I brought a product though online shopping in that product offer aircel 3G Data and they gave Promo Code, I Sent message to 121 Promo code though my aircel sim ([protected]) but still now i not received. I spoke to our customer care executives but no proper answer from their. ravichandran. m
You are correct Boss.

I too did same.Even tried to call 121 many times, but Aircel cust care is worst.They did not response well but bal 50 np deducting from me.
Blady cust care. If any body want to take Aircel by seeing offers etc... please donot take Aircel connections.

    There is no Network connectivity in Aircel 2g/3g connection for the last 3-4 months. We are almost wasting our amount by recharging monthly. Kind Atten: Applet Helpdesk..Regretfully I would like to inform you that I had made a complaint regarding Network Problem of Aircel Communication earlier 2 times but still no response has been made from Aircel's people after such a long time. Wake-up intimation for your Network and for your non-responding team. If this continues means all will jump to another Network. That is not too far.

    For your reference my Cell No. [protected]. If you want I can provide you same problem cell numbers plenty.

      Hi I tried to recharge my aircel number [protected] through online recharge... amount was deducted from my ban account but was not credited to the number.. tried to recharge through top up still the amount was not credited.. can anyone tell me what could be the reason..

      Mee too having same problem..Worst service i have ever seen. I called customer care and registered my complaint 4 days ago still there was no response from them.. very disgusting

        I got a message from aircel saying, if i recharge from www.aircel.com/mobilerecharge then i will get 50 extra talktime for recharge above 100rs, So, I recharged my number with 125rs through icici bank debit card, but after doing all the transaction finall that said the card number is rejected from the bank. But from my bank account 125rs is deducted but i didnt get my number recharged. And I'm trying to place complaint against the aircel so that I can get back my money. Please help me. I want my money back.

          My mobile number: [protected] I have asked about the details, Here I have attached the customer care recorded voice, Please study this up to 11 then you will know what happen to me. I have called from my mobile but they attend and cut the call without inform anything. I have called this from my another aircel number [protected]. Please help on this. What was the use of customer service? Without listening the customer problem? Once again I’m asking the same questions here, 1. I have purchased mobile in Snapdeal, They gave promocode. 2. I have sent this from my mobile in the format SD promocode. 3. Aircel response received at 25/07/2014 1.35PM: Sorry we are unable to process your request, pls try after some time. 4. After two minutes I have sent that code again, Here is the Aircel response: "Dear customer promo code send has been already used. Please check the promo code and send it again." 5. Then called with aircel there is no response. Again go back to Snapdeal, 6. Snapdeal give another Promo code, 7. When I try to send again to Aircel at 04/Aug/2014 12.37PM, Aircel response: "Dear Customer you have already availed the benefit on your number" 8. What it means for the above response? 9. I Asked the customer care about this they suggest to keep main balance for 1Rs. 10. I have recharged for 50Rs from aircel site. Here I have attached the receipt got from Aircel site. 11. Now My mobile main balance goes to ZERO again. Now my entire balance is Zero, I’m not able use this benefit. I believe this should explain what I need from aircel.

            I have been using aircel sim since last two years..before aircel has good service.now they are bothering the customers.Even I am using Aircel 3G..2 days back I am working on that.I have Internet pack also.But suddenly they cut 125 rupees.When I asked customer care people I dint get right answer.

            Please Register the complaint on Aircel Service.

              I was recharge Rs.16 plan it was recharge successful but plan is not activate. So I call to customer care 1st time he hear complain and disconnect the call.. Next time I try to customer care its not connected for me please solve this problem

                My mobile and laptop were stolen on 28th july, 14...As soon I got it, My aircel no [protected](West bengal circle sim) was blocked by me.When
                I went to AIRCEL store, City Center 1, KOLKATA, first they claim me
                that, it was not my no where I have been using that for last 1.5 years.
                As per Store keeper words', I gave last 5 recharge details with exact
                time to this no(copy of Online recharge Slip) and gave last 5 no to
                which I had frequent calls.When I was using that SIM CARD, No
                one from AIRCEL provider ever verified that no. But in a bad
                circumstance I have been immensely harassed by AIRCEL executive.More
                over I had to collect Application copy of Polish General Dairy and
                submitted with my ID prove..Moreover Store keeper offered me to take that no in POST PAID .Still I didn't get that no return.As an employee of ID Sector, That no was used in My corporate Office (every where)...I need this no([protected])Please help me to get that No.I attached screen shot of last online recharges from PAYTM.COM to that no .Contact me:: [protected]

                    Hello Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that my bal Rs 15/- has been deducted on[protected] without my knowledge, This is 5th time (1st on[protected], 2nd time on[protected], 3rd time on[protected], 4th time on[protected] and 5th on[protected] this happen. Aircel sends a message like " Hi, you have paid for this Content. To download it, pls click here ..." then sends is a weblink for download the content. I have called customer care but of no use. Customer care are so worst in Aircel, that I can't explain. One of them when I called telling me that server is down so she can't say anything about this. But the case is when this is activated, I was at a place on which is mobile shadow zone for Aircel service (Chhatinasole, Gopiballavpur, West Bengal). My mobile no. is +91-[protected]. Could you please help me in getting back my Refund Money Rs. 75- From Aircel. Thanks, Santanu...

