Hi, I received a call from Aircel customer care about the promotional offers. I told them I was not interested in any offers still after disconnecting the call I got a message saying "Rs. 2 internet pack has been activated. Total amount Rs. 64 for 32 days has been deducted." I tried talking to the customer care executives but they were not helpful and they said that the amount cannot be refunded. This is not the first time any such incident has happened. It is really frustrating to see such irresponsible behavior from Aircel. Please forward my complaint to the concerned department for further updates. Thanks and Regards, Arpita Shekhar

    sir, My aircel no is [protected]... On 14th Nov ember, 2014, at 5:45pm i had recharged my account with Rs.50 but message has came that my recharge is successful but till now i have not received any balance in my account . I am trying to call and complain to customer care but they are not responding . I will be highly grateful to you i[censored] will take action as soon as possible.

          My balance of 35 rs have been deducted, this is happening so many times after giving so many complaints no response received even complained to appellate authority still no issue, they initially told money will be reverted then after 1 days not able to even connect complaint number 198 worst service from aircel please help on this Regards, Mohammed [protected]

            Dear highly unprofessional immature service provider AIRCEL, Even after the first mail regarding the infantile service of yours, you continue providing the same service.I recharged my account through voucher purchased by me, number [protected]--[protected] and [protected]--[protected] and it showed the following message "Sorry you cannot refill this prepaid account.Please contact our customer care service" I called customer care number and they said that there is some issue going on with recharge and we will overcome this in 1hr.I waited for one hour but is your one hour equivalent to 4 days?...Its 4th day and I am not able to recharge my account.Is this the kind of service which is been provided by you?Very good, well done, nice!Such disreputable, dishonourable, indecorous is the service of yours.I’m trying to imagine you with a personality.Actually saying its waste of time contacting you rather one should switch his Sim card.Do you know "Sharing is Caring" I should share my views with some who don't know how well service you actually provide.If you had provided a better service this would not have happened.Yet eagerly waiting for your reply else reviews are awaiting!               Dear highly unprofessional service provider,
              I have been using aircel since march 2012 I was very happy with the
              service you provided me with best rate plans saying proudly to everyone
              but now its exactly opposite what is happening...my talk time rates were
              1p/sec and suddenly you started increasing the rate and its 3p/sec you
              didn't even inform, for your kind information the other service provider
              don't neglect their user and they continue providing them service at
              same cost and not at revised cost you did exactly the opposite once
              again...not only this one more THE BEST EVER WORST SERVICE PROVIDED.I am
              using prepaid sim card and recently I purchased a recharge coupon but
              when I recharged it the msg came as sorry cannot recharge please contact
              our service provider and when I called to your customer care number it
              said that this number is not reachable...wow a brilliant service
              provided by you once again "respect" and this did not happen once but
              twice one this talk time recharge and other pocket Internet recharge .So I
              think I should discontinue with this harassing service of yours which
              causes mental disorder and also I heard that recently loop is being
              closed and you are trying your level best to attract customers towards
              you I think I should post something in your review page and also inform
              as many people as much I can about this immature service of
              your.Actually saying one should rename your name to "HARASSING SERVICE
              PROVIDER" may you might have provided proper service this would not have
              happened yet waiting for your reply and giving you chance to improve on
              your fault otherwise you might be aware of the saying that "CONSUMER IS
              THE KING OF MARKET" YOUR UNHAPPY USER

                  How Much should I tell about this horrific service aircel provides !! Actually one of my family member got her Aircel SIM Card locked. So I thought of looking it up on internet. folks there presented solutions like "Send PUK to 121" / Call customer care from that particular number...!! bt how ?? that sim card is locked right ... So I called them up from my vodafone number to their help line ( #[protected] : for non-aircel numbers ). I am not simply aware of how stupid / ridiculous those persons who had built that service. There was a system where I need to enter the aircel mobile number. Whenever I have typed that number..some voice told me that its not a valid number !!! ??? then I typed it again .. bt the same voice !!! then I have tried one random kolkata number..bt result is same..I have just gone mad.!!! I typed their help line number to test again...bt its an awe---!!!total gadha..they have told their number[protected] as an invalid aircel nyumber !!! don know where from this stupidest people actually came from ? EARTH..no is not possible.. So I just called up a friend with Aircel number to call up the help desk..basically he is trying from last 3 hours..bt couldn't get a single chance to face the customer care executives..now a voice is telling that there is huge traffic..and I should wait in the queue..I agree..that can happen...bt man !! the scenario is rather goofed up !!! After a voice tells us that we shud wait..the call is getting disconnected..Oh Gosh...!!! this is incorrigible, , , , , , , !!

