    On[protected] I recharged my Aircel mobile no: [protected]. The said recharge is an web exclusive offer and I am a frequent user of aircel online recharge portal. The following text message was sent to me after I made payment through my debit card "Txn No. TNR[protected] to Recharge MRP 146 is successful . TT= 146INR, New Balance 207.97 INR, P.F 0 INR, S.Tax 16.06 INR." The above said recharge offers me an Rs.146 FTT, 146 MB 3G/2G Data and 146 free SMS. My main account balance was credited with Rs 146 and 146 sms with immediate effect. But i have been charged Rs.166 from my main balance for Internet browsing on the same day after my successful recharge of 146 plan. It is too unfair and unethical to deduct Rs.166 from my main account balance when i have an paid quota of 146 MB 3G/2G data of internet browsing/download. I made a complaint to Complaint cell no: 198 on the very next day but the customer care persons failed to give proper reasons for the unfair deduction of Rs.166 and they repeatedly asked me to call every 4 hrs to know the reason behind it and make me to exhaust your 3 complaint per week quota. This attitude and deficiency in aircel customer service caused mental agony to me. Later on through another person's mobile i made a call to aircel customer care and registered a complaint in this regard. On[protected] i received an message from DT-Aircel that the said unfair charging is as per the plan opted my me. It is to be noted that the deduction of Rs.166 took place after my successful recharge of 146 plan. My main account balance, sms balance and internet usage balance are got updated after recharge. But my main account balance got deducted when i still have 146 MB 3g quota as per 146 plan. Its totally unfair and unethical on part of aircel to say that the deduction made as per my plan. If my 146 plan for 3G is not taken into account means, then how they can deduct Rs 146 from main account balance, recharged by the same146 plan?????. Therefore a strict action must be taken against aircel for this deficiency in service, unfair trade practice.

      I recharged a special recharge of 449 through aircel.com, but the transaction got failed, the amount of 449 was not refunded to my account, then I called the worthless Cust care, who just threw a stone saying that will be refunded with in 72 hours, that's fine and I was justified by that answer, but the second time i called another W l CC E, who told that type of failed transaction wasn't at all happened, I was shocked by the answer and some blah blah blah waste of communication done b/w us. So I request u not let ur customer's trust on your company, and refund the amount immediately. I hope u will ...

        Hi, I am from Pune and using Aircel from the past 4 years My number is [protected] On December 3rd 2014they automatic activated Video Talkies service and deducted 50 rupees from my balance, I called customer service and informed them on that but no response yet. Today i.e. 8th of December 2014 they automatic activated another service TINY TV and again deducted 50 rupees from my balance.This is very frustrating in one week they activated two services and deducted 100 rupees without my knowledge.         I am from Pune and using Aircel from the past 4 years My number is [protected].What is happening with my Number
        [protected] You people are activating services and deducting my amount,
        yesterday and today (18 December 2014 and 19 December 2014) too another new service(Pocket Store) is activated and my 50/- rupees deducted without my permission and Another service(Video Talkies) Auto-Renewed which I Did not Activated.
        They also Auto-Renewed TINY TV and deducted 50 rupees.

        Remove all the service and do not activate any service without my notification.
        And refund my amount.I am really fed of it.

        If not I am going to close this Sim and go for MNP.

            Hi Sir / Madam, I'm customer of aircel since 2006, I have tower problem since 2011 in our area. Note: It's center place in madurai. Please do some action as soon as possible. Mobile No: +91-994XX656X4 Street : North Masi Street In our home we use 3 aircel numbers. If you not consider this we have option of MNP. Can't Access 3G in our area. -- Tamilan

              I am Shameema. I hold this Aircel # [protected] from 2008. Its very bad to see our money getting deducted unwantedly for services that we did not request for. Its close to cheating and theft. I am strongly telling this bcoz this has happened many times this year. This deduction is strictly disturbing people who count each penny to spend amidst their high financial commitments and loans and dependents.

              Dear SHAMEEMA

              Thanks for sharing your concern with us. Based on system validation we have found that your balance got deducted due to activation of VAS services through SMS. Charges found genuine and hence waiver is not possible.
              To deactivate any VAS service you can just type STOP send to 155223 OR you can call on our toll free number 155223 for deactivation

                    Respected sir, since last year I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. All time Rs 5 was reduced and a message came thank u for using aircel service. Then I spoken to aircel customercare, But he was unable to tell me the reason for what the money is deducted, Then I requested to deactivate all my service, Then He told me that you dont have any service. Then i asked that tell me the reason for the money reduction.he did not say anything and told me to hold the line.. After 15 Mins the call was automatically terminated. I dont use Internet from my phone.. today noon I again received an sms, thank u for using aircel services. Please make them to refund and dont repeat the same.., , .

                    Since last month, I have been suffering for the unnecessary balance deduction from my main balance.. Today (23/12/14) at 10:48, I received a SMS from aircel and the contents of the SMS is that Thank you for using Pocket Internet. But I don’t use internet from my phone and don’t have any GPRS settings in my phone. Then I called customer care to explain that things and requested him to refund my money. But, his behaves rudely with me and saying that I use internet. Then I asked him to tell me that which website or which things I have searched, But he was unable to tell me because I don’t use internet from my phone.. Please stop this and make them refund.

