To the Concerned, I’ve an Aircel Prepaid number ([protected]) that I’m using now for few years. last few weeks I got an sms from Aircel customer care that I’ve successfully subscribed to Glam Diva, pocket store, non stop music, video taikeis, store 99, ndtv latest news, kamasutra pack, shayri pack, which is a VAS service and for that they deducted 30/- from my account. I didn’t give any consent for the service. So I called the customer care and registered a complaint and they promised me to refund the amount within 72 hours. Just after 3-4 hours, they again deducted 5/- for no reason. I again called the care and then again they assured me that they’ll refund me the same within 72 hours. Just today afternoon, they again deducted 5/- from my account without any reason. I’ve no balance left. How would I call in case there is any urgency? Why would it take 72 hours to refund when it doesn’t take minutes to illegitimately deduct from the accounts? I’m suffering absolute harassment due to all these unethical practises. I know you do all these malpractice with all the consumers. Is this the business ethics that you follow? I want my money back in my account asap. Otherwise, I’d be forced to take this ahead. I do also use an Airtel prepaid number for last 7 years. I’m very much satisfied with their services. I hope you’re sensible people and would take this seriously. Thanks,
