19-11-14 ni8 12 am after i activated aircel-aircel unlimited talk pack.i spoken to aircel num upto 2.30 am.after spoke to aircel num early morning 4.30-5.57 am .6.00 clock i'm checked my balance 0.00.16.00 was detucted in my num.[protected].no responce from customare care.

        i have already internet pack and cutomer care executive again recharge for internet and reducing amount from my account. even i not got any message to start another pack. when i am trying to call they are not talking they put me on transfer line.

          207:Txn No.[protected]to Recharge MRP 28 is successful. TT=0 INR, new balance is 32.64 INR, P.F24.92 INR, Service.Tax 3.08 INR. This recharge has been come to phone balance instead of internet balance.So I request you to recharge it as my internet pack.

          10-12 days back I purchased aircel 20 GB Internet pack for 1697. I used around 14 GB and still 6365 Mb is remaining. And the expiry date is 03/07/2015. And now when I use the internet my main balance is being deducted rather than internet balance. Yesterday I had more than 250 rs in my phone balance, and when I saw in the morning it was 0.01.. But when I check the balance It shows 6365 MB remaining. I have attached the photo as a proof. Please do review this. We dont have so much time to complain you daily.

          Its very poor that this is not the genuine way to earn money.
          Recently also I had exactly same problem about 4-5 days back. I complained about it. For 2-3 days it was solved after that everything is same.
          Please do refund or do something for this internet pack
          Hello aircel,
          This is the third-fourth time I am writing to aircel and still my issue is not solved.
          Some 15 days back I purchased 20GB Internet pack and Its expiry date is 3/07/2015. I used around 14 GB an 6365 Mb is still remaining. But now the internet pack doesnt seem to work. Yesterday I had 204Rs in my phone balance. And when I used the internet that 204RS was deducted though I had 6365 Mb remaining. And when I call your customer care, I am not getting any help. You can check how many times I called your customer care. May be more than 30 times. I have attached the screenshot, Please do review it.

          Kindly do not behave like this with your customers. This is the cheapest way to put your customer in trouble.

            Respected Sir/Madam, I have been receiving continuous calls from [protected] for past 10 days. When attended, nobody speaks. I have blocked the number using TrueCaller app. The screenshot has been attached for proof. But the call comes daily more than twice or thrice and I'm highly disturbed. I want to know the details of the person calling as soon as possible. I would be really thankful if I could stop getting these annoying calls.

                Dear sir, iam Santhoshkumar from podanur- Tamilnadu, my cell no [protected], iam using new Motorola MOTO-G 2nd generation phone, my mail id- [protected]@gmail.com. last week I recharged 198rs 3G GPRS pack.but still I cant use 3G (as you saying) on my cell phone at well because still I cant get 3G settings from you, and very poor network coverage, many times I called to you but still no response from your end.today 1.00pm to 9.00pm many times I contacted to customer care, but nobody picking my call, if this continues how can I continued your service.my all friends saying that "any emergency we cant get aircel customer care on spot, but if we died on spot they will pick our call " moral : - AIRCELL failed the customer satisfication, They only saying in advertisement about 2G & 3G. WARNING:- if you not solved my problems I will go with another like AIRTEL.

                    i paid the bill on 11th nov but still it is not updated.i have called many times customer care but no response and the same from dombivli east gallery. Mr. Santosh the responsible person at dombivli gallery is lleast bother about customer complains and customer satisfaction. he does not receive my call any more or neither meet me personally at gallery.                       Dear Sir, i have connection prepaid since more than 10 years, recently i have recharge Rs. 65 in special balance, and having rate cutter 85 rs. as per the rate cutter every call is 30 ps to be deduct, but after recharge every call there is deduction of thrice, ie for one mint 2 plus deducting, then i called customer care, but no use, they asked me call after half an hour, again i called they voluntary disconnecting my call on 198, then i charge main balance min rupees again i am facing this same problem, can i get solution why this happening or can i change ur service. pls suggest . my no is [protected] Ansar

