      Now a days I am facing to much problem with Aircel network, even my mobile shows full network I am not able to talk because of to much voice breakages, and some time it shows "error in connection". please resolve it as soon as possible.           Sir, my aircel no. is [protected], i am power recharge by 39 rupees for std aircel to aircel 10 paisa for 28 days...but few daya this schems are not valid on my number. and any incoming misscall 35 paisa deducted from my accounts... so, i kindly request to you that pls solved my problem and refund my amount on my number.

            Hai, I want to inform you that there was a message in the midnight at 2o'clock from Aircel on my number [protected] and that says" thank you for activating JOKES pack and 30rs has charged for the same" which I have not done. I am shocked and I called your customer care, your agent(Swapna) said that she is going to inform to her supervisor and they will rise an request for the refund and it will take 4 hours to refund but up to now I didn't got any complaint number nor refund. she said to deactivate the service, same I have done by calling the number she provided, Please help me, I had a very bad experience with Aircel all the time.             When this will be resolved and will I get a refund or not. Its not the matter of 30 bucks but its not the first time I am facing this problem and im not gonna leave this time.

            unauthorized dedication and auto subscription, Completely injustice to the customer not only me most of my friends facing same problem with Aircel.

            We use Aircel only because of your best offers and call charges but I suggest, that should not be taken as an advantage.

            I am using Airtel as my personal number from last 7years and hats off to there service I never get a problem on that and they provide immediate refund for any thing that occurs.

              Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regards with the number portability of our corporate connections of our company that we initiated last month. Due to unsatisfied service in Aircel we were planning to shift to Vodafone and we requested for the billing amt. On requisition they provided the amount of Rs.10150.00 was paid by cheque #000058 (Lakshmi Vilas Bank) Dt:11.10.2014 and again a pending amount Rs.1500 paid on Dt:16.10.2014 Cheque #000060. Again they said there is a pending amount and we paid an amount of Rs.740.00 by cash. Receipt No.eps24546247 dt:10/11/2014. Moreover all my other nos. have changed to Vodafone from 21/10/2014 midnight. Only my no has not been transfered intially saying that i have a balance. After making the balance payment as per request when a gave the port request the request was cancelled stating that my authorisation is invalid. Initially i tried to contact my agent in Avinashi road. But the person is not attending my call (Mr.Perumal [protected]). When I went directly they were not ready to help me out in this matter. They say I have to contact mr.perumal. When i asked htem to dail and give me his no they are not doing it. When I asked their owner no. they say he is out of country. I really felt i was left nowwhere helpless.When I went to inquire in person to Aircel office in Huzur road. The executive attended me really was blabering and said that I again have a pending amount. When i asked for the break up of the pending amount. He gave a pending amount for all the nos including the nos that have been transfered to vodafone. The billing cycle was from 21/10/2014 to 20/11/2014. All my connections have been transferred on 21/10/2014 midnight. For the mobile no.[protected] the billing amount was Rs.1000.00 the avg billing per month that no. was Rs.[protected] appx. but i dont know how it came as Rs.1000.00 for just one day. When i enquired he relied that the charges are for internet. when i said him that the no. was in a plan unlimited internet ack Rs.128.00 he says that all additional packs would be deactivated 24hrs before the number is being transfered to another operator and for that time what ever the charges are coming we have to pay.When i asked him why this information is not passed to the customer at the time of porting. He says it isnot our duty and i[censored]r leaving then we need to come and ask. This is not the kind of reply i received and felt really humiliated. My question is simple. 1. I[censored] r porting the nos in a corporate u have to port it all at a same time. If the no has pending amount how could you transfer the no by transferring all the amounts to one no. Wont this affect our billing? now even if i want to make an outgoing to my CUG iam charged. Iam not able to find a way to move forward. Please help me out in this issue.                 My Aircel mobile number [protected] registered with name Mohammed Shoeb. This morning i was sufing internet in my andriod mobile and while surfing a new tab was opened and automatically i was suscribed for some alerts and my balance was deducted more than 150 rupees. Please de-activate my all subscription as soon as possible. Because wen i recharge my account in mail balance, after recharge that balance is also deducted. So i cant spaek with customer care due to insufficient balance. Please de-activate all the subscribed alerts.

                  I'm Sivaraj from Chennai and my number is [protected].Yesterday morning i've been charged 50 rupees stating that i have activated WAP service in Aircel, but i didn't request for any service and before i contact customer care another 50 rupees has been deducted in the midnight, when i called the customer care person he didn't reply properly and disconnected the call 3 times without any proper answer. I think this has to treated very seriously as the customer care executive are really not doing their job in Chennai (Spenzer plaza). Only the 4th time one of the executive was ready to attend the call and provide answer to my questions which was also not satisfactory. I've been told that i've activated WAP service in Aircel 2 times. It seems that the first activation have had happened before 12 AM and the second had happened after 12 AM wherein i was actually sleeping. I'm sure that i didn't activate any service and i'm really UNHAPPY with the way i've been treated today being a customer for Aircel for more than 5 years.Can you check this and refund the amount deducted ASAP?

I called customer care and registered my complaint but still i didn't get back my deducted money.                           Hi I have yesterday arrived singapore at airport Sent one sms to india at singapore changi airportwas shocked receive sms Charges showing 165 rupees deducted . Ur website sms charges show 15 rupees Per sms . I had over 500 rupees in my balance on departure at chennai airport now shows 350 rupees .this is highway robbery .                                 Hello. I have an Aircel mobile number and Aircel has been deducting balance for a games service (Rs. 99 per month) for the past three months. Whenever I call up the customer care or 155223 (their de-activation portal), they say that no such service is activated on my number. Now for the past 48 hours, every time I call their customer care, they cut the call without even connecting me to the executive. When I try from another number, they deduct balance without any reason. Please help.

                                This is really frustrating, it is happening to all nowaday and even after contacting customer care it is of no use as they are not even ready to answer the call and disconnecting it. WORST Service. Aircel, you are letting you down.

                                  Hello, . My AIRCEL No. Is [protected]. I Got a Message regarding free Net Data For 3 Days Validity. i Consulted to customer care that Whether balance would be deducted for it or not. I was Assured that Balance will not be deducted at all. But after it Balance deducted. i lodged a complaint on aircel customer care whose reference no. is[protected]. After lodging complaint it is not resolved and Balance is not refunded. I already have faced the same problem nearly about a month ago, But The same condition, My problem was not considered. So Please Help in getting Refund and Take appropriate action regarding it. .                                     my mobile no. is [protected]. on 30/11/2014 at 6:29 pm a 3G internet service is activated on my phone although my phone does not support 3G service. they deducted 67 RS. from my account. When i called to customer care and explained him about problem, although he knows its AIRCEL's fault but he can't refund my balance. when i insisted to talk to their senior he told to call me after 2 hours and when i called my called is not transferred to the customer care executive. i hope to get my money back ASAP.

                                      Dear Customer Care, You guys should understand that the money got deducted from my Aircel number is a hard earned money. Aircel Pocket store service that has never been activated in my mobile before, suddenly got activated in my mobile and Rs. 10/- got deducted. As a regular Aircel customer, I would like to request you to deactivate the Pocket Store immediately else I have to deactivate Aircel Service for me and for my rest of my family members.
