dear sir/madam,
i have recharged my aircel number [protected] for 68 rupees on September 2nd. i have a loss of amount Rs.49 in my main account. i have noticed it today and i contacted the customer support executive for the explanation. but they are not responding properly. The customer support executive answered me hat the loss of amount is due to the activation of some services in my mobile. I have not activated any services from my side on my mobile. Without my knowledge or my approval i have a loss of rupees 49. so i kindly request you to look into this problem and help aircel customers for the unwanted loss of money..

      Rupees 30/- is deducted by aircel service provider without informing customer from mob no [protected].After five attempts to custemor care the mob can not connected with cust care.After connected from other mobile the woman who attended was told that money will be refunded within 2 hours & not interested to register a complain & cut the line from his side. the money is not yet refunded.pl refund money.

          My mobile no is [protected], I have recharged with RS 149 on[protected] AND I GOT MESSAGE TXN no APR[protected] to recharge MRP149 is successful. TT=0 INR, but after sucessfull recharge i am supposed to get Rs 180 talktime i called customer care for 4 times for credit of balance they told that there was a technical problem on that day and balance will be credited with in 12 hrs but balance was not credited till now i.e upto[protected]. I request concerned to rectify this problem at the earliest.

            Hello Sir/Madam ! I am using Aircel prepaid number [protected] for for one and half years.I am enjoying all your Gsm services fine.But Unfortunately i put some kind of Pin like Mobile Pin or PUK code wrongly and my number locked temporarily .Now i can't use my number . I request you to kindly give me the solution for retrieve my number for using your services. I can't get solution from customer care numbers. My Alternative contact number is [protected].               Recentely, i recharged with aircel prepaid .
              On 1at august, all of sudden around rs 155 was deducted from my balnce eventhough, i am not activating service.When called customercare for clarification, they informed that some service activated, eventhogh we don't request any service.
              They assured me that my wmoney will be credited back.But not yet credited back.

              Samething happened, when i again recharged with rs 300 on first week of august.

              No any esponse when we called customercare.They even not picked phone.

              Again at the end of month, my balance become zero when the balance the was rs195.

              When again called, this time server is down.

              After that not able to reach then, eventhough called seveal times.

              I donot why they are deduct (Steal ) customer money, .

              My prepaid no is [protected].

                While working on my phone signal is being gone. Always shows Data Roaming. But I checked twice about data settings there is no selection of data roaming. and always and everytime my mobile signal gone. I cannot operate my internet pack on my cell. Please do something in this regard.

                  Hi My Aircel number 9942XXXX34. 1)This Month Complaint On 30.08.2014 I have main balance of Rs. 298 suddenly amount deduced to Rs.198 i'm not subscribed to anything. Later i call your customer service they said amount will be refund within 48 hours. Not yet amount was refunded. Please Refund my amount as soon as possible. Complaint number: 1-[protected] 2) Last Month Complaint: I recharged my aircel number [protected] for Rs.453 on 23rd July 2014. And I have main balance of Rs. 354.7 suddenly amount deduced to Rs.279 i'm not subscribed to your VAS services. Later I contacted your 198 customer call they said you are subscribed to vidotalkies. But i'm not activate this so please refund my account Rs75. Note: I'm Customer of aircel since 8 years. So please response to this mail as soon as possible. And refund my deduced amount. And i'm aircel user since 2006 past 8 years. For the past one month i lost Rs.200 plus from aircel. Cheating Network, Worst Network, Poor Network...etc = AIRCEL Note: If this process continues i will put bad review in all websites about AIRCEL.

                  Response not get yet. Poor AIRCEL. Very Bad Network. I[censored] Buy Aircel sim you can't talk to your friend's only you spoke to their Service center I mean 198. I called too many times to AIRCEL 198 above 20 times. From mine and My friend's number.

                  We never expect this worst services from you guys. I'm also facing the same issue. Without my knowledge, they are charging 100 RS or more than that, But when we call to them, first they will tell we will refund, then they wont refund. This is really worst service providing network (AIRCEL). I suggest to everyone, dont go for AIRCEL. Change to any other network. Vodofone, airtel are best when we compare to aircel. Even tatadocomo is good when compare to aircel.

