Yesterday I reacharged my aircel No.[protected] With 148rs 3G pack...But they replied me that 1.25Gb 3g+2g pack ...anyhow thats OK... But they are providing only 2G...I put 3g pack only for speed... But it's providing me 2g with very slow speed ...now it's useless for me... please give my money back or speed!

    Submitted a Postpaid to Prepaid conversion request on 17th November 2014 at OMR Road Aircel customer care center. During request, I've mentioned about the reason for conversion and my availability date. I've paid all the dues as the quote given by customer care executive with in the due date. Additionally they have collected Rs.500 cash on spot for recharge & booster plan activation to use after prepaid conversion. After several email conversations, the service converted to prepaid but connections are still in hold. Says "This Number temporarily not in use". Customer care now advising to call to some IVR number to make request to enable the service. Since I travelled to overseas, I cannot make that steps. I really feddup in following the customer care for past 45 days, I decided to sacrifice my fancy numbers and throw the sim cards now. I am no more interested to continue Aircel connections. There are several things discussed over the email chain which I can share on request as we cannot attach here. Below are my numbers: [protected], [protected] Customer care department is not making the process clear to the customer on their request. I was a sincere postpaid customer for more than two years. But when I migrate to prepaid, they don't care as there income may be not consistent. I lost two of my fancy numbers([protected], [protected]) first of all, also due to service inactive all these days, could not stay reachable to my be loved people. Connections are not active since several days and Aircel is not interested anymore with the prepaid customer(me), So I don't want to use the connections anymore, I want the Rs.500 back which I paid.

        I have recharged my mobile with 449 rupees on 27th December 2014, and i got 349 rs talk time, 3GB data and 399 sms, On 28th december 299 rs talk time deducted from my account, I didn't activate any service, automatically deducted the balance, and when i was calling to customer care they are giving reply in very reckless manner, like FROM OUR END THERE IS NO MISTAKE, WE THOUGHT YOU DON'T KNOW THE MOBILE OPERATING, FIRST LEARN HOW TO USE MOBILE AND INTERNET, THAT'S WHY BALANCE DEDUCTED, WE CAN'T REFUND BALANCE FOR YOUR MISTAKE. It is the reply from customer care.

          I have recharged my mobile on 27th December with 449 rupees and i got 350 rs talktime, 3GB data and 399 sms for 2 months, and on 28th December 300 rs balance deducted without reason, I contacted to Aircel customer care, but they are giving reckless reply.

            This company has been deducting money from my prepaid number [protected] constantly. After complaining in customers care they say that they did no activated any vas but I have done so, so they can not refund money. But I have not activated any vas. On my number. The customers care executive also does not solve the problem and disconnected the call. I need a refund of rs 50 in my account right now or otherwise going to port my nnumber to any other operator.

              I am user of Aircel Prepaid SIM. Since last 10 days I have more than twice made a recharge of Rs 49 in my phone. But no sooner I recharge my phone almost entire amount of recharge is fleeced from my account and I left with nil balance in my account under the garb of subscription of some VAS service's which I have never subscribed to. Upon checking from 198 i.e VAS complaint booking no. of Aircel i was told several times that i have not subscribed to any VAS service. Assured by this today once again made a recharge of Rs 49 in my phone but to my utter surprise Rs 47 has beem fleeced from my account on the pretext of having subscribed to some VAS services which i nevrr did. i request you to reimburse the fleeced amount in my account or else i will be compelled to take up the matter at an appropriate form in TRAI besides claiming for damages.                   I purchased new mobile from Sargam Electronics, Kohat Enclave pitam Pura Delhi-110088 on[protected] of SAMSUNG GRAND PRIME I was offered 500 MB data for 6 months from Aircell, i bought the sim with Mobile no.                       Hi All, This is Muthupandi from Chennai. Am having the aircel customer. When i was browsing in mobile on 16th december 2014 night, i get the message from aircel as "You are subscribed for video talkies. Charge for your one day subscription in Rs.5. For unsubscribe send STOP to 155223". I have send the stop message to given number twice on the same night as 10.54 and 10.58. I get the response message as, "You are not subscribed any service". But after one days i have been charged Rs.50 for auto renewal for the same service. Again i sent Unsbecribe message to that number. And called customer care for register a compliant. They have check my SMS log and registered compliant. After 4 days i get the response as "Renewal charge wont be refunded.". I have called nearly 5 times in 14 days for my amount refund. Òn[protected] the customer care executive said, am not send any unsubscribe message on[protected] and close my complaint. But i send unsubscribe message. For reference i have attached the my SMS log. Aircel cheated me. PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRCEL AND DONT LOST YOUR MONEY Thanks & regards, S.Muthupandi.

