I would like to lodge a complaint based on my bad experience with Aircel. My credit limit is 1500 but my bill is 3071(double of my credit limit). In the bill I see that 2000+ was charged only for data usage @rate of 10Rs/MB after the free limit of 200MB. Meaning I've used 400 MB+ of data. This is absolutely ridiculous because I turn off 3g most of the time to save power. With the proliferation of smart phone now it makes user to pay more especially with post paid. It is the duty of the network operators to notify the usage by some mechanism especially once the free limit is reached. 2000Rs for 200 MB is atrocious, surprising and not acceptable.There should be some rule to make it compulsory for operators to stop charging exorbitant amount without any notification. On top of that my connection was suspended abruptly without any prior notification.I did not pay for the plan and Aircel is not accepting to close the connection(though inactive) without paying the outstanding amount. My actual bill was 4071 of which I have already paid 1000. If they remove at least the data charges i'll pay the balance. Else it has to be sorted out through legally. I cant even port the number. It is my mistake to go for Aircel in spite of my colleagues advise.

I had sent mail with my contact details. Please check and revert back.
Last week Wednesday there was an agreement and I was told a mail would be sent on the same. I have not received the mail yet.

"On receipt of the intimation, the subscriber has the option to make interim payments in whole or in part or to restrict his further usage so that the credit set for him is not exceeded."

You cannot charge in the back end and come back in the end of the billing cycle to claim more than the credit limit.

    Dear Sir, I have been using Aircel services for the past several years and I have even migrated my company accounts to Aircel service. However, in the last few days, I have been extremely disturbed and irritated with Aircel service as I received notifications that Value added services like Glam Diva, Tiny TV, Video talkies have automatically got enabled without my knowledge and the amount has been debited from my account. I neither asked nor subscribed to any of these services. I am also shocked to find out that my requests via SMS to stop these services are also being charged. This is very unprofessional and unbecoming of an institution like Aircel. I never expected a company of Aircel's reputation to resort to such cheap marketing tactics to boost revenues. If these VAS related subscriptions are nor not stopped and if my amount is not refunded, I will have no option but to stop using your services. I will also take this issue to various consumer forums until my grievances are redressed. Please do the needful at the earliest.

      Hi, there has been repeated balance deduction from my account. For that i call to customer care. He said some vas service is activated but that was without my intimation. Then he told h is deactivating it. But again rs 60 is cut. And now again rs 50 is cut off as i opened net from my mobile instead of the fact that i have net balance. I am very much unsatisfied with such service...and next time i am going to consumer court if my balance is not given back.

        I recharged my 3g plan...only one day its work fine after that my 3g connection converted to 2g from last 1 week..I called lots of time to customer care department but nobody helped me..In fact you guys blocked me and im not able to connect customer care And thier 2g service is pathetic not working... Iam living in delhi but still 3g not working If you guys can't provide 3g network then why the hell you charge for 3g

              Hello, Today, on this following number [protected], A VAS "Fun Tv" was activated 21/12/2014 without my consent . for the service 25 rupees was deducted . I already complaint in costomer care for refund .This has happened twice at on the days Dec 23 and two more sevice activated " purana daur" & "Love tips", Total amount of 26 rupees was deducted . I want full refund as I have not used any of the services the balance was deducted for, I want full refund . I would hope for a swift resolution of the issue . Thank You

                Hello Sir, My AIRCEL post paid connection number is: [protected]. I have started using aircel network on Sept 2014. and on disconnected 24th oct 2014 since it was not active for past 2 months. Aircel company cut my connection without given information and Message. After 24th OCT upto NOW, the connection isnot exist and i am not be able to use the sim card nor talk to anyone For this reason I lost my Job i m totally dissatisfied for this. Why will I pay after 24th oct 2014. You havenot provided any services and which I was not at all using. They are very irrespossible. Reason for this situation are::- 1st thing is that, I have sent a mail to aircel customer care that please inform me how much net balance is available. So that i will stop using internet. After that they were not able to give information regarding net balance enquiry. That is the reason for my bill amount reached at 800 on 24th OCT 2014. 2nd thing is that my bill limit amount was 700. how it exceed that bill amount and reached at 1538. Before reaching maximum limit amount 700 aircel should inform me. They have not informed anything. they are very irresposible... Thanks Siba

                This is not my answer. Aircel is irresponsible. Then why should i pay that amount. My bill was 809 thats only i know after that i donot use your network. you have not provided any services and without any information you cut my connection. you donot know how to cut lines.

