Hi, I m extremely annoyed with the services of Aircel. The service provider disconnected my services stating I exceeded the credit limit . My billing cycle is 19th of each month and they disconnected the services on 24th Oct because they want me to pay the unbilled amount for the ongoing month. I asked for the detailed summary of my usage between 19 Oct -24Oct, then they told, the bill is not yet generated but you have to pay Rs 973.50 to get the services back. This is frustrating Firstly I m unable to use the services and I have to pay the rental for the month. Secondly They want me to pay the amount where they have no details of the usage summary. I asked them to cancel my subscription, they denied and told me to pay the complete amount or asked me to wait till 19th Oct for billing details and usage summary. Now If I will cancel by services on 19th, they will charge me the pro-rated charges of my rental for next month. Please help Aircel is opening cheating and leaving me highly dissatisfied. Hi, I'm writing this mail in regards to the complaint, I registered against Aircel on Nov. 4, 2014. I was given assurance by you that the matter will solved, but I haven't heard from anyone of you. I was expecting an email from the showroom manager in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, I have written doc where they assured me, they will provide me the break up of my Internet usage. I didn't receive any call or email from them.

    from last 2 months i am recharging my account with Rs. 155/- for 3 G Internet but its not working in 3g, insted of 3g i am geeting 2g speed with symbol of " E " . So when ever i am calling to Air Cel Customer Care persons there are taking nonsence, one is saying that my account is already activated in 3g and one is saying that its not activated and it will be activate soon. But it has been passed 2 months and no one is giving me right answer... so what to do next...

      Dear Team, When i surfing in my smart phone on 2nd NOV some unwanted pop up msg was showed in my phone . That pop up doesn't have any close button i tried to remove through close browser icon they suddenly debited 50/- from main account without any proper confirmation . I raised a incident with aircel, they provide an ID - 1-[protected] and that person told me ur amt will credited with in 48 hrs. But till now amt was not credited but aircel send a msg, your incident has been resolved.

        I am a new customer of aircel and my number is ([protected]) i think it was my second week o[censored]sing my aircel sim on 1st November early morning 12.10am i got the message that i have subscribed (TINY TV) i don't even know what was use of that and my balanced deducted 149rs first have 174rs and now my balance is 25rs (174-25=149) i asked customer that one pack costs 149rs and he told that i also activated videos pack but its 2 days gone still i don't have received any videos activation message and i have told him he told 100rs for videos pack i never heard a VAS service costs 100rs without any conformation message but i don't have been activated it all. and i called customer at 12.20am he told to wait for 48hrs and he give a complaint no ([protected]) and will refund the money but still no money has refunded.i have waited 48hrs and more i called 198 there was a heavy traffic from yesterday morning and today morning also heavy traffic its also a very bad thing on aircel sim i know there was not any traffic i called from other sim they are attending the call but customer have been blocked my calls its okay i am complaining u by your website but think about other people who have also this type of same problem but they don't know to use Internet so i am kindly requested you to please refund the money soon as soon as possible and please make my call attendable by 198 otherwise this reason will lead to disconnect o[censored]sing my sim.

          i activated roaming pack dated 20/10/2014 for my aircel mobile [protected]. But it didn't work when i was in roaming. one of the customer care executive told me that if i activate again roaming pack it will work properly again i recharge roaming pack for the benefit of roaming. but still they charged me the normal tariff. Again and again i complain the customer care but nobody give me the right suggestion to me and i really misguided from them. here my grevance that why they charge me wrong . so i want to get back my money back what they deduct from me .

              I am not getting proper response form the customer support team when I am calling at 198. The agents names are Balaji and Salman. I called Balaji on 29th october at 6:00 PM regarding extra balance deduction in my number([protected]). When I asked about refund he told I woun't get it. I want to ask if that is the way they are helping customers. When I told him to forward the call to higher person he told he will note my complaint and gave me the reference number as 1-[protected]. After that they stopped receiving call from my number. Again today on 1st november when I called from other aircel number they received the call but they are telling some wrong information, and telling that I will not get my refund, and Salman told me that he will forward the call to his supervisor, but he disconnected my call. I am really frustrated, I am an aircel customer from last 5 years, and first time experiencing something like this. If writing this will help me anyway I will be greatful.

                I haven't used aircel mobile postpaid services but the sales agent has misused my details and provided a sim card to some one this happened in 2009 but some how they found out my number and threatening to pay for the amount which i havent used the services. The people who contacted through phone said that some one filed a 420 case from chennai and the case have been moved to delhi and they spoke like please contact some other number and they will provide the details. further they contacted and said some code and tell the code to that person they will provide the details. And finally the asked me to pay 1800 rs to the near by aircel showroom. I went and checked the details and they used my address proof but when I checked in the details with the aircel customer care person. The name used was my name but it had different address which was not as in my address proof. And the customer care person also said that previously the sales agent were using the some others original address proof and they take a cug number with these original proof and they will use or give it to some one for money. The sales agents are using the peoples original proofs and they use it for their own use or money and they throw the sims once it get deactivated. Finally the people who have not used the aircel services are affected. So people dont throw away the xerox copies of voters card or pancard or ration card details. Please be aware as my proof also some how misused. also be aware that once you cancel any number or if you dont use any number kindly get a confirmation letter from the service providers as because if you dont do it. The number would be given to some person if they dindnt update the latest details your details would be there and you will be in trouble. The calls that came to my phone number are [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I tried to contact these people with my legal adviser but they didnt took the call. So Kindly trace out these people they are acting as if a police and misusing the police people. So kindly take some action against these people. When i checked with true caller id with the above mentioned phone number the details were mentioned as spam. and some of the details mentioned as mukesh and so. I was really mentally depressed. So please find the person take some action against the numbers used by these people. The mention that if you dont pay you will be sent a legal action and the thretening way. I dont worry about legal action buy how can i pay the amount for the services which i havent used and also i didnt received the bill for the past 4 years. And some of the aircel sales executive who have misused my details. I dont know how i missed my details as i have lost my purse or when taking xerox copies or the people i my office have misused my details i dont know . So please people be aware when you are taking the xerox copies of your address proof. Also I would ask the consumer court people to take some severe action against these people who do fraudulent activities and making threatening calls.

