Sir, I am the one of the aircel customer. My aircel number is [protected]. I have bought a mobile from snapdeal. The snapdeal.com gave me a 3G internet offer. That is 1 GB internet for next 3 months. I got 1st month 1gb internet offer only. But second month 1gb internet balance is not added to my account. my contact number is [protected], [protected]

      Hi this is jai prakash ray, My mobile No. is [protected], i am getting charged for miss call alert services every one or two months and when i try to speak to customer services they say i have activated that. it happens when i have recharged my account and not using the money, if i use it its fine but if i do not they will definetally charge the amount. i have got two no.s with aircel and it happens with both of them but on the other no.([protected]) they charge it as internet pack eventhough i have monthly package for internet. Thanks!

        I have requested for mobile number portability of my vodafone number [protected] on 20th August 2014 at Shop No-24, No:66, YES YES Arcade, Secretariat Colony, Ambattur, Chennai-600 053. on the same day at 7 pm i got a call from the aircel care ambattur from the person with whome i registered for portability stating that he missed the porting code and asked for it, so messaged him that. when i went for porting at the customer care it took nearly 20 min for just to register, and the person who did that was chatting with all the female co workers there. i was little frustrated when he started flirting with the staffs there without filling the form. i tolerated since in need to complete the port and move out of there. i dont know how they employ these kind of people. 1. I got a message from aircel on 21st aug 2014 evening 5:11 pm that port in request for the mobile number has been initiated with VT117184. 2. On the same day 21st aug 2014 at 5:17 PM i received a message from vodafone that they have received my porting request. 3. On 25 aug 2014 6:11 PM i received a message from vodafone that my porting request has been approved and they will communicate the porting date shortly. 4. on the same day 25th aug 2014 at 9:28 PM i received a message from aircel that my porting request is approved and will be activated at 10:37 the same day 5. at around 11:30 pm or so my vodafone network was down so i switched the sim to which they gave me when registering. 6. the new sim which was inserted did not select aircel network. i tried to manually search and select it but no use. tried to restart the phone still the same. 7. in the morning 26th aug 2014 i called the help line and selected MNP option and the people who spoke does not know what iam speaking about and i was bounced couple of times and finally one person said that you have landed to GPRS department and for this issue you need to get in touch with the customer care as we cannot do any thing. it took 6 calls and nearly an hour of my time to find this info 8 so i called the guy who already called me since the only number that i had was his number. at 11:55 AM i called him and explained my issue he asked me to message my mobile number since he was on the way to the office. at around 6:09 PM i called him to check the status, he said to reboot the phone and check. i did that and still my sim showed "Emergency Calls Only" 9, called him back at 8:18 Pm and informed the same he said he will check and get back to me.but i have not received any call from him the next day. 10, so i called him at 12:10 pm noon on 27th aug 2014 to check the status he said that he is out and will call me back but have not heard from him 11. at aroung 5:15 PM i tried calling him but there was no response, he did not pickup the call 12, today at 2:56 PM i called him again asking him that my number is down for nearly 4 days and when will it be resolved he said that he will check and get back to me. now the time is 10 PM and till now i have not received any update from him. Iam sure that he is a very poor seed in the organisation, i should not have believed in him that he will address this. since iam constantly on the move iam not able to go to a customer care and file a complaint, is there some one from aircel WHO ACTUALLY WORK can fix the issue and make my number work.

        It's been nearly 6 days since i posted my issue on this site and nothing has changed so far. I haven't received any updates on this. And my phone is dead for nearly 10 days. This clearly states that this system of complaining doesn't work .i think nobody works in this company. I wasted my time.

        Now i am started thinking that if a company that provides such a worst service before i even join the network and how good service will be after i join.


        Message for People who are reading this " Never ever get an aircel connection else you will suffer for your life " this is an advice from the person who suffers.

        Reporting at this site did nothing. It only prolonged the issue. After waiting with a hope for nearly without service for 10 days. No one contacted me or took any steps to address my issue. Within that time i returned to Chennai. roaming to customer two days was resolved. Then i got a call here asking for the issue.

        What good is it in you guys starting your when the issue is already resolved. Very very poor Customer service. You will always be zero in my books.

          Hi,

          I recharged with Rs 198(1GB 3g data plan) around 20 days back on aircel no. [protected] but i am not getting 3g speed, maximum i am getting only 10KB/S. I called customer care many time regarding this but they simply tell this is due to some n/w problem whereas i am getting full signal. No one bothers to rectify the problem and AIRCEL in chennai claiming they are the best 3g service provider in Tamilnadu. So i will not recommend any one to use Aircel. They are simply cheating the innocent customers with false claims.Go for other 3G services even though it slittle bit costly.At least you will get satisfaction form that service.

            respected sir, my name is bhumika meharishi (pursuing company secretary) m using aircel sim card i have a problem in relation with my talktime balance and data balance deduction. i credited recharge of 30 and recharge is successful .But after some time my whole balance is deducted and data balance that is already in my phone also deducted and service replyed to me your balance is 0. I call customer care but they have not slve my problem and telling to about technical issues again and again . It is very surprising that when i am giving complain they are talking in a unperfectional way and they are haressing me provide wrong information. and also i change my plan on 26 july 14 with proper document but still the plan not changed, so that it isnot possible for me to give this month payment, it proves that they chat costumer doing wrong and edit bill from their side. so sir pease take nacessary action on it as earliest lokanath nayak