                  Dear Sir, Recharged [protected] on 19/12/2014 with Rs.399. As per Aircel offer, cashback of Rs.200TT in Main balance should be done. I have not received any cashback till now (22/12/14). when u going to do it Aircel? Also recharge of Rs.449 failed before doing this 399 recharge. 449 recharge is available for chennai users as per aircel online recharge website. then why? Really difficult in using/recharging Aircel new offers and plans. Somedays before recharge 101 is not working, now 449? There is no guarantee in Aircel that the plan we are recharging will succeed. whats going on aircel? Ur customer service is really irritating. They are not giving reply properly. Some people attending 198 CC no. doesnt really knows answers. just answering blah blah. Right Now please give my 200 cashback for 399 recharge.

                  Looks like I fell in the trap of Aircel showing offer 399rc=2gb +200rs.
                  At least please transfer the 200rs cash back to main balance. I don't
                  want any special balance, need only main balance. Aircel please give

                  Finally i got a reply. but however i have search over net and found how to check special account balance in aircel. Aircel should have provided such details in their reply. Anyway thanks.
                  Also i did not get reply for my other questions in this complaint. Overall i am not satisfied with aircel services. Totally weird.

                  When I try to make payment through IOB Debit Card, I got the message to enter card number correctly even after entering the correct number of my Debit Card. So I am not able to proceed to make payment. Pl help to resolve this problem

                      I have got a message from aircel on my number([protected]) on[protected]. regarding data packs.It is that, if you recharge through aircel.com you will get 20% extra data.So i have done a recharge of Rs-48 through aircel.com.I got a message that recharge successful on website.But i didnt get any message.i waited till evening and called customer care on the same.Theri response is "You didnt done any recharge, if so wait for 5 working days to refund the amount and disconnected the call.Here the issue is not Rs-48/- but the behaviour of the executives.Im going to complaint in consumer forum on the same issue

                        its been 4 days when i complain but from Aircel i got only a reply comment, why you say quick resolution. sir, its for data ballence not main account ballence, i understand i lost my money and you dont help me. insted from Aircel i got two calls from unknown number and says that they are from Aircel and want my bank account number. i am totally unsatisfied from these things.

                            i could not get continous flow of internet service, any time, i how ever complained couple of times, i want it to be rectified immediately, i always use internet using mobile so i need to rectified, i also request you to provide separate tower in oft region, so that i wil be useful for oft residents in trichy thank you,

                                  I am Sachin N. my Mobile number is [protected] postpaid connection & using aircel service since last 1 year this is second time that aircel wrongly charged me for unused services i.e VAS / MMS for the month of November 2014. I have already Contacted Customer service centre as well as Aircell galary in Vashi both are helpless as well as useless, they made false commitment & not given me single solution on it. & they told me it takes 7 days to resolve the issue. I never used MMS/VAS services on my mobile services in my whole life span, How can aircel charged me for that, even last time they charged me for Miss Call Alert services which I havent activated. Is this they way you are looting the customer. I am totally unsatisfied with your service.Now aircell also barred my outgoing & incoming calls, Why should I pay for non used services. If my services of calling not activated within 6 hours I will take this issue to Consumer Court. Regards, Sachin N. [protected]

                                  I already mailed your customer care on care.[protected]@aircel.co.in 11th December 2014 till date I haven't received any reply from your side,
                                  second mail was send on 16 the December 2014 to [protected]@aircel.co.in but same no reply, also this is happen second time that your company charged me for non using services. Also thrice your head office called me for payment of bill but nobody resolve my query.
                                  Due to this I loss so many my business because of your company deactivated my incoming as well as outgoing facility since 3 days.
                                  How useless & hopeless services you have given to your old customer today I realised

                                  Sorry I never recommend any one to join your services.

                                        I am Unable to make Calls or Receive Call once I reached Electronic City, Bangalore. And Once I left the Area the Signal work just fine as in Making Calls, Receive Calls and Internet. Moreover unable to Browse from my Phone. It has been happening since December. Are the Services not available in this area or the area does not cover your operation??? Hope till problem will be sort out as soon as possible since none of the Other Services Network has problem.