                I too got a call today the person (from [protected] he said that he is from Delhi) said that I have to contact a lawyer and gave the number [protected].. This person is keep on calling me and irritating.
                i am also getting irritating from the person number:[protected], They told me to speak with Lawyer name Kishore : [protected], they told you are in cheating case, Case No: 107 DC. But i didnt call them, I verified your complaint. Really useful for me. thanks.

                  worst customer support by Aircel, dont know why this hire dumbass fellows for customer care support. they dont even know how to solve the quary. i activated 3g service in phone and waited for 2days and i called customer care support But they didnt solve the issue now im keeping portablity and changing to vodafone

                            Missed call alert pack gets auto renewed and my balance is gone. Even customer care doesn't pick up. Tell me a code to stop the auto renewal. And i have tried 155223 and deactivated but it does not stop the auto renewal. So suggest me how to stop the auto renewal.

                              I have an aircel connection [protected] from less than two months. I got irritated by recieving the promotional calls from them when i called the customer care to stop this, they replied it will take seven days to stop and from next day they maximise thepromotional calls and deducted Rs 10/ for an unknown download which i never didn't. I tried to contact the customer care in vain as there was heavy traffic. after six or seven days i contacted them and told we only register complain within 48 hours. so I again told them to stop the promotional calls and they again replied it will take seven days. Again next day they deducted Rs 5/ for missed call alert service which i never requested. i again contacted them they told it will be sort out within 48 hours. But today it is fifth day but i have not got my money back and also when i try to speak customer care executive i can't due to heavy traffic. i request you to plesae look into matter.

                                In our local tower range is too low, in some places there will be no signals The internet communication is too slow in rare cases only it works if the tower frequency is changed from 2G to 3G people here also will get benifit and also the company.

                                  my name is Amit Singh living in lucknow! my aircel number is [protected]. i was using aircel 3g internet but suddenly the mobile network on all my three aircel(including my family number), are dropped! i swithed off all of my cell phone then restart after 15 mins but the message appear that no network signal. (this happen only with my aircel number, all other network operators was worked fine.) then i call on 198 at 01:20pm on date:- 31/10/2014, and ask for the problems to the customer care. but i am shocked with the behavior of the customer care executive officer, his behavior was too rude and he refuse to tell me the solution and start shouting on me, and after that he disconnect my call! very bad experience with the aircel customer service.

                                  my name is Amit Singh living in lucknow!
                                  my aircel number is [protected].
                                  i was using aircel 3g internet but suddenly the mobile network on all my three aircel(including my family number), are dropped!
                                  i swithed off all of my cell phone then restart after 15 mins but the message appear that no network signal. (this happen only with my aircel number, all other network operators was worked fine.)

                                  then i call on 198 at 01:20pm on date:- 31/10/2014, and ask for the problems to the customer care. but i am shocked with the behavior of the customer care executive officer, his behavior was too rude and he refuse to tell me the solution and start shouting on me, and after that he disconnect my call!

                                  very bad experience with the aircel customer service.

                                      i had been using [protected] aircel service for the last 1 year, though i take 3g data packs they unnecessarily detect amount from my main balance, when i call customer care they ll always ask us to call after 5 hours, i[censored] call after 5 hours they will ask you call after 5 hours again, i[censored] try again customer executives will be busy. today they had detected around 80 rs from my account even though my data pack was active. i had immediately called the customer service and he ensured that my data pack was active, so i tried use Internet again but to my surprise it has again detected balance from account. stop this third rated 3g service n close your useless customer service once for all

                                        My complaint is with respect to the harassment I am facing every time with respect to payment of my aircel mobile no [protected] bill. I have been using this connection for the last 3 years and not once have I defaulted in any bill payment. The bill is usually generated on 19th of every month and the due date is 3rd of next month. That means we have about 15 days time to pay the bill at our convenience. Here is where the horror begins. As soon as the bill is generated, the aircel customer care executives will start calling up every day to know when the bill will be paid. This has been happening for last 6-7 months. Since I am very disciplined about my bill payments I always pay my bills on the due date ie 3rd of the succeeding month in a timely manner. I have repeatedly told them that the payment will be made on the due date, not before, not after, and to not disturb me before the due date. however apparently they don't understand either Hindi or English. I am constantly harassed by calls from them sometimes 2 or 3 times a day . This needs to stop immediately.