                          i am Amit Pareek i am using Aircel Sim Card and my mobile no. is [protected]. Last Few Days i seem many problems together in aircel service last weak i Subscribe for aircel 15 Rupees net pack Dial a code *121*015# i got it through sms from Aircel company. after dial this code my mobile balance cut 15 rupees but while i use my net again cut my mobile balance for Surfing then i chek my net balance there is no net balance because aircel cut my 15 rupees but didnt active my net pack then i call customer care Again and again but they didnt help me and didnt give me any usful help then after i submit a complent through net my complet no. is 1-[protected] after cuting my 15 rupees aircel also reduce my call rate 1 paisa 2 second and 1 paisa 3 second to 2 paisa per 1 second i was shocked. after that one day you cut my 3 rupees balance an today dated 31.12.2014 i again received a massage ...Thanks for subscribing to dialer tune at RS. 8 for 8 Days. to unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223. and my mobile balance cut 8 rupees. i am so upset i immedeatlly massage STOP to given no. 155223 but i received a massage ..you are not subscribed to any vas service. then after i call again and agaiin to customer care but i am help less they talking with me very rudlly i again complet and my complente no. is 1-[protected]. IF Aircel company dont Return my Whole Balance or They should not Reduce my Call Rate then I am Must going with Mobile Number Porting and I also Complent in Cunsumer Court and i also Start a Companin Against Aircel Servic Via Social Media like Facebook Twiter And Whats App.

Valid till 31st Dec 2014. And when i recharged i got :207:Txn No. KOR[protected] to Recharge MRP 202 is successful .                                   I AM USING [protected] SIM FOR MY DONGLE FROM ABOUT 9 MONTHS I USED TO RECHARGE RS198 3G I USE IT FOR ABOUT 14 TO 15 EVERY TIME BUT FROM LAST TWO RECHARGES IT GETS CONSUMED IN ONLY 5 TO 8 DAYS WITHOUT ANY EXTRA DOWNLOADING OR ANY EXTRA USAGE.FINALLY I CALLED AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME ACCORDING TO THEM THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR THE SAME I REQUESTED THEM THAT THERE WILL BE ANY SYSTEMATIC PROBLEM BUT THEY SIMPLY REFUSED AND I CALLED THEM MANY TIMES FOR THE SAME BUT THEY ARE DROPPING MY CALL WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION . SO I REQUEST PLS TAKE SOME ACTION AGANIST THEM

                                    Hi, my name is Gaurav. I was using this Aircel Post Paid Connection, which started in 2014. I had certain network and billing issues with the company for which I enquired with the customer care department several times but it went unresolved. Then I started receiving calls for non-payment from the company's collection department and the collection agents from the company's end used to be very harsh and abusive on the calls. Then, I asked one such executive for the call escalation to the senior staff of the company and I was told that nothing can be done. Then today, i.e., 30/12/2014 at 15:42, I got a call from [protected], where the person on the other line said " I am SI Manoj Kumar from Tis Hazari Court and I have recieved a warrant against you. So will you come to Tis Hazari Court by yourself or shall I send a PCR at your residential address", then I asked in which context the warrant was issued, and then he directed me to Advocate Mr. Rajender Sabharwal at his mobile number, i.e., [protected]. Then I called up to Mr. Rajender Sabharwal and he told me that a case has been registered against me in context to Fraud against Aircel. Then I enquired about the details, but Mr. Sabharwal was unable to answer the queries. Then he told me that I have to pay Rs. 7542 as my dues towards Aircel, which includes certain legal charges as well, so when I enquired on the legal charges, he did not provide me the information on it. Also I informed him that I have not received the notice on this action either through postal service or email service, then he told me that you may come to the Judge and he will show you as to who received the notice. Then I asked him as to what I have to pay and he discounted me Rs. 542 out of the total Rs. 7542. Then he told me to pay the amount withing half an hour, else the police from the Tis Hazari Court would take their action. Then I connected the call on conference with SI Manoj Kumar and then Mr. Sabharwal asked him to wait for half an hour till I make the payment. Later I requested Mr. Sabharwal to give me some more grace time and he granted me time till tomorrow morning 11:00 hrs, i.e., 31/12/2014 11:00 hrs. Then I checked online and found the same has been reported on this forum by Mr. Gopal (ref. to the same is this link, i.e., http://www.consumercomplaints.in/aircel-fraudulent-call-for-money-recovery-c9372... ). Later, while scrolling the page down, I found that several people are victims of such Harassment Calls. I thereby request this forum to make my plea reach to Aircel Company as soon as possible and help me come out of this mess. Also, there is one more point on this, a few days back, I recieved the bill for the same number, which states that my due date to make the payment is 03/01/2015 and the amount mentioned on that bill is Rs. 1242/-.vide Bill No.[protected] Bill Date 19/12/2014. Therefore, I end this detail by once again requesting the company to stop making such harassment calls to the customers. This would eventually degrade the company's market value.

                                        Dear Customer, Please find below your service request details: 1.SR#1-[protected] of Type:Data usage dispute is Closed and closure date is[protected] 2.SR# 1-[protected] of Type: Balance Enquiry is Closed and closure date is[protected] Aircel customer care is too bad in customer service... above My compliant are closed themselves... without solve my request... My problem is I'm Recharge at Rs 453 in online. that pack was full talk time and data pack. even I'm Recharge they detected my Balance for data... I'm Complaint to Customer care 198. they doesn't Solve my problem. Aircel is very waste in customer service... If they didnt solve my my problem on aircel... I'm will give bad review to all top website... If they didn't solve the problem... I'm will take action from govt.
