Dear sir, With reference to the above complaint Subject mentioned above I have received bill dated 26.10.2014 amount of Rs. 912 /- . Inclusive of Monthly Rental - PI199 2G - UL Data TopUp Charges. This service was not requested in my end. So kindly give me waiver to the charges included for Rs.186.33 in my previous bill so as to pay the bill at the earliest. Thanks & regards, Navalan. R.     Dear Sir, yesterday i dialed 198 to tell them that DND is not yet activated on my number and still iam recieving 2 to 3 sms each day from company but the senior executive gave me a false information and told me that my number has to be older than 90 days to get DND service later when i told him there is nothing such condition since i had activated this DND on my other numbers as well, than again he tried to fool me by saying i had not applied for the service then i told him the date and time of supscription of service and also told him i have the service request number he said i have to subscribe again and have to wait for next 7 days for activation of service and from today i had recived 6 to 7 promotional messages till yet . aircel mobile number [protected]

      Dear sir, I am vijay my mobile number was [protected] this month i got my mobile monthly bill...the bill was rs2221 my monthly plan Rs.599 and msg booster 26 and my 3g net charge should be a 299 plus tax...and my call this all will come only Rs.1158 but they charge extra Rs.1062 plz look into the issue kindly give discount for that amount(rs.1062)

        I am the holder of mobile number [protected] of aircel.i used to get messages that i will get double talk time if i recharge with Rs 50/100/200 if I dail *121*050#. yesterday after dialling this number I got SMS that double talk time is activated in my mobile for one month.but to my surprise when I recharged with Rs 50 today ie on[protected] I got a balance of Rs 44 only

But i don't get balance when i send sms to 121 that reply Sorry we are unable to process your request. And i also went to your gallery but i got there are same problem.             Respected sir/madam, with extreme high regard and with pathetic mind i would like to let you know that the most regular and popular service Aircel operator in that region is becoming no more choice for customer like me and for thousand.The network is under Assam circle in Golaghat district, pin is 785625, and the area it covers is mostly Dolakharia gaon with kamarbondha region.Today there is no single signal to speak and most of people changing it to other service.From a reliable source it seems that the land owner of that cell tower misusing it with own intention and even technical error grasping it heavily.I here by request Aircel operator to take a instant action on this and make the customer to re trust by providing good service on Aircel after 40 days crash. I hope respected authority will take my words seriously and will help to connect with people especially with our children who stays abroad.Thanking you

              Hi There, I have been writing to Aircel Karnataka Customer care (care.[protected]@aircel.co.in) from 22nd Oct'14 regarding my concern with reference to my mobile no: [protected], but it seams like they are least bothered to solve the query. I had activated Rs.12/- Pocket Internet (PI) pack on 19th Oct'14 after dialing 1288. The IVR states that the pack is valid for 3 days with 100mb of free data. But no ware in the IVR or in the confirmation message (after the completion of activation of the pack) it was mentioned that the pack is valid only for 2g network and not for 3g. Previously, I was using PI 447 3g plan and hence my network was selected as 3g. I have been charged Rs.30/- on 21st Oct'14 and Rs.88/- on 26th Oct'14. I can know about the pack details only after me calling your customer care (who is least bother to talk to their customers as they are in a hurry to finish their calls and move on to their next calls and not to forget their rude behavior). PFA the scree shots of the email conversation, were your help desk says that there was no PI plan was active on 21st and hence the deduction and after me making them understand the above issue, they write back the same thing which I told them. Why should customers suffer for the mistakes made by the company. You guys should have mentioned in the IVR that the pack is valid only for 2g and not 3g. PFB the conversation with your help desk.                     My mobile no: [protected] I'm with Aircel chennai service for a year When I was browsing, I got redirected to some site "http://202.65.157.201/" and I closed the tab. In a couple of seconds I got a popup saying Rs.50 got deducted. I thought of it as some advertisement. Then I get a message from LM-JUMPWP saying that "Thanks for downloading Games Club.You are billed for Rs 50.0 http://202.65.157.201/13a588". I was shocked. My balance got reduced by 50. To add more to that, just a couple of hours later I got another message from DT-AIRCEL saying that " Thank you for subscribing to Fun TV . You have been charged Rs 35.0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges." What kind of sick joke is this? They have deducted 85 rupees within 2 hours. And also they will auto renew the services which I have never activated. Though my balance is low now, I'm afraid to top up my account because of fear that they might end up deduct more.

                      Sir, I inform you that my number is [protected]and when i called up 198 complaint number i got ridiculous behaviour from your Kolkata customer care services.Pradiptta dutta continue put on my call on hold at 55min when i ask why deducted 50 rupees from my account without any informing me.after 55min. disconnect my call as per aircel rules.afterthat i called up again to customer care that time Raj Roy received the call and he also without any enquary transferred to my call on gprs help desk than Deb mandal received my call and he informed me that its not netconnect balance deducted problem so you have to call again general customer care after that i called up again and Gautam Mukherjee rceived my call and he told me after 2hours call back agian.your service has giving us so poor reply and feel to irritate.your services make me feel to decided portable this number.otherwise i have to no choice do anything.Firstly your service deducted my main account balance without any information and secondly your customer care employee did with me ridiculous behaviour and gave me poor reply.Since last 4-5years your company providing us good services but now your company providing us herassement.

Before this my account balance was approx 35 rupees. But now this is rupees 10 only. How cheap is this. I didn't send any message or do any thing even my handset is locked. How is this possible.                               i have aircel postpaid number. am gave request to customer care and aircel head office in coimbatore. 40 days am went to aircell office and gave request. am clear my all payment also. but they ddint gave any feedback and they ddint change my number to prepaid.

                                      I am Jayashankaran and My Aircel Number is [protected]. On 26.10.2014 Evening i got a Message from Aircel that i have activated STORE 5 and Rs.5 is deduced from my account balance. Howcome this happens? I didnt activate any of the services and they are deducing the money from balance. I complained to Customer Care and they registered the Complaint 1-[protected] and yesterday 27.10.2014 i got another message seeking that my issues were solved. But i didnt get the Deduced amount. What they r thinking? Is it a new way to deduce amount by telling someone that its for activation charges..This is Wrong. I want my money to be credited to my account balance or else tell me the mobile number portability for changing to AIRTEL network. Its better than this stupid AIRCEL NETWORK. I want immediate action to this Complaint.