                    After recharged with 251 rs of 2g data card, Internet speed is 1mbps, i talked to customer service on 8/11/14 regarding this problem, they assured me I'll receive a call regarding my complaint within 24 hour but neither they call me back nor solved my problem. After spending Rs.251 'Two Hundred Fifty One Rupees' I'm still getting only 1 mbps 2g Internet speed and some time less than 1 mbps.

                      Infact of awarness in lot of other networks Aircel lags in spreading proper awarness of scams, sim cloning, and various other factors, its customers should beware of. I'm from India.I've got a call from some unknown number "+[protected]" saying about lottory and asking bank details, etc.. when verified over internet, concluded that it is from "Pakisthan" and everything's a scam..Sim cloning might be possible in my case! What future sholud i request Aircel.. Please Make Alerts to it's decent customers and Save them from falling !! Please aircel.. please do it in necessary of customers like us.

                        Hello SIr i have lost my phone and sim card no. [protected] and i submitted my grandmother id at the time of purchasing sim card from the on road stall of aircel, and i have been using this sim for 3 to 4 years, now i lost that sim card and want my no again, but the issue is customer care executive of your authorised store saying that my sim is issued to another ID whom name is premlata and that doesnt belong to me and i have ragistered complaint also of my lost phone and sim card and please take action for this and they issued to another id this is the mistake of aircel staff ...                             I have recently purchased Aircel prepaid sim ([protected]) Kolkata. I have recharged Rs. 343.00 for 4 GB 3G services for 30 Days. From day one I am unable to select 3G Network, while selecting it show (Invalid Network selection). I have already send SMS to activate 3G (START 3G to 121) It shows that (You have already active 3G) I complained in customer care helpline 198 and 121 but they give us bad response. Right now my problem is as usual. This kind of fraud service in not new, I have faced same kind of problem last year when I have purchased new sim ([protected]). After posting in consumer complaint they have sole that. So i request you to solve this problem ASAP.

                                This is Hemant Sain and my aircel mobile no is [protected]. complaint regarding to AIRCEL to deduted mobile balance illegally or with out user permission. details of complain as under follows:
                                1. Deduct of balance amount of rupees 15 /- on date 04/11/2014 giving reasons to activate aircel services. but actually no services activated.
                                2. customer care response so poor and and does not does not response after 1 call at customer care.
                                3. deduct of balance amount of rupees 5 /- on date 08/11/2014 to activate some aircel songs packages without my permission.
                                I Hemant Sain as a customer so harrassed due to such poor response of AIRCEL.
                                plz resolve this matter ASAP .

                                    Aircel SIM Cards are sold to near by companies near Peenya by Aircel Executive, Even around 20 People from our company has purchased by paying Rs. 60 Per SIM Card but still not yet activated even after 4 Days. Even they are not picking up the Calls. Additionally they have said that even they had sold nearly 50 to 100 Nos to nearby companies. Please provide some solution, so that even our documents does not get misused. Nor others money doesnot get exploited. Shiva

                                      I have been using “Aircel” postpaid connection for 4 months While updating software “190MB” was consumed. My credit limit is “Rs 750” But without informing me about the regulations they are charging “Rs. 2, 500” more than the credit limit “Rs. 750.” I have informed them that I will pay the “Credit Limit” “Rs. 750, ” but it is like blowing horns in deaf mans ear, They are unable to accept their faults. This is too much to pay, when there are software to stop the “Internet activities” when the consumption is more in “prepaid services, ” I don’t know why they are applying for “Postpaid services” also. I am also threatened by their lawyers. In order to cheat and make more money they are indulging in these activities. Please take necessary action against these “Fraudulent Services.” Please let me know whether it is “Right” or “Wrong” on their part. Please let me know whom to approach regarding this.                                         1)'NYASA subscription' activated by itself and Rs 2 deducted. not only this after 30 min Rs 8 deducted for 'UPE3G8' customar care people are not listening and blaming myself for act.this happened for many times.when ever it looks as if i am winning the argument with customer care they either disconnect the call or change the topics(i have recording) 2)DND service activated on my number on 3-11-14 still today[protected] i am getting calls from [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] (details are present in my mobile) 3)customer care people are unwilling to write complaint.first they told me to call after 4 hour, after wards they told to call after 2 hour.then made certain arrangement such that i am unable to call them with my number.
