote again and requested to Block everything and she replied that VAS DND was activated on 26th of NOV.But no wavering and still activation of VAS continued . Again a mail was pinged asking for call back from the team to explain me the reason and a Different person came into picture called Mr.Benzar and then got a call back I explained the full issue and he said he that they cannot Block this SPAM on PREPAID as on POSTPAID, when I questioned IS AIRCEL PREPAID UNSECURED !!! he replied that he will call back with solution and disconnected .Now surprisingly the next mail was from Mr.Kalpan rejecting my request irrelevant to the conversation and cont. refusing and ignoring the topic of mine asking for proof of acknowledgment from me to activate services. All together I have Lost Rs700 till today for these types of VAS Services activated on AIRCEL Prepaid and Now I have no replies from appellant too.. So Now I had no options and was with 1 or 2 Re Balance all the day and recharged for Rs 10 today and a different VAS was activated for Rs 7 per Day.:( I really don’t know how to handle this !!! Called Customer care on 198 and explained my issue---à transfered the call to Team Lead who was not even able to understand the issue and keep on telling that they cannot do anything and it was activated by me on WAP and hence charges are applicable. Now I said “its fine leave the past tell me HOW TO ACTIVATE THE VAS Service active in my mobile again in another mobile.” !!! She paused !! She said it cant be activated and they don’t know that and I should only know how to activate it !!!Now I insisted again she said she will transfer to anotherà Technical team and he said I DON’T KNOW and Transferred to -à IVR again and DISCONNECTED!!!(Same thing happened twice with Each conversation accounting to 30 to 40 mins) NOW I DON’T KNOW EITHER TO RECHARGE OR NOT Please advice !!! I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS TO PROVE THIS, EMAILS & RECORDED CALL CONVERSATIONS !!!                             Sir, My aircel number is- [protected]. My account was credited with 10 Rs. Yesterday as it had become 0. After recharging, I activated the internet service of Rs. 4 from the main balance. Today, my account was credited with top up of 200 Rs. Inspite of the remaining data balance my main balance is now 111 Rs. ( I recharged Rs. 2 Internet pack few minutes ago). Why should it be like that? Previously also ai lost 150-200 Rs. This way. If it continues I'll have to inform Buyer's care department immediately and stop using aircel as soon as possible. Kindly see to this matter and give me my money back into my account. I'll be obliged. Thank you.

                            Aircel this is the worst experience I ever had with any network 200 rupees are cut since Saturday 18 July to 20 July I activated 1 R's internet service also but a chunk of balance was vanished in a span of minutes n you have blocked the customer care helpline as well where should a customer vo for his complain.worst experience ever.my no.                             Just now i have rechrged of rs 100. Got balnce 85. Dat is ok. Deducted rs 22 which i had taken loan of 20. Still ok coz they take service charge . Thn i hv activated my net pck of 16 from the remainin balnce.. now my account balnce is showing with only Rs4 . How come it happend whn i hvnt activated ny VAS .now customer care no. Is coming unavailable. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? Could u plz tell me Or Is this the way aircel cheats to their customer??????

                              Respected Sir, since 5 days I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. On 7/12/2014, Rs5 was reduced and a message came "thank u for using Aircel service" then I spoken to Aircel customer care, the told me that the charge was deducted for HUNGAMA pack. Then I requested then to deactivate this. Now, Today I again receive a a SMS (thank u for using aircel services). But I don't dial any code, don, t receive any call coming from the number which is started by +[protected]***. I don't have any GPRS settings in my Phone. Then Why my balance is deducted??? Please make them to refund and don't repeat the same. Please rdo something as soon as possible.

You will be renewed after 5 days. to unsubscribe SMS stop to 155223". In this context, it is pointed out that I have not subscribed to missed call any time. You are, therefore, advised refrain from doing this and withdraw your above said SMS immediately under intimation to me through SMS and also not to charge any amount on this account, failing which I will proceed to take action against you in the Consumer Court and any other relevant court.                                   My no is [protected], In this I have did recharge of 111 for local Aircel to Aircel free. According to company we need to pay for first 60 seconds, 2p/seconds but they are taking from account for 180seconds/2p that means I am losing everyday 2.40Rs without any services. Major problem with this, I am always unable to contact to customer care specially from my number. Always I am getting busy tone from customer care where as I am trying to call at least 20 times in a day but from other numbers I am able to talk to customer care.

                                      I recharged with FTT of Rs..60 on 5.12.2014.I have call rate of 1P/2sec.I have not made calls of more than Rs.10 but suddenly I found balance of Rs.37 on 10.12.2014.same thing happened in my earlier complaint just 10 days before and iI was told that I used intenet by your call executive which was not correct.I also requested for DND service but no initiative taken yet.I really sorry to say that this horrible experience may force me to switch over to other network.                                         i cannot use my net card at my house. I can use it outside but last day also i can easily use it inside my house bt i cant avail it today so kindly tell me wht shld i do. When i called in the complaint helpline they told me to recharge nd my prblm would be solved so i did tht but it stil is not wrkng :(
