fake rate cutter

I recharged my aircel mobile no. [protected] for rs 45/- rate cutter on dated 07jan2015 1:15PM from retail shop at mampakkam, chennai the complaint is regarding, the rc-45 ratecutter msg is received in my mobile but the benefits for the rc-45 is not activated till now, i had intimated and complained for 2 times(ref.no-[protected], [protected]) and also i had visited aircel store and complained in person but i am not getting proper response...

Aircel - Illegal deduction of main balance of Rs 79 for unknown reason

Every time on this particular number [protected] for unknown reason the main balance is deducted this is the third balance was deducted after a Rs 100 recharge. Frustrated with the free sms and promotional calls of aircel

decucted 400 for 40 seconds for a call

Non-Receipt of Payment Acknowledgement
