I recharged a special recharge of 449 through aircel.com, but the transaction got failed, the amount of 449 was not refunded to my account, then I called the worthless Cust care, who just threw a stone saying that will be refunded with in 72 hours, that's fine and I was justified by that answer, but the second time i called another W l CC E, who told that type of failed transaction wasn't at all happened, I was shocked by the answer and some blah blah blah waste of communication done b/w us. So I request u not let ur customer's trust on your company, and refund the amount immediately.