                          Dear Sir, I am a retailer from NIPURN COMMUNICATION(A New Shop ) from Mahipalpur new Delhi -110037. There is a guy Name is Mr. Deepak( cntact no is [protected]) who is providing me supply of coupans, Sim Cards, top up loads.Here are having around 5000 rupee of sales everyday.but he is not supporting me at all. He has done by her own mood only.I used to call him for balance but never come with the same day or within 2 hour.He tooks advance money for bal. its good but some time not loaded the same time. Today he tooks 1000 from me at morning time but steel i dindnt get the bal. For activation he tooks very long time around 2 or 3 days. His behavior is not good. We are trying to grow up the company although customers having roemer that network is not good but we always suggest them aircel is good and also its cheaper than others network also good i am using it from last 5 years.So please suggest me should i stop the sale or something else.Pls take a immediate action on him.Revert me by mail pls.                             Dear sir, my name is R.Sivasankar in kanyakumari district my number [protected] iam one of your aircel customer . i used aircel number more than 7 years. I was proved to have use with aricel family. Your service and network is very good I was verymuch satisfaction about your network. But unfortunately I god very bad experience about your service now …… Last 12.11 2014 I got message form your Aircel number (59061) message is “Thank you for you request to subscribe to TINY TV and give web address attached with this message also”. I leave and forget that message . The next day 13.11.2014 I got another message form” DT AIRCEL That message is “Thankyou for choosing TINY TV at rs 50.0 . you have been charged rs 5.0 for 30 days” for work busy I left that message . That time they pick money form my account because when my mobile account balance is very less. Then 19.11.2014 I Recharged Rs.55.00 after recharge 2.37 pm I got one message form same DT AIRCEL . after I saw that message I was Shocked …. Because that message is “ THANKYOU FOR CHOOCING TINY TV AT 50.00 .YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 50.0 FOR 30. DAYS” Then they debited rs 50.00 for my mobile balace. First think I don’t know about “TINY TV” so I can’t able to use that tv to my mobile …. Without use that why should I pay to that money to you……… Kindly I request to you please give back my money (RS 50.00) to my mobile…. Note 1: rs.50 is biggest amount for me….. Note 2: I called twice 121 (your call center number) There have only recorded voice . so I can’t able complaint to that number . so only I sent to mail KINDLY DO THE NEED FULL….PLEASE..                               DEAR SIR IT IS VERY REGRATTEFUL EVENT THAT AFTER RECHARGING MY MOBILE NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE FROM THE 3G DATA SERVICES, ON 16/11/2014 I HAVE GOT RECHARGE MY AIRCEL 3G NET SERVICES FROM MY LOCAL SHOP, THOUGH AFTER RECHARGE FOR FEW SECONDS IT WAS FUNCTIONING ALRIGHT BUT AFTER LITTLE WHILE IT IS STOPPED, I NEVER NEW AND MY ALL MAIN BALANCE IS OVER, THEN I TOOK IT TO SHOP THEY HAVE TRIED A LOT BUT, THE SAME WAY MY MAIN BALANCES CONSUMING, NOW I AM AT YOUR PERUSAL AND PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL IMMEDIATELY, I AM REALLY IN TROUBLE. FOR ONE MONTH PACKAGE ' I HAVE TAKEN UP @ RS.155/, IT IS THREE DAYS ALREADY OVER OUT OF 28 DAYS, PLEASE ACTIVATE MY AIRCEL - 3G, AND I WILL EVER GRATEFUL AND OBLIGED.                                 My Aircel number [protected] was ported from Vodafone thinking that they might give me a better service. But i am regreting it now. I really don't know why they keep on deducting my balance. Aircel deducted Rs. 1.00 yesterday for a service called "video talkies" and today Rs. 35/- for a service called Dazzling queens. When i called up the customer care i was charged for it and they don't have a clue about it. First they deduct and to complain they charge. wheat's going on here. Why are you harassing consumer like this. please solve it.

                                  Dear Sir, I am very sorry to inform you that I had a Aircel no.[protected] and I had ported to Airtel in the month of Feb'2014, they had taken so many time to port my no around one month. My Porting No.was : CDD27827 on 03/02/2014 valid till 19/02/2014. When the no ported the incoming was not there, I had re-submitted my documents at their outlet and sent so many mail to the concerned company for my incoming problem, but no action was taken. ( You can see the trailing mail ). After around six month somebody was picking my no and confirming that the no was issued from Aircel one week before to him with the incoming and outgoing facility but my outgoing was working in same Airtel no. I can't believe that how can one number work in two companies ?? After 10 month of working as outgoing, the Airtel has disconnected my no and saying that talk to the Aircel people, they will short out your problem.I just wish to know, where was the mistake. Therefore, kindly take the necessary action and kindly release my no at your earliest possible. I will appreciate your kind help to me. Hoping for your earliest & positive reply.                                     Hi, My name is Aditya. i m fed up with the service of Aircel company every time a new service is activated and deduct balance, when we call on customer care of Aircel these agents are very difficult to handle and not able to handle customers well. Today 17th of November. Same thing happen again when i woke up in the morning at 10.30am i saw 2 services activated on my number at 9.30 and they deduct the balance for same..immediately i call on customer care of aircel to know how they activated this service without my approval. a person attend the call and i tell everything to him, without asking my name and number he told me they can't do anything, i said ok you transfer this call to your senior instantly he said no there is no senior available in the office. At 10.30am on Monday no senior available he said no, than i ask you just tell me your name and my complaint number again he said no, he told me they are not allowed to tell their name and complaint number and he disconnect the call. After that i call back 3 times thought this time may be a good person attend me well and resolve my issue but same thing happen again and again nobody attend the call well and neither resolve my issue..i don't understand what kind of service they are providing. when i consult to other user for that same issue i was shocked everyone complaining same. They are cutting unwanted balance from very user and not returned it to take very high profit. Please help me out and i want to take an strict and legal action on them. This thing continue from a very long time but this time i m fed up.