                      I recharged for 449 topup online Which gives 350 talktime 3GB 3G data .with in 1hour i lost my 3g data balance and talktime ...as i was busy with personal work and this isnt the First time so i didnt care about it for 4days and then i called customer care they refunded the talktime but not 3g balance and from then i cudnt able to connect to customer care and when i called from my friends number it connected and they said it was technical prob and we definetly refund it and registered complant but never refunded ...and this is very casual for aircel to cheat customers like this but this time i took it seriously..u must refund my 3g balance for sure ... I spoke to customer care but no proper response.I visited some aircel store but they are also redirecting me to so me other Aircel office saying that its a distribution office or its only for postpaid.                           Hi, I am Nitin From mumbai.my no is [protected].from last 3 weeks whenever i recharged my account, my balance gets deducted by activating any fake schemes(e.g dazzling queen..Don't know wTF is this). till now around 100rs is deducted from my account.Also from last 3 week I am not able to contact customer support because whenever i call CC the call gets disconnects.today when i called CC, luckily CC answers my phone but when i inquired they say that we only keep last 3 day production data. there's no way we can help u.what rubbish is this.what type of business aircel doing.i even cant make the calls because whenever i recharge my account my balance deducted.please look into this issue. i am really frustrated with this. or else i have to file the police complaint against the concern authority.

                            i did i recharge from aircel website around 10:02 dated 31st august. the amount was deducted from my bank account but the amount was not used for recharge. i called customer care two times but they said the records are not updated on my account and disconnected the call. i am trying to call them after that but the ivr says all customer care are busy from 11 am in the morning.i have tried calling them like 10 times same message comes. Tell me what i m gonna do with my deducted amount. The worst service provider on earth that ever existed. Thanks Aircel

                                This is to inform you I have recharged 2g data plan on 23rd Aug with Rs.155 for 150MB (28 days validity) & 150rs talk time free. By the time outstanding main balance was around 182 rs.

                                On Monday 25th Aug morning when I checked my main balance it shows Rs11.80 without any reason they have deducted my money around 170rs and I verified my data usage its still have 150 MB in my account.

                                I approached aircel office near perambur on same day 25th Aug and they advised we have raised ticket – 1-[protected] for technical team observation will fix in 2 days.
                                On 26th I received message your ticket has been closed, but I see my money has not been credited back I again approached aircel office @perambur they told the money deducted from your main account for data usage.

                                I showed my outstanding data usage its still 145MB and I asked how can deduct amount in my main balance if it is still 145MB. Then they told we will escalate to respective team & get back your money soon.

                                But I see no steps has been taken from aircel team I see worst service unnecessarily keeping my money hold, I am bringing this to your notice to fix this issue immediately without any more delay

                                  my mobile no. is [protected] .tthey added caller tune service worthing rs 30 to my mobile unnecessarily i was not known about all this on the day when they activated .on next day when i got informed from my friends about caller tune, at the same time i contact company customer care to deactivate and return me my balance.they deactivated the service but my balance was not refund, and when i contacted for not refunding, they excused me saying that balance can be refund on the same day when your service was activated.now it cant be refund.

                                    I had got 1477/- internet pack done on 13aug; but the browsing speed is between 2g and 3g and when I try to see my data balance, it shows 0.0mb. I have called customer care 5-6 times after asking for solution. The reply I get is we cannot tell you the reason as there is some technical issue. P.S : I realised I have wasted my money and will not suggest anyone to opt for their services.

                                    The technical customer support representatives called today several times trying to understand the issue. The issue was resolved by adding the new datapack details in their database. Also, I would suggest the aircel users to not recharge with pocket internet when you already have a pack done on your sim(not expired). If you do this, the new pack does not work as expected, as was in my case. Thankyou.

                                        This is the 4th or 5th time it happened. I have reported all the earlier cases to AIRCEL customer care over e-mail and every time they get back saying the amounts have been deducted from my Aircel account for some value added service through customer enduse method. I noticed this whenever I recharge with a top up of denomination 150 and above, unwanted balance deductions keeps happening to my account. I will not tolerate this kind of business. I confirm that I haven't subscribed to ANY VAS related services, nor I have used internet to browse Aircel portal from my number.I request consumer complaint forum to escalate the matter and initiate Aircel to return deducted amounts to my account. ALso, make sure NO SUCH UNWANTED deductions happens in future automatically. Details Of last two deductions : [protected] : at 5:47PM I received a text msg from DD-AIRCEL reading "Hi, you have paid for this content.