                      Hi, I recharged my Mobile [protected] with 26 pack on 2nd July'14 in which I would get all calls charges got 1.5paisa/sec as per your website for International calling (http://www.aircel.com/AircelWar/appmanager/aircel/mumbai?_nfpb=true&_pa... I called up a Malaysia number and my call charges were deducted as per roughly 16-18 Rs per minute. I visited Aircel service center and registered a complaint (Reference number 1-[protected]) about it they informed that 26 Rs plan is discontinued please recharge with 18Rs Rate cutter . After that I recharged with 18 Rs and called up Malaysian Number still the Rate cutter didn't work and my normal ISD calling charges got deducted. In the mean time I tried reaching Aircel customer care to know about my status of complaint for 3 weeks and was not able to reach once to the agent . To summarise I recharged for 18 & 26 Rs for Malaysian calling I didn't get the desired benefit & on top of that calls made during that period where deducted as per normal ISD charges. Need refund of the Rate Cutter and ISD charges which I made during the period. Please have a look into it & do the needful on priority. Regards, Navin Chettiar

                        An aircel retailer sold me a sim for Rs.45, saying its an offer for three months with 75 talktime for each month. After the activation of the number, when i called to ask bout the recharge, he cuts the call, leaves it unanswered or switches off the number.his number s [protected]Kindly take the necessary action. He is probably conning many more people as Im typing this now

                            i m a aircel prepaid user. me and all other aircel users i know have the same problem. I have not subscribed to any service but every month my balance get deducted. it even doesn't tell for what reason they have deducted. i just get a msg saying "thanks for using aircel service" . what kind of service is it. this can't be tolerated anymore. if this problem is not solved, i and my all friends would port thier no. to other better service. my contact no. = [protected]

                              Mobile number: 91 [protected] I am a customer of Aircel for several years, and when ever trouble existing there is no proper response or compensating action in relevance to the trouble caused. And finally customers is the looser all the time. I don't want this to happen again this time. I gathered all required evidence and recorded response of your customer care executive right from the beginning of this trouble. Of-course, I or anyone can't do it every time but hope it would make you realise the value of customers. Here is the problem I am talking about, I made a recharge for INR 101 today[protected] through Internet banking, it's 3g pack valid for 3 days with 1024 MB data. TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION SMS: Txn No. TNR[protected] to Recharge MRP 101 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 11.31 INR, P.F 89.89 INR, S.Tax 11.11 INR. (Having bank records too...) But it's data got credited under limited data and it's validity gone under something else.(attached the screen shot o[censored]sd code's response ) Because of this issue I couldn't use this pack, and balance being deducted from my main account. (evidence for this too recorded as screen shots and attached with this mail) I tried calling your customer care executive and none of them understood my problem nor provided solution. Because of this irresponsible response am extremely irritated. I tried for around 1 hours 30 minutes explaining this issue and for a solution. Now bringing this to your concern. Hoping for a quick and positive response. I need immediate action and value for my money in sense of both data and validity. WHAT I NEED IS, "ABSOLUTE 72 HRS OF VALIDITY FOR 3G PACK WITH THE DATA 1024 MB. WITH PRIOR INTIMATION AND CONFIRMATION FROM ME ON MY CONVINCE. " I don't care about your system capabilities or support for my demand.

                                AIRCEL customer care people are arrogant , they don't know any but pretend as they are gods, they keep on deducting money by activating some services all the time without even notifying us, and a lot of money for nothing. I couldn't call them and complain all the time as I was busy doing my work but they never stopped doing that. This is a big network of scam please don't choose this service, ..

                                They annoy the customers all the time by some promotional calls and messages, once I was in a serious meeting with my clients and I forgot to have my mobile in silent, and then the bloody call arrived, I looked like a dumb turning off the phone there, when I asked a customer care guy to stop the calls...that arrogant told me to send some stupid SMS for that, which when I did cost me 3 rupees and got a reply saying

                                "application not responding please try after some time"

                                AIRCEL is a dumb network which is suitable only for dumb people...Please don't choose this network, if you already have this then get yourself ported to some other networks like AIRTEL, VODAFONE or IDEA which are good.

                                I request the higher authorities to shut down the services who scam people

Suddenly i have recived a Push message mentioned Below : "Thanks for downloading Sleeping Beauties. You are billed for Rs. 75 http://202.65.157.201/13a622 From : DM-JUMPWP" Every month i am paying such charges as last month i paid for "Tiny TV". I have search many link over internet and found that i am not the only one who have been charged for such charged without any confirmation from customer end. Aircel Customer Executive not even taking any complains against such incident.

                                      I am Soumya Ranjan Jena from bhubanesawr odisha, my mobile Number is [protected], i am using aircel network since a long pereiod.I have not activated the sms pack, but suddenly yesterday i got the activation message deducting an amount of Rs.26.I had gone to your customer care office at Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar for complaining regarding this unwanted deduction which happened to me thrice.Instead of helping, the customer care executive Mr. Pratik Pankaj and store manager Mr. Krupasindhu Prusty misbehaved me pressing repeatedly that I have activated the service.

                                      Therefore, I request you to to refaund the amount and take necessary steps for not repeating this type o[censored]nnecessary harassment in future.Moreover train your customer care executives to behave properly by helping them to resolve their complaints.

                                        my number [protected] i bought this number 8 months back . I found lack of connectivity and low net speed .I faced this problem every time .I used to recharge aircel number with 198 pack of net connectivity (unlimited ) but when i consumed till 1.5 GB net speed become useless not even Google will open .They promised 2 GB after that speed will decrease but does not happens after 2 dis happens even after 1 GB. what this is happening .this happens 3 times .now i have decided to change connection . thanks ...