                  I m using an aircel sim [protected].I recharged it with 195/- for activating one month unlimited 2g internet.But no any conformation regarding activation of internet.My phone balance only reducing.Aircel cutomer care is waste.No option for talking to executive. Please solve this problem.

                    i am using easy-postpaid No. [protected] . Initially there was no problem but suddenly after 2 years you have started billing on my address. As i have Rs. 149 plan (easy postpaid) which provides 6000 sec + 200 sms free (Local- National). But now as per bill u have charged for my calls ( STD) and SMS which i do not understand because every charge is deducted from the balance in my account. Every time when i crossed free limit of 6000 sec. it has been observed that my services are used to disconnected and i never got any benefit of credit limit i.e. Rs.50 . It is requested to please make me understand for what i am getting these bills on this account. An early action in this regard would be
                    appreciable, otherwise i will be forced to switchover to other mobile service.

                      Hi aircel, My name is vinod and Phone# [protected]. I am repeatedly getting the below sms from DT-655505. From 19th august 2014 to till date. [protected]DT[protected]SMS[protected][protected]--- 60=70 + 30 days Free Tariff! Rs70 TT on rchrg of Rs60. Free Tariff on Aircel to Aircel Local at 1p/6sec (10p) & other local at 1p/2sec. Benefit credit in 48hrs [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Seeing the above msg I have reached my account with RC 60 On 23/08/2014. But as mentioned in the above sms, rate cutter tariff is not activated on my account.. I made a called to198 on 23rd and complained about these but they suggested to wait for 48 hr.. After 48 hr. Once again, I have called 198 and informed that rate cutter tariff is not activated then after 48hrs they took the complaint on 25th at 9.01 pm. \ [protected][protected]Complaint made by me on[protected][protected] Dear Customer, we acknowledge your concern and the reference number is 1-[protected]. We shall revert to you by 27/8/2014.Manage your account online at aircel.com -'[protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Today ie on 26th when I called 198 to know the status they said once again they have to take another complaint. But I requested aircel representative to tell me the status of previous complain.t he made me wait and finally he has dropped the call. After that twice I called to 198 same thing repeated they dropped my call with out any update. "Is this is the way you treat your customer". "Now I have understood aircel is making money by cheating innocent customer.I am fed up keeping mails. "I openly challenge Aircel that their 198 complaints desk services completely failed". Listen to the calls that I have made to 198 desk you will come to know how effectively your 198 complaints desk is providing services to you customers.. I don't say to activate the tariff. Because I am going to switch to another service provider. Who atleast send valid sms instead of cheating customers and make money like Aircel.. vinod kumar [protected]

                        My mobile number is [protected]. I recharge my number with 10 rupees from internet banking of sbbj. After recharge i received a message. In which a transaction ref no was giver which was igy6879055. The amount was deducted from my sbbj account but i didn't got recharge amount. No answer was given by customer care executive.
                        Please send my recharge amount to my number as soon as possible.

                          My Name is Narsing.. am frm hyderabad. I had lost my Sim Cards in Last Month.. and i had called ur customer care guys to block my sim card.. They had tell me that to visit nearby aircel store and submit the ID proof Documents so that they can block ur sim. i had visited the Aircel store near Erragada (Hyderabad) and i had submitted the ID Proof Documents in the store... on July 14th 2014, around 12:40pm to 1:00pm... i had submitted my two sim cards no. [protected] & [protected]. but ur aircel stupid and guys had blocked only oe sim card that is [protected], and another sim card they didn't blocked that no. is [protected]. and am facing the problem alot because someone is using my sim card [protected] no. since 1month. now am going to lodge a complaint in the police station and in the PRESS too... ur customer care guys are very very very bad response they had given me.. 3days back when i was called from [protected] mobile no. regarding the lost sim that they didn't blocked my mobile no's. they didn't care and the TRUTH IS THEY HAD BLOCKED ALL MY CONTACTS WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND DEDUCTING MY BALANCE AS THEY ARE WISHING... I NEED UR RESPONSE REGARDING CUSTOMER CARE GUYS WITHIN 24HRS. OTHERWISE AM GOING TO PRESS TO TELL ABOUT AIRCEL AND THEIR RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER CARE. MY ALTERNATE MOBILE NO. IS [protected]

Even i am not unable to login as a new user it shows invalid account no. I contact the customer care they refuse to solve this problem. My account page shows invalid account no after enter the correct details. Please solve this problem. Thanks.

                            I am trying to login to My Account section in aircel. After generating the OTP the relationship number was displayed, and when I enter the mobile number and relationship number for new user registration it always shows that the account selection is invalid, so I cannot login to my account. Please help.

                              My number is [protected]. The sim has been locked for the past 2 days. To get rid of these whom shall, should I meet. It asked the PUK code, something so I entered. As soon as I entered, It said that "Code in error". After switching off, while i on'ed it says that the sim card was rejected. What is the solution or procedures to get rid of It.