                      Dear Recipient, I would like to inform you that I have been using the Aircel Mumbai Circle Numbers [protected] & [protected] from more than a year now. In Oct'14 I went to Delhi for 16 days and during this visit I have been charged approx 900 and 350 respectively on these two numbers for Data Card Roaming Charges. I duly paid my other services charges on the due date except these two charges as the same were not communicated to me that any Roaming Data charges will be deducted during travel period. I have paid the Roaming charges on my calls during the same period. When I called at the Aircel Call Center, I was told that I have manually selected the data card services of some other service provider. Hence these charges have been deducted. Had I selected Aircel services, I wouldn't have been charged any Data Card Roaming charges but I don't think I have selected any such option. Moreover, the User would not be aware of any such technicalities. Ideally the system should automatically select the default Service provider in locations where it has the presence. Also there was no such communication on either of the numbers about the paid Data Card services . I called up many times during my visit to Aircel Call Center as my limit was getting exhausted due to these charges but to my surprise they didn't had any details on the charges, every time I called I was told that the details can only be furnished after the billing. I twice paid Rs. 300 & 700 plus to keep my account activated. Had they told me on inquiring on the call center, I would have switched off the data card services immediately. Now again my services are withdrawn due to non-payment for which I have already registered a compliant with the Mumbai Circle. Kindly help me in getting the charges reversed and make your systems robust to avoid such unnecessary charges. I would appreciate that my compliant is actioned at the earliest and my services are activated after reversing the Roaming Data Card Charges. My Compliant Numbers are : 1-[protected] dated 23rd Nov & 1-[protected] dated 06 Dec'14. Regards, Harsh Sethi

                          Every time on this particular number [protected] for unknown reason the main balance is deducted. For this I call customer care their for technical issue the balance is deducted they have no such update why the balance is deducted. This is totally fraud by aircel if they dedcuted the amount they have why they are deducting. But the truth is there is no reasons for deduction. I can no even maintain a balance of Rs 100 in my main balance because every time aircel deducted the amount by iilegal way. Please refund the amount as early as possible. Why the customer cheated by iilegal balance deduction. Please stop this kind of fraud.

                            I am using aircel prepaid no. [protected]. Last Night i opened my Browser and Searched for "Top windows Apps". Suddenly i have received a Push message mentioned Below : " Thanks for downloading Redlight Zone.You are billed for Rs 75.0 http://202.65.157.201/144bd From : AD-JUMPWP" last month also they deducted charges like this but rottenly its happen still this issue not resolved, I have searched many link over internet and found that i am not the only one who have been charged for such charged without any confirmation from customer end. Aircel Customer Executive not even taking any complains against such incident. Please resolve this issue to all the aircel users and credit my account balance. Regards, Daniel

                              i recharge every month 3g pocket internet of aircel. but i am not getting 3g speed since last 3 to 4 months.i have lodged complaint regarding this to aircel customer care many times since last 3 months but nothing has happened till now.every time they told me within 12 hours your problem will be solved but till now the problem is not solved by them.

                                ust now i received phone call from no.[protected] claiming to be one Manoj Kumar, SI of Delhi Police, refused to divulge employee id or other identification . The person used unparliamentary language and threatened to pay money to one advocate Rajendra [protected] regarding some aircel bills . Manoj and afterwards Rajendra threatened me of dire consequenses and they also called my home and threatened my mother . I asked him why he, being public servant is into extorsion business, he replied, there is warrant issued against you and i will put you behind bars .                                   I have been getting calls from an unknown number [protected] (Aircel number), as in I do not know the caller. After I blocked this number. He started Calling with a different Number [protected], After I blocked this one too, He started making calls with yet another number [protected] . Even after blocking the numbers on truecaller, he still tried to call several times after that. After a while it got very irritating, so I called up the first number and the Guy started abusing and threatening in foul language. He wouldn't listen to me trying to tell him that he had the wrong number and that he should stop calling henceforth. I think it's better if I file an official complaint against this person. Please take some immediate action towards these calls. Thanks, [protected]

                                      Today after I am recharge my Aircel number, Without any VAS request from my end the amount of Rs 3 deduct from my account . It's very surprising for me .                                         I HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS AT VARIOUS TIMES AGAINST DISTURBING CALLS FROM YOUR OFFICE AND DESPITE BEING TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DISCONTINUED I AM STILL BEING HARASSED BY YOUR OFFICE THROUGH REPEATED PROMOTIONAL CALLS. IT IS APPALLING THAT IN THIS DAY OF SPEED YOU TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM AND STILL SUBJECTING ME TO INCESSANT TORTURE. I AM A BUSY MAN AND SUCH CALLS ARE CREATING A BIG NUISANCE IN MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE AND PRIVACY. SEE TO IT THAT THESE CALLS ARE DISCONTINUED FORTHWITH AS DND IS ALREADY ON FOR MY NUMBER [protected] OR I WILL BE FORCED TO EITHER MIGRATE TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER OR TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST AIRCEL.
