Sir I have around 24 rs yesterday. I have not used that balance till today . I just open facebook and what's app (I have internet pack with 3G connection) and it was deducted from my balance. I Just want to refund my balance. AND specially AIRCEL doing this type of non-sence works for every user. If they dont solve my problem I will compliant against on POLICE STATION.

          Hi, I have been using aircel postpaid. My mobile number is [protected]. I have got bill of rs.520 for using VAS service. But I haven’t used anything. I have talken to customer care, mailed to [protected]@aircel.co.in, but no response. First they told, the amount wont reflect in bill, but now it is generated and outgoing facility blocked. Even 198 can’t be dialed. I have been quarrelling with you people since 15 days regarding this but none of you are ready to fix it. Let me know whether you can fix this issue or not. Am frustrated about your services and the way you behave on service. I won’t pay the bill until my issue is sorted out. Regards, S.Sakthivelu

                Hello sir, I had using aircel last one month and my number is [protected].I have received 4calls per day from customer care to activate the caller tune.Unfortunately my main balance rs.45 was deducted. I had called to customer care said that "my main balance rs.45 is deducted ".He replied that you activated the caller tune so you charged for 45rupees.I replied nobody is didn't activate the caller tune.I just attend the calls from customer care.He said we can't refund the money. Please Help me sir to get my balance. thanking you

                  I bought two aircel postpaid sim last month. I have configured for E-BILL, but I haven't recieved bill in my mail and also I am unable to view my bill details online, as I couldn't login. It says invalid Account number everytime I login. I couldn't register as a new user. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE, THEY KEEP ON DIVERTING ME TO CALL SOME OTHER NUMBER. WORST SERVICE EVER I EXPERIENCED

If I calling to customer care, there is no proper response. They are giving such numbers to make a cal but that numbers are not valid one to contact.                         hi, Issue # 1 ([protected]) iam uday shankar took total 4 aircel post paid connections 4years back and iam paying bills regularly. on my number [protected] they charged me 430 rupees by using of VAS. where i maintaining the number in 800 rupees small nokia mobile which never support to internet. i have requested detailed bill where it is used. but aircel cust care not bothering. i want justice on the above issue. Issue # 2 ([protected]) in the number [protected] iam aplying bill regularly by online every month suddenly connection is barred. i called cust care they said becoz of they r not got the payment they barred. when i given reference number cust care executive apology me and release the connection. every month n month the above paid bill reflecting on bill. now when i ask why you not update my bill. they ask me to contact their head office begumpet. i went twice for the same issue. the representative told me that he can retrieve bills only upto march but he need to check exactly on which month double bill is generating. i asked his contact number but he refuse and iam not get any updated for aircel office regarding this issue. actual bill was 350 rupees, now they are asking me to pay 1200 rupees for clearance. pls justice me on above issue regards uday [protected]

                            This is not the first time I've had to complain against Aircel for activating fake services without people's consent. Dazzling Queens was activated on my cellphone which I never requested for and it ate away my balance. I've been subscribed to various services before without my notice. I'll be forced to leave using Aircel Sim if this continues and if this happens again, I'll be putting up a complaint on National Consumer Forum against Aircel. My number is [protected].                               Hello my mob number is [protected] Last week I recharged my number with Rs251 rupees.. It includes rs180 talk time and 1Gb 3g2g data for one month.. On 3rd of Nov evening they automatically activated after net pack worth rs128 and deducted 128 rs from account.. My main account balance reduced to 59 from 187.. They also sent an sms following (Your Pack KTKPI128 has been activated. Please reply YES to set your pack on Auto-Renewal.) on 4th of November.. I recharged my Internet with251 and I am using that for my benefits.. But these worst people activated there elf a Internet pack and deducted huge 128 rs from account.. I never opted for this service.. Previously last month also they did the same thing and replied simply there is no update on our side.. This time I was calling then to speak and complaint about my problem They didn't even registered my complaint and simply saying we r asking sorry for inconvenience. And use the data provided.. It was irritating to me.. I wasn't even requested any services like that.. Their self activated a service and deducted 128rs from account and now simply saying sorry and use it.. I requested for refund from the company they said it should not possible.. Then I tried again, this time an higher officer spoked to me and she also not replied well.. Saying sorry and use.. When I requested for refund they said simply we are not refunding for data services like that.. Then I asked what about my money they replied use the data provided.. It was worst reply from the higher officer too.. Poor service by the aircel karnataka.. Second time they r stealing my money.. Sir kindly take step in this issue and provide good solution to me.. I request refund of my amount, they money they stole from me.. Worst aircel company.. Thank u sir..

                                Sir, Aircel has offered 1GB data per month for three months for free on purchase of smartphone on Snapdeal.com.I purchased a Smartphone on Snapdeal on 15-Oct-14 with order id:[protected] .I received promo code from snapdeal which I sent to 121. But in response I got the below sms-Name:Customer CareNumber: 121Content: Sorry this promotion is currently stopped. Time:[protected]:15:57 Sir, Aircel should provide me what they have offered to me. I have been cheated here by Aircel and snapdeal.Please take necessary measures so that justice be given to me.

                                    Hi sir, I am a customer of AIRCEL INDIA since 3-4 years having Mobile number [protected]...It's been awesome all the way through..thank you for this..But recently i'm facing 2 major issues..They are as follows... 1.Every time i recharge my mobile, after a day or two, one sms comes from DD-AIRCEL stating 'Thanks for using Aircel Service' and it is preceded by reduction of Rs 5 each time..Ive been observing this for last 10-12 times..At first i've called the customer's care of our section(WEST BENGAL)..they assured that no VAS was active in my mobile and said that my internet was active and i've downloaded some 'Payable applications' that cost me the money..I asked for further description as i know that i've not downloaded such..They failed to explain so..And stated every time that the money is non-refundable. Interestingy, ive been using internet through either WIFI data or my another SIM which belongs to AIRTEL.So how can i download from AIRCEL data?I've told them this but they refused to believe me and arrogantly hung up the phone making me disappointed..This thing happend for first 3-4 times..then i gave up hope and had nothing to do except just observing, every time i refill my main account with some talktime, they reduce it by 5, followed by the same SMS as i mentioned previously.The last one has taken place just today at 10.40am..(4th november, 2014)..Then I decided to launch a complaint, which led me through my 2nd problem... 2. Both the toll free numbers i.e 121 and 198 and also the West bengal section customer's care number [protected] is beyond reach.. Eash time i call the above mentioned number, they put an introductory speech followed by disconnection of the line..So i cant complain further or contact the Customer's care..This has disappointed me totally..That made me writing this mail... So, im requesting you to look into both of these matters and put a solution to this..Don't i deserve the money back to my account what was deduced illegally?? waiting for justice..Thanking you..                                       Sir, on my aircel prepaid connection, there is always deduction of Re.1 .since 4 days. As i have never activated any pack bt renewal balance is deducted from all account . I have called customer care several times for my complaint but no action is taken till now.                                         Aircel Mobile number: [protected] At dated of 23 Oct 2014 i was sent 20 SMS from my number. Before sending these messages my balance is 68 rupees. and message size is 150 characters when i sent this message to 20 peoples then company was cut my complete balance and not sent this message to all peoples. After then i was call to the customer care then they can.t give me sanctification answer. First call SR# is 1-[protected] and second is call SR# is 1-[protected]. After i was do balance in my number of 60 rupees then not credit full 60 rupees balance. Only credit 50 rupees. But according to my 78 rupees scheme i will get full talk time balance in 60 rupees.
