Bad experience with the connection & custome care executives

Balance Deducted by Company Without Any Confirmation

RECKLESS RESPONSE FROM AIRCEL CUSTOMERCARE

I have recharged my mobile with 449 rupees on 27th December 2014, and i got 349 rs talk time, 3GB data and 399 sms, On 28th december 299 rs talk time deducted from my account, I didn't activate any service, automatically deducted the balance, and when i was calling to customer care they are giving reply in very reckless manner, like FROM OUR END THERE IS NO MISTAKE, WE THOUGHT YOU DON'T KNOW THE MOBILE OPERATING, FIRST LEARN HOW TO USE MOBILE...
