But I did not make any request for this type of service and when I contacted to Aircel 198 customer compliant helpline for this concern they are not registering my complaint they said they will check my no. Deduction of balance for irrevelant reasons

Money deducted thrice in a week

This company and their customer support representatives are fake, they do not want to listen to customers, however just want to finish calls, I have activated Internet plan on my no [protected] and have a balance of 26mb remaining however whenever I connect to Internet the main balance is getting deducted, tanveer and pankaj both customer care agents disconnected my call after discussing the same....
