I paid my postpaid bill of number [protected] on 7 july 2014. Aircel executive came to my residence to collect the same. The receipt number is 401804. The payment has not been credited to my account till date despite several attempts to call the customer care and my outgoing facility has been stopped for no fault of mine. This has caused utter inconvenience.

    No response and activation for NEW Replacement SIM given for Existing Chennai Postpaid cell. The new SIM is not registered on the network as per their given SLA of 4 hours and customer care claims they cannot do anything unless it is registered on the network. The activation request as per their representative in GN Chetty road was given at around 6:30 PM today in front of me and nothing has materialized even after 6 hours and pathetic customer care response ( accessing the customer care no. for postpaid is a never start activity and even on remote occassions of access, calls are terminated by representative with no answer ).

        I don't know why my number [protected] is deactivated. I was using that number regularly and after 3 years it got deactivated. I called customer care and they said that submit the document at airtel store. I did that and they said number will get activated within 24 hours. Its been more than 72 hours and my number is still out of service. Please activate my number.

        Now its been more than half a month and there is no sign of resolution. The number is very important for me as it is registered in all ma banks and offices. Customer support are not willing to help. I submitted my documents at Lajpat nagar 2 aircel store. Please resolve this issue as i m fedding up with the service.

          aircel company will take my account balance without any reason ..i dont use any aircel service.but they messege me "thanks for using our services" and take my 25 Ruppes from balance.. please return my balance .. my phone number is [protected]

            I am using this number last 2 years. I pay my bill on dates (some times delay 4 or 5 days). But the aircel bar my connection. I ring the customer care they were very lazy & they were misguided me. I try to reconnnection it will take 10 or 20 days. What can I do? This time its come another bill amount? How do i pay this? I didn't ring any numbers, but the bill amount is Rs.250/- or Rs.350/-.? How it possible?

              I got Postpaid bill of 2400rupees for my Aircel Mobile number [protected]. It is under 599 UL A2A Plan having 2000 A2O minutes, 2GB free 2g data with 250 local free sms.

              It shows internet usage amount for Rs.15275.20 and they deducted Rs.13530.06 because of 2gb free data. Balance Rs.1960.84 with Service Tax Rs.215.70.

              Free sms also charged Rs.27.

              I dont know what is your calculation for billing the GPRS, My mobile data count shows only 1.4gb for last month. Eventhough I am having 2gb free data. Bill amount is this much.

              There is no intimation for GPRS usage and free minutes and free sms count. Please check and revert back with prompt solution.

                  I bought a new aircel connection about a month ago in amritsar, which had some bundled 3g data usage along with it also i got it recharged with 3g data through a coupon which was applied successfully but it worked after great difficulty. I had to go to service centres numerous times and also i called aircel customer care centres for many times. After some days i moved to chandigarh where i lost my data connection. After trying many times when i talked to aircel customer care representatives they said me that they have 3g coverage there and submitted my complaint and asked for 48 hours time to solve it. It's above than two weeks and my problem still hasn't been resolved. On a 3g connection i am using just 2g connection even that sometimes gets disconnected automatically. And i am very much frustrated from calling aircel helpline again and again but i am not able to ever get to them.

                      Hi Team, I have tried to contact cust care many times but without talking cust care executives 50 np deducted from me. and one time one ARROGENCE lady answered the call when i was speaking she just muted the call and not speaking.but MONEY DEDUCTED FROM ME. WORST(this word is not enough) SERVICE. I have 3g offer and sent message to 121 with promo code but no response...

                          I was home delivered a 3g dongle with an unlimited internet pack of Rs.799. As per understanding, when my internet usage goes over the limit, it should stop working. But aircel dongle let me use it till Rs.10, 000 and the next month when I received the bill I was shocked, How can they let me use it till 10000 when i had not made any safety deposit? and how can they let me give access upto 10000Rs. They keep making me pay the bill when i took up the 799 Plan. Trying to take money from people no matter what the plan was subscribed. This is clearly an attempt to extort money from me. I received calls from Aarti Gautam - Contact [protected] asking me to pay the money and I strongly object to the manner in which they Harass and threaten me with dire consequences if an exorbitant amount of Rs. 95, 000 is not paid. By no stretch of the imagination can an individual be expected to pay this ridiculously huge amount for no fault of theirs. Please note that I will approach the consumer court and the competent authorities if the harassment is not stopped with immediate effect.

                              aircel [protected] recharge rs 95. txn. no RJR[protected]. maine 95 ka online recharge kiya tha jisse mujhe milne the 95 sms, 95mb net and 95rs balance. but mujhe balance 81.55rs, and 95 sms, 95mb net mila. maine 198 pe call kiya 1st time reponse: sir 95 me only 81.55 ka hi balance milta h. 2nd time : senior customer support executive: sir hum aap ki koi help nahi kar sakte najdiki aircel mini store pe aayen. mere yanha se 80km dur hai aircel mini store. retailer help nahi karega online recharge... then mujhe kya karna chahiye...

                                  Hi, Aircel GPRS has stopped working since last 5-6 days. On calling 121 a VAS message is played saying, 'Due to some technical issues you will not be able to use GPRS, this would be resolved in 24 Hrs' but even after 5-6 days this has not been resoved and the same message is being played. Because of this the GPRS recharge I have done has gone waste.

                                      Complaint#: 1-[protected] This is a chain complaint. The system erroneously started deducting Rs. 30 for CRBT (Caller Ring back tone) from the month of June. It was noticed and the first complaint was lodged. Without a request from the user, the system automatically enabled and charged for CRBT. I am sure you will record all the calls. If you can listen to the call referred in this number, it was confirmed by the executive that though there was no request from the customer end this was applied hence they will act on it. I received a message after few days saying the issue was resolved. "What for a customer does resolved mean???" The next month I was again charged for Rs.30 for CRBT. When I asked again, they said resolved means attended at their end and closed!!! They recorded the complaint again and said will review and would get back surely before 72 hours. After 72 hours, when I did not receive any update, I again called back customer service. The guy who picked up says, the issue was resolved and they charged correctly. How did the previous executive confirmed the issue was with system (if you can refer the call) and why wont the executive call my number and check that there is no song being played truly?? He says he does not have the provision to dial my cell number?? Am I talking to Aircel customer service??? Now when I say there was no request raised and that was the first complaint and even now there is no song playing if you can call and check my number, the executive says we cant do anything for that and I should now meet a manager in a Spencer Plaza. Now this is clearly cheating. When the first complaint was raised does it not mean, that I have not raised a request and hence the CRBT for the next month automatically should never be applied?? And after following up for nearly two cycle of payments, now I have to spend more to meet a manager and spend hours to clarify for this 60Rs???? Given that I was with Aircel for over 10 years, this new day customer CARE is forcing me to quit aircel and I am in serious agony spending so much time for this issue with irresponsible executives, process and system error.

                                        I had asked the aircel customer care to activate the Mobile 2G Internet pack on 4th july 2014. I called the customer care and requested to activate the pack. They had informed me that the mobile internet pack is activated and you can use the internet. But, Once the bill was generated I came to know that my bill amount was 2700 rupees and they had not activated the internet pack for that number. I had called the customer care and inquired about that. They not responding and now they are telling that the pack was activated to your another number [protected] because you called us from that number. But I told them clearly while requesting to activate the internet pack that please activate the internet pack to [protected]. They have made the mistake and they barred incoming and outgoing every thing for the mobile number of [protected]. Kindly investigate this and advise them to reduce the bill amount.
