My name is Ranjit sutradhar and my mobile no [protected]. Today 29/11/2014 just Now i recharge Rs 100 in my Main Balance. After 20 mins i receive a message like That" thank u for subscribing to purana duar pack. you have been charge Rs 20 for 20 days and your service will be renewed with the same charges. Can u pls tell me with out doing anything how its possible. I did not do any thing .. now m going to cal my parents Its showing 0 balance... What is this?? i was just shocked...till now i did not call Any person... So i want to get back my Rs 100 in my main account Pls U do the needful what ever required immediatlely... What is this? With out inform how they deduct Rs 99 from my main balance..
I want the deducted amount in my main balance as soon as possible.

You have got free credits in your acount to download full songs, wallpaper, videos etc of your choiche.
Without inform me how they deduct the amount...
How it is possible even i did not select anything, i just switched on my Mobil.
What is this?
I m very upset...

Now i want to getback the deduct amount as soon as possible...

      yesterday(27, November) i had made a payment of rupees.149, and i had received a message recharge successful but i got no service for which i had paid. I called aircel customer care and they told me some nonsense solution. Till after that i had made enough calls for customer care but no one is responding. After a machine generated voice message of transferring call to customer care, they simply disconnect the call. Aircel fooling people by giving nonsense information.

          Today I got a massage on my phone "Thanks for subscribing to Aircel ND121STD54, offer benefit will be provided shortly." But I did not make any request for this type of service and when I contacted to Aircel 198 customer compliant helpline for this concern they are not registering my complaint they said they will check my no. [protected] and give me a call back for solution for this problem but on now time i did not receive any call they lying me and charged me 54.00 rs. for wrong balance deduction need help for this i am from delhi.

            Hi, I am Banti and I was using Aircel Postpaid connection since March 14 but the service and network connectivity was very poor and i raised complaints multiple time to the customer care of the Aircel but issue not resolved. After that i decided to port out the no in another operator but Aircel provided me handsome discounts on my Itemized bill where i was agreed but there was no confirmation from their end for the same. But in Nov 2014 i connection got disconnected i got the information from aircel that this no has been ported into other service provider. Again after some days got a call and he told that i am SI Manoj Kumar ( Mb. No. [protected]) from Tis Hazari Court Delhi and he send me three notices for hearing in the court but you have not appeared so we are applying contempt of court and said please talk to Govt Lawyer Mr. Rajender Sabharwal ( Mb. No. [protected] ) who is registering your case. He demanded 6000 rs from me and calling again and again. They are threatning me. Please take a corrective action either i have no option rather than going to consumer court.

              Automatic WAP links activation and balance deduction My mob no. is [protected] and i am a aircel customer . For the last few months i am repeatedly receiving a message "Thank you for using Aircel services" after which some variable amount is being deducted from my main balance due to no apparent reasons. On enquiring the customer care they say that i have activated some WAP link which i am unaware of. this is a repeated act from aircel for which i have lost around Rs. 100 once, Rs 35 once and 20 and 10, 5, 2 many a times from my main balance within these few months. There is no confirmation from the service before deducting the amount...please do something other wise ...

                I received a message from Aircel that Rs.10 ha*been deducted from my prepaid balance. When i called customer serviceservice, that was a KILLER NIGHTMARE. After call opening one csr placed the call on hold, then she askd the concerned after several minutes. She said that i ave actiated the service and nothing can be done, i requested to.speak with supervisor she hung up. IS THIS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? I want the refund of Rs10 in my balance. I called cs near about 4.30pm today twice My Aircel no. [protected].

                  My balance was Rs 39 on last Thursday and I hardly called 2 times with maximum 5 to 10 minutes but when I saw the balance Friday night it was Rs18 I am not understanding why my balance deducted with out my permission even I did not activate any value added services I called many times to 198 but always saying that busy with another customers please try gain later Please look into this issue and refund the same My mobile number:[protected]

                      Aircel keeps deducing my balance by some irrelevant subscription " thanks for subscribing to TINY TV " without any confirmation for the service . It says to STOP the service, still balance deducted after unsubscription. I had complained about the deduction to aircel customer care they noted my complaint and gave me reference id 1-[protected] and said their head would call back .After more than two weeks no response has been received . Till now a total of 100 rs had been deducted from my balance last being 30 rs for which complaint reference id is provided above.

                        I have been receiving messages from aircel saying that "you have subscribed to TINY TV ", "thank you for using aircel services" . Irrevelant subscription to Tiny TV pack without any prior notice, and balance is deducted multiple times . When I try to stop the pack so as to not deduct further balance it already says "you dont have any value added services activated " but main balalnce is deduced . Lost a 30 rs recently due to this and many times more in the past . Customer care takes no action . My complaint referece id which aircel provided for this complaint was 1-[protected]. Kindly acknowledge the complaint and provide me with refund

I have not requested for any of this. If you are not going to refund this amount by the end of this week, I will definitely file a complaint against you and switch over to other network for sure.                             i had purchased aircel pre-paid sim{[protected]} on[protected] till now it is not activated. i had submitted my address proff 2 times, when i call at customer service center regarding my problem they say they does't get my address proff thats why my no. is not activated. when contact the dealer he said he submitt my i.d.

                              This company and their customer support representatives are fake, they do not want to listen to customers, however just want to finish calls, I have activated Internet plan on my no [protected] and have a balance of 26mb remaining however whenever I connect to Internet the main balance is getting deducted, tanveer and pankaj both customer care agents disconnected my call after discussing the same.

                                Hi, This is Tirtha Sarkar . I am a subscriber to ur connection service for last on year time span . I have taken a Kolkata sim card while i was there and now have landed in Bangalore . I was using that sim in roaming so far and somehow from ur side a full day songs pack got activated almost 3 weeks back . Today i got a local aircel simcard and called up the customer care . One representative took the call and deactivated the pack but harshly put the liability on me and told me that i have activated that and transfered the call but no one picked it up though it was ringing for a long while . One again when i called up, Mr. Mohammad recieved the call and spoke harshly and loudly and disconnected the call all of a sudden .. This is not the behaviour what we expect from the customer care side . My point is, you may look into this and for sure you will end up with the conclusion that i dint activate the pack, neither it happened anyhow from my side . I hope you deem the issue and respond positively . I called up the customer care through [protected] . My num is [protected] which belongs to Kolkata territory Thanks, Tirtha Sarkar .                                       hello, mine aircel number (88929xxxxx), i have used for just 2mins and u have charged 72rupees, and when i asked about it, ur customer care told that sir u have 2g pack and u have used 3g pack, i have used even bsnl, airtel, vodafone, idea if i hav 2g pack also they wont charge if i m using 3g pack, this is happening i think more than 5times fedup with ur services, going to port today itself thanks alot for ur waste servies. vil give online everywhere this feedback. u can contact on this email : [protected]@gmail.com

                                        aircel odisha charged me a sum of 54 inr, , on dt 11.9.2914 on internet facility provided by aircel, , inspite of my regular netpack was active...i had called for several time to aicel customercare on dt. 11, 18, 23..they r not accepting my complaint..so kindly go through it...
