issue of 3G services

from last 2 months i am recharging my account with Rs. 155/- for 3 G Internet but its not working in 3g, insted of 3g i am geeting 2g speed with symbol of " E " . So when ever i am calling to Air Cel Customer Care persons there are taking nonsence, one is saying that my account is already activated in 3g and one is saying that its not activated and it will be activate soon. But it has been passed 2 months and no one is giving me right answer......
