I had got 1477/- internet pack done on 13aug; but the browsing speed is between 2g and 3g and when I try to see my data balance, it shows 0.0mb. I have called customer care 5-6 times after asking for solution. The reply I get is we cannot tell you the reason as there is some technical issue.
P.S : I realised I have wasted my money and will not suggest anyone to opt for their services.
Complaint marked as Resolved The technical customer support representatives called today several times trying to understand the issue. The issue was resolved by adding the new datapack details in their database.
Also, I would suggest the aircel users to not recharge with pocket internet when you already have a pack done on your sim(not expired). If you do this, the new pack does not work as expected, as was in my case.
