your staff called me and they told me that 650 mints 200 sms 500mb data at Rs.199 pm i agreed
and paid 300 deposit amount. I choosed [protected] they conformed and sent me a sms also
finally 20th jan they activated [protected] this no. Iam not interested
I request you to alter this mob.no's [protected] or [protected] if not available cancel my post paid.
I called ur customer care no[protected] they not able to post paid division your service is not good.
Iam planning to give on paper add that Aircel service is not good.

    Myself sourav kundu holding an Aircel number [protected]. I recharged RS 197/- 3G data pack on 19th Jan using https://epayment.aircel.com/online-recharge/?gclid=CMqBz_irp8MCFdOUvQodHlQAtw and i have used city bank payment gateway option to make payment on 19th Jan but after successful deduction of payment recharge failed. I got SMS that the amount will be refunded back but it still not happening. Transaction ID ( City bank payment gateway) KOR[protected] Amount : 197 Same thing happened today (22 th JAN ) using bill desk from the same URL. Transaction ID (Bill desk payment gateway) KOR[protected] Amount : 197 Today also payment done and then recharged failed. I do not know what is going on with online recharge. Please take necessary actions to refund my amount (197+197) = 394 to my HDFC bank account. Feel free to ask if you need any other information.

    We have checked the issue raised by you and found that recharged failed at final state hence the balance deducted from your account however not received the benefit. Refund request has been initiated the same will be refunded to you within 5 working days.

      Sir Aircel is unfairly deducting my balance every other day .i am furnishing below details for ur reference. Aircel mob no. = [protected] Alternative number- [protected] name = amit tanwar circle = Delhi date of deduction = 2 jan 2015 and 20 jan 2015 amount of deduction = rs .25 and rs. 50 respectively Kindly reverse the whole unfair deduction asap and take proper action against 198 executives for their careless attitude so that we can get proper solution.       We would like to inform you that as per our records you used VAS services Video Talkies & Store 25 on dated- 27/Jan/2015 through WAP for that you charged Rs 50 & 25. Hence charges are found correct and no adjustment is applicable for the same. Case closed.

        I bought 2 aircel sim cards in chennai(postpaid).The address verification is done for one aircel sim and the second sim verification is too late didnt finished now also.Got the sim from aircel at jan 8th.Due to that verification problem my sim card call barred above four days.Aircel network only treated the postpaid customers like this.Try to rectify the problem within today.Otherwise i ll not pay the bills for 3 months you can disconnect my sim no problem.

          I recharged my aircel mobile no. [protected] for rs 45/- rate cutter on dated 07jan2015 1:15PM from retail shop at mampakkam, chennai the complaint is regarding, the rc-45 ratecutter msg is received in my mobile but the benefits for the rc-45 is not activated till now, i had intimated and complained for 2 times(ref.no-[protected], [protected]) and also i had visited aircel store and complained in person but i am not getting proper response from the executives, the amount i have recharged after the ratecutter recharge is lossed due to the non activation of the rc-45 ratecutter, consider my complaint as soon as possible and make my recharged amount refundable Transaction id was: TNR[protected]

            Every time on this particular number [protected] for unknown reason the main balance is deducted this is the third balance was deducted after a Rs 100 recharge. For this I call customer care their for technical issue the balance is deducted they have no such update why the balance is deducted. This is totally fraud by aircel if they deducted the amount they have why they are deducting. But the truth is there is no reasons for deduction. I can no even maintain a balance of Rs 100 in my main balance because every time aircel deducted the amount by iilegal way. Please refund the amount as early as possible. Why the customer cheated by iilegal balance deduction. Please stop this kind of fraud. As the detail which you are required I have recharge with Rs 100 on 19.01.2015 after the recharge the balance was RS100 and Rs 79 was deducted for unknown reason and again when on when I am used to checking my balance on 20.01.2015 for unknown reason the balance was Rs21 then I call customer care they are saying they have no update Why the balance was deducted and what was the reason of deduction. Previously same way aircel have deducted many hardcore money which was on my core balance. please refund as early as possible. On this day[protected] an sms came to me as follows:- My Phone Number - [protected] SMS - Thanks for using aircel service Time of SMS - 13.19 I called up the Customer Care +[protected]. Name of Executive - Priyanka Time of calling - 15.31 Duration of Call - 3mins 33secs Again Today[protected] SMS - Thanks for using aircel service Time of SMS - 19.52 I called up the Customer Care +[protected] Name of Executive - Hasibul Time of calling - 19.59 Duration of Call - 4mins 36secs Customer Care Executive told me that "I have subscribed for a service - named something like Hungama Alerts or something". I do not understand, why this repeatedly is happening, even after continuously asking for Solutions... It seems there is no solution that I might receive from AIRCEL. So, I would ACTION to be taken, since i thought that consumer forum takes up people's problems seriously if not the telecom provider.

              Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs.15/- got deducted on 18/1/2015, 20/1/2015 and 25/1/2015 due to Download of VAS- HUNGAMACB, HUNGAMA- HUNGAMA through WAP . Credit of 15/- has already been posted in 's A/C from our end dated 20/1/2015, 22/1/2015 and 27/1/2015 .

