Dear highly unprofessional immature service provider AIRCEL,
Even after the first mail regarding the infantile service of yours, you
continue providing the same service.I recharged my account through
voucher purchased by me, number [protected]--[protected] and
[protected]--[protected] and it showed the following
message "Sorry you cannot refill this prepaid account.Please contact our
customer care service" I called customer care number and they said that
there is some issue going on with recharge and we will overcome this in
1hr.I waited for one hour but is your one hour equivalent to 4
days?...Its 4th day and I am not able to recharge my account.Is this
the kind of service which is been provided by you?Very good, well done,
nice!Such disreputable, dishonourable, indecorous is the service of
yours.I’m trying to imagine you with a personality.Actually saying its
waste of time contacting you rather one should switch his Sim card.Do
you know "Sharing is Caring" I should share my views with some who don't
know how well service you actually provide.If you had provided a
better service this would not have happened.Yet eagerly waiting for your
reply else reviews are awaiting! Your disconsolate user
