wrongly deduction of money

I m using an aircel sim [protected].I recharged it with 195/- for activating one month unlimited 2g internet.But no any conformation regarding activation of internet.My phone balance only reducing.Aircel cutomer care is waste.No option for talking to executive. Please solve this problem.

Unauthorized billing

i am using easy-postpaid No. [protected] . Initially there was no problem but suddenly after 2 years you have started billing on my address. As i have Rs. 149 plan (easy postpaid) which provides 6000 sec + 200 sms free (Local- National). Not received recharge amount done by internet banking

My mobile number is [protected]. I recharge my number with 10 rupees from internet banking of sbbj. After recharge i received a message. In which a transaction ref no was giver which was igy6879055. The amount was deducted from my sbbj account but i didn't got recharge amount. No answer was given by customer care executive.
Please send my recharge amount to my number as soon as possible....

Sim Card Locked
