On the 12th Jan. 2015, I had paid my postpaid aircel bill online by credit card (Mobile No. [protected]) for an amount of Rs.400, But till date I have not yet received the payment acknowledgement, even though the amount has been debited from my account. Kindly look into the matter.

The amount of rs. 5 has been deducted every day. i hav also called customer care but i do not get positive response for my complain.     I am Rajaram using my chennai based Aircel 3G prepaid sim on Aircel dongle with my laptop. At present I am using it at Kolkata. Yesterday (7th sep. 2015) suddenly I got message from Aircel that due to your subscription to Model video club, Music connect, & Limitless music, deductions will be made.
    I never heard of such websites. I made a complaint to Aircel customer grievance cell by email. waiting for reply.

The amount of rs. 81 has been deducted today. i have also called customer care but i do not get positive response for my complain. Pls deactivate this service from my aircel no. as soon as possible.     Dear Sirs,
    I am VIJAYARAGAHVAN ROT Aircel prepaid sim [protected]. On[protected] while I was on Coimbatore suddenly I got message ' " THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING MODEL VIDEO CLUB AT 99.00. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED INR 99.00 FOR 30.TO STOP SMS STOP TO 155223", Please note that I am remitting to AIRCEL only by recharging for talking and for net browsing only. You are not authorised to pay from my recharged amount to private web site. Further I never heard of such websites. I made a complaint to Aircel customer grievance cell over phone on[protected] itself. Received docket no. 1-[protected]. stating that it will be resolved by[protected]. But what about the money deducted from me. Kindly recredit to my main account.

          Sir/Madam, I am experiencing a very bad time with your connection & with your Customer care Executives. There is 0% Cooperation from their side. I called up your Customer Care 4 times since morning, but your Executives are disconnecting the calls directly without resolving my problem. I took a new Aircel Connection last month & I was having problem with my FR validity & balance deduction. But your Executives are not responsible enough to even listen to the problems of the customer & this is very disappointing, One of the executives name is Ms. Kalpana, she disconnected my call without listening to me. Please train your executives first & then make them sit in the back end to handle the customers. They are not eligible enough to handle the customers right now. My FR was of Rs. 105 & also a recharge of Rs. 135 was done after that.Due to this FR, I got A to A free 100 mins per day & the validity of this was for 1 year n I also having the msg regarding the validity. But from yesterday, I am charged @ 1.2p/s for A to A & because of this I lost around Rs.30 balance as I was not aware of this. I want this matter to be sorted soon & as to get back my balance of Rs. 30. My Number is [protected]. The same problem is also faced the my other number which is [protected] & the balance lost in that case is Rs. 26 I hope that atleast I can get any help from this side & I will not have to go any further for this. They have activated the missed call alert service without asking me. The agents were giving excuses at all and have not solved my problem. The is last time I am informing to refund my money.                             I had requested to activate signature tune in my mobile no. [protected] and INR 40 is deducted at the same time from my balance and i was promised that within 24 hours the service will get activated by after following up the the service was activate in 50 hrs which is delayed by more than 1 day. Instead of 24 hours they took 50 hrs and after than also they activated it in Hindi. I want it on English but no one is doing the needful from the company.

                            I complained again 26 Hours back and got promised that it will be rectified in 4 Hours. Its more than 24 Hours and i am still waiting and calling them. now i am tired of calling AIRCEL useless Team and faded up of shouting them on you.

                            Kindly help me ASAP

                            After getting reply from you also, I need to follow up this should be very shame full to you. I got to know that this is just a formality for you to acknowledge the complaint but you are not smart enough to satisfy your customer.

                            I had got a complaint receipt SMS on my no. which was promising me to get processed by today.

                            But the action is not taken

                            If you guys are not perfect about timings than why do you make fake promises

                            If you are not able to provide good service than intimate us that its beyond your limit and don't deduct money from the balance.

                              I have a Aircel Prepaid Connection and my mob no.-[protected] i have 98 Rs balance in my mobile tomorrow, i am not subscribe of Aircel Fun Tv but today morning i saw a MSG in mobile that Subscription of Aircel Fun Tv and my Account Balance is 7.50 Rs . i talk with Aircel Customer Services but they not give any satisfactory answer. Please Solve my problem and give back my balance.

                                To the Concerned, I’ve an Aircel Prepaid number ([protected]) that I’m using now for few years. last few weeks I got an sms from Aircel customer care that I’ve successfully subscribed to Glam Diva, pocket store, non stop music, video taikeis, store 99, ndtv latest news, kamasutra pack, shayri pack, which is a VAS service and for that they deducted 30/- from my account. I didn’t give any consent for the service. So I called the customer care and registered a complaint and they promised me to refund the amount within 72 hours. Just after 3-4 hours, they again deducted 5/- for no reason. I again called the care and then again they assured me that they’ll refund me the same within 72 hours. Just today afternoon, they again deducted 5/- from my account without any reason. I’ve no balance left. How would I call in case there is any urgency? Why would it take 72 hours to refund when it doesn’t take minutes to illegitimately deduct from the accounts? I’m suffering absolute harassment due to all these unethical practises. I know you do all these malpractice with all the consumers. Is this the business ethics that you follow? I want my money back in my account asap. Otherwise, I’d be forced to take this ahead. I do also use an Airtel prepaid number for last 7 years. I’m very much satisfied with their services. I hope you’re sensible people and would take this seriously. Thanks,

                                    sir, myself dharma teja having mobile number as [protected].last month 180rupees was deducted from my account and when i tried to consult care people they are saying that i activated packs actually thing is that when I opened browser a pop up of aircel pocket internet and ater closing it with out clicking on any pack my bal is getting dedctuted sying that u have activated so and so packs.aircel authority people asked for 10 days time to solve my problem even after 15 days there is no call by aircel people. hope you consider and solve my problem, thanking you

                                      All network for the year 5 days sms blocked 2005 sms balance Rs33 unlimited but 2015 RsRs44 but limited sms block days sms cost one Rs 1 100×1=100 network oneone men cost but 100000×100=10000000 all netnetwork happy but people unhappy please close the sms days people happy

                                        I, Baishakhi Seth De, am an Aircel consumer and my mobile no. is [protected] . I did an online recharge of Rs. 60 in my number on 01.01.15 and then the total balance in my account was Rs. 61.40. Though I did not call anyone from 01.01.15 to 05.01.15 the total balance deducted and came to a nil abruptly on 05.01.15 .I contacted with the aircel customare care repeatedly but have not get the proper answer. I activated DND formerly and there is no VAS in my number.So help me to get return of the amount quickly.