                I have been an aircel customer for a long time, years I must say. I have been facing this issue of deduction of balance continuously since the month of November, 2014 I have reported the issue to the customer care but the only reply that I got is that my push message is being ticked/checked in the checkbox in my phone sms settings. A message comes into my mobile phone - Thanks for using aircel service, and immediately when I check my balance then a minimum of Rs. 5.00 is gone/deducted out of no reason. I never subscribed nor did have ever used a service apart from using Internet recharge. But the customer care executive every time tell me that I am subscribing them on my side which I am sure that I didn't do. Today[protected] also an sms came to me as follows. My Phone Number - [protected] SMS - Thanks for using aircel service Time of SMS - 13.19 I called up the Customer Care +[protected]. Name of Executive - Priyanka Time of calling - 15.31 Duration of Call - 3mins 33secs When I called her(customer care executive) then, I was being asked "if I am willing to get my refund back?" So, is this the solution that we customer expect. Balance gets deducted due to Co. 's fault and then their Customer Care Executive asks whether we are willing to get the refund. Also, the company is charging Re. 0.50/- per 3minutes for every time we have a chat with the customer care executive. So is this a way of earning some quick bucks from the customers by making them call for an issue that has occurred due to the company's fault. Another thing, I did not claim for many times the money that was deducted from me due to the company's fault so I guess it's not the company responsibility to return those deducted amounts if the customer does not claim them back. My question is how long this deduction of balance will continue ? Because the customer care executive has already told me that I am going to get the money back within 72 hours. I would require an action to be taken immediately because I am fed up of such experiences. I am having other telecom providers as well but never been subject to such inconvenience before.                       Hi, I have recharged from internet banking of Rs. 85, for which i received a message 207:Txn No. CHR[protected] to Recharge MRP 85 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 0.52 INR, P.F 75.65 INR, Service.Tax 9.35 INR. But, i could able to make call when i called customer care on 17.01.2015 they said the charge value (Rs. 85) is a ratecutter, whereas I have been using rate cutter of Rs. 79 before i asked them how two rate will get activate and if it an rate cutter how could i receive message like this the representative put the call on hold and call got disconnect Again i called explained same problem and asked why this happened please reverse my money to balance Account to avail call as soon as that i received message that Dear Customer now enjoy all local calls at just 35p/m for 28 days I informed that too they informed me to call next day and your issue will resolved in 4 hrs. But still issue is same please refund mymoney to balance account why should i avail two rate cutter? Each and every time customer cann't check your details right. Rs 10 deducted from my ac balance today and Rs 5 deducted yesterday by vidoes talkies service but i have deactivated this service yesterday (((You have successfully unsubscribed to Video Talkies 50)))) this sms comes my mobile from aircel side on 6:25 pm 17 Jan . when i call the costomer care its tell me your balance deducted from videotalkies service. i ask him how to deactivate this service he tell us you call 155223 when i call this no . i got no any service activate on my phone . plz tell me how to do last time Rs 50 deducted from my acc but till today i did no get responce from aircel service. plz tell me how to deactivated this service & how got my balance. thanks Navin

                            Hi Aircel, This is ridiculous I have purchased new number [protected] on 14th Jan and its still not activated. Everyday I am getting only one response it will be activated today and today blah blah stuff.. Do I have to complaint about it? Why is this delay. I have lots of business calls to handle with that number and have already submitted it to some of my clients. When am i gonna get it activated? Please do activate my number since I am losing business here. I have already submitted all the documents I need. Thanks and Regards Abdul Wahid

                              Sir, I bought a new aircel sim card no: [protected] yesterday in nagercoil. I ringed customer care for the activation of 3g network. They guided me in the wrong way and they haven't respond me till now. If i try to contact customer care all lines are busy allways i still keep trying customer care from yesterday 11pm itself. And i also put my sim card in another 3g specified phone 3g coverage is null. If anybody of them reply me after this complaint im ready to face consumer rights. Thank you, Ajay

                                  I am regularly getting the calls and sms of various offers of aircel that i dont want to use. I tried with start 0 to 1909. However, i am still getting the calls and sms from the aircel. My mobile number: [protected]. If the services are not stopped immediately i will crash the sim and throw it in the lake. I dont want to use this sim as really frustrated with the services. Also want to confirm that I have not activated any services on my number but aircel itself activated the full music download package on my number. I will not tolerate this as i have not applied for this service. Please look into this otherwise i dont have option then throwing it in dustbin.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam, My name is Thirumaran. Mobile number : [protected] Email : e.[protected]@gmail.com I would like to inform you that, I am using Aircel connection, now I plan to change my number to Vodafone. so I did the portable formalities and I got the unique number (DT875566)on jan 3rd. Once I got the number I did the remaining formalities with Vodafone and I got the new sim card. But from the Aircel side I didn’t get any communication regarding this. I am waited for next 7 days to disconnect the aircel network. But network didn’t get disconnected. Myself call to customer for continuously next 3 days, Each and every time they said new new reasons for this. But no one give the clarity reason. Again I directly visited the aircel outlet which is located in Spencer plaza Chennai. When I started to tell my problem that executive, he said that please choose any other network apart from Vodafone. (airtel or idea etc…) But I am asked him that, who you are to tell this to me. This my choice to choose the network. Finally for formality he took the complaint from me and asked to wait for next 7 days. If the problem is not solved please come again and meet our manger. (Complaint number : 1-[protected] Date: 17/01/2015) I need the solution for this problem. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I had made a call 2 Argentina on 6th jan 2015.i had a ISD pack activated, means the call should have charged around 5rs/min but i cut the call in 40 second, and my 400rs went, the first time i called customer care they said its their mistake so they filed a complaint and all, i was suppose get the balance reverted to my phone on 9th of jan as they sent me a message regarding that.today its more than 10 days, but i havend received my balance yet and neither they are receiving my calls from last 10 days.dont know what to do??just fedup calling them. please help!!!

                                        I have missed my mobile phone today between 11.00 to 12.00 noon in top slip forest while travelling in forest department vehicle and unable to identyfy.

                                        I was femilier with my aircell number only for all my friends/relatives.
